Impressive Data Recovery Service

noreply@blogger.com (DiskDoctors) — Wed, 29 Jan 2014 17:28:00 GMT

“I am more than happy to say I was deeply impressed with the help you gave me. I was in a very difficult corner and had been told by others I had lost all my data. This you rectified with manners and professionalism. I cannot speak too highly of your service. I remain grateful to this day. It is now a film - 'The Man Who Sculpted Hares - Barry Flanagan, A Life'. It is scheduled to play on BBC Four at 10.45pm on Tues 2 Oct.

I wish you well for the future and will not hesitate to recommend you”

Most Professional Service

noreply@blogger.com (DiskDoctors) — Fri, 2 Nov 2012 15:17:00 GMT

"Quick response:
I found your company to be most professional and more importantly helpful.
To us the recovery of our data was critical and in this respect your service was 100%.
If I had one request it would be kept up to date on status. I understand what you do is very technical and progress can be very slow. However I would have liked to be kept up to date a couple of times each day even if the information showed no change.
Thanks"

Thoroughly Professional Service

noreply@blogger.com (Disk Doctors UK) — Mon, 8 Oct 2012 20:51:00 +0100

“Dear Sir / Madam,

Ref: John Reidy / ACC No.: U4927

You are on a Mission Impossible; you can’t improve on perfection.

Not on the kind of perfection I encountered, at first hand, recently when I sent you my hard drive for a complete recovery job.

I found your service to be of a thoroughly professional nature. I worried about the possible loss of over 20 years of photographic work – I needn’t have if I had any known then what I know now.

Your receptionist, Shakeel Ahmad is a gem and should be minded. He handled all my calls and concerns with the utmost courtesy and professionalism and returned my emailed queries with the same efficiency.

The service was all I had hoped and indeed prayed for. I got everything back on a set of six DVDs.

I have since then passed on your contact details to colleagues and friends and to repair shops in my locality.

May I wish you continued success and wish my fellow photographers peace of mind in the event of the type of accident I encountered and recovered from with your help.

With kind regards….. “

Helpful Data Recovery Service

noreply@blogger.com (Disk Doctors UK) — Fri, 21 Sep 2012 16:27:00 +0100

Helpful.

Data recovered.

Easy to communicate by telephone and email.

Would have been better to have a choice to be able to have you reinstall and put data back on the machine with new drive installed.

Shakeel was also helpful once I had my machine back in the office and struggled to get data on new drive (Entourage). While he was helpful, ultimately my people had to figure it out.

I would think you could expand your offering by providing concrete explanations for reinstall.

Overall I would recommend you to others.

Helpful Service

noreply@blogger.com (Disk Doctors UK) — Mon, 17 Sep 2012 17:48:00 +0100

"Shakeel was very helpful and the service was really useful as otherwise we would have lost a lot of irreplaceable photos.

I still need some help as I cannot work out what has happened with the Outlook files and we are still missing some information from the Shared Laptop.

I will give him a call this week to try and work out what to do. If you can not delete what you got from the hard drive until I have spoken to him I would be very grateful.

Thank you and regards"

Impressive Service

noreply@blogger.com (Disk Doctors UK) — Thu, 13 Sep 2012 15:47:00 +0100

"I found it difficult to be asked the names of folders and files (which I had lost) in order to assist recovery.

I was very impressed with:

1. How quickly you got back to me, both with initial response and with a clear diagnosis and prognosis for recovery.

2. You keeping regular contact, updating me on progress frequently and regularly.

3. Amazed at how much data you were able to recover

4. Pleased with prompt return and the way the recovered data was well organised in recognisable folders.

I would definately recommend you and use your service again"

Fantastic Job

noreply@blogger.com (Disk Doctors UK) — Wed, 5 Sep 2012 10:02:00 +0100

"Much as I hate having to use your companies services as it means we have a data loss problem, I have nothing but praise for the quality of service provided when we do face a problem.

Shakeel who is the face of your company to me deserves much of the praise, but I am sure your back-room team do a fantastic job too"

Highly Recomended Service

noreply@blogger.com (Disk Doctors UK) — Fri, 31 Aug 2012 17:18:00 +0100

I was hugely happy with the work you managed to save from my hard drive. I have lost quite a few photos but that is NOTHING when I consider you got all of my work files back to me safely - that is truely the MOST important thing.

I found Shakeel very helpful and lovely

And I was so pleased you adjusted the price. I was desperate from my information to be found but I had little chance of paying the first quoted fee.

I thank you and would highly recommend your service to anyone else.

All the best

Good Service

noreply@blogger.com (Disk Doctors UK) — Tue, 28 Aug 2012 11:23:00 +0100

"Your service was good – obviously an efficient e-mail run system is in place. One criticism though I took the trouble to point out the specific area where the PST files needing recovery were to be found but this was ignored and the wrong files recovered. it was only when I insisted that they were where I said they were that you did indeed find and recover them. As you pointed out at the start we had used another recovery company first who had failed to restore the files we wanted and on further inquiry insisted it was not possible to do so – so hats of to Disk Doctor. We will use you again if we need to"
