AMWS, Alkebulan Diaspora October 18, 2026 (1330 Days) -- The world is running out of time on its promise to “end poverty in all its forms everywhere.” Sustainable Development Goal 1 (SDG 1) was never meant to be a slogan. It is a deadline—and deadlines demand delivery. Each of the world’s 2.4 billion Christians share a mandate to believe, “Anything is possible.”

With 2030 approaching, governments must stop treating poverty as a collection of disconnected symptoms and start confronting it as a system: one fueled by faith that “all things are possible.” Generally acceptable measures include jobs, schools, health, housing, transportation, food access, public benefits and the power residents have over decisions that affect their lives.

Three very different governing contexts offer complementary lessons. China’s poverty reduction record shows what sustained national commitment, economic transformation, infrastructure, targeted assistance and administrative focus can accomplish at scale.

The World Bank estimates that, over four decades, nearly 800 million people in China rose above the international extreme-poverty line, accounting for close to three-quarters of the global reduction during that period. China has invested more than 110 billion yuan ($16,456,000,000 US Dollar) in fiscal assistance from eastern provinces to western ones, plus over 750 billion yuan ($112,200,000,000 US Dollar) in corporate investment in less‑developed regions. Over 60% of central government funds for rural revitalization have been directed toward industrial development, with all 832 poverty‑lifted counties developing 2–3 local industries generating over 2 trillion yuan in annual output.

Maryland’s ENOUGH initiative, inspired by faith-based values of Governor Wes and First Lady Dawn Moore, is showing the nation’s governors how a government can direct resources toward concentrated child poverty while asking communities—not distant agencies—to shape the solutions.

The lesson is not that one model can be copied wholesale. China is a nation of more than a billion people; Maryland is a U.S. state. Their political systems, fiscal powers and measures of poverty differ. The useful question is narrower: What operating principles can be adapted—democratically, transparently and with respect for rights—to accelerate progress toward SDG 1?

Stephanie A. Walker Stradford’s vision for Whole of Government #Economic Security incorporates Money-n-the-Bank to measure each whole child within the whole village. First, make poverty reduction a whole-of-government mission.

China aligned national priorities, local implementation and public investment around a measurable objective.

Maryland’s approach similarly coordinates agencies and partners instead of leaving education, health, housing and workforce programs in separate lanes. Every jurisdiction pursuing SDG 1 should establish a poverty-delivery unit with authority to align budgets, remove administrative barriers and publish progress across agencies.

Second, target places without reducing people to statistics. China’s targeted poverty alleviation relied on identifying households and local constraints, then matching interventions to need. Maryland’s ENOUGH framework channels support to communities with concentrated child poverty and organizes action around education, healthy families, economic security, and safe and thriving neighborhoods. The common principle is precision: use disaggregated data to find where hardship is deepest, then combine it with residents lived experience. Privacy protections are essential.

Third, invest in productive capacity as well as immediate relief. China’s progress was tied not only to transfers, but also to broad economic growth, rural roads, electrification, education, health and links to markets. Maryland adds a vital local lens: pathways to “work, wages and wealth,” paired with childcare, food access, housing and community safety.

A serious NoPoverty2030 mission considers basic needs of all living generations. Families need more trust now; they also need affordable homes, reliable transportation, quality schools, health care, digital access, and jobs that pay enough to build assets.

Fourth, fund local leadership—but require measurable results.

ENOUGH’s most promising feature is its effort to put funding and convening power closer to neighborhoods while maintaining shared outcomes. Maryland’s fiscal year 2027 plan includes $32 million for community-driven ENOUGH grants, providing state grant investments since fiscal year 2025 to $69 million. That scale remains modest when compared to the need, but the architecture matters: public agencies, nonprofits, schools, employers, philanthropies and residents working from one plan, one set of outcomes and a multiyear horizon.

Fifth, protect gains against the next shock. China’s shift toward rural revitalization recognizes that crossing a poverty line once is not the same as achieving lasting security. Maryland’s focus on children and intergenerational mobility makes the same point from another direction. Progress can be reversed by illness, death, displacement, job loss, inflation, climate disasters or rising housing costs. Governments should track vulnerability, as well as income, and automatically connect eligible households to benefits before a crisis becomes a catastrophe.

Racism and War are unnatural inhibitors to #NoPoverty2030. China’s capacity to overcome racism demonstrates the power of sustained commitment at scale. Anti-Chinese sentiment in the United States began in the 19th century, shortly after Chinese immigrants arrived, particularly during the California Gold Rush and the construction of the transcontinental railroad. Chinese laborers were often scapegoated for economic competition, leading to violent attacks, pogroms, and massacres such as the Los Angeles Chinese massacre of 1871 and the Rock Springs massacre

Maryland’s ENOUGH strategy demonstrates the power of community direction within a coordinated state framework. ENOUGH signals a time to make business as usual an unacceptable bad habit. Maryland’s own history of movement through government barriers points to an Underground Railroad, operating roughly from the early 1830s until the Civil War, ending around 1863.

The YouthUSA strategy builds capacity around the youngest heirs in a replicable $100 m reparations trust. Put these lessons together and a credible path emerges: national resolve, community power, targeted resources, shared measurement and long-term accountability.

Poverty is not inevitable. But ending it will require governments to organize as if 2030 is a real deadline—and communities have the power, resources and trust to lead the way.

AMWS, Alkebulan Diaspora October 17, 2026 (1331 Days) — An estimated 210 million voters in the United States are counting on an “October surprise” in the last 17 days of the 2026 mid-term elections. It comes amidst divisive political fundraising between Democrats and Republicans. Election Day, established in 1845 by the U.S. Congress, engages citizens in shaping government leadership and policy. No political event over the last 180 years in U.S. history has resulted in the sustainable outcome of its corporate identity as “One Nation Under God with liberty and justice for all”.

On 17 October 1987, more than 100,000 people gathered at the Trocadéro square in Paris — the site where the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was signed in 1948 — to honor victims of extreme poverty, hunger, and violence.

The International Day for the Eradication of Poverty has since reminded America of its call to form “a more perfect union.”

Instead, political leadership has steered a course toward its ultimate demise by failing to visualize the color purple between red and blue. Not all of America’s 350 million souls are eligible to vote, but any two of them can look at a rainbow for guidance on “Where do we go from here?”

In 2005, Arthur A. Fletcher presented goals and timetables for parity as a nation within the United States of America. In 2025, The African Union designated 2025 as the “Year of Justice for Africans and People of African Descent Through Reparations,” marking a formal continental commitment to address historical injustices such as slavery, colonialism, apartheid, and systemic racial discrimination. On 25 March 2026, the UN General Assembly declared the transatlantic slave trade and racialized chattel slavery of Africans as the gravest crime against humanity. The 2026 mid-term elections advances the global cause for inclusion as U.S. policy.

COMMUNITY over CHAOS may be influenced by one’s religious belief. However, when a nation’s full faith and credit is threatened, 1331 days to demonstrate #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible may perhaps be the safest course toward self-preservation. ActBlue processed about $3.8 billion in the 2024 election cycle, while WinRed processed about $2.4 billion in the same cycle, for a combined total of roughly $6.2 billion. “No kingdom divided can stand” is a 2000-year-old warning that internal division inevitably leads to collapse, whether in a nation, household, or spiritual realm. #ThePentacostProject includes any of 2.4 billion #HeirsofSalvation in bridging a digital divide between red and blue with The Color Purple.

An October surprise is a major political event—often a scandal, crisis, or revelation—that breaks in the final weeks of a U.S. presidential campaign and has the potential to influence the outcome of the November election. The term was coined in 1980 by Ronald Reagan’s campaign manager William Casey, but such late-breaking shocks have occurred for over two centuries.

#ThePentecostProject is a faith-based anti-poverty social action associated with The Free African Society for the 21^st Century. It calls on an estimated 2.4 billion Christians, described as #HeirsofSalvation, to support #NoPoverty2030 through their shared belief that anything is possible.

1. Protect household stability. Support durable social-protection systems, food security, safe housing and access to essential health services.

2. Expand pathways to decent work. Back skills training, small-enterprise growth, fair access to finance and jobs that provide reliable income.

3. Invest in children and young people. Prioritize education, nutrition, digital access and protection from shocks that can lock families into intergenerational poverty.

4. Direct resources where poverty is concentrated. Use credible local data and community leadership, especially in conflict-affected and fragile settings such as in Sub-Saharan Africa.

5. Publish results. Track funds, participation, services delivered and independently verifiable changes in poverty and well-being.

A Global Constituency

The figure of 2.4 billion broadly corresponds to widely cited estimates of the global Christian population, although demographic totals vary by source, year and method. In this campaign, #HeirsofSalvation, The International Children’s Bible establishes faith-based evidence of inclusion in the True Family of Jesus The Christ. The term, #BlackJesus presents a visual image of humanity’s origin.

The Measure of the Declaration

A declaration against poverty gains meaning through disciplined action: listening to affected communities, setting public targets, financing proven interventions and reporting outcomes honestly. Core Challenges

1. Historic undercapitalization: Many Black-owned financial institutions began with smaller capital bases because Black communities were historically denied equal access to wealth-building tools, investment networks, and institutional support.

2. Small scale and limited operating margins: Smaller asset size can make it difficult to absorb compliance costs, invest in technology, hire specialized staff, or compete with large banks and fintech platforms.

3. Higher community economic risk: These institutions often serve areas facing lower household wealth, higher unemployment, lower property values, and greater vulnerability to recessions, which can increase loan defaults and reduce deposits.

4. Technology and visibility gaps: Limited digital banking tools, marketing budgets, websites, and mobile-first services can make it harder to attract younger members and retain customers who expect convenience.

5. Regulatory pressure: Community banks and credit unions face complex reporting, examination, cybersecurity, anti-money-laundering, and consumer-protection obligations, often with far fewer employees than larger institutions.

6. Deposit flight and competition: Customers may move funds to larger banks for branch access, ATM networks, perceived safety, app features, rewards, or business services, weakening the deposit base of smaller institutions.

7. Succession and governance challenges: Some Black-owned credit unions are rooted in churches, civic organizations, HBCUs, or community groups. When leadership ages out or the sponsoring institution weakens, the financial institution can lose momentum.

8. Mission-versus-margin tension: Black-owned banks and credit unions often extend credit where traditional institutions have refused. That mission is essential, but it requires patient capital, strong risk controls, and outside support to remain sustainable.

Why #BlackBankingMatters

When a Black-owned bank or credit union fails, merges, or disappears, the loss is larger than a balance sheet. Communities lose trusted lenders, culturally connected financial guidance, institutional memory, and local control over credit decisions. The result can deepen reliance on large outside banks, payday lenders, check-cashing services, and other institutions that may not be designed around community reinvestment.

Framing statement: The failure of Black-owned financial institutions is not evidence that the mission is flawed. It is evidence that institutions serving historically excluded communities are often expected to solve structural financial inequality with fewer resources, smaller capital reserves, and less institutional support than their larger competitors.

Rooted on the South Side of Chicago, the Obama Presidential Center anchors a global, youth-led movement for inspiring, empowering, and connecting 2.4 billion people to sustainable change. #ThePentecostProject April 14, 2026 (1516 days to June 9, 2030), Alkebulan -- Pope Leo XIV is the first pope of documented African descent to visit “The Birthplace of Humankind” while serving as pope. His historic Apostolic Journey, a term used by the Roman Catholic Church, structures the “Holy Father’s” visit outside Vatican City for pastoral, diplomatic, and missionary purposes. But, for the first U.S. born Bishop of Rome, this four-nation #LearningJourney may signal reality of the future church as well as the Global Village. “You must be born again.”

The Gospel truth about Alkebulan navigates a circular path from the words, “IN THE BEGINNING” to a modern-day, logical choice, “CHAOS OR COMMUNITY?” Most modern scholars place the church’s beginning around AD 33, based on the timeline of Jesus’ life and ministry. Before the church became the church, the Romans used “Africa” to name their first North African province, Africa Proconsularis, after defeating Carthage in 146 BCE. At that time, Rome was pagan; the Catholic Church and the papacy did not yet exist in an institutional sense.

Ancestral Intelligence (AI) has not yet confirmed the existence of a pope who is clearly documented as “Black” in the modern racial sense. The pope most often referred to as the first Black pope is Pope Victor I (reigned c. 189–199 CE), because he was African-born, making him the first African pope in history. But, Pope Leo’s footsteps among the ruins of Hippo Regius will ultimately rediscover his spiritual father, Saint Augustine of Hippo if not the reality of #Pentecost in the Holy Spirit of #BlackJesus.

Good morning! As-salamu alaykum!

#ThePentecostProject, in the spirit of the Free African Society, is a Spirit-led, community-rooted movement of self-determination, mutual care, moral formation, and public witness—organized by the people most affected, not imposed from above.

1. The Free African Society (1793): the spiritual DNA

The Free African Society (FAS)—founded by Richard Allen and Absalom Jones in Philadelphia—was:

· Voluntary: free Black people organizing themselves

· Mutual-aid centered: care for the sick, burial of the dead, aid for widows and orphans

· Spiritually grounded: Christian faith expressed through action

· Self-governing: refusal to be controlled by institutions that demeaned Black dignity

· Publicly accountable: moral authority rooted in service during crisis (e.g., the 1793 Yellow Fever epidemic)

Key principle: Faith becomes credible when oppressed people organize their own care, voice, and witness. This is the lens through which to read #ThePentecostProject.

2. Pentecost (Acts 2): the theological parallel

Pentecost is not hierarchy descending—it is community ignited:

· The Spirit falls on ordinary people

· Many languages are spoken without being erased

· Authority comes from witness, not office

· The result is sharing, care, and common life

In Acts 2:42–47, the marks of Spirit-filled life mirror the FAS:

· Mutual aid

· Shared resources

· Public trust

· Growth rooted in justice and joy

3. What #ThePentecostProject means in this spirit

Seen through the Free African Society, #ThePentecostProject is not a campaign; it is a method of liberation by communion.

A. Community-first, not institution-first

Like the FAS, this Pentecost vision:

· Begins with people organizing themselves

· Honors lived experience as theological data

· Treats mutual care as sacred work

· Pentecost is measured by whether people eat, heal, bury, teach, and protect one another.

B. Self-determination with spiritual legitimacy

The FAS did not ask permission to exist.

Likewise, #ThePentecostProject (in this spirit) insists that:

· Communities may name their own needs

· They can speak for themselves

· Their faith does not require validation from dominance structures

· This is apostolic authority from below.

C. Storytelling as sacred witness

The FAS created institutions so Black lives could be seen, valued, and remembered.

#ThePentecostProject does the same when it:

· Centers marginalized voices

· Treats testimony as theology

· Shares “the mighty works of God” through lived struggles

4. Africa and the African Diaspora as Pentecostal teachers

In FAS spirit, Africa is not a recipient—it is a teacher.

Africa and the diaspora understand faith as:

· Communal

· Embodied

· Rhythmic

· Resilient under domination

That is why this Pentecost framing:

· Resists respectability politics

· Honors joy amid suffering

· Treats survival and care as spiritual genius

· Much like the FAS, the community becomes the catechism.

5. Organizational ethics: what this Pentecost avoids

Just governments rightfully commend the obedience, loyalty, support, and defense of all Christian men and women they control and protect. The Right Reverend Jeffrey N. Leath, 128th Bishop of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, has cautioned his church’s institutional voice to seek substantive change from a shrinking dollar. “

In Revelation 3:7-8 ICB - To the Church in Philadelphia The spirit of the original Free African Society acknowledges the church's deeds, stating, "I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut. For you have only a little strength, yet you have kept My word and have not denied My name" (Revelation 3:8).

The letter to the church promises protection and vindication. Jesus assures them that He will keep them from the hour of trial that is coming upon the world (Revelation 3:10). He also promises that the one who overcomes will be made a pillar in the temple of God, signifying stability and honor in His presence.

Heirs of Salvation here and throughout State of African Diaspora (SOAD) can sing a new song for repair and reconciliation. With almost 350 million people, the African Diaspora equals the THIRD COUNTRY in the world after China and India, but greater than The United States of America (323 million), Indonesia (258 million) and Brazil (205 million).

The African Diaspora is derived from two main waves of migration:

- The first is related to the deportation of Africans in the context of the slave trade, whether it is the Eastern Trade (from the 7th to the beginning of the 20th century), or the Western Trade (from the 15th to the 19th century). The descendants of these populations are still living today in countries like Yemen or Iraq, or The United States of America and Brazil, for example.

-The second wave is an economic migration that pushed the African population to Europe, since the twentieth century, especially after 1945. These are African descendants in France or the UK, but also in many other countries of the world.

The Covenant

In 2004, the AME Church made a major commitment to Indigenous Leadership with an unprecedented election of three bishops who were born in overseas districts (Districts 14-20). The intent was sealed with a document:

Persons born outside of the USA would serve areas of their birth. Yet, the understanding of those elected was not clear in terms of their having made an active, career long obligation.

AMWS, February 4, 2026, Maputo, Mozambique -- Faith Leaders are set to gather here to “carry out the spirit of the original Free African Society.” The youngest disciples of #BlackJesus should reasonably expect “substance of things hoped for” where they live, learn, work and or worship.

Fiduciary Trustees for The Free African Society (FAS2) have called on church reform advocates to assess generational needs through a $100 m seed for ending poverty.

UNICEF reports that around 13 million children—77% of all children in Mozambique—live in monetary poverty, multidimensional poverty, or both. Two or more followers from Generations A and Z are awaiting a word from their institutional voice to confirm a promise, “if you ask for anything in my name, I will do it for you.”

Black Church leaders believe Trump‑era foreign policy influenced poverty in Sub‑Saharan Africa through several mechanisms: foreign aid changes, trade uncertainties, immigration restrictions, geopolitical shifts (especially U.S.–China competition), and security policy adjustments. These factors collectively impacted economic conditions, social services, governance stability, and humanitarian needs.

According to The Christian Recorder, The Global Development Council promotes the development of African Methodism in Districts 14–20 and serves as an institutional voice to the larger Connectional Church.

African Methodism refers to the family of historic Black Methodist denominations that emerged in the late 18th and early 19th centuries when African Americans, facing discrimination in white‑controlled Methodist churches, formed independent religious bodies grounded in Methodist theology, Wesleyan practice, and Black self‑governance.

In part, the “larger Connectional Church” may share responsibility for today’s effects of European colonialization throughout Alkebulan. Rebranding Christmas from Presents to Presence

AMWS, December 21, 2025, Washington, DC – The U.S. Presidency may have forfeited America’s last chance to stand for Christ at Christmas. The U.S. president, satirized across the African Diaspora as “The Grinch who stole Christmas,” is certain to face daunting truths in the phrase "the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice."

As 2.4 billion followers of Jesus The Christ celebrated Advent through demonstrations of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love, free Africans are waking up to their reality as an endowed community. Little children throughout the global village will find their stockings stuffed with more than their little hearts could stand.

In this year, dubbed the "Year of Justice for Africans and People of African Descent Through Reparations," The traditional Christmas narrative, translated by King James of England, has taken its last queue from wanna-be kings.

Seven aspirations coming out of the African Union to its recently constitutionalized State of African Diaspora “are rebranding the Triple-Evils of racism, poverty and war with renewed hope for “shared prosperity and well-being, for unity and integration, for a continent of free citizens and expanded horizons, where the full potential of women and youth are realized, and with freedom from fear, disease and want.”

In 2025, Free Africans in the United States engaged in internal reparations by reclaiming stolen peoples equity. They learned KA TUMELO RE LELAPA (By FAITH we are FAMILY). The name Africa replaced #Alkebulan largely due to historical processes involving Roman conquest, European colonization, and the spread of Latin-based terminology. Before European influences, As-salam alaikum! is a blessing by #BlackJesus and the Islamic greeting meaning “Peace be upon you”, and the response means “And peace be upon you too.”

"Partnership produces progress, and nothing else does. Marylanders are coming together across all levels of society to end child poverty in our state," said Maryland Governor Wes Moore. To amplify the impact of Maryland’s ENOUGH Act, philanthropic and private sector institutions are coming together with an initial commitment of more than $100 million calling on other institutions to join their efforts.

He was not awed or dismayed by this prospect but instead pointed out that the growth of the gross national product during the same period makes this expenditure comfortably possible. It is, he said, as simple as this: “The poor can stop being poor if the rich are willing to become even richer at a slower rate.” Furthermore, he predicted that unless a “substantial sacrifice is made by the American people,” the nation can expect further deterioration of the cities, increased antagonisms between races and continued disorders in the streets. He asserted that people are not informed enough to give adequate support to antipoverty programs, and he leveled a share of the blame at the government because it “must do more to get people to understand the size of the problem.”

THE STORY OF JESUS – Ka TUMELO re lelapa Signs, Wonders and Miracles

Tshepo is the Sesotho word for “hope.” Sesotho is one of some 2000 different languages spoken in Alkebulan, now known as Africa. Each of these languages also has different dialects peculiar to certain people. The word “Alkebulan” has a long history and indigenous roots. This word does not appear in Hebrew versions of the Bible, though it was widely used throughout Alkebulan, especially by the Ethiopians, Nubians, Moors, and Numidians. Translations of this name include “mother of mankind” and “the garden of Eden,” respectively.

FAS2, July 25, 2025 Maseru, Lesotho – I am Selemeng Molupe. At Age 13, I am one of 100 Generation Alpha believers applying for #EconomicInclusion in a replicable $100 million USD reparations trust. I follow Jesus The Christ, through whom all things are possible. I am bi-lingual. I speak English as a second language to my mother-tongue, which is Sesotho. KEA LUMELA is Sesotho for I believe. Faith: The name Tumelo means "faith”. It is derived from the Sesotho language and represents belief, trust, or confidence in something greater. In Sesotho culture, Tumelo reflects the importance of faith in God, oneself, or others to achieve success and overcome challenges.

Hope: The name Celeste is of Latin origin and means "heavenly" or "celestial." It is often associated with qualities such as beauty, grace, and purity, reflecting the celestial connotations. It is also seen as a name of hope and optimism.

Love: Jesu o rata bana ba banyenyane is how we say Jesus loves little children in Sesotho. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me. Don’t stop them, because the kingdom of heaven belongs to people who are like these children.” So, for anyone who HOPES for #KingdomFellowship can do for me what Jesus does for all little children.

According to the Gospels, Jesus performed 37 miracles, with some scholars estimating the number to be between 24 and 37 documented in the gospel accounts. Each miracle served a specific purpose in God's plan of salvation for humankind. One of the children Jesus loved was a 12 year-old he called Talitha cumi, which is said to mean, “little girl.” Her name may as well have been Celeste based on the signs, wonders and miracles on their way to her home.

In Selemeng’s story, Hope is on the way to Ramolefi.’ A father hoped Jesus would come heal his dying daughter. On the way to Jairus’ house a woman, we’ll call her Veronica Haemorrhoissa, had blood issues for as long as young Celeste had lived. Veronica is said to have pressed through the crowd of needy folks, falling down in front of the early responder for medical attention. She had no Medicaid because her government did not value her life. Veronica’s emergency required TUMELO, but she didn’t know because she didn’t speak Sesotho. A bi-lingual spirit, flowed from #BlackJesus as she touched the hem of his garment.

Veronica was made whole, but #BlackJesus was now behind schedule because of the distraction. Little Celeste was believed to be dead. Folks at the house needed Hope to get them out of grieving and back to believing.

The Creator Spirit, whom we invoked in the motherland – Tlo, Moya wa Mmopi – is the Spirit of the Free African who descended upon Jesus as the quiet driving force of his mission: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me” (Lk 4:18).

“When we ask the Spirit to enlighten our minds, to multiply our languages, to awaken our senses, to instill love, to strengthen our bodies and to grant us peace, we become open to God’s Kingdom,” said Pope Leo XIV.

The historic Black Church in the United States has been called upon to pair meaningful social action within an emerging reality of #KingdomFellowship.

The Kingdom of indigenous Free Africans predates the introduction of Christianity to the Basotho peoples also known as "San" which comes from the Khoekhoe language. Sans means "foragers" and is used in a derogatory manner to describe people too poor to have cattle.

Imagine being a rightful heir to “cattle on a thousand hills,” and growing up too poor to have cattle. The church in Lesotho began with the establishment of the Lesotho Evangelical Church in Southern Africa (LECSA) in 1833 by the Paris Evangelical Missionary Society. The church received support from the local king and developed under its protection. The first mission station was established in Morija, and the church gained independence in 1964.

April 18, 2025 – In the midst of chaos and confusion over the future of the American family, there is good news from Mother Africa. Ka TUMELO re lelapa: By faith, we are family.

Good Friday ends the Lenten Season for 2.4 billion heirs of salvation. Each year, Jesus’ True Family celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion (DEIty) over a period starting Ash Wednesday and lasting for 40 days (excluding Sundays).

Select factions within The Black Church of Jesus The Christ have invested wisely in things hoped for, while others frantically react to perceived threats on their temporal existence. Meanwhile, the Black Family has been asked to believe “trouble don’t last always” by religious leaders and government officials who deny #BlackJesus as undisputable evidence of things not seen.

In the biblical context, “signs, wonders and miracles” refer to divine indicators of God's power and presence. Approximately 37 phenomena are recorded in the four Gospels of Jesus The Christ. These reports of “miracles” justify one’s own belief of God's intervention in human affairs.

The Gospel of Mark, captured faithfully by John Mark acting as Peter's scribe, records 18 miracles of Jesus. They include calming a storm, feeding 5,000 plus women and children, walking on water, and cursing a fig tree.

While Mark did understand Jesus as the Son of God, he typically made sure that people understood his humanity as being a part of the unique personhood of Jesus. “Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?” Then Jesus looked at those sitting around him. He said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! My true brother and sister and mother are those who do the things God wants.” Ka TUMELO re lelapa: By faith, we are family.

Mark’s report on Family, included in the fourth of seven last words of #BlackJesus, comforts the world’s historically disadvantaged. In this Word of Abandonment, 'Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?' -- which means, 'My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?’ Jesus was fully God and fully human at the same time. He was not some less powerful demigod as the Romans or Greeks would have understood. He had and has the attributes of God and humanity fully expressed and fully powered.

Mark was believed to have been born in or around 5 AD in Cyrene. Perhaps by coincidence, or family relation, Mark records at 15:21, the role of another brother from Cyrene.

“There was a man from Cyrene coming from the fields to the city. The man was Simon, the father of Alexander and Rufus. The soldiers forced Simon to carry the cross for Jesus.” According to the Coptic tradition, Cyrene is a city in the Pentapolis of North Africa, which is now Libya. Aristopolus was believed to be his father, and his mother’s home was believed to be in Jerusalem, which served as a center for Christian life.

Aramaic is believed to have been the Afroasiatic language recorded at Matthew 27:46 and Mark 15:34 when #BlackJesus cried out, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” Semitic languages are a branch of the Afroasiatic language family. They include Arabic, Amharic, Tigrinya, Aramaic, Hebrew, Maltese, and numerous other ancient and modern languages. These languages are spoken by more than 330 million people across much of West Asia, North Africa, and parts of the Horn of Africa. Semitic languages are divided into three major branches: East Semitic, West Semitic, and South Semitic.

The Semitic languages of Ethiopia are believed to have been influenced by a range of Cushitic languages, and vice versa.

While the Chadic and Cushitic languages are diverse and poorly studied, the Semitic languages have a more well-studied history and are part of a wider linguistic family called Hamito-Semitic.

To understand the languages Jesus might have used on the cross, it’s crucial to picture the linguistic melting pot that was first-century Judea within a broader dynamic of “family migration” by Noah’s sons Shem, Ham and Japeth.

The primary languages in the region studied as Judea were:

Aramaic: This was the vernacular language, the language of the people. It was the everyday tongue spoken in Galilee, where Jesus grew up, and likely the language he used most often in his daily life.

Hebrew: While no longer the primary spoken language, Hebrew remained the language of religious scholarship, the synagogue, and the sacred scriptures. Educated individuals, especially those involved in religious life, would have been familiar with it.

Greek: Following Alexander the Great’s conquests, Greek had become the lingua franca of the eastern Mediterranean, the language of commerce, administration, and higher education. Many people in Judea, particularly those in urban areas, would have been able to understand and speak Greek.

Latin: While less common, Latin was the language of the Roman administration and the military. It’s plausible that some individuals, particularly those who interacted with Roman officials, would have had some knowledge of Latin.

Followers might note here, the number of languages natively spoken in Africa is variously estimated at between 1,250 and 2,100, and by some counts at over 3,000. In every generation, the Free African must reclaim his or her own value.

A kingdom that fights against itself cannot continue. And a family that is divided cannot continue. And if Satan is against himself and fights against his own people, then he cannot continue. And that is the end of Satan.

The Truth About #BlackJesus - A Letter To The Church At Philadelphia

In Conflict Resolution, truth is assessed through informed opinions based on facts and findings. The Gospel of Jesus The Christ is an established narrative based on reports by Jewish authors starting somewhere between 400 BCE and 4 CE. These four centuries are summarized through linear evidence in Matthew and circular evidence in John.

Sixteen prophets—Isaiah to Malachi—whose writings have come down to us lived during four centuries, from about 800 to 400 B.C. Most of them left chronological data by which the duration of their ministry can be determined, at least approximately. The intertestamental period covers roughly four hundred years, from the last Old Testament prophesy Malachi 4 (c. 420 BC/BCE) to the New Testament appearance of John the Baptist in the early 1st century AD/CE. The period is known by some accounts as the "400 Silent Years" because it was a span where no new prophets were raised, and God revealed nothing new to the Jewish people.

Findings about #BlackJesus are derived from three chronological timelines dating back to Noah’s sons Ham, Shem and Japheth. Individual belief in #BlackJesus bridges findings to facts.

The Shem version depicts #BlackJesus as a “Jew, called out of Africa.” This version of truth includes chronological narratives in Matthew and Luke and faith-based perspectives in John and Revelation.

The Japeth version reveals an enduring history of conflict seeking resolution. Over time, they clashed with kin-folk and some landed in servitude to others.

Slavery has long been part of the human experience. For instance, the Israelites (Shem) were slaves in Egypt (Ham) for a time. The Israelites (Shem) then conquered the Canaanites (Ham). Later, the Babylonians (Ham) conquered the Israelites (Shem) only to subsequently be conquered by the Persians (Japheth). Noah's curse should not be used as an excuse for treating any people group more poorly than another.

Conversely, the fact that "the people of the whole earth" descend from this one family should encourage readers to view all people as fellow brothers and sisters in this one family of humankind. Atonement for racism, poverty and war might be achieved through the reconciliation of God and humankind.

The Ham

Ham’s narrative picks up after the deployment of Noah’s sons to populate three regions. Ham’s assignment was to northern Africa in the region corresponding to modern-day Sudan. The larger region around Kush (later referred to as Nubia) was inhabited c. 8,000 BCE but the Kingdom of Kush rose much later. The Kerma Culture, so named after the city of Kerma in the region, is attested as early as 2500 BCE and archaeological evidence from Sudan and Egypt show that Egyptians and the people of Kush region were in contact from the Early Dynastic Period in Egypt (c. 3150 - c. 2613 BCE) onwards to about 350 BCE just after the end of the Malachi 4 in the Shem narrative.

Historically, The Bible leads one to believe that Noah built the ark in 2,348 BC. The Bible does not give the exact date when Noah built the ark. However, from the generational timelines in the book of Genesis 5 and 11, the ark may have been built 1,656 years from creation, which perhaps occurred in 4004 BC. Therefore, Noah could have built the ark in 2,348 BC.

Christmas 2024 A.D.

The Free African Society for the 21^st Century (FAS2) is an emerging youth-led enterprise. It originated as a social action of the Lay Ministry at Ebenezer African Methodist Episcopal Church, Fort Washington, MD, USA. Developing Consultants for the start-up FAS2 brand, advised church leaders at the 1999 Lay Biennial, Syracuse, NY; AMECONVO VI, Philadelphia, PA and the historic 2000 AMEC General Conference, Cincinnati, OH. Agreement to partner with Generation Alpha Heirs of Salvation may offer one last chance for the Christian Church to be or not to be.

The Free African Society (FAS), founded in 1787, was a benevolent organization that held religious services and provided mutual aid for "free Africans and their descendants" in Philadelphia. The Society was founded by Richard Allen and Absalom Jones. It was the first Black religious institution in the city and led to the establishment of the first independent Black churches in the United States.

The African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas

Originally established as the African Church, The African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas was founded in 1792 by and for persons of African descent to foster personal and religious freedoms and self-determination. The original African Church was an outgrowth of the Free African Society, a mutual aid organization established in 1787 by Absalom Jones, Richard Allen and others, to assist the Black population in Philadelphia.

Mother Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Philadelphia, PA

The Mother Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1972. The congregation, founded in 1794, is the oldest African Methodist Episcopal congregation in the nation.

The historic church building is located at 419 South 6th Street in Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The current structure, completed in 1890, is the oldest church property in the United States to be continuously owned by African Americans..

The church was proposed in 1791 by members of the Free African Society of Philadelphia, including Absalom Jones, out of a desire to create a space for autonomous African-American worship and community in the city.

The Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Baltimore, MD

The Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church congregation is the oldest independent black institution in Baltimore. Its origins date back to the late 18th century, when blacks withdrew from the parent Methodist Church in protest against racially segregated seating and lack of representation in church hierarchy.

To exercise control over their own spiritual affairs, the dissenting blacks formed a "Free African Society," congregating for prayers and meetings in private homes. They soon adopted the name "Bethel," (a Hebrew word meaning house of God), and in 1817, acquired their first church building, the old German Lutheran Church on Fish Street (now Saratoga).

The African Methodist Episcopal Church

In 1816 an organizing conference in Philadelphia formally established the national independent The African Methodist Episcopal Church.

Daniel Coker, an eminent orator and educator who later became the first recognized missionary of the Church, joined the colonization party that went to Liberia in 1820. Coker hosted the 1^st Quadrennial Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church where he was elected the new denomination’s first bishop. He declined the post, however, and Richard Allen was appointed the following day.

The historic denomination grew out of the Free African Society (FAS) which Richard Allen, Absalom Jones, and others established in Philadelphia in 1787. When officials at St. George’s MEC pulled blacks off their knees while praying, FAS members discovered just how far American Methodists would go to enforce racial discrimination against African Americans. Hence, these members of St. George’s made plans to transform their mutual aid society into an African congregation.

The African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church

The African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, or the AME Zion Church (AMEZ) is a historically African-American Christian denomination based in the United States. It was officially formed in 1821 in New York City, but operated for a number of years before then. The African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church adheres to Wesleyan-Arminian theology.

Manifesto of The Faithless Elector

AMWS, November 25, 2024, Atlanta -- I BELIEVE is the single most powerful statement of faith for trustees in a faith-based economy. I BELIEVE there are at least 2.4 billion @followers of Jesus The Christ. The Creator grants each believer 24 hours each day. I can choose to make each day count.

Each year on November 22^nd, I invite friends, kin, followers and foes to believe anything is possible. I am the youngest of five sons born to The Reverend James Milton and Alma Catherine Stradford. Today, I awakened to a believer’s perception of reality.

It is the first day in the remainder of my temporal economy. I woke up.

That may not be my reality once some folks hear what I have risen to declare in the name of #BlackJesus, Amen. Our task is to declare but not necessarily decree #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible.

Declaration and decree are powerful concepts. They involve speaking forth (articulating a perception of) God’s truth and declaring His promises with confidence and authority. When decreeing, the onus is on us to cause it to happen, whereas asking (seeking God’s approval) respects God’s power to bring it to pass.

§ a declaration states something that already exists.

§ a decree calls things that are not as they are.

DECLARATION OR DECREE? FULL FAITH AND CREDIT CLAUSE

Faith means being sure of the things we hope for. And faith means knowing that something is real even if we do not see it. Most of my 3000 Facebook Friends believe they have faith. This means that what we see was made by something that cannot be seen.

300 of my 3000 Facebook Friends thought it not robbery to wish me a happy birthday. Within that ten percent subset of friends-n-kin are some hard-core believers I value as winners. By faith winners understand that the whole world was made by God. Our small, but highly favored group has not set out to become famous, just faithful.

People who lived in the past became famous because of faith. Depending on the narrative one chooses to believe, Noah was, reportedly, a man who pleased God. No evidence in the Hebrew narrative suggests he cheated on his wife, sexually assaulted women or tried to steal an election. According to published reports, he walked with God.

After Noah was 500 years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham and Japheth. A hundred years later, the family was forced to evacuate due to a devastating forecast of a 150-day flood.

After the flood, Noah’s three sons set out to repopulate the Earth. Scholars of history, geography and religion have since intwined their findings into enduring conflicts of racism, poverty and war.

DECREE OR DECLARATION? Faithless Elector

According to published news reports, Convicted Felon Donald Trump won the 2024 election for President of the United States of America. These reports are premature since the Electoral College has not yet voted for 47^th President of the United States.

Framers of the United States Constitution such as Franklin, Jefferson, Adams and Hamilton incorporated their individual beliefs into an evolving model for faith-based governance. The United States Constitution articulates common vision for diverse, religious influences by codifying diverse beliefs as “WE THE PEOPLE.”

FACTS: TIME IS MONEY!!!

Every four years, Americans rediscover the 538-member mechanism that the Constitution (Article II, section 1 and Amendment XII ), federal statutes, and state laws prescribe for selecting the president. Electors rarely appear on ballots, but when voters pull the lever for president and vice president, they are actually voting to authorize competing slates of electors who will cast the official votes at a later date. The founders envisioned electors as free agents, selected by the voters to be what Alexander Hamilton described in Federalist 68 as “men most capable of analyzing” presidential candidates. Over the years most have forgotten that electors are actual people, and the Founders’ vision has morphed almost uniformly into 538 party-selected, faceless robots.

DECREE OR DECLARATION? Full Faith and Credit Clause

There is no Constitutional provision or Federal law that requires electors to vote according to the results of the popular vote in their States.

§ Article IV, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, known as the “Full Faith and Credit Clause,” requires each state to recognize the laws, judicial decisions, and public records of the other states. This section helps ensure that court decisions made in one state will be recognized and honored in every other state. One purpose for this is that it prevents someone from moving to another state to avoid a court judgment, or to file a new lawsuit in an attempt to obtain a more favorable outcome on a matter that has already been decided. To explore this concept, consider the following Full Faith and Credit definition.

“What can happen in a Divided States of America?”

On January 6, 2021, The President of the United States failed to protect and defend the constitutional right to vote. Members of The United States Congress impeached but could not convict an “enemy from within” the government’s executive and, perhaps, legislative branches. The Government Accountability Office estimates the attack -- carried out by supporters of former President Donald Trump who were dissatisfied with the 2020 election results -- caused about $2.7 billion in estimated costs.

The FBI estimates that between 2,000 and 2,500 people entered the United States Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, with some vandalizing and looting offices of U.S. Congress members.

The U.S. Congress impeached the President of the United States for his actions or the lack thereof through a constitutionally sanctioned process.

The Electoral College, represented by 535 electors from the 50 states, convened as required by the U.S. Constitution.

American voters should know that when you cast a vote for a presidential candidate, you’re not actually voting for the president; you’re voting for a group of people called “electors.” Electors are the individuals who form the Electoral College. Each elector represents one electoral vote. A total of 538 electors forms the Electoral College. Each state has its own number of electors.

In Georgia, 47 other states and the District of Columbia, electors vote according to who wins the total popular vote. So, if the Republican candidate wins the state’s popular vote, that party’s electors vote for their candidate to become president of the United States. If the Democrat candidate wins the state’s popular vote, Georgia’s 16 electors nominated by the Democratic Party will be sent to the Electoral College to elect their candidate.

AMWS, October 1, 2024, Atlanta – According to the United Nations, nearly half of the world’s population lives in poverty, with over 800 million people in extreme poverty. Extreme poverty is defined as surviving on less than $1.25 a day. The goal of the U.N. and its partners is to eradicate poverty everywhere by 2030, as part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The United States of America is one of 193 member states of the U.N. today.

Howard Buffett, 69 is Warren Buffett’s son. According to Fortune Magazine, Howard will be trusted with his dad’s $144 billion fortune. He says its ‘not so easy to give away money’ if you want to do it right. Original trustees for Buffet’s 68 billion trust might agree. I believe Howard is wrong. On any given day, any two of 2.4 billion followers might simply draw on the endowment, “all things are possible.” I am one of them.

Community Reinvestment is as easy as declaring #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible in the name of #BlackJesus if y’all ain’t scared. It requires believing in the mission, speaking (or writing the vision) and putting a plan in action. In other words, what are you going to do about it? As Americans count the days to vote for the next U.S. president, the current president, is also one of 2.4 billion followers of Jesus The Christ through whom ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. President Joe Biden is pressed to make good on a campaign promise for Healing The Soul of America. On October 13-15, President Biden was to meet with President João Lourenço of Angola. The rescheduled mission, now set for after the U.S. elections has no clear agenda other than signaling a shift in succession as usual. If it happens, it will be the 46^th president’s first visit to Sub-Saharan Africa since taking office.

Candidate Donald Trump did not travel to Africa. Vice President Kamala Harris has already visited Sub-Saharan Africa and pledged $100 million during a week-long three nation tour.

An Invitation to One Nation Under God

Generation Alpha is the term used to describe the generation of people born (or who will be born) between 2010 and 2025. They are the demographic cohort succeeding Generation Z. They are the first generation born entirely in the 21st century and the third millennium.

Their parents are mostly Millennials, and their older siblings are Gen Zs. These tech-savvy digital natives and are already proving themselves worthy of global investment. They are the bridge between dreaming the impossible and getting things done.

In Sub-Saharan Africa, two or more Generation Alpha believers are on a mission to engage 2.4 billion followers in declaring UNSDG Goal 1 of 17, #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible. The number of Christians around the world has nearly quadrupled in the last 100 years, from about 600 million in 1910 to more than 2 billion in 2010. But the world’s overall population also has risen rapidly, from an estimated 1.8 billion in 1910 to 6.9 billion in 2010. As a result, Christians make up about the same portion of the world’s population today (32%) as they did a century ago (35%). Debt-forgiveness and caring for the poor are among the key deliverables in a single command to “love one another.”

534 million of the 1.1 billion poor people live in Sub-Saharan Africa. In contrast to the Middle East, religion is not so much a source of conflict as a source of hope. Religious leaders and movements are a major force in civil society and a key provider of relief and development for the needy, particularly given the widespread reality of failed states and collapsing government services. The number of Muslims living between the Sahara Desert and the Cape of Good Hope has increased more than 20-fold, rising from an estimated 11 million in 1900 to approximately 234 million in 2010. The number of Christians has grown even faster, soaring almost 70-fold from about 7 million to 470 million. Sub-Saharan Africa now is home to about one-in-five of all the Christians in the world (21%) and more than one-in-seven of the world’s Muslims (15%). Depending on an institution’s religious doctrine, a vast majority of Free Africans, be they Christian or Muslim, relate or are related to God living within them. Translation of the word FAITH to some 2100 indigenous languages begins to measure the loss due to European colonization.

AMWS July 11, 2024 – The United States Senate, including at least one follower of #BlackJesus, is leveraging its influence over the 2024 United States presidential election.

President Joe Biden said only one thing could persuade him to drop out of the 2024 presidential race. "Look, I mean, if the Lord Almighty came down and said, ‘Joe, get outta the race,’ I’d get outta the race,” he said, adding, “The Lord Almighty’s not comin’ down.”

Two days after this nationally significant anniversary of July 11, 1798, the president's political opponent, predecessor, convicted felon, alleged insurrectionist, and now miraculous survivor of a botched assassination attempt confessed, “I’M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE.” A “Whole of Government” investigation and security review into "God's grace on thee" may never solve the “where are my shoes?” mystery. But proven prosecutorial proficiency and transparent fact-finding into competitive two-party politics will perhaps get We The People to ask relevant questions.

According to the U.S. Constitution, and not the Constitution of the Confederate States, Vice President Kamela Harris pulls double duty as President of the United States Senate. On any given day, she is unofficially the co-president with Joe Biden as well as a running mate for the Democratic Party. Harris is potentially the country’s greatest influencer when POTUS runs amuck.

Her predecessor, Mike Pence might have saved time, money, even American lives by examining his own faith along with the history of the office. "I do not believe that such a course of action is in the best interest of our Nation or consistent with our Constitution," Pence wrote. Like a “Fresh Wind,” an unprecedented intervention can, in the interest of national security, HEAL THE SOUL OF AMERICA. On this date, 226 years ago, The United States of America put collective faith to work through the establishment of a unique force in readiness.

The Founding Fathers, most of whom were of English descent, include those who signed the United States Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the United States Constitution and others. In every generation since, seven stars of democracy have compromised on the America value, “all men are created equal.” As such, compromise stands as the enduring threat known as The Triple Evils. In his farewell address on September 19, 1796, President George Washington articulated a future for divisive politics based bad habits forming during his own temporal reality.

After defeating the British in the American Revolutionary War, Washington stepped in to lead 13 colonies to form a more perfect union. Political factions or parties began to form during the struggle over ratification of the federal Constitution of 1787.

Friction between them increased as attention shifted from the creation of a new federal government to the question of how powerful that federal government would be.

The Federalists, led by Secretary of Treasury Alexander Hamilton, wanted a strong central government, while the Anti-Federalists, led by Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson, advocated states’ rights instead of centralized power. Federalists coalesced around the commercial sector of the country while their opponents drew their strength from those favoring an “agrarian” society. The ensuing partisan battles led George Washington to warn of “the baneful effects of the spirit of party” in his Farewell Address as president of United States.

“Let me now take a more comprehensive view, and warn you in the most solemn manner against the baneful effects of the spirit of party generally.”

The same political dog-whistles of George Washington’s era call on the next president of the United States to either pay attention to a word from God, or anticipate a thump upside the head from one of His fingers.

Whether Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, or even Jesse Jackson, Jr. is the next Commander-in-Chief, dogs of war respond to authority. According to military training sources, “Command voice refers to the way a command is given to affect the way the movement is executed.” A correctly delivered command is loud and distinct enough for everyone in the element to hear. It is given in a tone, cadence, and snap that demand a willing, correct, and immediate response.”

Depending on one’s narrative, Biblical Moses lead Israelites out of Africa. Like #BlackJesus, Moses was reportedly an African prince, perhaps born to sensitize the slave master to the needs of the enslaved. After 40 years at the Egyptian court, Moses learned that he was special. He spent the next 40 years in the desert of Midian learning that God is special. Moses had to learn not to have himself and his position as the focus. He had to learn how to care for sheep in order to be a shepherd of God to the people.

God’s plan is not likely to be found in the political party platforms of either the Democratics or the Republicans. Historically, His plan has called on leadership to do His will. Out of seven founding fathers from U.S. History, one ended up getting shot by the Vice President of the United States.

The latest ruling by The U.S. Supreme Court theoretically supports Affirmative Engagement for eliminating a threat to American lives. If Barack Obama could deploy U.S. Special Forces to take out Osama Bin Laden, why would Joe Biden debate a convicted felon over his perceived right to govern? “There’s no place in America for this kind of violence, for any violence, ever. Period. No exceptions,” said President Biden. “We can’t allow this violence to be normalized,” Biden said during his remarks.

Pew Research: A reckoning over racial inequality

Racial tensions were a constant undercurrent during Trump’s presidency, often intensified by the public statements he made in response to high-profile incidents.

The death of George Floyd, in particular, brought race to the surface in a way that few other recent events have. The videotaped killing of the unarmed, 46-year-old Black man by a White police officer in Minneapolis was among several police killings that sparked national and international protests in 2020 and led to an outpouring of public support for the Black Lives Matter movement, including from corporations, universities and other institutions. In a survey shortly after Floyd’s death in May, two-thirds of U.S. adults – including majorities across all major racial and ethnic groups – voiced support for the movement, and use of the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag surged to a record high on Twitter.

Attitudes began to change as the protests wore on and sometimes turned violent, drawing sharp condemnation from Trump. By September, support for the Black Lives Matter movement had slipped to 55% – largely due to decreases among White adults – and many Americans questioned whether the nation’s renewed focus on race would lead to changes to address racial inequality or improve the lives of Black people.

Race-related tensions erupted into public view earlier in Trump’s tenure, too. In 2017, White nationalists rallied in Charlottesville, Virginia, to protest the removal of a Confederate statue amid a broader push to eliminate such memorials from public spaces across the country. The rally led to violent clashes in the city’s streets and the death of a 32-year-old woman when a White nationalist deliberately drove a car into a crowd of people. Tensions also arose in the National Football League as some players protested racial injustices in the U.S. by kneeling during the national anthem. The display prompted a backlash among some who saw it as disrespectful to the American flag.

In all of these controversies and others, Trump weighed in from the White House, but typically not in a way that most Americans saw as helpful. In a summer 2020 survey, for example, six-in-ten U.S. adults said Trump had delivered the wrong message in response to the protests over Floyd’s killing. That included around four-in-ten adults (39%) who said Trump had delivered the completely wrong message.

More broadly, Americans viewed Trump’s impact on race relations as far more negative than positive. In an early 2019 poll, 56% of adults said Trump had made race relations worse since taking office, compared with only 15% who said he had made progress toward improving relations. In the same survey, around two-thirds of adults (65%) said it had become more common for people in the U.S. to express racist or racially insensitive views since his election.

The Right Reverend Silvester Beaman has been entrusted to chair the advisory committee for the Biden-Harris version of African engagement. Bishop Beaman is the 139th elected and consecrated Bishop of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Common vision for him and Generation Alpha economic leaders, to “carry out the spirit of the original Free African Society” predates the 1816 election of Richard Allen at the church’s first quadrennial meeting. Beaman has been serving the church as the Presiding Prelate of the Fifteenth Episcopal District serving in South Africa, Namibia, and Angola. However, his global church, reeling from a $100 million pension fund scandal, will need increased community faith and trust to connect Black voters to their #BlackJesus Trust Fund.

In his address to the African Union (AU) in February 2021, President Biden reiterated how interconnected our world is—and how our fates are bound up together. “Africa’s peace and prosperity are prerequisites to bolstering Africa’s ability to solve global problems. We recognize that we have vital interests in common, and our path toward progress rests on a commitment to working together and elevating African leadership to advance our shared agenda.”

Biden noted that “none of this is going to be easy” but affirmed “there is no doubt that our nations, our people, the African Union – we’re up to this task.”

U.S. - FREE AFRICAN 21ST CENTURY UN SDG 17 PARTNERSHIP

Campaign promises must show tangible returns on the way to the polls. If the United Nations can envision #NoPoverty2030, the President of the United States should reasonably expect to discover #BlackJesus in Africa.

The United States must reset its relations with African counterparts, listen to diverse local voices, and widen the circle of engagement to advance its strategic objectives to the benefit of both Africans and Americans.

• Elevate the U.S.- Free African Partnership. We will collaborate with and engage our Free African partners on global priorities, in addition to those issues impacting their own security and development. We will share our priorities, discuss their agendas, and identify mutual interests. We will broaden our vision of and expectations for senior level engagements, treating meetings with African counterparts as opportunities to advance outcomes favorable to U.S., regional, and global interests. Even when we have disagreements, we will lean in, agree to meet, and address differences head-on.

• Engage More African States. We will broaden our engagements, continuing to invest in the largest states while also deepening our relations with small and medium African states to advance our shared priorities, including the AU’s Agenda 2063. Safeguarding U.S. national security interests requires as much engagement with the small countries as it does with the larger ones. We will engage with emerging African democracies, surging assistance and seizing opportunities to support promising democratic openings. We will develop a deeper bench of partners by increasing our interactions and deploying higher level U.S. interlocutors to promote greater policy alignment based on shared values, including at multinational forums and international courts.

• Bolster Civil Society. We are more likely to advance U.S. objectives if the region’s civil society, including journalists and activists, as well as multilateral bodies and democratic institutions, stand up for shared democratic values, such as transparency, accountability, diversity, equality and equity, women’s rights, and inclusion. By ensuring our assistance, engagement, and public statements are informed by diverse local voices, we will more effectively support reformers, prodemocracy movements, state institutions, and the region’s youth and female leaders. This also entails recognizing the historical and ongoing connections between addressing racial justice and equality in sub-Saharan Africa and the United States.

• Transcend Geographic Seams. We will facilitate and support new geographic groupings, deepen our engagement with multilateral institutions, including the AU and Regional Economic Communities, and expand our foreign partnerships to advanced shared goals. We will integrate African states in Indian Ocean and Indo-Pacific forums; deepen cooperation with other coastal Atlantic countries across Africa, Europe, and the Western Hemisphere; and address the artificial bureaucratic division between North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa. Moreover, we will work with African, European, and multilateral institutions to review the current regional architecture, seizing opportunities to address redundancies and rationalize mandates, priorities, and funding.

• Engage America’s African Diaspora. Our African Diaspora is a source of strength. It includes African Americans, descendants of formerly enslaved Africans, and nearly two million African immigrants who maintain close familial, social, and economic connections to the continent. The African immigrant population is among the most educated and prosperous communities in the United States. The AU has included the global African Diaspora—i.e., people of native African origin living outside the continent—as a sixth region. We will elevate our diaspora engagement to strengthen the dialogue between U.S. officials and the diaspora in the United States. We will also support the UN’s Permanent Forum for People of African Descent. Through these efforts, we will seek to better highlight U.S. policies, combat misinformation, foster partnerships, and deepen mutual understanding.

• Leverage U.S. Private Sector and Domestic Leadership. The U.S. Government will increase its partnership with the U.S. private sector, as well as work with states, cities, and communities to showcase how U.S. foreign policy delivers for the middle class. The U.S. private sector plays an important role in advancing U.S. relations and goals in the region across a number of areas—such as health, infrastructure, finance, defense, clean energy, climate change, and education. States and cities also contribute to U.S. foreign policy objectives. In 2017, the City and County of San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System, for example, approved a $100 million investment into power projects in Africa and other emerging markets. To cite another example, the Michigan National Guard, as part of its State Partnership Program, provided training for a military hospital in Liberia. In addition, we will facilitate more African leader travel beyond New York and Washington, D.C., reviving a tradition of U.S.-supported trips to boost trade and investment, reinvigorate cultural ties, and forge new connections to advance our priorities.

This new strategy will spur us to refocus, renew, and strengthen existing programs, as well as recommend and develop new initiatives. The United States will prioritize innovation and partner with Africans to tackle shared global challenges and thrive in a more connected, urban, and youthful region.

• Revamp Public Diplomacy Efforts. We will modernize our public diplomacy tools, and we will empower our ambassadors and officials to engage with African publics, especially youth and women, in more accessible and creative ways. We will also encourage more cultural exchanges, such as Ghana’s Year of Return festivities. Finally, we will redouble efforts to ensure we have sufficient human and financial resources to plan, organize, and execute these critical programs.

• Support Sustainable Development and Resilience. The speed and the depth of the economic and sociopolitical fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic points to the need for accelerated and dedicated attention to reducing risk and improving state and institutional resilience. We will deepen our work with governments and regional bodies, including the AU, to support sustainable development “accelerators”: digital transformation, particularly in financial services and records; investments in health system core capacities, including workforce and infrastructure; improvements in supply chains for critical commodities; access to electricity; and sustainable job creation. The United States is the largest bilateral overseas development assistance donor to the continent, and we will continue to innovate, adopting tailored approaches, encouraging U.S. companies to increase their investments and partnerships, and tapping a range of tools from departments and agencies beyond the core “development” institutions. We will support development approaches that are environmentally sustainable, enhance food security, build social inclusion and gender equity that reduces fragility and mitigates conflict, and practice fiscal responsibility.

• Refine and Reinvest in U.S. Defense Tools. Effective, legitimate, and accountable militaries and other security forces are essential to support open, democratic, and resilient societies and to counter destabilizing threats, including in Africa. We will review and reinvest in tools for engaging with African militaries, especially programs that support necessary institutional capacity-building, combat corruption, and advance security sector reforms. We will condemn human rights violations and coups by security forces, as well as the recruitment and use of child soldiers, and integrate these issues in bilateral and multilateral security dialogues. We will continue to develop and enhance our African partners’ capacity to lead and promote regional peace and security; counter terrorism and other forms of violent extremism; contribute to African-led maritime awareness; and deliver the security necessary for democracies and societies to thrive. In line with the 2022 National Defense Strategy, the Department of Defense will engage with African partners to expose and highlight the risks of negative PRC and Russian activities in Africa. We will leverage civil defense institutions and expand defense cooperation with strategic partners that share our values and our will to foster global peace and stability. We will work with African security partners to build capacity in measuring climate risk exposure, implementing early warning systems, and improving resilience planning. TASK: Promote a Replicable Whole of Government National Security Demonstration.

• Strengthen Trade and Commercial Relations. We will build on existing programs and policies to increase U.S. investment and trade with Africa. Through our Presidential initiatives, such as Power Africa, Prosper Africa, PGII, and an initiative on digital transformation, we will focus on sectors that both align with U.S. priorities and meet our African partners’ needs, such as agribusiness, energy, entertainment, healthcare, and technology, while facilitating transactions in sectors that will be critical to African economic growth. We will engage with our African partners to facilitate legitimate trade and travel, while exchanging information to secure the borders of African nations. We will work with willing African partners to deepen and broaden our trade relationship, including through trade negotiations, to deliver equitable and inclusive prosperity.

We will promote customs-to-business partnerships, increase the use of U.S. Government trade transit cargo security measures, and expand data sharing with African partners. We will work with the Congress on the future of AGOA, which expires in 2025, and will support the AfCFTA’s implementation.

TASK: Promote Veteran-Owned Small Business model at an HBCU SBDC.

• Drive Digital Transformation. We will foster a digital ecosystem built on open, reliable, interoperable, and secure internet and information and communication technology across sub-Saharan Africa. U.S. companies and venture capital firms are bullish about the opportunities on the continent, building undersea cables, expanding the number of data centers, and investing in dynamic African businesses. We will work to ensure affordable access to the internet, increasing data rates, and lowering costs, while advocating for open technology platforms like Open RAN to advance secure and cost-competitive telecommunications infrastructure and cloud computing. We will expand digital democracy programming, defend against digital authoritarianism, fight back against disinformation, combat gender-based online harassment and abuse, and establish standards for responsible conduct in cyberspace. Finally, as part of our increased focus on ensuring African youth have improved access to a broader range of skills and knowledge, the Department of State and the United States Agency for International Development will seek to leverage U.S. academic institutions as well as the private sector, to facilitate the provision of online undergraduate and certificate-level courses in science, technology, engineering, and math fields.

• Rebalance Toward Urban Hubs. AMWS, April 27, 2024, Atlanta – Generation Alpha today declared, #NoPoverty2030 as their personal, possible mission. Representing a “Whole of Government” approach to economic security, 27 of 100 new “secret millionaires” planted their Money-n-the-Bank vision into a replicable reparations trust. One Gen Alpha winner responded to Benjamin Franklin’s “Time is Money” aphorism with “bending time” as a whole new way of making their money work for them.

Each year since 9-11-2006, Youth Achievers USA Institute (YouthUSA), a Delaware incorporated 501c3 public charity has reported to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on its program accomplishments, along with money it received and purposes for which charitable revenue was used. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about YouthUSA center on its financial assets. Based on Money-n-the-Bank responses from two Sub-Saharan African countries, YouthUSA anticipates an increase in its charitable revenue between 2024 and 2030. Youth Achievers USA Institute (YouthUSA), a 501c3 public charity committed to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 1 (No Poverty) and 17 (Partnerships), seeks to demonstrate atonement for the neglect of children through a mentor-protégé relationship with the model foundation. Program 1

THE ANNUAL YOUTH ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS (AYAA) is a proprietary circular capacity building program created by YouthUSA Founder Stephanie A. Walker Stradford. The program uses Microsoft Sharepoint collaboration software to sustain its charitable operations. In 2023, YouthUSA sustained its support for United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #1 through its promotion of the #NoPoverty2030 social media hashtag. YouthUSA embraces the corporate motto, I believe I can achieve whatever I believe I can achieve. This motto promotes time as the single most valuable asset in achieving the YouthUSA and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Our 2023 activities responded to a needs assessment among potential economic beneficiaries from Generations Z and A. “We NEED more money!” they said. Global pandemic from COVID-19 drastically challenged our efforts to achieve #NoPoverty2030. For the first time in YouthUSA history, the organization reached out to potential international partners to provide Learn-2-Earn (L2E) technical assistance in Lesotho, Africa. One LEARN-2-EARN grantee received unrestricted capacity building grant funding towards future World Bank projects.

Program 2

THE AMERICAN MENTOR WIRE SERVICE (AMWS) is a communications asset of Youth Achievers USA Institute. AMWS operates as a news service via Internet. Production of eighteen (18) YouTube videos and seventeen 17 Blog posts augmented Facebook, Twitter, and Linked-In social/business networking. AMWS 2023 program spending supported Black Wall Street support for #BlackLivesMatter. Targeted social media advocacy to The White House Domestic Policy Advisor, The Obama Foundation, The U.S. Black Chambers of Commerce, The African Methodist Episcopal Church and the Holy See promotes a vision for Economic Inclusion as a pathway for 2.4 billion believers to engage in achieving #NoPoverty2030.

Program 3

The J.D. and Laurena Walker Fund (JDLWF) serves as a development program, identifying SUFICIENT PROVISION for COMMON VISION. The fund includes $10,000 at-risk investment at Chicago's Ariel Investments and $100,000 in FDIC Insured bank assets toward an endowment for sustaining #NoPoverty2030. A replicable $100 million endowment is demonstrated by assessed needs of 100 Generation Alpha beneficiaries, each with a projected $1 million Whole Village Trust, economically including 20 caring adults, each with a minimum net worth of $50,000 by June 9, 2030. JDLW 2023 program spending of $3042 supported cash and hardware grants. The program invested in development of virtual (Internet sites) and real property (GrandMentors’ House), compounding value to inherited resources from the J.D. and Laurena Walker Family. In 1996, Laurena Puriefoy Walker invested faith in the YouthUSA community as its first Grand Mentor. Youth Achievers USA Institute engages current and new directors in codifying this edification for elders in the YouthUSA Corporate Village. #PlayTheGame is under development as a process for inclusion in shared ownership of The New Stradford Hotel Upon Black Wall Street. TheEnterpriZe Social Enterprise Program - The program modeled a U.S. Small Business Administration Certified veteran-owned limited liability company (LLC). Equity Members assessed 100,000 LLC Member Units at $10/par. Valuation is based on accounts receivable from a $10 m USD Sole Source Federal contract. The LLC contracted with YouthUSA and small trust clients to develop shared-owner employment opportunities. Assessing the need for an Internet presence to support global social enterprise development, YouthUSA established www.FreeAfricanSociety.net and www.FAS2.net . The sponsored site integrates multimedia blogs with Artificial Intelligence to support multi-year engagement for living generations. Crowdfunding strategies are deployed within capacity building tools to ensure inclusion of Generation Alpha Secret Millionaires. The program incubates veteran and historically disadvantaged small business partners in making business as usual a practice of the past. Outcomes include social enterprise PROVISION for UN SDG 1 #NoPoverty2030.

$100 Million from Historical Black Church for #NoPoverty2030

AMWS, December 25, 2023, Atlanta Federal Reserve Region -- 2.4 billion @followers today declared peace on earth. One community of faith, envisioned from an old rugged cross more than 20 centuries ago, is leveraging Stolen Peoples’s Equity into an unprecedented conversion of the world’s 180 currencies back to a common core value.

As the issuing authority of U.S. currency, the Federal Reserve Board is responsible for ensuring that there is enough cash in circulation to meet the public’s demand domestically and internationally.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is one of 12 regionally responsible stewards of the central bank of the United States. The Federal Reserve System—the Fed, as it is often called—consists of twelve Reserve Banks located around the country and the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.

The Atlanta Fed, the 11 other Reserve Banks and Board of Governors play an important part in all five of the Fed's functions:

v promoting the stability of the financial system

Walker Stradford, to “carry out the spirit of the Original Free African Society.” According to The New Georgia Encyclopedia, the African Methodist Episcopal Church (AME Church) is a Christian denomination founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The late Bishop DeVeaux was the 113^th elected, consecrated bishop in a lineage dating back to 1816 when Richard Allen was elected at the denomination’s first quadrennial conference.

The Right Reverend Reginald T. Jackson, 132^nd elected bishop, is the current “chief servant” for some 500 congregations across Georgia. He, along with The Right Reverend Harry Lee Seawright (133) in Alabama, The Right Reverend Ann Henning Byfield (135) in Tennessee, The Right Reverend Stafford J. N. Wicker (137) in Mississippi and parts of Louisiana, and The Right Reverend Frank Madison Reid, III (138) in Florida, are the historically anointed fiduciaries for an unprecedented reparations settlement. Their conversion of a $100 million missing preacher fund back to core value puts to practice that which is preached as “The Reason For The Season.”

Each year at this time, descendants of deep south slavery are challenged to hope for peace on Earth and Good will toward humankind. But in this “season of giving,” distractions of war, poverty, and corruption challenge an emerging generation of believers to reclaim the “Spirit of Christmas.”

A “spiritual reset” in the 6-state Atlanta Federal Reserve Region may prove to be either a #NuclearOption for peace on Earth or the political balm for HEALING THE SOUL OF AMERICA.
