You may ask at these basic eateries to heat up the food you've brought with you. Freshly caught fish from the lake is definitely worth trying.

The palace was built in the tradition of stone palaces of Rajasthan, using pink Jodhpur stone in combination with the local yellow stone from nearby Gizri.Mohatta could enjoy this building for only about two decades before the Partition of British India, after which he left Karachi for the new state of India.Mohatta palace has an area of 18,500 sq ft (1,720 m2) and its facade is trimmed with windows, stone brackets, spandrels, domes, balustrades with floral motifs and exquisite railings.

Mohatta Palace has large stately rooms designed for entertainment on the ground floor and more private facilities on the first floor, where there is a terrace provided with a shade from intense sunlight.

Mohatta Palace is solely made up of teak wood with a polished staircase, long corridors and doors opening within doors. The "barsati” (terrace) of the Mohatta Palace had a beautiful family temple dedicated to the Hindu God, lord Shiva. The amalgam gave the palace a distinctive presence in an elegant neighbourhood, characterised by Indo-Saracenic architecture which was located not far from the sea.In Mohatta Palace there is a large square hall with seven openings leading into a corridor. The hall acts as a datum and around it the corridors are connected to the rooms where different activities are held. On the south between the two rooms is a solid teak wood, polished staircase connecting ground floor and first floor.

It is very famous because Mohatta Palace had made his fortune as a ship handler and trader. The architect commissioned for his palace, Ahmed Hussein Agha, was one of the first Muslim architects of India and had come from Jaipur to take up an assignment as chief surveyor for the Karachi Muncipality.

Mohenjo-daro is located west of the Indus River in Larkana District, Sindh, Pakistan, in a central position between the Indus River and the Ghaggar-Hakra River. The final match is played on July 9th between Teams A of Gilgit and Chitral.The initiation of Polo in Shandur is credited to The balti raja of Skardu; Ali Sher Khan Anchan who built the polo ground of Shandur as well.Shandur invites visitors to experience a traditional polo tournament which since 1936 has been held annually in the first week of July between the local teams of Gilgit and Chitral. WHY THIS LAKE IS CALLED SAIFUL MULUK?
The reason this lake is called Saif-ul-Malook is because the prince's name was Saif and Mulook means the place where the prince and the fairy met.The Lake Saiful Muluk is named after a legendary prince. A fairy tale called Saif-ul-Muluk, written by the Sufi poet Mian Muhammad Bakhsh, talks of the lake.It tells the story of the prince of Persia named Prince Saiful Malook who fell in love with a fairy princess named Princess Badri-ul-Jamala at the lake.

This is is a mountainous area, climbing up a high mountain, with a notorius absence of oxygen. Altitude and extreme weather are always a factor. It is highly advisable to limit your stay and keep going preferably during day time. Take warm clothes with you as it can get very cold. Its name is derived from two words of the local Wakhi language : 'Khun' means Blood and 'Jerav' means a creek coming from spring water/water falling. Bring plenty of water to help stave off the feeling of altitude sicknes. The Khunjerab Pass is only open Monday through Friday. The long, relatively flat pass is often snow-covered during the winter season and as a consequence is generally closed for heavy vehicles from November 30 to May 1 and for all vehicles from December 30 to April 1.

2) HUNZA :-

Hunza, known as Heaven on Earth, is a beautiful mountainous valley for tourism located in the Gilgit- Baltistan region of Pakistan. Attabad Lake is one of the most beautiful and attractive place for tourism in Northern area of Pakistan.Attabad Lake, Gojal, also known as Gojal Lake, is a lake in the Gojal Valley of northern Pakistan created in January 2010 by a landslide dam. Though Attabad Lake initially was as much as 350 feet deep, silt from glacial runoff has been gradually settling to the bottom.The lake was formed due to a massive landslide at Attabad village in Gilgit-Baltistan, 9 miles (14 km) upstream (east) of Karimabad that occurred on January 4, 2010. The landslide killed twenty people and blocked the flow of the Hunza River for five months. The lake reached 13 miles (21 km) long and over 100 metres in depth by the first week of June 2010 when it began flowing over the landslide dam, completely submerging lower Shishkat and partly flooding Gulmit. “It’s filling in,” said Riazullah Baig, a local tour guide.

“In another 10 years, it may just be a riverbed again".
