Caleb Lawrence "Kai" McGillvary was arrested Thursday in Philadelphia for allegedly beating a New Jersey lawyer to death, authorities said.

The Associated Press reported that McGillvary was arrested on a murder warrant at a Philadelphia bus station, according to Union County Prosecutor Theodore Romankow. He was being held on $3 million bail.

Earlier in the day, Romankow said McGillvary was wanted in the killing of Joseph Galfy Jr., a Clark, N.J. attorney found dead in his home on Monday.

Galfy's body was found two days after authorities said he met McGillvary in New York City. He was found wearing only his underwear and socks by police who went to his home to check on his well-being.

The man who achieved Internet fame as Kai, the hatchet-wielding hitchhiker when he struck a driver accused of attempting to run over a Pacific Gas & Electric work in February, is wanted on suspicion of murdering an attorney in New Jersey.

Kai is being sought for the killing of Joseph Galfy Jr., an attorney found dead in his home Monday afternoon, Union County Prosecutor Theodore Romankow said Thursday morning, as reported by the Star-Ledger in New Jersey.

The whereabouts of the 24-year-old suspect, whose real name is Caleb Lawrence McGillvary, are not known, Romankow said.

Romankow said McGillvary, who he said cut his hair in an attempt to alter his appearance, was last seen at a light-rail station in the Haddonfield area. The prosecutor said McGillvary is considered armed and dangerous, the Star-Ledger said.

An autopsy completed Tuesday afternoon determined Galfy, 73, died of blunt force trauma, the prosecutor's office said.

In a Facebook entry posted Tuesday, McGillvary intimates he was drugged and raped, but does not say where or when the incident took place, the Star-Ledger reported.

"What would you do if you woke up with a groggy head, metallic taste in your mouth, in a strangers house ... walked to the mirror and seen ... dripping from the side of your face from your mouth, and started wretching (sic), realizing that someone had drugged, raped, and (had sex with you)? what would you do?" it reads.

McGillvary gained fame and several television appearances for helping to stop a deadly attack in Fresno by pummeling a man with his hatchet.

The man McGillvary attacked, Jett McBride, 54, of Tacoma, Wash., is charged with the attempted murder of PG&E worker Rayshawn Neely for driving his car into PG&E workers on Feb. 1 near Marks and McKinley avenues.

At a Fresno County court hearing in February, a PG&E employee said it was fellow workers who ultimately rescued Neely, not McGillvary.

McGillvary was a passenger in a car driven by McBride that reportedly struck Neely. According to court testimony, McBride then walked up to Neely and was assaulting him when a woman tried to help Neely. That's when McGillvary struck McBride on the head three or four times, knocking him down, according to testimony.

PG&E worker Kenneth Simon testified he and fellow workers told McGillvary to leave, which McGillvary did. McBride then stood up and moved toward Neely again. McBride pulled at Neely and four or five workers threw McBride to the ground and subdued him, according to testimony. -Story courtesy of the Fresno Bee

Well, it finally happened. My long-time friend/drinking partner/fellow Waffle House lover at 3am after we've had so many hops-filled beverages we start pondering running for State Senate, Joey Graziano, has decided in that oh-so brilliant mind of his that it would be a fantastic idea to give me access to his award-winning Northeast Pa blog.

So, basically in a nutshell, he has given up all hope for this project and has thought it a good idea to bring me in and go all Jack Kevorkian on this blog and put it out of its misery.

Alright, actually, nothing could be further from the truth.

Recently, I took a position with a site called Rantsports.com. On said internet website, I am a compensated college football writer, as well as having the opportunity to contribute to a number of other sports such as Major League Baseball, NCAA Basketball, and NEPA's oh-so precious National Football League.

Alright, so that still doesn't answer the question--WHY THE FUCK AM I HERE?

You see, I am proud of what I do for Rant and how far I have come with my work there. However, my old friend Joe offered me a gift the other day; a gift that may have topped the Reebok pump sneakers Santa got me for Christmas back in 1990.

Joey, is letting me be an asshole. And, an asshole is what I do best.

Now, I'm not even sure how long I'm going to be here because the terms of employment still haven't been met yet per our conversation the other day. Joey promised that if I can provide a combination of my wealth of useless sports knowledge and my asshole-like tendencies, that I would be rewarded with the following...

A mint-condition 1992 issue of Playboy featuring Pamela Anderson (pre-tit enhancement because ALL NATURAL BABY!)
A case of Crystal Pepsi (which I'm not even sure that exists anymore so I can't blame him for falling short on that one, I'm just a fuckin' idiot for believing him)
A cologne that smells like a combination of the broken dreams of O.J Simpson and Kris Humphries when he found out Kanye West impregnated his lady.
And, last but not least, a 12-pack of Schlitz, that may or may not be expired but fuck it man, BEER.

All of these were more than acceptable terms to me. However, I am a reasonable human being and Joey is my friend, so I will give him more than ample time to PAY ME, BITCH!

Until then though, sit back and enjoy the ride, people. I plan on taking the majority of your favorite sports stories from the week and making you wonder how the fuck I have a normal functioning brain. I mean, you'll probably think that regardless, but I like to push limits. It's what I do.

50 Cent may have been the biggest rapper in the game at one point, but while he intermittently releases music, his various business ventures have recently overshadowed his musical output. In the third part of his hour long SXSW interview, 50 elaborated on how he got into his Vitamin Water deal, his relationship with Floyd Mayweather, and the stigma around rappers focusing on business ventures.

50 spoke of the first time he knew he wanted to get into the health beverage game. "I was actually in the supermarket, and I see a bottle of spring water. "t was like $2.89 and I went further down the aisle and saw a gallon of water for 59 cents." he said, adding, "and I just know if you put them in a glass that was identical, I wouldn't know which one was which." Fif saw this as an opportunity. "So I said 'I wanna sell water!'"

The rapper explained that this type of business mentality can be seen as a lack of artictic integrity. “Within music culture for you to be connected to a company or corporation meant you wasn’t being an artist…That wasn’t even supposed to happen,” he said, indicating that his respect in the industry may have suffered as a result. “When you watch the awards shows you’ll notice cause my trophy case don’t match the sales. But hey, Kanye get the trophies. I’ll get the check.”

Fif then spoke on his more recent endeavor into boxing, elaborating on his business relationship with Floyd Mayweather. “He’s like my brother. I don’t have relationships that I value friendships like that. So, we’ll flip flop whatever it is, but it is what it is,” he explained. “At the end of the day he was going through a lot of confusion that [I] experienced. Floyd doesn’t like to be by himself. He takes care of people, he pays people to keep them around him…It’s not the first time I ran into someone who finds their happiness through their circle.”
