These include "tapas", Madrid nightlife, the "Fallas" festival in Valencia and the "Camino de Santiago". Before you listen, here is some explanation of what this all means.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Tapas"&lt;/strong&gt; - free snacks you are given when you buy a drink in a bar in Spain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Madrid nightlife &lt;/strong&gt;- Madrid is famous for its lively, friendly nightlife that often goes on late into the night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Fallas"&lt;/strong&gt; - An unusual festival held in Valencia, Spain, where huge models of famous people and current social and political events are built and burnt.
