At a store that sells bird and animal feed , there are three birds that are sold at different prices . Having first bird feather colors and patterns are very beautiful , but it has the ability to sing 10 songs . This bird is sold at Rp . 1.500.000 , - .

In everyday life, interactions between the buyer / consumer and merchant / business actor is a common thing to happen. In the production chain, the consumer is the final link so that consumers often become the aggrieved party. Therefore, the government sought to protect the purchaser or consumer by Act No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and legal institutions to resolve disputes between consumers and businesses through an alternative dispute settlement outside the court called the Consumer Dispute Settlement Board or in the Indonesian language shortened to BPSK (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen). Following up on The Birth of Law No. 8 Year 1999, issued the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 350/MPP/Kep/2000 About Consumer Dispute Body.

In practice, if you as a consumer to feel aggrieved for damages, losses due to pollution or consume goods or services produced or traded by the business, then based on the provisions of Article 19 of Law - Consumer Protection Act, consumers can demand compensation. Indemnity for claims made by consumers, businesses can deliver it within a period of 7 (seven) days after the date of the transaction. Conversely, if the business refuses and / or is not responding and / or does not pay compensation as demanded by consumers, so consumers can file a settlement of business disputes through BPSK.

Then the question arises, what is a BPSK?? Consumer Dispute Settlement Body abbreviated as BPSK is one of the consumer courts, based on each area counties and cities throughout Indonesia as regulated under the Act No.8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection of the primary charge consumers resolve disputes outside the courts generally, BPSK element consists of representatives of government officials, consumers and business actors or producers who are appointed or dismissed by the Minister, in addressing and managing customer issues, BPSK has the authority to verify a report and testimony from the parties to the dispute, see or pay for a sign, bill or receipts, lab test results or other evidence, the decision of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) is binding and final settlement for the parties.

If no agreement is reached through a BPSK between consumers and businesses then no later than 14 working days from receipt of the assembly formed by BPSK, the disputing parties may file objections to the district court.

Finally in closing this article, Consumer Dispute Settlement Board is an agency that exists to protect consumers and to resolve a dispute between when consumers and businesses through an alternative dispute settlement outside the court.

Blackberry Bold 9700 Vs Nokia E72

The first impression when looking at 9700 Blacberry really very tempting. It looks elegant, its features are complete and I think the most interesting is the use of optical trackpad.

When first launched to the market, smart phones are sold at a price of Rp.6.000. 000,00 but somehow according to the article that I read from detiknet, the price was much decreased. Since I has this smartphone, I was clueless about computers as well, especially there are some new features that I found, let's say Blackberry Mesengger. With capitalize feeling strong enough to know that, thank God it turns out features - features that are available quite easily understood. Onyx also has the facility of GPS (Global Positioning System), though still far less when compared with Nokia E72 to match Nokia that championed Onyx greatness for because it's the Nokia E72 has a built in gps. Although in terms of price, onyx is more expensive when compared with Nokia E72.

Apart from the advantages and disadvantages of each of blackberry bold 9700 and Nokia E72, eventually returned to you as a prospective buyer if interested to have it .

When first registering at Chitika, then I got an email rejection from them. was disappointed because he's also Chitika is the best means of monetization blog after adsense from google. On my effort try to make a better blog by read and learn from several source and bigger blog than mine until finally i felt tired and boring because all my works seems useless.

Based on the condition above, i tried to gave more tension on all of my blogging activity and i get the important self awareness that not only my mind was tired but also my soul.

Mean while i kept busy to wrote articles and tried to reach my goals, actually my psychology is under a massive pressure and the worst is i don't realized it !.

I has set several steps as a bridge to my goals which is through a good quality and visitors friendly blog post and its must be born if :

My post are can be stimulate and invite new blogger to come, visit and read my blog post via search engine help. Why search engine ? because the experienced blogger has already know their surf destination whitout search engine help.

2. Fresh Issue
Kept talking about the same issue until it felt so cold and your self bored to wrote it. Giving Fresh issue same as the sign that blog writer are caring to their visitors.

3. Trends
Google trends has gave me much help but maybe its better if score new trend among the blogging activity.

4. Here I am
Stop talking about your self again and again, lets talk the more useful articles and visitors needs.

Make your blog faster as same as gave more attention to your visitor's. If your blog run too slow, it can cause the visitor's felt bored and than immediately leaving your blog and off course you dan't want that happened dont you.

If a blog run to slow, it may caused by too many picture on that blog. Maybe you has already know that search engine bot crawl txt. only read picture based on it resolution size and grade, not from it art or something else.
Needed or not picture on your blog i think it's depends on what niche your blog really was although some said it's can be paced mile a part from their blog.

Finally, a picture or more can make a post more clear and loud because a picture can speak and explain a lot more but if too many picture, it can gave you problem.

My experience with technorati was quiet interesting because at the first i signing in, i must copy and paste a unique claim token to my new blog post.
What is unique claim token really is ? well it's a unique code from technorati and it's different for each claim. For an example, i must copy and paste claim token and my claim token was NMPT5KJDC2QM

After i publish that claim token, on this period i able to claim my blog. What a smart method from technorati !. This kind of method is avoid blog claim for the illegal claim by third party.
Based on my experience, i was got trouble with my blog feed and it cause failed on my claim. After i fix it on google webmaster tools , finally my blog claim was succed.

The benefit by adding a blog to technorati is to raise blog visitors and pagerank. If you didn't adding your blog to technorati is to raise your blog visitors and pagerank.

Several ways has i try to promoting my blog, start from adding my blog to search engine such as google, yahoo, and MSN. Beside that I has promoting my blog through Facebook and Twitter also adding it to technorati.

The old school method has I done by tell to my friends to visit my blog and ask them to gave comment there. Maybe few of them has visited my blog but no one gave comment to my blog post. I wonder does my blog suck?

I has succeed to make a little number of visitors come and visit my blog but not one of them gave comment. Maybe my blog articles didn’t unique and useful enough for them or my blog niche isn’t reach maximum level ?. Maybe if I promote my blog via stumble Upon will get the right effort or maybe my has choose wrong blog niche? If I change it, its mean I didn’t consistent to my early blog theme again. Can you tell me what must I do to make my blog better than ever ?.

Learn, learn and learn. The first thing I know and i must push my bloging ability to get my goals from the beginning I made this blog and make my blog SEO better is the way out from this empty space. I hope.

I just arrived from hot spring water on Ciater, Subang - West Java. I took long journey from my place until i get there. My long journey to Ciater maybe quit same with my blog journey or blog walking, it's took more time to get and achieve everything we plan and try to reach.

I often visit bigger blog such as Problogger.com , Shoemoney.com and howtomakemyblog.com to get more knowledge, tips and info and gave comment on those blog to get backlinks and increase my blog rating.

More information around blogging more better my blog is, until finally based on several articles on those blog , i realized that i has make several mistakes and i try to make it right.

It's no need to call agent Scully and Mulder to find the truth, just find bigger blog than your blog, get their knowledge, info and tips and don't forget to gave comment like i did.

Now, i will continue my blog journey to make my blog better and tobe a better blogger.

Does your blog become lonely from the visitors? if does maybe it caused by the page layout doesn't visitors friendly. To avoid that, you can add or arrange page element of your blog.

But i'm a new blogger, don't you worry about it because i'm a new blogger too. It's hard? no, it's easy and just took a minute. Just read the instruction below.

1. Log in to Blogger

2. After you in, click Layout | Page Elements

3. On the Page Elements links, you can arrange, add or event delete a widget.

4. If you want to add a widget, you just click the add widget link and choose what kind of page you refer to.

5. To Arrange a widget position, click on the widget you desire to arrange and hold it until you done.

6. I want to delete a widget!. it's not a big deal. you just click on the widget and delete it.

The comfortable of the visitor's are very important, it can be answered if the page element of your blog are visitor's friendly.

How To add blog to google, why? until this time google is the most popular search engine. By adding your blog it's mean you are use google as an media to publish your blog and it's gave you a bigger chance to increase your blog traffic.

The visitors of your blog can added comment on your post. They can gave you to write more or the opposite. To avoid the bad comment appear on your post, you can manage it or control which comment are pass and displayed.

All have to do after you log in are go to Settings | Comments. Configure the feature and save it or you will lost your work.

If Comment Moderation feature was active, every comment from your blog visitor are need your agree to be displayed or if you can reject it if you like.

How To Make Recent Post On My Blog

New Post or usually called Recent Post is ones of Blogger feature that shown a short information of your new post, displayed by straight line which help visitors or readers to knew the list of your new interesting post.

The question is how to make recent post on my blog ?

1. Log On in to Blogger.com

2. After you in, go to Settings | Layout | Ad a Gadget, wait a while until the Pop Up window appear,
after that point your sight and find Featured link

3. Click the Featured link, search for the Recent Post link and click it and than Set your option | Save

Well, keep the post rollin.
