Not everybody has a bottomless pit of cash to spend on themselves in the quest to look good, however a hefty price tag does not always mean that you are buying the best product with your hard earned money. With some of the premium brands, you are in some cases paying
for high quality packaging and branding for very little product. Therefore this month I wanted to bring you a few of my favourite budget buys which I personally use and highly recommend.

1Boots Essentials Cucumber Facial Wash 150ml £1.52, Removes all make-up gently without stripping. I have used this for years and recommend to clients.

2Maybelline The Falsies Black Mascara £8.19, I have just purchased this in the waterproof version and have put it through swimming and a steam room and it held up very well. Plus the brush is a great shape for coating all the lashes whilst adding a touch of drama without false lashes.

3 Revlon Super Lustrous Lip gloss £6.99, I adore this! It’s non sticky, really glossy and very comfortable to wear. Nude Lustre is a very flattering everyday nude which suits all.

4 Barry M Dazzle Dust Eyeshadow £4.50, Wow what is there not to love about these adorable little pots in an whole array of spectacular shades which can be used on the eyes, lips and cheeks.

5 Bourjois Limited Edition Blush £7.49, Parisian inspired pots of blush in beautiful Spring fresh shades.

6 Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Jet Black £2.99, One of the best kohl pencils I have tried and the most reasonably priced. it beats all the premium brands, not too hard, not too soft, just right.

7 Vaseline Rosy lips Therapy Stick £2.03, For that English Rose effect, leaves your lips rose tinted, moisturised and natural looking.

8 Touch Of Light Concealer from £1.25, A much cheaper alternative to YSL’s Touche Eclat, this does exactly the same job at a fraction of the price.
