The poor keep getting poor and the rich keep getting rich because the rich, much more than the poor, understands risk management principles in business. They see life itself as a bag of risk. But the poor, due to fear – not willing to let go of what they have to gain something new, miss the dividends of investment. The poor fear to invest. They fear to leave where they are because they feel comfortable. They fear to lose but always want to gain; yet, they never stopped loosing.

Wealth is not in your bank account. Wealth is not in your fixed assets... wealth is in your mind. If you are wealthy, you will think smart, act smart and stay smart. Everybody is wealthy; some just haven’t noticed the wealth of wealth they possess. Have you noticed yours?

Investment helps you make more profit, see new business opportunities, meet new people – investments triggers the business aggressions in you. All you need is to understand the investment principles. A little fortune invested, can drive you to financial freedom.

Well, not all investments are cash or financial oriented. Do you know that time is an asset? You can invest your "time" and reap great rewards. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

I have taken some actions I regretted so much… but I can’t rewind time.

I have said some words I really never meant… but I can’t call back my words.

The memories of my past stares me like a mirror, chocking my mind with nothing but wishes to go back in time and right all the wrongs.

We cannot deny having these feelings sometimes; especially when things are not in the right proportion. But the question remains: how long should we continue to hang around our past? We refuse to accept responsibilities for the outcome of our decisions. We shift blames, try as much to stay over the fence pretending to be innocent while pointing fingers, but this won’t make us free nevertheless.

For once fellow Nigerians, let us forget about who is responsible for the fallen arch and accept the challenge to channel our energies into proffering solutions to save the ship we are all found in.

Nigeria is our own. Nigeria is our home.

Seating back on our elegant upholstery leather cushion-chair, draping one leg atop the other and criticizing government policies cum politicians, won’t move this country to where we expect it to be. We are great people and a great nation blessed with enviable potentials. We need to contribute the totality of all that we are - our support and involvements in making this country security tight by reporting crime and criminals, politically stable and economically balanced to drive our future in the direction we yet imagine.

BUSINESS AND SENTIMENTS

Over time, I’ve learnt that the best way to do business is without sentiments. Please learn from my mistakes.

When you want to discuss family issues, please do so with or without sentiments; – but when you want to talk about business, please do it without sentiments. Sometimes we look stingy and inconsiderate, but business will always be business – that is why it’s called commerce!

Every business owner is primarily out to make profits in return for investments and this course, you should imbibe. The survival of your business is dependent on your managerial skills – your ability to take precise decisions, your ability to manage discount rates, and your ability to differentiate between business transaction and family/ friends meetings.

The mistake most of us make is that we often want to pass an impression to our families and friends that we’re good, understanding, and considerate. We always want to prove our loyalty and humbleness, support and kindness – I’m guilty of the same mistake. And the part we seldom commit to memory in the process is that; if our businesses fails or crumbles, our families and friends will move on to patronizing other business outfits while we become objects of mockery for mismanagement. Business doesn’t work like that. Until you deal strictly on business terms and conditions with clients, your business will never outgrow the position she is today.

When I started out as a young entrepreneur, placing “price” for my service was really an uphill task. I was afraid of losing clients and not getting recommendations, so I worked almost for free. That was being unprofessional. Friends requested that I assist them, their friends and family members - I eventually did, thinking I was being a nice guy, not knowing I was frustrating my business growth and plans. This you should avoid.

As an entrepreneur or a business organization, you should know when to give discounts and when to make up for the once given. Understand the psychology of your clients. Everyone wants quality products/ services for very low prices. They don’t care if you’re making profit or not. Every customer believes you have inflated the price to make huge profit so they strive cutting it to the barest minimum. They bring in emotions and personal relationships just to break you and reshape your decisions. But business will never be successful for you if you let them win. Please take note: be considerate, especially when you know your customers are still pricing within your profit range.

The bottom line is: any amount over your cost of production/ goods bought – after other subtractions like transportation and miscellaneous, is your profit. My advice is that you should not over inflate your selling price so you don’t lose your customers to your competitors. In the same way, do not sell too cheap so your customers won’t think your products are not original.

NELSON MANDELA'S LIST OF AWARDS

This is a comprehensive list of awards, honours and other recognitions rained on Nelson Mandela. However, Mandela has received more than two hundred and fifty awards over four decades, most notably; the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993.

This aticle i trigger us to be result diven.

From 1994 to 1999, Mandela was President of South Africa. He was the first such African to be elected in fully representative democratic polls.

Before his presidency, Mandela was an anti-apartheid activist and leader of the African National Congress and its armed wing Umkhonto we Sizwe. He spent 27 years in prison, much of it in a cell on Robben Island. The rest of the time, he spent in Pollsmoor Prison on convictions for crimes that included sabotage committed while he spearheaded the struggle against apartheid.

Following his release from prison on 11 February 1990, his switch to a policy of reconciliation and negotiation helped lead the transition to multi-racial democracy in South Africa. Since the end of apartheid, he has been widely praised, even by former opponents.

Mandela passed away, to the after-life on December 5, 2013, when he was considered a celebrated elder statesman who continued to voice his opinion on topical issues. In South Africa he was often known as Madiba, an aristocratic title adopted by the elderly members of the royal clan that he belongs to. This title has come to be synonymous with Nelson Mandela.

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR PARTNER IS CHEATING

A trip through memory lane tells a story on how relationships weren’t a baggage of extra thoughts or burdens, but the grounds to be grateful, doubling up as a springboard with which a higher stage in life is attained. When two people fell in love, it was the best thing to ever happen to them. Sex wasn’t the priority but love in itself. Relationships where finger-licking if converted into a meal… But we can’t deny the fact that it isn’t the same story with these days’. In recent times perhaps, relationships are entered into, based on the general idea that we have to be in a relationship – a love affair – and make babies thereafter; but there are more to it than what it seem.

Although some partners with hot pants finds it really difficult to have one sex partner so the only way through it is playing what they call “away match” to satisfy their sexual urge. Well, we seem to have bunch of reasons to back up our actions; but no matter what reason we have, it’s not enough to justify the act of sexual mendaciousness.

This article is not meant to breakup relationships but help you identify certain truth in your relationship. Well, let me ease up your emotions.

I’m sure by now, you must have been fed up with the new disgusting attitude put up by your partner but I’m here to provide answers to your long asked questions, settle your confusions with factual information and teach you practical steps to knowing if your partner is having an affair under your nose in other words cheating on you. These are the signs that can help you decode speedily.

§ Less romantic: My partner used to be very romantic… but not anymore. You think this is ordinary? He’s having a diverted attention. Something or somebody must have been eating deep into his/ her heart; find out what that thing is. Sometimes it could be a burden; but before it gets to that breaking point where it affects your relationship, you are the burden! Check yourself. If it’s a problem, your partner will talk to you. And if it’s not, you don’t expect any explanation. Just know that something is fishy, someone else has stolen the attention off you – you are been cheated on. Period!

§ Gets angry easily: For some partners who cannot pretend about their feelings, they tend to exhibit this attitude very fast - anger. They react on virtually everything you do. You didn’t serve the meal well, you snore while asleep, and when you say anything, they complain that you nag… Nothing appeals to them anymore. This is not spiritual… this is emotional! Something is wrong! You’re no longer the angel he sees in his head when he wakes up every morning or the prince charming her heart always long to embrace. Someone’s attention is divided. Call your partner and have a real talk. If you are good with words, and by the grace of God, chances are there that you will win back who you cherish.

§ Denies you access to things you usually share: When your partner starts depriving you to see his/ her phone (s), emails… there are no two ways about it. There are secretes kept from you! Secretes I bet you don’t want to know. But I’ll tell you… your partner is two-faced. Something illegal is involved and you’re not meant to know about it. Chances are there that you’ve been cheated upon. Sometimes partners changes passwords to their phones, change password to their email and other social networking sites they are subscribed to and not letting you have the new password. My dear, there’s a healthy cat in the bag!

§ Complains/ nags: We know about personal attitudes. But when a new attitude is exposed after a certain period in a relationship, there must be some fire somewhere producing the smoke. These attitudes come mostly when a person is disgusted by somebody or something. So confirm the problem and fix it! Some partners don’t really know how to call off a relationship when they find new love, so they portray these attitudes to get their other partner fed up with the relationship and quit.

§ Lying: This happens to be the most common act when a partner starts cheating. And most times, the lies are so cheap that you can decipher. They use friends to cover up so many things. Lying is cheap… so they hide under that shadow. This means that when your partner resumes the lying business, something is fishy. Here’s how you will know if a partner or person is lying: liars avoids eye contact just so they are not psycho-studied. Take note.

§ A reduced amount of enthusiasm: This is like a coin with two sides. Your presence is no longer with warmth and that perfect listening ear is gone. Your partner becomes too busy to keep a date with you. You no longer attend parties together. Your birth date forgotten. You remind your partner of what you took time to explain… perhaps, you don’t need a recommended eye-glass or a Wole Soyinka to interpret this; the subject is written in block letters.

§ Takes a moment before answering questions: This is another common act found in cheating partners. Because they don’t want to be caught, they take their time before answering relating questions to their relationship so that they don’t end up implicating themselves.

§ Reduced Sexual ability: Naturally, when a thing becomes too much; especially sex, it loses its beauty. With the many advantages of sex, when it is abused – have everyday – especially with the same person, we are likely to get tired of it pretty soon; sometimes irritated – depending on individuals because we must have been used to the same style and ways it is done… we get bored and it begins to affect the relationship with our spouse. But if it is respected and not having it like daily meal, the beauty and purpose of it will be retained. If we no longer enjoy sex with our partners – especially with the male folks – we tend to look outside. And even as females, when our male partners no longer satisfy our sexual urge, we tend to find satisfaction elsewhere. So here is the point: when your partner starts getting weaker everyday and not being able to satisfy your sexual urge, something is wrong. If he is not having emotional and medical problems, he is seeing someone else. That’s all!

§ Irregular phone calls and text messaging: Earlier, you talked on the phone and it was like distance never existed between you both. But now, you don’t talk for one whole week, and everything seem ok to your partner – ask your spouse this: “tell me how much you missed me”. The response you get will not be as strong, loving and convincing as the words you are usually showered with.

In this part of the world where I come from, corruption seems legal to those whose hands we have vested power upon. We seek change, but yet functioning in the change pattern in which we seek.

Every day, we are faced with the same anecdotes of yesterday. Changeless-seeming stories that leaves our hearts ill-hallowed and unhealed. Stories that are unbearably painting our beliefs murky; and spinning our upbeat beliefs anti-clock-wisely into accepting that the smallest amount of “power” entrusted to a man will intoxicate him with the charm capable of recreating him into a beast or worse.

We blame our politicians for not being able to hold power with both hands. We criticize their policies to be selfish and ineffective. Their decisions rub the wrong way; yet before them, we sing their names as praises to messiah. The question here is; who is deceiving who? And I bet the answer you’ll give is: “we are deceiving ourselves individually and collectively.”

My fellow countrymen in black won’t stop at bathing us with appalling acts of increased bribery, corruption, greed, pulling the trigger for twenty naira only – unleashing terror upon the people they should be protecting. When a person reports crime, he becomes the criminal because they are too lazy to go out there and catch the criminal. They give excuses of not having sophisticated weapons yet, a huge amount of naira hit their bank account habitually.

The courts won’t stop at convicting innocents and setting the offenders free because justice has most times, been bought.

The medical practitioners won’t stop at trading fake and expired drugs just to enrich themselves at the detriment of human lives.

The civil servants and top government officials won’t stop at embezzling government funds, abandoning government/ development projects half-done after collecting some slips from the government cheque-book; ignoring civil service jobs and using her funds to execute their personal businesses.

Our power sector won’t stop at fabricating stories about why we cannot enjoy steady electricity supply after the gargantuan bills we pay at every thirty-one days.

Our oil and gas sector won’t stop counting stolen barrels on daily bases. Who are the thieves and how were those barrels stolen without any trace?

Our private businesses won’t stop producing low quality products and sell in a cup-full amount.

Nigeria, like the gorgeous butterfly trapped within the poisonous net of ignorance. The fate of this country lies in the hands of our individual responsibilities. How blessed we are with human, material and natural resources. The zenith of our dreams should not be brought to the soul of our feet while we yet breathe an anticipated Nigeria for our unborn generations.

We should all take parts in the nation building exercise. Don’t wait until iron and blood claim our peaceful resolution. Don’t wait until the cries of our priceless children sink into the crashing sounds of singing guns. Don’t wait until our hard-earned properties turn into ashes before our very eyes. Don’t wait until our brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers are roasted in flames ignited by our actions. Don’t wait until the sun hides behind the trees. The time to act is now!

:: We cannot deny the fact that so many terrible things has happened in our communities, our states, countries and our world - and quite a number are happening and worst things will continue to happen if we don't take our stand as individuals to bring about positive change; and make our world conducive enough for our unborn generations to breath peace and enjoy the sweetness of humanity.

:: We have lost people to bomb explosions, incredible jungle justice, kidnapping, accident caused by reckless driving/ drunk drivers/ bad roads/ mechanical faults, riots, heartlessness, rituals, greed and d unruly behaviours of fellow humans.

These dead people may hold in their hearts, keys to significant change; but they've been cut short of their purpose in life. They were our mothers, sisters, aunty, cousins nieces, wives, fathers, brothers, uncles, nephews, husbands and or relatives. Is it ideal if we keep forcing death upon people without letting them fulfil their purpose of existence?

:: Have u asked yourself; 'what can I do to better the world? We owe ourselves the 'change' that we seek. If the government we trust are failing us, shouldn't we trust ourselves to start to make things right?

We aspire to create wealth and be celebrated; but we have forgotten that the best way to create wealth is to create a positive and lasting impression in the hearts of our next-door neighbours.

POLI-TRICKS AND DEMO-CRAZY

I extremely dislike to put pen to paper in relation to Nigeria politics cum politicians; but this absurd incident has however argue against that decision and constrained me to write discordantly, my disappointments to the many sad, disgusting and irritating live happenings that stares at me through the Media and crashed my eardrums to nothingness and re-birth, and fertilized the growing dis-satisfactions in me for my incapable country politicians!

When I was a child, I saw my father as a god because he governs our family of eight with his great abilities, providing all the necessities with his low income to keep us going. As a growing chap, I understood that a leader is someone who could manage emotions, situations and crisis. Someone who isn’t just matured in age but in his mental abilities, someone whose “self” is not as important as the people he governs, someone who could stand as an icon, a warrior, a god; defending, managing, providing and directing all affairs that concerns the people he governs!

And today, my definition of a leader - a true leader; remains unchanged.

It is however frowning to the fact that we keep electing and re-electing people who has no notion on the subject of leadership, people whose intents are to embezzle and cripple the accounts of our dear country, sucking our every resources dry with their straws of selfishness and greed. It is more sad, inappropriate or rather a slap to our faces as fellow countrymen to know that we become thugs, go out of our minds to vote people into power because of the accursed pocket money that we receives from them. How pathetic!

The River State House of Assembly’s obnoxious saga has wide-opened my eyes to the fact that some of our “so-called-politicians” whom we collectively voted into power are cultists, hooligans, barbarians, thugs and heartless carnivorous animals whose regards for human lives are on the losing sides of the scale. In recent times, thugs are taking over power and credible politicians either get assassinated or crossing the carpets from reliability to in-dependability; like Odia Ofeimun wrote: “every soldier becomes a thug and every thug becomes the law.”

It is hard to describe how exceedingly shameful the act of the so-called law makers turned law breakers. How could a lawmaker for God’s sakes, so disrespect the mace – River State’s staff of justice; to the point of using it as a weapon? I am so extremely disappointed in our Nigeria political system. What we practice is not politics but poli-tricks; tricking our way into power and out of power, leaving us lawless and allowing jungle justice to prevail! When Aluu community shook the entire nation with their barbaric act, we called it ‘brutal and inhuman’; we all stood for justice… But the big question here is: What should we title this season2 of Aluu-movie put-up by Rivers State House of Assembly?

Correcting this existing error in Nigeria politrical system, requires all hands on deck. Yes! You and myself! Until we stop becoming political thugs and toys and start to refuse their disaster-prone money and gifts; and vow to print our thumbs for credible politicians (leaders) not politricktians who would betray their own words for stolen wealth, our dreams of having a well-balanced political system, will exist only in our minds.

The week was no doubt a complete success to some and not a complete success to others because some goals were not successfully recorded or attained.

Understanding why we couldn't meet up with this week's goals, unveils potential secretes in hitting the success cross-bar in our short/ long term goals.

Your goals failed because you're guilty of one or more of the dotted reasons below. Thus;
• You didn't plan well.
• You took the wrong decisions.
• You took the wrong timing.
• You worked with the wrong people.
• You ignored important things.
• You picked an unrealistic goal.
• You feared 2 dare certain actions, decisions or go certain places for reasons not worth it.
• You procrastinated one step of your goal and couldn't meet up with it hence, it affected a couple of steps which crashed down the success of your set goal (s).
• You spent more time on leisure rather than working your goals out...

I could go on and on exposing reasons why some goals fail. Fear is one killing-factor that keeps one's feet unstable to the grounds and that really kills. Take up a self-confidence exercise and grow a daring spirit to confront challenges.

In the week ahead, you must dare to overcome your fears, correct your mistakes, set realistic goals, place importance in your goals from start to execution, pay dedicated attention to details about your goals and life in general, do what you have to do when you have to and prioritize your goal (s)! THE ADVANTAGE OF MAKING COLLECTIVE EFFORTS

My very good friend wrote and i like to share...

"Over time, i have realized that LIFE is not just about "ME" but "US"; not all about "MYSELF" but "OURSELVES". Our success is not complete when everyone around us is not successful....there is no success without "YOU".

Choose not to live this life of a selfish being and also realize that you could give a hand to all, Living a trade mark, wiping tears and replace with a smile, living each day with the consciousness that i meant something to someone and not just my family members and friends.

To me, success isn't about FAME! But its "having all you need and still know that they don't totally belong to you" but you have them so as to be a blessing to others who don't have as much as you do. "God blesses us so we can bless others". Don't be known as a celebrity but a "HERO" people looks up-to as an example. Make a decision to make yourself available for those who need you, if not in person then in words, if not in gifts then in hugs, if not in Smile then in Pecks.

Am always excited when friends call me up for some words of encouragement or advise. I spoke to a good friend on her birthday and the first thing she said was "Oyin please Pray for me"... and I'm glad i did. Truth is, i need these things myself but in what i tell others i always find a word for myself too. So in helping others i help myself and am glad to do such at all times but one of the things that gladdens my heart more is knowing that am not just restricted to friends around me but to everyone i make contact with, i ensure i leave them with just a word.

Funny enough, so many of us know this but we are just not ready to accept.

My historical Role Model, my mummy, Margaret Olajumoke Adebo (MOA) inspired me as she lived her life for all around her and even little children and how till date a little girl at age 5 refers to me as "Mummy Church". Story has it that my mum would not go to church without something for the children (cabin, gala, drinks) so every Sunday, this girl is always expecting something from "mummy church". So when she sees me and calls me by the name i just ensure i give her something as her "Mummy Church" would do, so i don't go to that area without a gift for the girl.
YES! Her demise changed all about me and my earlier stated dreams, the me you see now was not the me of last year and am glad to be who i am with no regrets. She's left her foot prints and am gladly walking in them, she left this world with a mark to know she was here!!

What are you leaving behind? Your Cars, your houses, your certificates? All these are also necessary but only on these planet earth!

Make a decision to see others just as you see yourself, this is called LOVE. The bible says love is the greatest of all Jam2:8,1pet1:22,John 13:34,Rom 13:8-10".

Doing the right thinking is excellent but the question is… what happens thereafter? It’s not just about doing the right thinking then seat back on your chair draping your leg atop the other, expecting a miracle; it’s about creating reality from your valid thoughts. Everyone can make good resolutions but what distinct you from others are your abilities to bring your resolutions alive. To get the best of anything, you must give the best of everything. This is not an arithmetic class – this is a simple step-by-step process to become that dream in your mind.

After you have invested unrecovered time into thinking your way forward, after you have created a conspicuous mental picture, what will your next action be? Perhaps, you don’t know the right people; you don’t have the finance to get the ball rolling; will you just sit there and allow time consume you? It shouldn’t be that way! Before God created all things, He had a mental picture of them; He thought to Himself and didn’t stop there until His mental pictures became reality then He rested... You have to trace these steps carefully and you will see your mental pictures breathing, smiling in front of you while you relax to build on a new-fangled picture. The steps therefore:

· Be strong-minded to begin the quest: determination is not just a key to success; it is a driving force that keeps you at the top of your challenges. The absence of this strong force determination in every goal setting, keeps you stagnant until you are pulled out to failure. To be determined means going beyond all odds, it means agreeing to kill selfish interests to achieve your desired results. Grow your ability to meet head-on with hard-hitting times during the pursuit of your goal. Make up your mind to win.

· Work with the right people: sometimes we have brilliant ideas but if we are not working with the right people, the ideas becomes hard to be converted into what people can see, benefit from and appreciate. Thus, accomplishment becomes an uphill task. Take for instance, I have an idea on how to develop and improve the maintenance culture of government properties thereby, helping her save or invest more in other areas but here I am working with a medical doctor who share poles-apart frame of mind with me… how far will the project go? The medical doctor might have less or nothing to contribute to the existing idea. He will just nod to everything I say and in no time, the project becomes boring to him and soon, I’m off the lane. Now that’s the troubles of not working with the right people. Choose people that share similar dreams/ aspirations with you. That way, you reawaken each other because you share an analogous mental picture.

· Don’t just sit there and dream: you cannot get to the market by sitting at home and wishing you were at the market. This is perhaps the chief process of converting your thought into pictures. Who are you waiting for? Come on! You are who you are waiting for.The company you think might turn down your proposal might be the company to fund your project. Face reality at once and step up. Don’t just sit there and make assumptions! Tackle it, defeat it and move on! Assumptions sometimes have their positive results but don’t depend on assumptions. You cannot change time and it ticks on. So why waiting? Step on the pedal and get on the speed lane. You are not growing younger my friend; you can’t procrastinate again. Take a step and climb to the top of that project. You can do it; yes you can!

· Believe it is possible: when there is a fragment of doubt in you, your conceived dream suffers the consequences. It pulls you back when you are about to make a salient move. Impossible, or rather I can’t; holds a strong negative force that keeps you relaxed when you should be on the go. “Look, this project is impossible because I don’t have enough money to finance it.” We can’t deny this is what we say most times. We don’t have the finance but we recharge our phones everyday to make irrelevant calls, we pay other bills too. This little amount of money can get your project on the lane if you learn to save and make a tall use of it. Believe it is possible to achieve your set goals and get ahead of it. Cultivate the idea of YES I CAN! And you will be marveled at the incredible results thereafter.

BE ACQUAINTED WITH YOUR WORTH

As a self-governing individual with full control over emotions, likes and wants, you should have the aptitude to recognizing your worth because, your worth determines your want. Your want determines your feelings. Your feeling determines what you say to yourself. What you say to yourself, determines what you’re set out for. And what you set out for, determines your end result which should be your most considered factor.

You see? It begins with getting familiar in the company of what you are worth.

As a banker, you know how much “accountancy” means to you, and how much “trust” is deposited in you. With this, you need no one to tell you that a fellow whose concern is pleasure should be over a million miles away from you else, you risk your job for the sake of satisfying that fellow, all because you want to be the best husband/ wife in the surface of the earth. It doesn’t work like that!

When you know your worth, you won’t just pick up any lady you see on the street. When you know your worth, you will not hanker after every lady that says “hi” to you. Know your worth! Carry yourself in your mind and feel the weight you have. Are you weighty enough to sink into your worth? Or are you such that can be tossed around by mare situations?

For in due course, your persuasions will give birth to a never-rejected result. It is left for you now, to name what that end-result should be.

CONTROLLING YOUR FEELINGS

You might be wondering to yourself; where did this dude emanate from, to discuss how I should control the way I feel. But you see? It doesn’t matter where I come from, what matters is what you scratch off me. Get it! This is what I’m created for: to empower, to change, to add value to, to amend, and to make new.

Feelings are emotional states. They don’t just happen, they are caused. So you can control them, you can change them! Yes you can!! When you find yourself falling in love with every dick-and-tom, just take a pause! Ask yourself this question: why am I falling in love with every lady/ why am I falling in love with every guy? Give the answer back to yourself. You know it! Perhaps, a little search in your mind and conscience will help. Is it the money you receive from those guys or the beauty you see in those ladies? How much money do you think you can collect that can buy you love? How many beautiful ladies do you think you can fall in love with at a time?

My wife isn’t beautiful! Don’t you know that before proposing to her? Oh no, she’s becoming too old to hangout with; whose fault is it when you do not allow her dress like the young woman you intend to give a ride to the nearby hotel? You forbid her from putting on trousers yet you end your day in-between trouser-wearing ladies you know nothing about.

It’s not worth it! You are in charge of the way you feel. It’s a must for you to rule over your thoughts. Once you fail at it, you get tossed by even calm-windy-situations and unnecessary side-attractions. If feelings are caused, find out what those causes are. This way, you can eliminate the negative ones; bundle them up and dumped in the pit of forgetfulness and give a warm embrace to the positives.

As a married man who sneaks out of his matrimonial home for an “away match”, have you considered how exposed, naked, and empty you have become to the many homeless diseases out there? You go by yourself and trade in those diseases to your home and later accusing the once-innocent devil to be responsible for your inability to control your own feelings? You think being a sugar mummy are ideal? Why did you say yes to the gentle man’s proposal when you know you still want more fun? Do you know how many ladies your sugar son is investing your money on? Have you considered the number of infections he is accommodating?

Feelings aren’t meant to destroy us, they are meant to guide us. If your feelings are wrong, they can destroy you, they can make you behave in a manner capable for giving birth to a total regret. Do you enjoy it when friends snigger at you? That’s what it brings: shame and disgrace to your personality and those looking up to you!

Feel the right feelings to keep your mind healthy. Stop thinking like the old-usual way! Become new in your thoughts and feelings. For you to be connected with the perfect match to spend the rest of your life with, you must have the right feelings.

Introduction:

Don’t ever mistake marriage for courtship. Psychologically, Marriage is an institute we can never come out from. It is a bond between lovers. Marriage is the super-psychological blending/ welding of hearts that feels the sense of compatibility and ready to stand through the test and challenges of living together as one. It travels beyond the just “I do” we say in churches, courts and other places of wedding observances. It’s completely a natural phenomenon!

When enrolled into this never-graduating institution, you answer the register of two-in-one because together, you share one heart. It means that decisions are agreed before they are taken.

It goes beyond the ordinary life we live as singles because it introduces to us, a kind attitude we never thought of having and a kind life-style we never considered living. Marriage should be a carefully enrolled institution because it never has a retirement plan or any graduation ceremony to host. To be married means to share life’s hassle.

FINDING THE RIGHT PARTNER

Many a time, I hear people complain bitterly about been married to the wrong partner. There is one fact we must embrace here: there is never a wrong partner! If you say someone’s a wrong partner to you, obviously, you are a wrong partner to someone.

Everyone is made right in the image of the creator of life. As individuals, we are born with desires as well a life-style; so we know what we want and the time we do want them. The moment you fail to spot this very important factor; (knowing what you want and the time you want them), you loose that power that made you who you are. What we do is: make the mistake of choosing to live with people whom we can’t blend or bend to fit our desires and life-style.

Just like spelling your name on a paper, you can find that matching partner to spend the rest of your life with. Did I just hear you say Easy to write but hard to do? Come off that! Hard to write but very easy to do! Relax your tension; I will guide you through this imperative voyage. Just fasten your seatbelt!

There is a love that cannot be bought. There is a dream that cannot be forgotten. There is a story that cannot be left unsaid. There is a book that cannot be left unread. There is a picture that cannot escape the memory of the past. There is a song that cannot be left unsung, a stone that cannot be left unturned and an opportunity that cannot be forgone.

Finding the ideal partner to your life is as simple as saying the ABC. Yes! As simple as recognizing where your mouth is when you close your eyes. Finding a true partner is a journey we all must embark on. It is a quest we all are hungry for. A question we all want answers for. And a movie we all wish to watch. There are desires in you that cannot be compared with mare sight, and those desires can never be meaningful until they are converted to what people can see, benefit from and appreciate.

Success is about solving problems and resolving difficulties. But understanding success is a process that will never stop. So have you solved one problem? This success will spawn new problems. Have you resoled one difficulty? This success will hatch a batch of new ones. So real success will be measured by how charming, graceful, polite and positive you have become through this evolving process.

FIELDS OF SUCCESS

Success for the husband and wife is making their marriage work with the hope that they can celebrate a golden wedding anniversary.

Success for the student means passing the courses in school and developing mind and talents to make a beneficiary contribution to the human race.

Success for the surgeon means saving life.

Success for the lawyers means helping confused persons extricate themselves from the tangled web of conflicting involvement, setting them free again.

So you see? Real success comes when you reach to that top of your mountain, end of the road, etc. you must determine not to be left in the corner, drawn in your tears, quit halfway and end up on the gibbet. This is never success!

Have you ever been challenged to the point of mare defeat since you came into this planet earth? I have tested and have a concluding line drawn that it takes a positive partner plus determination to scale through your challenges.

When there is a burning desire in the midst of your challenges, you need that partner who seem very close to your heart to light up your decisions. Your partner could be a motivational book, some soul-music, and friends or even your spouse. Just grasp that thing that makes you feel good in the midst of your bad times then decide at that moment of your happiness.

We are bound to sometimes fall as no one can be proud of being Mr. /Mrs. /miss perfect. Inconsistency is the word! Sometimes we do not need certain ideas that contribute in making us more confused; we need those ideas that are capable to light up destinies.

Do not feel defeated in your heart because the word defeat does not exist in the winners’ dictionary. It might be shameful standing by some decision but its all about that burning desire in you. Just think about it. Promotion comes only when the grade point for the former increases by one. That’s what I mean! Starting all over again is not a bad idea; you can perform better this time.

The journey through this seeming life in which we live will one day come to an end. How much will it cost you to transform pictures of the mind into reality? Who sets the standard? By what criteria will you measure your accomplishments?

It is better to spend one year doing the right thinking or taking right decisions as regards your life, than; spending three months doing just nothing more than eating, sleeping and drinking your life away. The one year you spend, can produce more ideas, open more doors, and create new pictures.

Have you ever listened to the cock’s crow? He crows so confidently as if that’s the only thing he can do in the life he lives. Sometimes we watch on our TV sets, how people crow; talk proudly about their achievements/ accomplishments. Can you deny you’ve never wished being in their position? They thought right! You can think right! “Only a fool goes to bed when his house is on fire” braise up!
