Bypass your internal web proxy

Proxies that attempt to block offensive web content are implemented as web proxies. Many organizations — including corporations, schools, and families — use a proxy server to enforce acceptable network use policies or to provide security, anti-malware and/or caching services.

For example, some organizations may used this kind of proxy to filter out an adult content, streaming content or other http address defined by web proxy administrators. If you are browsing the internet behind this kind of proxy or web filter, your request to the contents that matched to the administrator banned list will failed.

To get rid of this ban, what you can do as a user is to find an anonymous web based proxy. An anonymous web based proxy is a web-based service that takes a site that is blocked and "circumvents" it through to an unblocked website, allowing the user to view blocked pages.

There is bunch of service on the internet that provide the free anonymous web based proxy service. But some of it may be already being blocked by your local web proxy. So, what you can do is try to find a server or url that is not listed yet in your local web proxy banned list. Try to search it by type in "free web proxy" in the google search form.

This free anonymous proxy service will hide your IP address and hide information about you and your interests. By using it, you can bypass web filter systems and access your favourite sites which may be blocked at work, school or college.

But, you have to be careful when using it. Don't expose your important information or valuable internet password while browsing through the free proxy, because some of the them will catch your username, password or credit card numbers or even your email address. This capability is often used to put your name on spammers lists.
