Pawan's Rambabu not arriving on Oct 11?

2012-09-18T21:11:00.004+05:30

The latest buzz in the film industry is about the postponement of Pawan Kalyan's much-awaited film Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu release by a week.

While announcing the project with Pawan in the lead, Puri made it clear that the film will be out in theaters on October 18. As the shooting of Rambabu has progressed at a brisk pace, the director anticipated that the final copy would be readied much earlier. So, he advanced the release by a week (Oct 11). However, now the release of the film on the scheduled date looks uncertain. The sudden change in the release date of Damarukam and the postponement of CGR audio launch is giving strength to these reports.

As the makers of Damarukam advanced the release by a week (from Oct 18 to 11), Rambabu is likely to hit the screens only on October 18th. Even the audio launch which was planned to held on September 24 is now pushed to some other date. Although the reasons behind the delay in unknown, these last minute changes is making the Mega fans go restless. When can they see Pawan on silver screen again? Oct 11 or Oct 18 or a new date? Puriji- Are you listening!

Rajamouli's 'Anti' on Heroes Revealed

2012-09-15T22:38:00.000+05:30

Is ace director SS rajamouli against some of the star heroes of tollywood? His statements and tweets have been suspicious for some days. However, it is almost evident that he is against some of the heroes of tollywood and had indirectly showed his hatred on them attempting a different flattery over Prabhas in 'Rebel' audio release function.rajamouli said Prabhas was elected the youth icon in a survey. He did never talk negative on any hero or the director. Many people felt that rajamouli should not have believed those bogus surveys. The survey details are as follows.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF THAT SURVEY?: This survey was conducted by a young politician's Telugu newspaper for Hyderabad people only. 1000 people having the age of 13 to 19 were participated in the survey, as told by the paper. Surprisingly, the newspaper did not reveal the details of the samples and where the survey was conducted. As per this survey, Salman is greater than Amitabh Bachchan. Prabhas and Mahesh are greater than Pawan Kalyan. Modi is greater than Manmohan( Politics).

WHY rajamouli MENTIONED THAT SURVEY?: rajamouli's next project hero is Prabhas. Moreover, it was gossiped that Jr.NTR and heroes of mega family are not in good terms with rajamouli and so rajamouli gave the above speech to give a shock to his 'anti' heroes.

BOTTOM-LINE: Frankly speaking, Prabhas definitely deserves the status of one of the youth icons of tollywood but not the only number one.

Ban On Twitter In Andhra Pradesh?

2012-09-09T19:53:00.003+05:30

A ban on using the micro blogging site Twitter seems inevitable in Andhra Pradesh following a directive from Central Government. And, the breakers of this rule by any means might face court case and even end up in jail.

According to the findings of intelligence bureau, Assam violence is provoked and spread by twitter messages that were posted by people in Southern states. The finding revealed that anti-elements are operating heavily in these states including Andhra Pradesh. Central government is now giving a thought to ban twitter in these 8 states including AP, to stop further activities of terror cells and anti-social elements that are using social networks to provoke innocents.

This might come as a rude shock to our celebrities who are depending a lot on twitter to interact with their fans and revealing about various projects

Aravind's Confidence On Priya's Dominance

2012-09-09T14:47:00.002+05:30

This top producer is not in the news these days as he is not either producing or distributing any movie in Tollywood. Allu Aravind, the ace producer of Telugu industry is the man we are talking about and let us have a glance at his confidence.

Allu Aravind is back into movies after taking rest for a while and his comeback is as a distributor. The producer has launched 'Geetha Film Distribution' in a new style with new logo and his latest venture is Priyamani's 'Charulatha'. A look by the trailers has in it, Priyamani excelling once again both as a performer and glamorous heroine. With this dusky siren dominating the complete show in Charulatha, stunning graphics that simulated natural feel of conjoined twins are adding extra advantage. Maybe this is the reason for Allu Aravind having high confidence on this flick and planning to release this movie in record number of theatres.

Allu Aravind will not choose any venture in general, such easily, either to producer or distribute. The mega producers presence might give Priyamani the required boost for her dull career in Telugu industry.

Why didn't I have Affair with Ileana?: Star Hero

2012-09-09T14:44:00.000+05:30

Seems like, Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor is fed up with the constant link-up rumors surfacing in the media about him. He expressed his anguish on the media which gave him the casanova tag by linking with almost all co-stars he has worked with till date.

When the media persons quizzed him about his equation with his film Barfi co-star during the promotional campaign, Ranbir shot back,"If you ask me about my experience working with my film's director Anurag Basu, then I will treat you with respect. But if you ask me 'why I didn't have an affair with Ileana?, then you will lose respect".

Ranbir's reaction shocked the media as they hadn't expected it and even the actor hadn't behaved in such fashion before. In fact, Ileana was one of the very few actresses who weren't linked to this charming actor even after working together for a film.

Barfi which is scheduled for September 14 release caught the attention movie lovers ever since the promos were released. While Ranbir plays deaf and dum, Priyanka Chopra as mentally challenged and Ileana will be seen as the love interest of the protagonist.

'CGR' Overseas Record Business

2012-09-09T14:41:00.002+05:30

Power Star pawan kalyan has proved his power at the Overseas box office through his recent blockbuster hit 'Gabbar Singh'. And now, he is proving his pre release business stamina of 'Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu' in this area. Since the movie is going to be released in more than 60 centers in US alone, definitely the film's business is expected to cross all the previous business records with a huge margin.

Milky beauty Tamannah is pairing up with pawan kalyan in this movie. The movie is touted to be a satirical mass entertainer. Manisharma is scoring the music of this film. Today Balakrishna, Tomorrow...?

2012-09-08T20:14:00.003+05:30

What could be the situation, if the treatment given to ‘Srimannarayana’ is repeated for any other star heroes films coming in near future. One should obviously agree that, there will always be shortage of theatres during the festive or holiday seasons with a bunch of big films booking their own required number of screens. When a big hero like balakrishna finds no value in the market with theatres in Andhra Pradesh under the hold of very few men, what is the guarantee that same will not be repeated for any other big hero?

A solution for this kind of severe issues will be found only when these leased theatres in the hands of few distributors will go back to Exhibitors. While big heads like Dasari, Tammareddy and others are working towards such permanent solution, Fans of Big Heroes should maintain cool headedness.

Balayya Not a Small Hero

2012-09-08T20:10:00.000+05:30

Natasimham Nandamuri balakrishna's 'Srimannarayana' movie ran for just one week in Arjun theater of Kukatpalli and was replaced by King Nagarjuna's devotional flick 'Shirdi Sai'. Leaving a big shock to everyone, the producer and the director of the movie staged a dharna in front of the theater protesting not to lift their movie from the theater. Balayya's fans also joined this agitation. The producer of this movie stated that their is a small budget movie and it has to get justice. Later, the producer also met the supporter of small budget films, Tammareddy Bharadwaj.

Having heard of this news on SMN, some of the senior fans of Balayya are criticizing the makers of the movie. As per them, the makers have rights to go for any kind of agitation for the screening of their movie, but they shouldn't have mentioned theirs is a small budget film, as it senses that Balayya is a small hero but not a star hero. Hope, the makers understand their feelings.

Charan Effect: Nandi Committee Changed

2012-08-23T20:46:00.004+05:30

Not many days back, Ramcharan is denied a best actor Nandi Award irrespective of his hair rising performance in 'Magadheera'. The criticism faced by Nandi Awards Committee that time has finally opened the eyes of government. His issue has now changed the way members are taken and this is irking few people in Tollywood.

All the time, we have seen lot of followers of some coteries being the major chunk of this Awards Committee. However, AP State Film, TV and Theatre Development Corporation (APSFTVTDC) has now reduced the size of committee from 18 to 13 and made sure that there are no people on board who are served for 3 times already. It comprises of writers, lyricists, producers, journalists, lecturers, directors and social workers. Reports have that many producers and directors are lobbying high to get a chance in the committee, as their representation is very low this time.

Surprisingly the awards committee is headed this time by a cinematographer, S Gopal Reddy, unlike a producer or director all these years. "We have introduced new criteria from this year in appointing members to the committee," managing director of the corporation R V Chandravadan said.

Big wigs who are trying to manage the awards all the time are dumbstruck with the decision of government. So let us expect some transparent awards at least this time and wish there will be no unlucky persons like Ramcharan who missed an appreciation for a genuine performance.

While S Gopal Reddy is the chairman, other members are: Dr Ampasayya Naveen, Prof K Anandan, K Basi Reddy, Karunakar Gopini, Man Mohan Reddy, Mohan Goteti, Dr Raasani V R, Ramani Balabhadrapatruni, Shailendra Kumari Duvvuri, Sridhar Allani, Goreti Venkanna and R V Chandravadan as the member/convener.

Chiru's Clarity on Those Two Issues

2012-08-23T20:37:00.002+05:30

Megastar and M.P.of Rajyasabha Mr.chiranjeevi celebrated his birthday on 22nd August in New Delhi. In connections with this, he has given mini interviews to T.V.channels. Interestingly, he has almost given a clarity on two burning issues about him. Check out the details of those two issues.

* ABOUT HIS POLITICAL FUTURE: Chiru made it clear that many of his fans and followers are wishing that he would be the future C.M.of A.P. Although, he said that there would not be any replacement of C.M.Kiran right now, it was clearly evident that Chiru is targeting only C.M.post but not any other post. With this, political analysts also might get the clarity on why Chiru hasn't been the Central Minister so far.

ABOUT DOING 150TH MOVIE: Chiru said that he would do 150th movie, only when he gets a very good subject to do. Otherwise he would not act in movies. In other words, he indirectly revealed that he would not do any movie. If that is the case, some of his fans might be disappointed. To avoid their agony, Chiru hinted that he would be the future C.M., so that his fans would get satisfaction.

BOTTOM-LINE: Having watched the interviews of Chiru in T.V.channels, many analysts are expressing their opinion that Chiru has got tremendous political knowledge and the skills which are needed to become a good politician. On the other hand, as per the aired news, it is known that the Congress Party will take on the election battle in 2014, under the captaincy of chiranjeevi only, but not anybody else
