Favicon is an icon that you can find on left side of your address bar. Below is the example of the customize favicon. How do we make this customize favicon is pretty simple, there are 2 methods to get the favicon. You can choose either build your own favicon or download free icon from internet:

1. Make picture with size of 32x32 save it with format gif, jpg, png, or bmp.
2. Open http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/
3. Click on browse and select your picture
4. Click on "create icon"
5. Click "download favicon" and save it
6. Upload your favicon to www.myfavatars.com or www.geocities.com
Open your blogger account and go to edit HTML
find code <head&tt; then paste below code under <headglt;

Change red color with your address, like below example:

What are META Tags? META Tags are HTML tags which provide information that describes the content of the webpages a user will be viewing. Search engines have recognized that website owners and administrators can use this resource to control their positioning and descriptions in search engine results. Many search engines have now incorporated reading META tags as part of their indexing formulas. Below are some popular META tags:

Description META tag.
The Description Tag is a general description of what is contained in your web page. Search engines that support META tags will often display the Description META tag along with your title in their results. Search engines will often capture the entire META tag of your description field, but webmasters should bear in mind that when a search engine displays the results to a user, the space is limited, usually under 20 words which you can use to grab the attention of a user. For this reason, when creating your META tags, webmasters should make the first sentence of their description field to capture the attention of a user and use the rest of the description tag to elaborate further.

Keywords META Tag.
Keywords Tag is a series of keywords that represents the content of your site. Search engines that support META tags will often use the keywords found on your pages as a means to categorize your website based on the search engines indexing algorithms (proprietary algorithms which index your website in search engine databases). Ensure you choose keywords that are relevant to your site and avoid excessive repetition as many search engines will penalize your rankings for attempting to abuse their system.

Robots META Tag.
The Robots Tag declares to search engines what content to index and spider Robots, also known as spiders, are automated mechanisms that spider your site, or search your site on how to categorize the information you submitted to the search engine. Typically, a website owner would submit the main page and the robots would visit your site and collect all subpages and related links from your main page. However, this tag enables you to control which pages you would like spidered, and which to ignore. For instance, certain webpages and directories (ie: CGI Scripts) you may not want indexed in the search engines. Using the robots tag, you can define which pages to follow, which to index and which to ignore completely.

How to applies these three in blogger:
Go to Edit HTML, copy below code and put it under <title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title> and change the red color code with your blog description.

It's been a while since OzFx make public his strategy (Jan 7, 2008) . This system called OzFX System. People have giving their thought and making some EA and Indicator for this system. Session issue in VPS

After reading Q's and A's regarding the VPS Guide for MT4 and the latest Addendum release from ckowyong blog. I begin to notice and wonder how do we know that only one MT4 instance is running in my VPS? How if there are 2 instances active which means that we double our trades and double the risks too.

I remember one good tool called Process Explorer from http://www.sysinternals.com. With this tool we can show process from all users as per below.

As you see in the picture there are Red & Blue box which identify there are two session active. Terminal.exe is our MetaTrader. If you found there are two terminal.exe process active, it means there are two MT4 instances active. You can terminate one of them.

On the upper right corner you can see memory utilization. Click on it and you will see lot of information on your memory utilization, this is important if you plan to run more than one instance.

VPS for Online Trader

If you read my first article (VPS for your Expert Advisor) about VPS, you will notice that we mainly use a server to host our EA. Problem with the traditional server is sometimes it may reboot at any off-peak time as needed which are dangerous for our EA especially if there are positions open. I found 2 companies http://www.commercialnetworkservices.com/VPS/Windows/Traders/TradersPlans.html and http://www.pandanaran.com/vpstrader.php, these two has VPS package for online trader. They customize their VPS for online trader, and only reboot or doing maintenance on weekends or while market is close.

I personally haven't try it yet as i need to pay $10 more compare to regular VPS offered by VPSland or SWVPS.

Place Adsense inside Blogger post content

Have you ever wanted to put an Adsense Ad unit inside your post content like below picture? So the ad block will appear wrapped and floated inline on top left or top right next to your blog text. Good thing about blogger is you can modify HTML template which can give the author more flexibility over the template.

This is how we modify HTML template to put Adsense unit inside our post content:

Login to Blogger account
Click on Layout, then Edit HTML
Click on Expand Widget Templates (blue box)

Green box: If you want your Adsense appear on every post then you can delete this Green box.
Red box: This is where you put your Adsense code. To make it work you need to substitute in your Adsense code < with < and > with >

Refer to picture for clearer example. If you want Adsense appear on the right side of your post then change this line of code <div style="'float: left;'"> from left to right.

As i search a lot of vps server, i finally found 1 vps offer a 99,9% uptime guarantee which is really good for us and price is quite cheap. At www.vpsland.com/ezwin.html, for a small price USD 19, you can run about 4 instances of metatrader (Depends of your expert advisor). Another VPS offered slightly cheaper than VPSLand is http://www.swvps.com/windows-vps.html, had with them for 5 months without any issue. SWVPS also offered more memory than VPSLand.

I follow every steps on that guide except i don't restart my server on daily basis as i found it not good for certain Expert Advisor. If you need to restart server i strongly suggest do it on weekends or once a month and you can make a schedule for this.

In most cases, sellers will win the battle and price will break out past the support. We might want to be ready and set an entry order below the support line. We also need to be ready as sometimes support is too strong and there is not enough selling power to push it, so set an entry above the slope of the lower highs.

Paypal account holder needs to be at least 18 years and have following:

email = will be used for your username.
Credit card = to verified your account.
Withdraw = to your Visa credit card. Now, Paypal also support withdraw to Indonesian Bank :)

How to register Paypal

1. Go to www.paypal.com

2. To register click on SignUp Now!

3. Country, since we are from Indonesia so choose Indonesia. At first, just pick personal account. We can upgrade later on if need to and it's free :). Then Continue.

4. Key-in your information like Name, address, telephone, e-mail (Make sure you use the same information with your credit card)

Default currency is U.S. Dollars, Rupiah still not supported

e-mail will be used for your Paypal username.

Messages hidden in queue folder until SMTP is restarted

Exchange 2003 SP2 failes to re-queue messages sent to some servers that implement greylisting. This does not happen all the time (some messages go through but sometimes it fails).
When the problem happens, those emails are hidden in the queue folder until the SMTP service is restarted, and the sender does not get an NDR nor Delay notification, even after those timeouts expire.
Such messsages can remain “lost” for days or even weeks, until the SMTP service is restarted.
After a restart of SMTP service, Exchange suddenly finds those lost emails, and retries to send them or returns NDR to the sender.

There is a KB934709 with a hotfix to windows 2k3 SMTP service.

Cisco Access List - Filter traffic

Outlook - Autocomplete name list

Do you miss the convenience of Outlook automatically completing people’s names as you begin to type them on your new computer? Are you upgrading to a new computer and don’t want to lose all the names stored in your Outlook AutoComplete feature? Wouldn’t it be nice if Outlook installed on your new computer just “remembered” the names and filled them in for you?

You can copy the names in AutoComplete from your old computer to your new one.

Copy the names in AutoComplete to another computer

Important You must exit Outlook before starting the following procedure. The names will be included in AutoComplete when you restart Outlook.

On the computer with the saved AutoComplete names, go to drive:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.Note Depending on your file settings, this folder might be hidden. To view the files in this folder, do one of the following:

1. Click Start, and then click My Computer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
