Very sad day ... the PC connector, more specifically the clip that clips on the Garmin watch in order to download the data to the computer died. Since I cannot live without downloading my workout ASAP, I found out this quick fix :) I assume, I will be using this "temporary" quick fix for quite some time...

I do not eat or buy müsli anymore ... well usually. It was a tough day(s) at work and I just needed to buy a milk for my morning cappuccino. When I craved for müsli with milk. So I had müsli with milk for dinner. To be correct, I had two bowls of müsli with milk for dinner. I am glad I am a runner and can afford this time to time :) I am sure Janae at Hungry Runner Girl would approve!

Meet Bourbon The Dog ... my best running buddy. He does about 95 % of my training with me and he usually gets in higher mileage in each run as he needs to check on everything around while we run. I am kind of jealous about him being so fresh all the time. His recovery time is also way shorter than mine :)

OK, this is a lazy photo, physiotherapy in the morning, all day at work and pre-race tune up run afterwards. I cooked my delicious runner friendly favorite - chili sin carne (= chili without meat) and went straight to bed. So the only thing to take photo of was the meal :)

You already know I love pink, as of yesterday's post you might know I love green - mainly for the purpose of eating green :) But as it concerns fashion, I have been loving orange way before I started to love pink. Here is my today's accessories. I love dressing in black and as Carrie would say "merchandise it up" with high quality colorful accessories.

If you are reading my running blog, you probably know I love pink :) But I also love green. I love avocados and severely miss the opportunity to buy ready to eat avocados here in Czech Republic. Unfortunately they are usually too green and you have to wait for week(s) until they are ready. Not today, I was lucky and bought two of them.

Avocados are great source of healthy fat, fiber and protein. Very good for both runners and non-runners to eat. And I figured they matched the color with my vegetable cutting board therefore very suitable for today's photo.

The cutest two little monsters on ski. I got back to my student's years this weekend becoming skiing instructor for two days. Oh God, did I enjoy it! They are so adorable and talented :)
