People respect me.
My classmates from elementary to my M.A. classes look up to me up to these days.
I am also respected in the world of education, though I have not done much yet but I have already established and created my unique image and personality. I have already proven my abilities.

But what people don't know about me is I have been exposed to domestic violence from childhood up to this moment.

I thought I have already graduated from this chaotic and hostile living, but I am wrong. I married a man who's more than a gay, a nagger, and a man who loves using invective words to insult me and disgrace me all the years of our marriage. Even in front of people, my clients, and my students, he shouts at me and treats me like an animal. He batters me every day with violent and brutal words even if I have been trying to be a good wife and to be understanding.

I'm a career woman, an entrepreneur, a professional, a scholar when I was still studying, a summa cum laude, a medalist, a champion in all contests that I joined in, but I am a loser when it comes to love.

This man always persecutes me. He always has dark thoughts about me. MY DEDICATION TO MY GOD AND TO MY CHURCH DUTIES HAVE BEEN QUESTIONED BY THIS MAN.

This evening, September 4th, 2012, after all my classes and all my work here in my place as a tutor, an online teacher, a trainer, a housekeeper, a dishwasher, a laundress, a janitress, a carpenter, a cook,a businesswoman, a researcher, a writer, a gardener, a blogger, and everything that I always do as a person, I needed to attend to my CHURCH DUTIES which I have been doing since I was a child. I thought this man already understood me because I have been telling him that we need to assist our trainees for indoctrination. BUT TO MY DISMAY, WHILE THIS MAN WAS DRIVING MY OWN L300 VAN ON OUR WAY TO FETCHING OUR TRAINEES, HE SHOUTED AT ME AGAIN. MY EARS WERE DAMAGED AGAIN BECAUSE OF HIS VOICE.

Imagine when a 176 feet tall man shouts at you inside a close van. What do you think will happen to you especially if he shouts at the top of his voice? And that's what he did. He shouted at the top of his voice. So my eardrums are shaken again.

He always tells me that I ALWAYS TELL HIM EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING ON WITH ME ESPECIALLY WHEN I DO INVITE PEOPLE FOR THE INDOCTRINATION. HE SAYS THAT ALL MY ACTIVITIES IRRITATE HIM. HE SAYS THAT I SHOULD NOT TELL HIM EVERYTHING THAT I DO.

He keeps on telling me that I HAVE SOMEBODY IN THE CHURCH THAT I NEED TO SEE EVERY NIGHT. He keeps on telling me that I AM ALWAYS UNEASY WITHOUT ANY GUESTS FOR INDOCTRINATION. He keeps on telling me that I WANT TO BE FAMOUS SO I NEED TO GO TO CHURCH EVERY NIGHT.

ALL THESE WORDS HURT ME SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BADLY THAT PROMPTED ME TO BREAK MY SILENCE SINCE 1991, THE TIME I TIED A KNOT WITH HIM, NEVER KNOWING THAT MY LIFE WITH HIM WILL BE A HELL. THOUGH HE GOES TO CHURCH, BUT WHEN HE COMES HOME, HE DOESN'T REALLY APPLY AND DOESN'T REALLY IMPLEMENT ALL THE WORDS OF GOD WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE.

AFTER 21 YEARS OF LIVING WITH THIS DEVILISH MAN, I WANT TO PUT EVERYTHING IN RECORD ALL THE THINGS THAT HE HAS BEEN DOING TO ME ALL THROUGH THESE YEARS. NEVER IN MY LIFE I CELEBRATE OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. NEVER I BECOME THANKFUL OF HIS PRESENCE IN MY LIFE. MY LIFE HAS BEEN A HELL, WHY SHOULD I BE THANKFUL?

HE ONLY TREATS ME WELL WHEN HE NEEDS TO ASK MONEY FROM ME. AM I A SUGAR MOMMY? I AM TOO YOUNG TO BE ONE.

IMAGINE, I WAS BORN WITH A CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE, WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A KIDNEY FAILURE IN 1983, AND HAS BEEN SUFFERING FROM MYOMA AND FOOD ALLERGIES, BUT THIS MAN NEVER THINKS OF MY HEALTH CONDITIONS.

BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING SO HARD SINCE I WAS A CHILD, HE THINKS THAT I DON'T GET TIRED.
BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN SMILING AND HAVE BEEN ENJOYING MY TIME WITH MY CLIENTS AND STUDENTS, THIS MAN THINKS THAT I AM A ROBOT, THAT I SHOULD NOT TAKE A REST IN MY LIFE. BECAUSE I ENJOY FOLLOWING THE WORDS OF GOD, HE THINKS THAT I AM SEEING SOMEBODY.

Whenever he doesn't have money, he always nags me. As if it is my duty to earn a living. HE IS NOT A GOOD PROVIDER SO I NEED TO WORK VERY, VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN MY GOOD LIFE WHICH HE ALSO ENJOYS. BUT HE NEVER APPRECIATES ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR HIM. I HAVE BEEN A GOOD PROVIDER FOR HIM. EVEN IF HE HAS A GOOD JOB, HE STILL DEPENDS ON ME FOR HIS DAILY ALLOWANCES.

Last month, August 2012, he told em NOT TO USE HIS NAME IN EVERYTHING THAT I DO BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN DISGRACING HIS NAME. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT? SO I CHANGED MY NAME TO MY MAIDEN NAME AGAIN. SO EVERY TIME I SEE MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT, I ALWAYS REMEMBER WHAT HE TOLD ME. AM I A WHORE WHO DISGRACES HIM? WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT AGAIN?

Because of his devilish attitudes, I prefer not to have ANY kids with him. AND NOW, I PREFER TO BE ALONE THAN TO LIVE WITH HIM ALL MY LIFE BECAUSE EVEN IF HE LIVES WITH ME, HE DOESN'T TAKE CARE OF ME. HE JUST USES ME TO GET WHAT HE WANTS.

GOOD WAYS TO STRENGTHEN MY VOICE

HERE are some tips from the experts which I need to blog so I won't forget them. I wanna sing smoothly during our church worship services. And I wanna be more professional this time so I can give glory to my Father in Heaven.

1. RAW EGG ISN'T GOOD FOR VOICE

This excerpt tells us that eating raw eggs before singing is a big no no!

It's more the food you need to avoid :) Dairy products are to be avoided before singing, same goes for nuts, chocolate, anything that sticks to your throat, just use common sense. Honey and lemon juice are used as helpers when you have a cold and your throat is irritated, but no food "improves" your voice. proper vocal technique teaches you how to use your instrument to avoid tension and abusing your vocal chords and not food. the raw egg myth actually hurts more than helps as it's sticky in your throat and glues the vocal chords together preventing them from oscillating properly. if you have frequent throat problems firstly - go to a good vocal coach in your area or over skype and go to a doctor to have a look at your vocal chords and throat, if you need to fight vocal tiredness quickly use some honey but way before singing and wash it down with water, also many vocalists use A + E vitamin drops in their throats, but that is at the discretion of your doctor. Overdosing of those vitamins is dangerous.

The reason you are having so much trouble is that you are simply trying too hard and no using your diaphram! You vocal cords should be like the bow on a violin: it is why the music plays, but the sound comes from the instrument itself!

Here are some good tips:
Try laying on your back on the floor and taking nice beep breaths from the mid section, between your chest and stomach. Feel the air rise in and out. Do this and practice it for a few minutes before trying to sing.
Start with simple stuff first, while still lying down : Do Re Mi...

Remember that loud isn't always best and the more you practice, the better you will become and the more strength your vocal cords will get, just like exercising your muscles!
Sounds like you are trying to be loud, but you need to focus on quality, no quantity.
Try drinking water with a very light touch of lemon in it between practicing. It helps clear out mucus and other things that could be effecting your voice.
Beware that even the most experienced singers lose thier voice from simply just singing too much. Don't overdo it! When you feel that you voice is scratching, take a break. Nothing wrong with it. A lot of singers do this.
RELAX!!! Dont' try too hard. Feel the music inside of you. You can do this, it just takes practice and time. Don't try to hit notes that make you strain. If you are trying to sing like a certain artist, pick one that is close to your vocal range and keep in mind that it takes tons of practice to get where they are. It's not an overnight thing for most to be accomplished singers. If the natural ability is there, nothing can hold you back. Good Luck!

I saw her sang in the boxing bout of Pacquiao-Bradley on June 10th, 2012, Sunday here in the Philippines. She sang the American National Anthem, and it was a very good rendition.

Definitely, he voice and style changed after the finale of the American Idol to prove to the world that she could be the title holder of the American contest.

But my instinct can't fool me. When I heard her sing this, I said to my self, she couldn't be the winner of the American Idol Season 11. Note of the last note of the song. She's off and out of tune.

STORY BEHIND IT:
The sister of my hubby who came from Germany asked to be fetched in Bicol, to be exact, in San Jose, Camarines Sur on May 31st, 2012. Because of that, I needed to withdraw some amount of money for the diesel of our L300 Van. They promised to return the money to me before they flew back to Germany. But they went back yesterday, June 4th, 2012, to Germany without giving me back the money which they spent on their travel. She told me that she would send the payment after 2 weeks. They used my van without any payments, and the diesel of my own van was also shouldered by me. What a big burden to me! To think that they are Germans and they brag that they have very good lives in Germany with very good stuff, appliances, and houses. To hell with those, I need my money back.

Today is my last day of payment for my L300 Van which I got from a car loan. I had insufficient funds for that.

My other business partner, Motor Parts & Services, has not given me my gains properly. This person who came to me last year, 2011, because of his additional capital needs is soooooooooooooooo greedy, dishonest, and unreliable. I asked him to give me back the capital that I gave him because I don't wanna deal with him anymore, but he's been promising to give me back soon. He said he would give every 15th and 30th of the month, but NOTHING AMONG HIS PROMISES HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT BUT HE HAS NOT FULFILLED ANY THAT HAS BEEN AGREED UPON BY US.

In the nick of time, GOD sent me a "message". And when I checked out that ''thing'' that GOD had told me to check out, I found out that I had enough funds for this car loan payment today, June 5th, 2012.

But before this ''message'' was sent to me by GOD, I wrote this in my diary, "TODAY IS THE END OF MY WORLD", due to the situation that I was into.

I'm not used to this kind of situation. I always wanna be sure of whatever I do. BUT WHEN PEOPLE COME TO ME AND ASK OR BEG FOR HELP FROM ME, THAT'S THE TIME THAT EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE BECOMES A MESS.

My friends on facebook wrote that I must NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO RUIN MY LIFE. DOES THAT MEAN THAT I SHOULD BE DEAF ABOUT THE NEEDS OF OTHERS? That when people come to me for help, I MUST SAY "NO". IF I SAY "NO", THEN THAT MEANS I AM ALSO GREEDY, SELFISH, AND BAD, AND I DON'T FOLLOW THE WORDS OF GOD WRITTEN IN THE HOLY BIBLE.

BUT EVERY TIME I FOLLOW GOD'S WORDS, TEMPTATION COMES IN. I ALWAYS WANT TO FOLLOW MY GOD'S COMMANDS. BUT I DON'T WANNA HAVE PROBLEMS LIKE THIS, PROBLEMS CAUSED BY PEOPLE WHO RUIN ALL MY PLANS AND SCHEDULES.

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SAD THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE ON EARTH WHO AREN'T HAPPY SEEING SOMEONE LIKE ME LIVING IN A PEACEFUL MODE. THEY COME WITH STRONG WIND AND HURRICANES TO CREATE HAVOC AND DISASTERS IN MY LIFE.
