Putting the "U" back in You!

Sometimes we wonder what happened to us. We wake up one day, we look in the mirror and we do not like what is looking back at us! As we gaze upon the women we see, we wonder, what has happened to that person we once used to be?

Life comes with many challenges and obstacles, sometimes they appear on the outside to be worse than they really are. It's easy to allow the struggles of life to cloud our judgments, to taint our thoughts, or to cause us to doubt our own intuition. Thus, we become caught up in the whirlwinds of chaos.

So, how do we get back to who we once were? While it's possible to return to who you once were, it is more important to realize where you are Now, to be in the present moment, then take stock of what should be released and what should then become integrated into the "Who" you would like to become.

Becoming the empowered woman, is a learning process. One, which doesn't happen overnight. Awareness is the key to initiate and create the changes we want to integrate into our lives. Once we become aware that change is required, we begin to seek within to uncover what changes are necessary. This inner discovery can cause one to shed old beliefs and out-dated patterns leading us towards a new found freedom in creating the changes we seek.

Once we begin creating the life we desire, we begin to see those parts of us that we had given away to others. We begin to realize that we cannot please all the people all the time, that there will always be someone out there who will be unhappy with choices we make. Now, we have granted our selves permission to honor our own thoughts, desires and purpose, which leads us towards empowerment!

Empowering women is my passion in life. I, too, have gone from a place of "brokeness" and have now moved into a feeling of "wholeness" and so can you! There is hope, there is peace, there is wholeness for every woman out there. As being a survivor of domestic violence, learning to put the "U" back in You is the first step in learning to love again, that person who is looking back at you in the mirror. Boundary Settings and Hypnosis

How can hypnosis aid in establishing boundaries?

Hypnosis is a tool to help quiet and bypass the consciousness and speak directly with the subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind houses all our beliefs, learned behaviors and associations. It is also, where our automatic responses reside.

Our conscious mind holds within itself our abilities to reason, our logic, our decision making, and our will. It is the home of "ego." Through hypnosis, we can bypass our defense mechanisms and go straight to re-programming our old, out-dated beliefs.

Chances are if we grew up in a dysfunctional family, like myself, we never were blessed with the skills to learn how to set proper boundaries. We become "people pleasers" or worse, "doormats!" These behaviors have become some ingrained within our subconscious, that we aren't even aware that we are reacting to these old patterns of behavior.

Through hypnosis, it's possible to return somewhere between the ages of 3 - 6, apply some assertive behaviors towards a family member who left us, once with a sense of disempowerment. Believe it or not, this one step, not only builds our self-esteem, but our confidence as well. Hypnosis is a safe and effective means to bring about behavioral change.

Establishing Boundaries

Why Do We Need to Establish Boundaries?

Let's start off by gaining a clear understanding of the definition of a boundary. A Boundary reflects your personal desires with a definite consequence from crossing or not respecting a set boundary. For example: "If you touch me in an inappropriate manner, our relationship will end" Is a boundary. Broken down, it clearly states that you have a personal desire to not be physically not be hurt by someone you love and the consequence for crossing the boundary is I will leave you.

Boundaries are not only important for adults, but also as a parent raising children. Our children's trust is developed between the ages of 3-6 years of age. Teaching young children your boundaries will help them to grow up with a sense of knowing that "If I do this, this is what I can expect"

What boundaries do you have for yourself? Maybe, you don't have any boundaries at all or maybe, you don't enforce the consequences. This happens sometimes because as children we were taught to be "obedient" This is a problem for many women raised in dysfunctional families, as it has taught us to become "people pleasers" and can might also take us down the path towards co-dependency.

Hyposis can help us to learn to love ourselves enough to establish healthy boundaries by placing suggestions of self-love, self-worth, etc into our subconscious minds. It also, enables you to return to a younger age and inserting assertiveness towards a family member or members which, then, enables us to have the self-confidence to begin establishing safe, healthy boundaries.

Let's not confuse boundaries with walls....Walls are a defense mechanism we put into place to push people away so we don't get hurt.

What Happens Now?

What happens when someone you love, or think you love, has just physically hurt you? Your emotions run rampant, your adrenaline is pumping, you feel confused, hurt, and angry. Thoughts begin to race within your mind. Thoughts of how did this just happen? What did I do wrong? Why didn't I see this coming? Then you begin to make excuses for them, they are overtired, overworked, stressed out, or maybe they have an addiction to alcohol or drugs and you feel you said the wrong thing at the wrong time.

These are all common feelings that we, the survivors of abuse, will ask ourselves. Stop! Know this: It was NOT your fault!

The most important thing for you to understand is this is NOT love, this is Control! And it will continue until YOU take a stand for yourself, put your foot down and say Enough!

If you have found yourself in a volital situation, the most important thing for you to do is to flee to safety. Guaranteed, if he had done it once, he WILL do it again. It will only continue and only progress. If you feel your life has become threatened, contact 911 immediately. There are also many shelters available in all communities that will provide you a safe haven in an emergency situation.

While I do understand that emotional trauma which, comes from seeking out a safe haven, know that this is the Beginning of a new life for you. A new life without abuse. It's normal if you feel emotions such as embarrasment or humiliation, it's difficult to admit to yourselve that you have been deceived. Taking this step IS the first step to healing.

I would like to invite you to join the Sis Sacred Circle and find solace, comfort and companionship with other women who took a stand for the sake of their existence as well as the safety of their children.

Domestic Violence and Sexual abuse are rampant in our country and is an issue which, is very close to my heart. Not only have I been abused, but now I have passed these traits down to my youngest daughter who only recently fled for her own safety. When she asked me "Why do men have to hurt women?" I thought for a moment reliving my own past abusive relationships and then I realized, as painful as it might sound, "Because, WE, as women, Allow it to continue" What I mean by this is this: Each and every time we experience abuse in our relationships we accept the typical "I'm sorry, it will never happen again. I LOVE YOU!" Thus becomes the vicious cycle of abuse.

Empowering Women

Too many times we as women are tossed aside as second hand people. We've had the stigma of being "barefoot and pregnant" Many women have reached out to break free of this stigma and have grown to become corporate executives, successful business owners and empowered women. To these women, I say "You are an Empowered Women"!

But what about the other women, the women who who strive to break free from chains of the past but have had little or no success. What about those women who feel trapped or stuck in a vicious cycle of trying to step out, seeking to break free but lack the confidence or the belief within to do so.

To these women, I say "YOU CAN DO IT!"

The journey of self-discovery can be a painful process but well worth it. Learning to look in the mirror, to see yourself from an objective point of view can sometimes bring emotional attachment to past traumas and beliefs. The willingness to look within, the willingness to seek and uncover those deep hidden aspects of self can bring forth a whole new, and empowered you!

Sisters in Spirit is a community for women, by women to promote a safe, loving, nuturing, caring and healing environment to promote wellness and empowerment! Our mission is to bring healing to those who have suffered abuse of any kind. Violence and abuse are rampant in our society today. Bringing awareness and healings to these issues is very near and dear to my heart.

Throughout most of my life I have suffered from physical, mental, emotional and sexual abuse. It took me years to understand how this abuse had affected my own life. After many years of repeated patterns, poor choices in relationships and the need to feel loved and accepted, I became aware of the need to bring healing from the inside out.

It was this search that led me on my own journey straight to the Angels! Over the past several years I've experienced healings in many areas of my life. These experiences have ignited a passion deep within me to be of service to other women. To Heal, To Teach, and To Empower other women.

From Awakening to Empowerment

It’s MY life and I’m taking a Stand!

We as women were raised in an environment which taught us to be care-givers, subserveant to our mates, to not upset the status quo, to be seen and not heard, we were expected to be doormats to others, shunned by corporate America and organized religion, treated as second class citizens. No longer shall we stand for or accept this form of treatment, it is our Natural BIRTHRIGHT, as we are all ONE with Source, with our Creator, to becoming Empowered.

This is Not a program about women’s lib or for equal rights….. it is a program designed for women (men are also welcome) to teach women to heal the wounds, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wounds caused by abuse. If you are or have been a victim of Domestic Violence, Rape or Assualt, Sexual Molestation either as a child or as an adult, or maybe the abuse you suffer from is not as severe as the above mentioned, however, if you've been told you’re stupid, you can’t make it without me, you need me, if words by a loved one has shattered your self-esteem, if you have feelings of hopelessness, mental and emotional abuse are still Abuse!

If you feel you are or have been isolated by the one you love, these are symptoms of abuse. Then this Women’s Spirituality Program was designed for You!

Vulnerability

This is a message of strength, not weakness. This is a time to finely tune your emotional sensitivity or enrich your feelings.

Be more aware than usual of outside negative energy and take the proper steps to protect yourself and your dreams.

Do not allow others, or negative thoughts to manipulate you. Being aware of your vulnerabiltiy reduces your chance of being caught off guard.

Find your center and balance yourself. To feel aliveness in our hearts we must also allow vulnerability. Can you afford to take a chance? Can you afford not to?

As we begin to open our hearts, as we learn to trust ourselves, we learn to trust others. By learning to love and trust ourselves, we can then learn to embrace vulnerabilities with passion, for this shows we are alive. Granted this is not always an easy step to take. Some may call it "wearing your hearts on your sleeve"... tearing down the walls of protection that we've built up over the years, releases the hidden and once the hidden are exposed, then true healing begins!

River of Bliss

Inside every one of us there is a deep desire to experience love, wholeness, healing, and contentment. There is an Infinite River of Bliss and Joy and Love that floods through all of creation. The deepest root of every human desire is to dive into this river and be carried away into complete and unending satisfaction. Many of us, though, go quite thirsty and this River of Bliss seems to be a pipe-dream or something out of reach or imperceptible. Underneath the fluid surface of our lives there is a field of Infinite depth and unlimited pure potential that is the source of all Love, Wisdom, and Energy. Throughout the ages this field of Being has been called by many names; the One, the Unbounded, the Now, Sat-Chit-Ananda, the Peace that passes all Understanding. The name we give it is not important. What is important is the experience. We call it the Ascendant.

The Ascendant - The Ascendant is the field out of which all possibilities spring. Everything that exists is made up of the Source. All things come from there and will eventually return there. It is the Alpha and the Omega. If the Universe were to dissolve it would remain forever still, silent, and unchanged. There is nothing before it. There will be nothing after it. It underlies and permeates all things, but it is not a thing. It is formless and un-manifest, forever beyond the world of characteristics. However, it is not a void or a negative state of existence; it is a state of supreme fullness.

True Freedom - The experience of the Inner Source is more Real and solid than any of the experiences of the waking state of consciousness where experience is made up of the combination of transient dualistic elements. In that sense the waking state of consciousness is a dream world. When we become Enlightened we become permanently awake to the Eternal essence that underlies this world of changing opposites. This provides us with the ultimate stability as the Ascendant is unchanging. There are no ups and there are no downs. The more we develop our relationship to that place, the less the movements of the world affect us. This is True freedom.

Omnipresent - This Ascendant is in all places at all times, it is Omnipresent. Therefore it must be within you, within me, within everyone and everything. There is no place that you can go where it is not. It is the fundamental level of our being and as such we can never be separate from it. We can believe we are separate, but this is belief. We suffer only because we believe ourselves to be small (or large for that matter!) separate individual egos. We wander and seek out experiences, people, or things that end up only temporarily satiating us. There is certainly nothing wrong with experiences, people, and things! Nothing at all, but as far as lasting fulfillment goes they alone will never truly fulfill us.

Source of Love - When we get our love from objects or people what happens when the objects or people are gone or changed? Generally our love is in some way diminished. This is definitely the case with relationships. We fall in love and if the person changes greatly from our projected ideal, or our projected ideals change, we fall out of love. One of the more difficult lessons to be learned is that all of the love we have experienced has its source inside of us. We are ultimately in control of how much flows from the faucet of our heart. Mainly, the flow of love is stopped by habits of judgment and inner walls built from previous negative experiences. What is required to break through these habits and fear based patterns is a greater experience of life.

Experiencing the Stillness Within - A mind immersed in the Source is a still, quiet, and powerful mind. The mind is like a pond. When we are busy with thinking many thoughts it is like throwing many stones into the pond at once. There are many smaller waves going in different directions with crests canceling each other out. When we throw one stone in the pond the waves are uniform and powerful. This is measurable by the electroencephalograph as coherence between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. As the mind becomes still and coherent the body responds by becoming still, peaceful, and deeply relaxed. This deep rest gives the body a chance to throw off stresses that sleep doesn't touch. In this way both our mind and entire physiology are transformed for the better by experiencing the stillness of the Source within.

A Consistent Experience - Fear is born from the perception of being a limited separate being. When our awareness touches the inner Light, the shadows of fear melt away and are replaced by the Love that has patiently waited to be recognized. Even a momentary dip into the Infinite can completely change a life. Consistent experience will transform life beyond our wildest dreams. How do we culture a consistent experience? Most if not all of us will require an effective tool to move the mind inward to the Source. With a tool the equation becomes simple. We use it. And if we use it consistently with dedication it will not be a long journey to the Self! There is really no distance to be traversed anyways; only the distance we have created in our minds. There are no limitations to life but those that we artificially impose. There are no problems that cannot be cured through connection to Omniscient wisdom. There is no pain that cannot be healed by the Love of the Divine Presence within us. It does not have to take long to fully awaken to our True Nature. The natural state of the mind is Enlightenment!

Wednesday's Angel Message of the Day

Goals

What is your goal in the situation? Think about it from all angles, be Honest with yourself. You may be surprised with what you learn. It may help you to become more clear in your direction.
Great results can be achieved when positive effor is directed towards your goals; focus on them.
What do you truly want in your life? What are you aiming for? Can you see or feel yourself being led in a new direction? Follow that lead!

There is a need to stretch. Follow your intuition, your inner guidance. The time is right to get things up and going. Perhaps it is time to re-define old goals that you have set. Maybe what you need is a good hard kick, aimed at getting you moving in a positive direction. Move forward.

As you sit in quiet contemplation, ask what you need to become clear about. Learning to be completely honest with yourself, your true feelings, then trust your feelings. Trust yourself.
One of the hardest things to accomplish is KNOWING what it is you want... most of use wander aimlessly through life. We have an idea of what we think we want, but our vision, our clarity, has not come into focus.. Did you know that the majority of people who are unhappy or discontent with their current situation in life, are this way because they Lack Clarity.

Therefore, how can you possible set goals to accomplish tasks when you don't even know what these are!!

So as you sit in meditation....or as you walk through the woods... begin taking inventory, you'll be surprised at the results you receive.

Manifesting True Love

If you don't believe love is possible for you, it will never happen. But if you do believe...

If you've been sitting around in the singles' department, watching the handsome guy at the pool, if you've been overwhelmed by a career that hasn't left time for intimacy, if all your friends are married and you feel like the only person in the world who hasn't found, "the one," then you may believe that there won't ever be a true love for you.

If that's true, then you need to start believing that love does indeed await you. Just as nobody gets to Paris without believing that Paris exists, nobody falls in love without believing that a wonderful love is possible for them. That's because conceptualization creates reality. In the story of almost every successful tycoon, we read that there was a belief that against all odds he or she would succeed some day. It's no different with you: what becomes manifest in your life arrives because consciously and unconsciously, you believe it can happen-whether it's a better job, a new car, or a true love.

The precondition of love's ever arriving is that you believe that somewhere out there is a real live person for you to love. If you believe it, it'll be true; if you don't, it will never happen. In fact, the person who could be the love of your life could step right up and look you in the eye, and you could say, "Excuse me, I've got an appointment," and head off in the opposite direction.

Believing that there's a true love for you may seem like a very small thing, but for a lot of people there's a great big hovering doubt that this wonderful thing called love could actually happen to them. Maybe you've already had twenty-four hour lousy relationships, maybe your fiancé died in a car crash, maybe you've always believed you aren't pretty enough, smart enough, or successful enough, or you're so shy that you can't even imagine having the kind of conversation that could get you into a relationship in the first place.

Remember Cinderella? She lay in rags on her pile of cinders and dusted up after her nasty stepmother and stepsisters. The furthest thing from her mind was that she, the raggedy cindersweeper, could ever fall in love.

Yet deep inside, Cinderella had faith, because when the Fairy Godmother showed up, she was open to the possibility that something good could happen to her; she didn't run away.

Instead, she put her faith in the Fairy Godmother, she accepted that the pumpkin turned into a coach, and she stepped into the little glass slippers with absolute confidence. She didn't say, "My goodness, how do you expect me to walk on these, they're going to splinter the minute I put my feet inside them?" No, she was open to love. Deep inside, she already said, "I believe in love; I believe that miracles can happen.

"If you don't believe in Fairy Godmothers, you'll certainly never see one. And if you don't believe in love, it will never show up for you either. So take a risk, find the faith, open your heart, and believe that the love of your life awaits you.

Love what a wonderful thing...also, it's important to love yourself as well.

Gratitude

The time has come to take a moment and really appreciate all you have in your life. Why do some people find it difficult to say thank you? And why do others find it so difficult to accept?
A Change in Attitude changes lives!!! A great attitude creates Miracles in your life.

Don't forget to say "Thank You"
Is your response, in general postive or negative??
Little things may irritate you. Often these annoying effects push you out of your comfort zone and give you the opportunity to really grow...Be grateful for all life's lessons. Respond with kindness for beneficial outcomes.

It may not always seem so, but it is a great priviledge to be on this planet at this time. Acknowledge the rightness of where you are.

You are exactly where you need to be, right here, right now.

Listening to the Heart

You listen to the Heart with something other than your ears. You listen with your awareness. What are you aware of now? You listen for (pay attention to) what is present now and arising now in the moment. You give your attention to what is, which may include a thought, but you don’t give your attention away to that thought. You notice it and then you notice what else is present. The Heart will communicate to you in this moment. What it has to say will be already present in the moment or arising in the moment. If you are busy thinking, you will miss its subtle, nonverbal communication because your attention will be elsewhere.

Compared to thoughts, the Heart communicates softly and unobtrusively. It doesn’t shout at you to get your attention. It doesn’t scare you or bully you or flatter you to get your attention. It just speaks the truth, and when you hear its truth, you know it because it rings true. But often, what it says gets lost in the noise of the mind. You experience it, not as words, but as energy: You sense your energy expanding, which feels joyful; you feel spontaneously moved to do something, which feels exciting; or you feel a sudden ah-ha, and some understanding or knowing clicks into place.

All of these subtle sensations and inner experiences are easy for the mind to discount and dismiss, but they are the secret to your happiness and fulfillment. They are the key that can free you from the unhappiness of the ego and open up a world of fulfillment and contentment. These subtle, simple, seemingly insignificant sensations are more important than any thought, desire, fantasy, or dream in bringing you the happiness you long for.

The trick is that you have to be listening for these sensations and inner experiences, and once you catch them, you have to be true to them. Catching them is not so easy because there are so many distractions, not just thoughts, but activities, responsibilities, and other people’s voices and opinions.

Anything can easily take you away from noticing what is most important to your happiness, so you have to commit yourself to paying attention to this more subtle side of life. If you don’t, you will automatically return to paying attention to your thoughts and the thoughts of others because that’s what you are programmed to do. To find happiness, you have to go against the programming that causes you to pay attention to the mind and pay attention to something else instead, something that isn’t as easy to hear as the mind.

Commitment to listening to the Heart is crucial. Getting good at picking up the Heart’s communications takes practice, so first you have to commit to practicing this. To make this commitment, you have to be convinced that it’s worth it. Not everyone is ready to see this. But at some point in your evolution, you do clearly see that the egoic mind is the imposter self, and that it doesn’t know anything about how to be happy. You not only want to stop the suffering caused by the egoic mind but you want to experience the Truth. If you really want the Truth more than you want your thoughts, desires, self image, opinions, fears, fantasies, memories, and dreams, then you will be willing to look—really look—at what else is present here. What is it that has been living your life? Who are you?

When you really look, you see that you are not as tangible as you thought. Who you are is more subtle than thought and certainly more subtle than your body. Who you are is more of an experience, or an experiencing of life, than a thing. You are the subtle experience of no-thingness, the experience of awareness of all thing-ness. You are the listening and the Heart. It turns out that the Heart and listening are the same thing. The Heart, itself, is not a thing, but really awareness of every thing. This Awareness is intelligent, but it’s not a thing or a being that is separate from what it is aware of. The egoic mind paints a picture of separation that isn’t true. It creates the illusion of separation and perpetuates it with thought. Without thought, there is only oneness, and this Oneness is Aware but it is not a thing.

This Awareness —your Heart— knows exactly what will fulfill you in this lifetime, and what will fulfill you in this lifetime is not the same thing as what will fulfill someone else or what fulfilled you in another lifetime. What will fulfill you in this lifetime is entirely unique from any other experience you have ever had or will ever have. So, you can’t look to the mind or to others to tell you what will fulfill you. Only you know, or rather, only your Heart knows.

Many of you are awakening to your magnificence

as the energies lift you up to those levels that you rightly belong. You are at last beginning to remember the truth of your being as your consciousness expands. It has been a gradual awakening that has opened your eyes to what is beyond your physical existence, and you are becoming en-Light-ened. No longer are you at the mercy of those who have hidden the truth, and it is about to emerge in a manner that you are quite unaccustomed to experiencing.

The beautiful energies that are playing upon Earth are becoming increasingly powerful, and revealing all that does not resonate with them. What cannot be carried forward with the Light, will be left behind to follow its own path created in your old reality. All must change to complete the cycle of duality, and thus clear the way for the Golden Age to commence. It is by the Divine Decree of the Creator that the cycle is closed to allow another great step upwards into the Higher Realms.

The energies rise and as the darkness is lifted it brings about a change that weakens the hold it has upon you. Some souls are already moving into the Light and breaking free. As they reflect upon their position they feel a great urge to purge themselves of the negativity that they have attracted. It brings a change of heart, and a desire to bring their misdeeds into the open as part of their cleansing. You will therefore hear open admissions from the dark ones and their involvement in crimes against Humanity. These will add to the evidence that already exists, and serve to expose those at the heart of it.

This is to be an exceptional year, and we ask you to sit tight and enjoy the breaking of the bonds that have held you for eons of time. At the same time the Light will stream around the world so that the truth becomes known, and many who have come to Earth for this very time will awaken. More of you will realize that you have a direct link to the Lighted Realms, and bring through the truth of your Higher Self. In the expanding consciousness of Man such links are vital, and help lift you up even higher than previously.

The Lightworkers and Spiritual Warriors are carrying out an important role at this time, bringing Light to the masses.

So what is this Light of Truth, this Light of Love that we talk so much about, let me tell you Dear Ones it is the essence of All That Is, it is the most powerful force in the Universe to which All is being inextricably drawn. As it grows, so the lower vibrations fall away until they too are transmuted. The dark must therefore concede its place to the Light.

From your personal point of view you are like a mini-universe exchanging energies with all around you, and these are helping raise the vibration of your physical body and your consciousness. Like everything else it is changing, and with its new crystalline based cells your refined physical bodies will carry you forward to Ascension. The Heavens assemble to witness this grand and momentous event that is seen as a unique occasion.

Furthermore your evolution will have taken a giant step forward, returning you in quick time to those levels of Being where the Angelic Realms are to be found. There will be new paths to travel, new challenges to accept, and a Cosmos that will welcome the return of the Lighted Ones.

God has been your companion through your many lifetimes in duality, although very few have accepted that God can be so close to them. God is but a whisper away, and as you evolve through the final years of duality, more of you will open up that link once again. Oh yes, God talks with you, except that many do not recognize the voice. Sit quietly and many will come to you, and talk with them as you would any friend and be ready to accept advice. If you know names use them, including my own as I hear every message that is sent my way. I perhaps more than many others, have linked with you numerous times in your ancient history right up to modern times. You know me by many names and I will answer to them all.

It is so important that you grasp the great opportunity that is before you, as it comes but once over eons of time. Earn it by lifting your hearts up and filling them with love that you willingly share with all others. Ascension is a joint effort between us of the higher realms, and every soul upon Earth. Beyond us all are the Beings that have no form but are pure Light, and their majesty and power are beyond your comprehension. They hold the Cosmos in their hands, yet focus upon this tiny blue orb because it is if such importance to the Plan of the Creator. No wonder you are confidently informed of a victorious end to this cycle, as the Creator is not mocked by the dark forces.

The Light is All-Important and it should be the centre of your attention, and no time or energy spent chasing the dark shadows. Let them fade away as they will, and that space will be filled with Light and Love. Nothing else matters at this time as your reality moves into the manifestation of the Golden Age. Envision all that is of the highest perfection that you would associate with the Creator, and you will be helping bring it into being.

Let the birds and animals talk with you, the flowers and trees listen to your words, is not Nature coming alive before your very eyes. Dear Ones it is alive with a consciousness that has its own form of expression, and like all others responds to your loving words and embrace.

You are you All One, and as time proceeds you will experience Oneness more than any previous time. Take care of Earth as her appointed Guardians and see the vibrant life forms all around you. Nourish them and protect them from the ravages of those who do not understand. Know also that there will come a time when those who lack love and understanding, will move to another Earth to finish their evolution. Be gracious and understanding, as they are but children in the nursery of life, and need your love and compassion.

Many souls are awakening but uncertain of what their purpose is in life.They know that something has gone disastrously wrong, and see that Man is heading down the slippery slope of darkness. However, the Light is permeating all layers of energy and lifting you up into it. The Truth lies within every soul, but over eons of time has been lost within the lower vibrations that have been the dominant force.

As you awaken it is important to allow your intuitive powers to guide you, as at this time there are many variations as to the nature of the end-times. Think of change as your upliftment, and do not be too concerned as to the way in which it is to be achieved. All will be crystal clear within a comparatively short time, and those who rise up to become your teachers will be seen as the Wayshowers. All is planned and ready to advance you at a much quicker pace. There is no forcing of the truth upon anyone, and it will be laid before you all to make the final choice.

Remember that you are gifted with freewill, and it is you who are responsible for your actions.

For too long you have been brought up to believe in punishment for your “sins” when the only judge is you. Life is an ongoing experience, and it is you who decide how and when you clear your Karma. No one else can do it for you, although it is true to say that some souls will help you by being part of your experience out of their love for you. God is All Love, and non-judgmental and allows you total freedom to experience as you wish. How else would you grow, and continue to walk the path of Light.The temptations of the dark side are constantly around you, and whilst you may indulge in them you must accept the consequences. The darkest soul will still retain the God spark of Light within. They are not damned and imprisoned in their darkness forever, and given every help by loving souls once they desire to lift back up into the Light. All of you have experienced the darkest nights of your soul through hundreds of lifetimes, yet many of you have now advanced along the path to Ascension. However, do not put yourself above others, as you all have the same potential to rise up at your chosen time.

Learning of the beauty and splendor of the Lighted Realms will give you great encouragement to direct your thoughts and energies in that direction. You cannot yet truly grasp what lies ahead, except that it fulfils everyone’s idea of Heaven. To be in utter peace and experience the happiness and oneness of the higher dimensions is your destiny. There is perfection in all creation and it would seem to you that life has reached its ultimate level of achievement.

It is the beginning of your experiences of life in all of its different expressions, and you will come to realize the magnitude and enormity of the Creator’s power.

Society is breaking down as it sheds its attachment to the dark energies, but see it as simply the cleansing that must take place. Soon a new way of living will emerge that will again reflect the freedom granted to you under the original Constitution. Materialism will no longer hold sway, and people will come together in Oneness that will be the expression of true love, the Unconditional Love of God and the Creator.

The turning point is near and you can take much credit for your part in bringing it about. Spread the word, and spread the Light of Love that has the power to work miraclesit is time for us to get busy to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere.

There is not much you can do to change the way your government operates. . However, there will soon be a change. It is about time because the pollution of your atmosphere is getting to where the life of some persons and some other life forms are threatened. We have an answer to help in lowering the levels of pollution, as you also have. Together we will soon be able to complete the development and then have the commercialization of new-energy technology that will change the way the world produces pollution. You are probably aware that we are not alone in this endeavor. This is the beginning of much of the closure you as a people have sought. The banking system is in shambles and the attempts to inject further paper dollars into the mix have no discernable effect. Many of your traditional assumptions are no longer valid. Many strongly held positions are being overturned. Much is being revisited and restructured

The levers causing the blocks to shift are being played upon, and the change is unstoppable, at this point. The fiscal uncertainty is ready for stability. The political indecision is ready for conviction and certainty.You are a part of the energy that is making up Earth and its layers of spiritual identity. Your reaction is as important for each of you is directly shaping the energy that makes up your existence.your individual personality and ability to make the proper choices for your experiences are the things that determine what the energy you are a part of does. The sooner this perception of your importance in the operation of this planet and Universe is recognized, the quicker you will awaken to your full role and your link to the oneness of creation.

Your days as a self-contained generator of individual ideas and mechanisms are finished. You will now think as parts of the whole ~You will see your role in this vision and you will work to achieve its manifestation. The planet is undergoing its change as described and the burst of energy that will be coming soon will scour the countries with frequencies of vibration that are incompatible with many existing systems. This event is being prepared now and many are being pushed to become adaptable to this new density. The stories you read of ascension symptoms are good introductions to the physical changes that are occurring.

The global disasters will trigger an inner awareness that will unify many more of the people. This kick to the global mass consciousness is necessary for Earth to continue to parallel the changes happening in other dimensions and on other planets. The Jupiter event will burn your awareness of your true purpose into a personality that is merging its physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual capacities into one interconnected identity. The public perception of cleaning the Earth is part of what is happening, but there also needs to be a core acceptance of the necessity of these changes with a conviction that the events are part of what must occur

Live as you are, but try to maintain your belief that the process of change has started. It truly has, and you will see its manifestation in a matter of days.

Know that new energy and motivation are coming your way.

However, don't force things with you own will....sit back and allow things to happen in their proper time. If we push, we meet with resistence, if we Allow, we receive....
Renew your interest in life. A change in attitude starts things moving. Look on the bright side, feel the joy and get turned on to life.

There is a shift in energy. Take an eager interest. SMILE. The energy is right for innovative ideas to come to mind. Prepare for changes for the better. It's a great time to begin new projects!

If you've been sluggish with chill of winter maybe it's time that you begin yourself, go outside and take a walk, begin an exercise routine, or take kickboxing class, sometime to give yourself a little kick start to Spring.

A gentle reminder is also needed here as to not allow yourself to become over enthusiastic, obsessive..the objective is to remain in balance ...Don't allow yourself to get pulled in to a situation that is not in harmony with your goals!

As Springtime is just around the corner, we are beginning to awaken from our slumbers....it's time now to stretch your muscles, stretch your mind, and open yourself to Spirit.....spend some time in contemplation...what do you want? where do you want to be? what have you been putting off? explore the depths of your mind...sit in silence....and Allow yourself to feel enthusiasm for life

Challenges of Life

Sometimes we feel as though we are being tested to the limit of our endurance. We might set out to make our mark on the world and find that "school" just began instead of ended. Nothing has ever been so challenging! We may suffer losses, and quite often, life will not seem fair. In those times, consider how you are being led forward.

Difficult challenges lead us to grow more resilient, loving, knowledgeable, and capable. So how can we find these blessings in difficult challenges?

First, we need to acknowledge our challenges for what they are. We need to see clearly our roadblocks, take full responsibility for meeting them, and only then can we focus creatively on our desired outcomes.

Next, we need focused vision. With steady, faith-filled awareness and acceptance, we find solutions. We receive ideas from an infinite Intelligence, and we see our present situations in a new light.

We receive guidance, and even in adversity, we are strengthened. Challenges don't ever leave us the same as they found us, and we don't ever leave a challenge the same as we found it. We can choose to have our challenges leave us wiser and more compassionate.

Helen Keller once said, "Be of good cheer. Do not think of today's failures, but of the success that may come tomorrow. You have set yourselves a difficult task, but you will succeed if you persevere; and you will find joy in overcoming obstacles. Remember, no effort that we make to attain something beautiful is ever lost."

With faith, we can surmount difficulties and heal hurts that once felt overwhelming. With clear vision, we find blessings on the other side of our barriers. And like the coral in today's tale, we will always be blessed with challenge. We will change, adapt, and grow. Life makes sure of it.

Balance

An indicator that even in the midst of chaos, you need to keep yourself in balance. Take time to become centered and calm within yourself so that your actions and thoughts will be in harmony with your greatest and highest good.

Take time to ponder what it is you truly want. Weigh the issues, make a list of pros and cons if you are a visual person. Ask the Angels for guidance and be willing to accept the answer which is given...

From a state of balance comes a release from Fear....and Fear is nothing more than a disconnect from Spirit/Source/Creator/God/Goddess/Universal Life Force Energy, or whatever name you resonate to....

When things around you appear to be in chaos, when your world feels like it is crumbling around you and you're spinning out of control...remember to take a deep breath, calm and center yourself and realize that it is only a mere reflection of your inner world...and your detachment from Source....simply breathe, reconnect with Spirit, and give thanks for the nudge that your thoughts were not aligned with your beliefs.....

Trust

Depend on your own knowingness. Be true to yourself. Do not discount your Intuition. Trust Yourself.

Move forward with confidence. In-action could cause a situation or opportunity to deteriorate. "To forever rest is to rust."

Honor the Llight that is within you. What you think and feel is important. If you are feeling invalidated by people or situations around you at this time, perhaps it is time to make changes.

Find alternative options. Be clear, and truly understand what is happening....
Don't let FEAR influence your decisions. Believe that the right action will occur, and then allow it to unfold.

Believe that a divine state of grace is operating in your life. Have confidence in yourself! A beneficial outcome will occur when you exercise faith without fear.

There is a higher power in action.

I have begun to expect that the Angelic message of the day has a theme to what blog I post for the day...obviously, it is Divine intervention....Divine Presence at work...Over the years I have learned to believe that there are NO coincidences in life....so I trust that the messages that I post, will reach out and touch the lives of others at exactly the right moment in time.....
Embrace Change....Trust in Yourself...Quiet your Minds and learn to Listen to your Inner Guidance....for as I have said before....when we begin to learn to listen with our Hearts.....Healing begins....

Abundance

Know that changes for the better are coming your way! Allow the sense of well being to surround you or your issue; as in emotional abundance, security, support, love, happiness and joy.

Abundance can also refer to your finances. Can indicate a shift in energy that can attract more money into your life, possibly from unexpected sources.
Participate in the dance of life.

Become involved, stirred into movement. Reach out and reap the abundance the Universe has to offer you. Tap into Universal abundance and accept it into your consciousness. Acknowledge your worth.

That's where it All begins.

The time is ripe to harvest the fruits of your labor. Be alert for new opportunities. Expect productive outcomes resulting from facing and moving through your challenges.
Let go of the limiting beliefs and poverty consciousness.

Trust in an abundant Universe.
Know that you can have it All!!

It comes as no surprise to me that the message of the day is abundance as the post of the day has to do with following your inner desires....These messages combined should be held as a most powerful message to those of you who feel stagnant with their lives...you know who you are...
You are those who are unhappy with your current jobs, knowing deep down inside that there is MORE to life than what you are currently experiencing... these are the urgings to listen too...
