Well it seems all my images stored in Photobucket aren't going to be showing up for a little while - I have exceeded my bandwidth which is strange, because I haven't uploaded anything to it in over 10 months and all of a sudden they now want me to purchase more bandwidth! Sigh****I tried another photo storage site and it wouldn't even upload a simple little blinkie, so at this point I am not sure if I will purchase from Photobucket or what. In the meantime, I apologize for the blank boxes on my blogs that are supposed to be blinkies!!

Open Paper 8>Duplicate and close the original Open Paper 7>Duplicate and close the original>Apply the Misting Mask with Invert Transparency checked>Merge Group>Copy>Paste onto Paper 8 You should see this as a smoky looking frame over your Paper 8 as shown on my tag Duplicate the Merged Group so you have 2 copies of this Merged Group Open the Fairy Poser included with the kit and resize to 600 x 600 Copy and Paste onto the tag, placing the Fairy in between the 2 Merged Group Layers - this will give the effect of her feet disappearing The following elements were used and placed between the 2 Merged Groups: (All were resized smaller and drop shadows were appllied) Element 117 Green Grass Element 39 Sticks Element 46 Castle Element 48 Tree Stump Element 69 Tall Plant With Caterpillar Element 76 Puffy Flowers Place these elements as shown on the tag Other elements used and placed on top of Merged Group Layers:

In Animation Shop (AS) open the Fairy Sprinkle animation You will see it has 20 frames Go back to PSP and Copy Merged your tag>Paste As New Animation in AS Go up to Edit>Duplicate Selected until you have 17 frames of your tag (Frame totals are shown on the bottom right side of your AS screen) Go up to Edit>Paste Before Current Frame 3 times until you have 20 frames total Make sure the scroll bar on the bottom of your tag is all the way to the left Go up to Edit>Select All>Edit>Propogate Paste Go to the Fairy Sprinkle animation and making sure the scroll bar is all the way to the left, go up to Edit>Select All Using your mouse grab the first frame of the animation and drag it to the desired spot on the tag View Animation to make sure it looks OK - if not, simply Undo both the animation and Tag and start again If you're happy with it, Save as a GIF You're finished!! LET'S ANGLE SOME ELEMENTS!!
Open transparent image sized at 700 x 700 Open Paper 8, Copy On tag go up to Selections>Select All Paste copy of Paper 8 Into Selection>Selections>Select None Open Pink Paper 6 and re size to 400 x 400 Apply Misting Mask>Merge Group>Copy>Paste As New Layer on tag and move toward the right side of tag as shown Open tube, resize to 500 and Copy/Paste onto tag To angle the fence, rocks at fence, and grass element 91, open each element and resize smaller - using your Deform Tool, press down on CTRL (on your keyboard) and using your mouse cursor grab the bottom left square on the deform shape, move up slowly until you get the angle you want. Place angled elements as shown on tag Place the grass both behind and in front of the fence by Duplicating - I made another copy of the grass to place in front of tube I Duplicated the grass again, Mirror it, and placed behind the tube - work the grass around until you are happy with placement The Water element was Mirrored and placed under all grass elements with rocks surrounding the water Place flowers and plants as shown MAKE YOUR BORDER
In Layer Palette (LP) Add A Raster Layer to the top layer in LP, use your Dropper Tool to select a beige color, flood fill your tag with the beige, go up to Selections>Select All>Modify>Contract by 10>hit DELETE key>Selections>Invert>Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel>Drop Shadow>Selections>Select None This would be a cute tag to animate with water or sparkles!! I used the adorable "Laterne" Doll Tube from SweetPinUp HERE **You must have a license to use SPU art** The kit is a PTU called "Pixie Magic" by Wicked Princess Go to her blog HERE for stores she sells in Mask used is called "Vaybs Smokey Mask 01" and you can grab it at Vayb's blog HERE Firefly animation #295 is by Simone -- go to her blog HERE for this and other great animations and templates Font used is called Respective Slanted

WHAT YOU WILL NEED You will need to download the animation from Simone's blog Animation Shop I use PSP 8 so any Version will work PUT TOGETHER YOUR TAG Open a transparent image sized at 700 x 700 Add A New Raster Layer to your bottom layer - this will be your background You can flood fill with white or select a pretty light pink from one of the kit elements with your Dropper Tool - I used color #FFD4E5 and used this as my background Add A New Raster Layer ABOVE your Background - flood fill with a darker pink - I used color #DA5A6C then apply your Mask>Merge Group Select your elements from the kit, re size if necessary and place as you wish or as shown on my tag Open the tube and re size to 600 width - I used both tubes on my tag After you have finished placing all your elements, go to the Layer Palette and Add A New Raster Layer to the very TOP layer - this will be your little frame Flood fill your tag with the dark pink color then Selections>Select All>Modify with a setting of 3>hit Delete key>Selections>Invert>Effects>3D Effects>Add Inner Bevel>Selections>Select None - you now have a little frame around your tag PREPARE YOUR TAG FOR ANIMATION Now that your tag is complete you want to prepare the tag to go to Animation Shop to place your Firefly animation - the reason you need to prepare is because your fireflies are going to go under some tag layers and over other layers. It sounds complicated but it really is not!! Put your Copyright information on the tag - if you are going to make more than one tag with different names, do not put your name on it yet..if you are only making one with your name go ahead and place your text on the tag First you want to determine where the firefly animation is going to go...I placed my fireflies OVER the bush, ladder, mask group and background - the rest of the tag layers go OVER the ANIMATION. In order to do this, you will need to Merge some of your layers together. When you determine the layers that will go under your animation, go to the Layer Palette (LP) and click on the eye of all the layers that will go UNDER the animation - this will make these layers invisible for now In your LP right click on one of the active layers and Merge Visible - now all your layers to go OVER the animation are Merged together - rename this new Merged layer TOP LAYER to avoid confusion Now click the eye on TOP LAYER to make it invisible and un-click the bottom layers - right click and Merge Visible - now all your bottom layers are Merged and you can rename this layer BOTTOM LAYER - you should, in your LP, have only 2 layers now...TOP LAYER and BOTTOM LAYER ANIMATION In Animation Shop (AS) open your animation and you will see it has 31 frames (this information is at the bottom right side of your AS screen) Back in PSP make sure your TOP LAYER still is checked so it is invisible and make your BOTTOM LAYER active - right click the tag and COPY - Paste As New Animation in AS To make 31 copies of your tag go up to Edit>Duplicate Selected until you have about 17 frames, then proceed to Edit>Paste Before Current Frame until you have 31 frames of your tag total With the bottom scroll bar of your tag all the way to the left, go up to Edit>Select All>Edit>Propogate Paste On the animation make sure the bottom scroll bar is all the way to the left and go up to Edit>Select All With your mouse cursor carefully drag the first frame of the firefly animation to your tag (make sure to determine where you want to place it before dragging it) - now go to your animation and Undo so the fireflies are back on the frames, and repeat the same process to apply a second set of fireflies on your tag (I used 2 on my tag but you don't have to!!) View Animation to make sure it is placed correctly and that it runs properly - if you made a boo boo, that's OK - just Undo and repeat When you're happy with it all, you now need to go back in PSP to apply the rest of the tag to your animated tag Back in PSP uncheck the TOP LAYER and check BOTTOM LAYER - making sure the TOP LAYER is active, right click on the tag and Copy then Paste As New Animation in AS Repeat the process to place the top layers of your tag onto the bottom layers of your tag..make 31 frames of the TOP LAYER in AS - repeating the above steps carefully use your mouse cursor to drag the TOP LAYER onto your tag - again View Animation and make sure you're happy with it Now you can, in PSP, make your text (your name) - Copy and Paste in AS and make 31 frames of that and drag that onto your tag After viewing your animation, save it and you're done!! If you have any problems with this tutorial or have any questions, let me know!! I use PSP Version 8 so any Version will work!! OPTIONAL Eye Candy 5 Impact Gradient Glow for text Place a Drop Shadow on your Elements as you go...!! I did not use any kind of special effects and the placement of elements is pretty self-explanatory so I will list the papers I used and tell you about the size of the elements used. I hope you enjoy this tutorial and I would love to see your finished design!! Brenda "Butterflydzines" Open your template and duplicate it then close the original Delete the credits and background TO PASTE YOUR PAPERS ONTO THE TEMPLATE SHAPES First open the Paper and Copy Go to your tag and click on the template shape you wish to paste the Paper on>go up to Selections>Select All>Float>Defloat>go to your Layer Palette (LP) and click on Add A Raster Layer>right click on your tag and Paste Into Selection>add a Drop Shadow>Selections>Select None Repeat this step for all of your template shapes. Here are the Papers I used: Paper 5 on the circle and square Paper 3 on the large rectangle Paper 13 on the middle square and the 2 left square frames - I also added a bevel effect to the frames and then added a Drop Shadow Paper 8 in both of the left squares but NO Drop Shadow Now open your Angel 1 tube, Duplicate and close the original. Resize the tube to 650 x 650 In your LP click on the Eye on Layers Background, Obj. 1 and Obj. 2 so they are not visible - now right click on an open Layer (in LP) and select Merge Visible. Now you have the Angel tube merged with the cloudy effect that is behind it. Copy and Paste onto your tag as shown on mine HERE ARE THE ELEMENTS I USED AND HOW MUCH THEY WERE RE-SIZED - REFER TO MY TAG FOR PLACEMENT: Beads Element - Paste behind the template as background decoration>Duplicate>Mirror>Duplicate>Flip>Duplicate Mirror Now you have 4 Bead Elements on all 4 corners of your background Cloud Element was NOT re-sized and I placed behind the Angel on the left side>Duplicate>Mirror for the right side and Duplicate again and placed at the top of the Circle shape Flowerbranch 2 was resized to 300 width and placed over the Cloud on left side of Angel>Duplicate>Mirror to have on the right side Divider Element was re-sized to 500 width and placed under Flowerbranch 2 and Cloud Grassflowers Element was re-sized to 500 width and placed above the Divider Element and under clouds behind the Angel Flowersbow Element was re-sized to 240 width Roseswag Element was re-sized to 250 and placed at the bottom of the Angel's gown on the left>Duplicate>Mirror for the right side of her gown Leaves Element re-sized to 250 width and placed under the Roseswag Element>Duplicate>Mirror Butterfly Element re-sized to 125 width and placed over the cloud that is on the circle shape. Use your Deform Tool to angle it. Duplicate and place on the right side of the tag as shown and use your Deform Tool to make it smaller>Duplicate>Mirror and place on the left side as shown Flowerbranch Element was re-sized to 232 height and placed on the left side of the large Butterfly>Duplicate>Mirror and place on the right side of the Butterfly Place your name and Copyright information on the tag and save as a PNG (For my name I used the Dropper Tool and selected a blue from the Angel) I also use Eye Candy 5 Impact Gradient Glow for my text but this is optional I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!! Falling Waters-Historical Waterfall

I’ve lived in this area in West Virginia for years; sadly I had no idea this waterfall existed! We are moving the first of July just about a mile from this gorgeous little waterfall. It's a historical landmark from back in the 1800's during a Civil War; soldiers climbed the fall - it's small, only about 50 feet high, but absolutely gorgeous and serene.

I used 2 Freebie kits from Jenny Art The misted bird scene is from kit "Bird Kingdom" All other elements & paper used are from kit "Colorful Dreams" You can grab them HERE
The mask I used to mist the elements can be downloaded HERE **I found this mask years ago on the web and I have no idea where it came from or who made it - no name or identification is on it**
Please be aware that while I post links to all kits used, it is beyond my control if the kits, elements, etc. are no longer available from the blogs/shops that I obtained/purchased the kits

Open a transparent image sized 750 x 750
ELEMENTS WERE RESIZED SMALLER
Open the flower/bird misted scene from the "Bird Kingdom" kit - resize to 700 width and place at bottom of your tag
Open Paper 02 from the "Colorful Dreams" kit - apply the Misting Mask>Merge Group and make sure this layer is UNDER your flower/bird scene
Open tube and resize to 700 height - do NOT Mist the Angel!!
Open all other elements as shown, resize smaller and apply the Misting Mask to ALL elements (EXCEPT the yellow petals, butterfly, bee and ladybug) as you open them. After Misting each element Copy and Paste onto your tag and apply Drop Shadows
I used the Grass element, Misted it, Pasted onto tag UNDER the flower/bird scene on the right side, then Duplicated>Image>Mirror and placed that copy to the left and moved it up a bit under the scene to make it look more realistic
I used the Cloud element, Misted it, placed it on the upper left side of the tag, Duplicated>Image>Mirror and placed on the right side of the tag and moved it down a little bit
Yellow Petals element was placed over the tree and behind the fence
Sun element was Misted and placed under the Cloud
Place your Copyright and name and save as a png!!!
