Today I am going to help you to resolve how to fix below error message when Start/Shutdown or login/logout screen.

It is really bad experience as a User. I faced this issue today on my computer and I am going to share how I resolve this on my computer.

The Program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Microsoft Explains this issue as MSVCR110.dll is the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable dll that is needed for projects built with Visual Studio 2011. The dll letters spell this out.

MS = Microsoft, V = Visual, C = C++, R = Redistributable

For Winroy to get started, this file is probably needed.

This error appears when you wish to run a software which require the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012.

This can be downloaded on the Microsoft website as x86 or x64 edition. Depending on the software you wish to install you need to install either the 32 bit or the 64 bit version. Refer the following link:

Meet the youngest CEO of the country

Have you ever heard of a CEO, who is only 14 years old? Well here is a 14 years old girl, who loves to play like other kids, but she chooses to play with animation. Sindhuja Rajaraman, the ninth standard girl,CEO of Seppan,launched her Chennai based animation company in October 2010. She is the youngest digital caricaturist certified by Corel Corporation, India, fastest 2D animator in the country certified by Nasscom Animation and Gaming Conclave, 2010.

The ninth standard student Sindhuja Rajaraman became the head of Seppan Company, an animation firm, in October 2010, set up by her father. Sindhuja Rajaraman was adjudged the fastest 2D and 3D animator by software lobby NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services Companies) at the Gaming and Animation Conclave 2010 held in Hyderabad.
Rajaraman said: “I am just proud to be an animator. The CEO is just a post given in this company. I am learning animation for this CEO post to make myself worthy for the CEO post. There is no age bar or age limit for animation. Everybody can do animation”
“The scope for animation in India is growing everyday. There is going to be a big boom in India and all industries are into the animation, they need animation and multimedia. I am enjoying work and I am also getting challenging works” she added.
Seppan Company, which is having 160 employees.
Suhas Gopinath at the age of 14 was recognised as the world’s youngest certified professional web-developer through his project coolhindustan.com. Suhas Gopinath is from a middle class family of Bangalore, where his father was a defence scientist. Gopinath went on to set up Globals Inc, in 2000 at San Jose, California as he was not allowed to set up a company in India due to his age. From then Globals Inc has grown as a multinational IT consulting company with representation in over 11 countries. Suhas Gopinath is CEO and president of Globals Inc and carries with him the tag of the world’s youngest CEO. Today, his company, which started from California, US has presence in 11 countries, has 250 employees (most of them young) and a multi billion turnover.

Well, she had also made a Guinness Book record attempt for the fastest animation film. The film was on Exnora, a Chennai based non- profit organization. She made it to mark the occasion of 10-10-2010. She did a three minute animation film in ten hours. Now she is awaiting her results.

Talking about how she got into the animation profession, she said "It all started five years back when I wanted to take my mind off studies and do something new. My father, who is a cartoonist, instilled in me the passion to do animation and taught me the entire process. I have tried my luck with animation even before I started learning it prossfessionally. I did my first mini animation project when I was in sixth standard. It was on 'do not disturb animals'."

She got a offer from First Planet to work as Seppan's chief executive when she didn't even know the meaning of CEO, and now she is handling three projects, Virtual Street, Garbo.in and First Planet.

Kumaran Mani, her mentor, who helped her with the setting up of Seppan, says, "Initially she was a little uncomfortable being a CEO. But now she has learnt the tricks of the trade. When she meets a client she immediately shakes hands, collects their cards and neatly puts it in her folder."

In Seppan, there are ten people working and they will be adding more people when needed. Sindhuja added in a positive way that she is the only CEO who is paid less than her employees.

Her colleagues, who are older than her, mentioned that she is very creative and they have learned lot from her.

Software lobby Nasscom's regional director for Chennai, K Purushothaman said "Sindhuja is very passionate and committed in what she is doing. She has mastered the domestic animation skills. Now she has to sharpen her knowledge and skills on what's happening in the international market."

Though she gets offers from other big corporate companies, she has not shown any keen interest in joining them. She wants to live a normal life like any other 14 year old girl.

She aims to study at the Vancouver Film School in Canada and would like to specialize in animation.Sindhuja dreams that when she is 20 year old,Seppan would be a company with a turnover of one crore.

Google, the world’s leading search engine, has thrown down the gauntlet to China by saying it is no longer willing to censor search results on its Chinese service. The internet giant said the decision followed a cyber attack it believes was aimed at gathering information on Chinese human rights activists.

The move follows a clampdown on the internet in China over the last year, which has seen sites and social networking services hosted overseas blocked – including Twitter, Facebook and YouTube – and the closure of many sites at home. Chinese authorities criticised Google for supplying “vulgar” content in results.
Google acknowledged that the decision “may well mean” the closure of Google.cn and its offices in China.

That is an understatement, given that it had to agree to censor sensitive material – such as details of human rights groups and references to the pro-democracy protests in Tiananmen Square in 1989 – to launch Google.cn.

Google was in contact with the US state department before its announcement. Spokesman PJ Crowley said: “Every nation has an obligation, regardless of the origin of malicious cyber activities, to keep its part of the network secure.

“That includes China. Every nation should criminalise malicious activities on computer networks.”

In a post on the official Google Blog, the company outlined a “highly sophisticated and targeted” attack in December which it believes affected at least 20 other firms: “These attacks and the surveillance they have uncovered, combined with the attempts over the past year to further limit free speech on the web, have led us to conclude that we should review the feasibility of our business operations in China.
“We have decided we are no longer willing to continue censoring our results on Google.cn, and so over the next few weeks we will be discussing with the Chinese government the basis on which we could operate an unfiltered search engine within the law, if at all.”

Hillary Clinton stepped into the debate, urging Beijing to respond to Google’s announcement.

The US secretary of state said in a statement: “We have been briefed by Google on these allegations, which raise very serious concerns and questions. We look to the Chinese government for an explanation.”

She added: “The ability to operate with confidence in cyberspace is critical in a modern society and economy.”

Human Rights Watch praised the decision and urged other firms to follow suit in challenging censorship. “A transnational attack on privacy is chilling, and Google’s response sets a great example,” said Arvind Ganesan, director of the group’s corporations and human rights programme.

Google said the cyber attack originated from China and that its intellectual property was stolen, but that evidence suggested a primary goal was accessing the Gmail accounts of Chinese human rights activists.

Two accounts were accessed but Google believed only account information and subject lines were obtained. It is notifying the other targeted companies and working with US authorities.

Its investigation had shown that, separately, the accounts of dozens of US-, China- and Europe-based Gmail users who are advocates of human rights in China appeared to have been routinely accessed by third parties.

The company added that it was sharing the information not just because of the security and human rights implications “but because this information goes to the heart of a much bigger global debate about freedom of speech”.

Acknowledging the potential consequences, it stressed: “This move was driven by our executives in the United States, without the knowledge or involvement of our employees in China.”

The message, headlined “A New Approach to China” and signed by David Drummond, senior vice-president of corporate development and chief legal officer, said the company launched Google.cn in 2006 in the belief that the benefits of increased access to information for people in China “outweighed our discomfort in agreeing to censor some results”.

At the time Google promised to monitor conditions in China and reconsider its approach if necessary.

But Evgeny Morozov, an expert on the political effects of the internet and a Yahoo fellow at Georgetown University, questioned why Google had made the decision after four years.

“They knew pretty well what they were getting into. Now it seems they are playing the innocence card … It’s like they thought they were dealing with the government of Switzerland and suddenly realised it was China,” he said.

Morozov said it was hard to see the logical connection between the security of human rights activists and Google’s self-censorship, particularly given that the firm had chosen not to comment on whom it believed responsible for the hacking. It had become easier for “pretty much anyone” to launch cyber attacks in the last few years, he added.

He added that it could have been damaging for Google if news of the breach had emerged later and it appeared the company had done nothing.

Google has only a third of the search-engine market in China, which is dominated by the Chinese giant Baidu. Although its revenues have continued to rise, many analysts believed it was finding business hard going. In June Google suffered intensive disruption to search functions and Gmail for over an hour, after authorities told it to scale back search functions.

China has the world’s largest internet population.
Google’s decision to launch the censored service was highly controversial at the time. It was attacked by campaigners and accused of “sickening collaboration” in a Congressional hearing.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry referred the Guardian to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. But an employee at MIIT said it was not responsible for handling the query, because it dealt with only the technical side of internet issues. He added that many other departments dealt with other aspects of internet management, but added that he did not know who the Guardian should contact in this instance.

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, the dots will remain only one color, pink.

However if you stare at the black ' +' in the center, the moving dot turns to green.

Now, concentrate on the black ' + ' in the center of the picture. After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see only a single green dot rotating.

It's amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot , and the pink ones really don't disappear. This should be proof enough, we don't always see what we think we see.

Apple Will Report Over $20 Billion In Quarterly Revenue…..??!!!-A Report…

Apple Inc. (previously Apple Computer, Inc.) is an American multinational corporation that designs and markets consumer electronics, computer software, and personal computers. The company's best-known hardware products include the Macintosh line of computers, the iPod, the iPhone and the iPad. Apple software includes the Mac OS X operating system; the iTunes media browser; the iLife suite of multimedia and creativity software; the iWork suite of productivity software..

Apple's earnings report on the 18th goes anything like its last few, the company will announce that it blew past $20 billion in quarterly revenue.

Apple has a habit of comically conservative guidance, and then basking in glory when it blows out expectations. Guidance for Q4 revenue is $18 billion. Phillip Elmer-DeWitt points out that if Apple beats that number by its average margin for the past three quarters -- 19.3% -- it will announce a staggering $21.5 billion.

Almost no one is willing to predict that big a win. But of the nine unaffiliated analysts Elmer-DeWitt looked at, seven predict revenue will be north of the $20 billion barrier.

Wall Street analysts are far less bullish, with a consensus of $18.76 billion. But, as Elmer-DeWitt points out, Wall Street analysts have been much more credulous of Apple's guidance in the past, and they've ended up looking much sillier for it.

Microsoft buys Adobe Systems Inc?

On Thursday the shares of Adobe Systems Inc jumped sharply on new speculations that the company might be purchased by Microsoft Corp. The news was reported by the New York Times who said that Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer had met secretly with Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen at Adobe's San Francisco offices "recently"...

The two companies discussed the dominance of Apple in mobile phones market and considered several scenarios to withstand that and Microsoft’s acquisition of Adobe was at the agenda among the options.

Adobe’s shares climbed up as much as 17% to an intraday high of $30 before settling back. It closed up 11.5 percent at $28.69 on Nasdaq.

According to estimates such a deal could be worth $15 billion or more based on Adobe's current market value. The agreement would give Microsoft much advantage and renew its forces in a competition with Apple in Internet media and mobile industries.
An acquisition could make sense, Wall Street analysts said, as a way for Microsoft to integrate graphics and video capabilities into software for new phones and tablet computers, and to counter Apple, whose CEO Steve Jobs has railed against the quality of the Flash player and discouraged developers from using it in applications for the iPhone and iPad.
The only problem I see with a combined Adobe and Microsoft is that there would be a definite corporate culture clash. Microsoft is seen as a process-driven software bully and Adobe is seen as a free flow creative environment. If I was Steve Ballmer and I had a big budget for a major acquisition, then I would definitely set my sights on the company that makes the best photo and video editing software.

Google's free research and media planning tool formerly named Google Ad Planner, is to provide the deepest, most accurate insight into online audiences possible. This insight helps display advertisers select the best sites for their media plans and drive results for their campaigns.

Google's Doubleclick has released a list of top 1000 sites in the world Facebook and Yahoo lead the list with 540 million and 490 million visitors respectively.

One of the many data points that DoubleClick Ad Planner provides is site traffic data. In line with Ad Planner's mission, DoubleClick Ad Planner estimate and share this data in order to provide media planners, buyers and researchers with improved data quality and more data visualization options.
