Boys mostly could return home in late hours while girls were generally prohibited to go out alone in evening hours by the family. Boys were always encouraged about getting into outside life and doing their own works. Yet, girls were imprisoned between school and home. Their families hadn’t let them to interact with the outside world. Boys were more privileged about deciding the girl who will marry him, compared to girls freedom grade at this subject. Girls were mostly married to the person who was approved by their families. These differences seems as sexual discrimination; but day to day, our society is getting more close to equality in this issues, and girls’ social life has a better condition in comparison with previous generations.

Good or bad, no matter. To sum up, it is over. Indeed, it is a 'little' over in the middle of a train whose wagons are some other presentations and homeworks. Somehow I am not able to think about this term as positively as the previous one. At least, we had more times to breathe in the previous term; especially, the lessons of Derya and Patreshia were two palliatives for our psychology, sorry, I will not talk as plural, these are my ideas... Burdens bring boredom.(My statement) For example, we watch films in a lesson, because we have to do some homeworks about them again. Why? How can we enjoy what we do? If we don't enjoy going to school, how it can be an efficient education?
Unfortunately, this schedule is much more stuffy. I think this intensive system is the best solution to 'inactivate' us from the other interests in life. We don't read newspapers, books, can not do experiments; we can not participate in social activities, politics, conferences and the other organizations which are done to raise awareness. The young are shining fires and we are going to be extinguished if we don't react. Some teachers are trying to socialize us by giving (nominal) socializing works; but those works only make us disgusted with socializing. Getting homeworks sequentially oppresses and deports us from everything.
As a result, we all go to our home after school and do nonsense things such as facebooking, twitting, msning, gaming, sending and receiving text messages via cell phones etc. As I said before, no one wants to watch documentaries and news, to read scientific and actual things, to go to conferences etc 'after school'. We can't enlighten ourselves and, this is really disturbing me. These are my thoughts about last week. Good night.

Our teacher asked us again to rewrite or edit our essays to reach the ideal essay, and we did so.

On Tuesday, we watched our friends' presentations about some grammar subjects. They also asked questions about their subjects to all of us. Through the last hour of the grammar lesson, we took a hard quiz about these subjects.

We watched 'Slumdog Millionaire' film on Wednesday. The film was great. We discussed the film's negative and positive aspects. The instruction was inadequate and I couldn't understand exactly what Fulden wanted to mean by saying 'positive and negative'. Then, we got a quiz about the details of the film. The quiz was easy for me. After the quiz, the teacher asked us to animate a scene of the film lastly. This part was the one which I was irritated most. We are going to be an average primary or highschool english teacher, not the more, not an animator, or an actor/actress. :/ pfhh...

I couldn't come to the school on Thursday, because of my emotional instability and fatigue. I don't know what was done this day completely, but I asked my friends the homework. I also received an e-mail from our writing and reading teacher Gülsen. The e-mail was the feedback of the essay which I had sent on Monday. The feedback asks me to edit the essay 'again', and I am not sure about what can I do more for this homework.

Rebecca didn't come to the lesson on Friday. Yet, we haven't done many activities altogether owing to our being afternoon class. Fortunately, we went to Çamlık with whole class thanks to absence of Rebecca.

Our teacher said me to put my work on this blog beforehand.

"
Hello, my name is Snowball……
……er let her forget who rules the roost!

At first, I didn’t mind much about Coco. He was very weak and tired, so he was sleeping all the day with the impact of hot weather in the house. However, a few days later Coco started to recover. Day to day, he was wandering more around the rooms and this state was disturbing me increasingly. What is more, both me and Coco was male, so we were in a constant rivalry. We fought a few times with each other. After these fights, we determined some boundaries for ourselves. While kitchen and saloon was mine, corridor and living room was him. I was older and more powerful, so I acquired a wider territory. This situation didn’t seem important for Coco. He was glad of what he had. Nevertheless, he was stubborn and didn’t obey whatever I said. I felt Susan was sorry for our rivalry. She was aware of our fights and assigning borders. I was sorry for Susan’s sadness, either. Despite the sadness, I could not do anything about that, because it was my nature. A number of days later, Susan brought two female cats. One of them was almost a kitty. Susan named the bigger one as ‘Daisy’ and named the other as ‘Lilith’. I immediately realized Susan’s plan. She was trying to finish our enmity with Coco by bringing ‘two’ female cats to the house, not one! Susan was right. We forgot the enmity between us with the arrival of female cats. Daisy, daisy, daisy… She was the most beautiful cat I have ever seen. There was not even a moment in which I didn’t think about her. Unfortunately, there was a big problem. Daisy and Lilith, two female cats, were very close friends. When I tried to get close to Daisy, Lilith obstructed me in no time. Actually, I felt that Daisy liked me a bit, too. Though she liked me, she gave up answering me for the sake of her friendship with Lilith. The same circumstance was current for Coco and Lilith, too. We decided to arrange a meeting with Coco to solve our similar problems. Coco’s want was Lilith and mine was Daisy. Lilith was blocking me and Daisy was blocking Coco being closed to the ones which we love. The case was very clear. We determined to approach them simultaneously from different directions. We tried the plan and it worked.
We achieved an absolute peace with the success of the plan. Me and Daisy; Coco and Lilith live together and we do everything pairly. Daisy and Lilith are still good friends, and I have no problem with Coco. Consequently we understood that common difficulties can end enmities.

-The Happy END-
"
