He wants to hunt the Thalassus - a legendary sea monster that has destroyed the many ships of runescape. Agree to help him, then he'll request that you recruit a rower, find a Smithing master to make a giant harpoon, and steal a particular sea chart from the Master Fisher within the Fishing Guild. Be sure to collect the Harpoon plans from Jones before leaving to complete his tasks.

Note: Make sure you ask Jones about each of his tasks before you are able to accomplish them!

Items Suggested: Ardougne cloak

2. Go to the entrance of the Fishing Guild, and pickpocket the Master Fisher to get the Sea chart.

3. Talk to the Master Fisher about the quest, and he'll direct you to his friend, Linza, who he claims will likely be able to smith a giant harpoon.

4. Walk north-east of the Fishing Guild's entrance (outside of the Guild), and talk to Linza; she's smithing on one of the anvils south of the Fishing Contest area. Convince her to make the Giant harpoon needed to kill the Thalassus, although she'll ask for one of the beast's teeth in return. Collect the harpoon from her once she smiths it.

5. Travel to the Tower of Life (the Monastery teleport provided by the Ardougne cloak works well). Talk to 'The Guns' about becoming the rower for Jones' expedition, and while he agrees to take the job, he'll need a potion to cure seasickness during the trip.

6. The potion requires Lowland heather and Builder's tea as ingredients. Ask Bonafido (east of 'The Guns') about it to receive the tea, and pick some of the heather growing around the Tower. Most of the heather is crawling with aphids, but one patch on the eastern side of the Tower can be picked without any problems. Simply use the heather on the tea to mix a Sea legs potion for 'The Guns'. Give the potion to him afterward, and he'll offer to travel back to the Fishing Guild with you (teleport).

7. When you're ready, give Jones the Sea chart and Giant harpoon, and begin the search for the Thalassus! Out on the open sea, you'll be required to track the beast (much like tracking in the Hunter skill) by investigating shipwrecks in hopes of picking up the Thalassus' trail.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 209px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-RFT7KLEdbT0/Te95E84ZQJI/AAAAAAAAAIU/jQzczlVpBtE/s320/deadliest_catch_tracking.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5615840386323398802" />
The interface allows you to talk to Jones, view the items you've looted from shipwrecks, and return to the Fishing Guild. Additionally, it displays the number of chances you have to uncover the Thalassus' trail before it moves on to another area; investigating 5 incorrect shipwrecks will cause this to happen, although the trail will remain the same even if you should fail. Concerning the lootable items, only 3 items recovered from the 27 total shipwrecks can be stored aboard Jones' ship, so choose what you want wisely.

8. Investigate the initial shipwreck marked by a flashing yellow arrow, and then continue on searching for the beast's trail (the "tracks" left in the water - debris from the wreckage - point toward the approximate direction). Follow the trail until you find the Thalassus.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 260px; height: 194px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pYwGmgDuLBo/Te95WyVMuZI/AAAAAAAAAIc/QhLQOXwZsRQ/s320/deadliest_catch_thalassus.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5615840692729067922" />
9. Upon finding the Thalassus, Jones will attack the beast, but unfortunately, he is eaten and you are thrown overboard. After washing up on the shore of a small island with three mermaid allies of the Thalassus (named Tentacle, Anemone, and Urchin), convince them to rescue Jones by selecting the following dialogue options:
The Thalassus has eaten Jones the mighty fisherman.
It should, he's been hunting for decades.
Very horrid! After he's killed the Thalassus, he'll probably come after you.
Trust me, I'm a great adventurer, I should know.
Did I mention Jones has a harpoon with him?
It's no ordinary harpoon.

10. Reunite with 'The Guns' aboard the ship. Uncover the trail of the Thalassus once more, and the mermaids will instruct you to feed the beast a Karambwan - forcing it to vomit out Jones! While he was unable to kill the beast from within its stomach, he managed to dislodge and retrieve one of its teeth. Make good your escape by returning to the Fishing Guild.

11. With little else to do, give Linza her promised Thalassus tooth. Talk to Jones again to learn that he's given up on hunting the beast, and has instead turned to selling anti-Thalassus karambwan cream to the sailors previously terrorised by the beast.

Congratulations!

Reward:
70k Fishing XP
26k Hunter XP
8k Thieving XP
New Bank Deposit Boxes
Big Cast Net and Small Cast Net
Ability to hunt the Thalassus up to 10 more times

Quest points gained upon completion:

A Void Dance ; Quest Guide ; A Void Dance Quest Guide

Where to start A Void Dance:

Talk to Commodore Tyr at the Void Knights' outpost.

Requirements to start A Void Dance:

Start location: Speak to Commodore Tyr in the Void Knights' Outpost.
Required:

Quests: Druidic Ritual, Quiet Before the Swarm, Wolf Whistle

Skills:
Level 54 Thieving
Level 52 Woodcutting
Level 49 Herblore
Level 48 Summoning
Level 47 Construction
Level 47 Mining
Level 46 Hunter

Items: Pickaxe, 100 coins, Spade, Sextant, Watch, Chart, a good weapon, armour and food to kill a level 110 Knight.
Suggested:

Skills: 5 Agility

Items: Explorer's ring 3

1. Start
Items Suggested: Explorers ring 3

Speak to Commodore Tyr on the Void Knight island. He wants you, Jessika and Captain Korasi to head to the mainland and track down the escaped past, so head back to the boat and leave for Port Sarim.

2. The Hunt Begins
Items Required: None

Once you reach the mainland, Korasi will ask you to interrogate the people of Port Sarim about a missing Pest, without alarming anyone. First thing, talk to Captain Tobias. He mentions that Gerrant, the Fish Monger, has had his barrels smashed lately by something. Speak with Gerrant, and you'll notice purple slime trails appear outside. Search the bushes, plants and stones to continue the trail all the way around Port Sarim until you reach a burrow near the Pub. Head back to Captain Korasi and tell her about it. She will suggest asking the Bartender for access into his cellar.

3. Cellar Business
Items Required: Pickaxe
Items Suggested: Explorers ring 3

Tell the bartender that there may be a threat under the Pub in his cellar. He'll agree to let you in, but has lost the keys and can't remember where they are. Search the junk around the room until you find a "Broken anchor cellar key". Use it to enter the trapdoor in the pub down into the cellars.

Jessika will notice a crack in the wall. Investigate the crack and you'll mine a small hole with your Pickaxe, causing purple goo to pour out. Jesskia will ask you to go into the storage room and find a large empty barrel to store all the goo that's pouring out. She will also give you a whistle which has the power to reverse one move of a barrel or reset the puzzle altogether, if necessary.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 202px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_42OkpeaFpY8/TGlQTMYPtGI/AAAAAAAAAHQ/7HS4RMfdrKU/s320/void_dance_barrels.gif" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5506020310107796578" />

The idea of this puzzle is to move all the full barrels out of the way to make room for the empty barrel to be pushed out through the beer barrel slot. Below is a shot of the complete puzzle and a user video showing the barrels to move.
Void Dance Barrels
Beer Barrel Puzzle - User Video
Video by DarkDude98 :: Used on Tip.It with permission

Note: Tip.It is currently working on complete instructions for this puzzle, which we expect to release within the next few days.

Once finished, talk to Captain Korasi and head upstairs. Talk to the bartender, and choose to either tell a lie or the truth about what happened in the Bartender's cellar. Either story will work. After this, head back to the Void Knight boat on Port Sarim and speak to Captain Korasi.

4. Off to Musa Point
Items Required: 60gp, 4 free inventory slots
Items Suggested: Explorers ring 3

Board the boat to Musa Point (Karamja) and once you land there talk to Korasi about the situation. She'll tell you to go talk to the locals and find out they've seen anything odd. Head over to the general store and talk to Shopkeeper Kofi. He'll explain something did come by, but he has no energy to show you where it went unless you fix his wall. Grab the tools from the table in the corner, ensuring you have 4 free inventory slots, and repair the wall. Use the chisel on the log, then use the carved plank with the carved log to make a Joist. Finally, use the joist on the wall.

Talk to Kofi again and he'll agree to show you where he last saw it. He'll take you around back of his shop where you'll need to search the logs, succulents and shrubs until you find another mound. You'll find wood shards of waxwood in the mound. Jessika will then suggest to see Rommik, the Craftsman in Rimmington.

5. Chemical Spill
Items Required: 30gp, 16 Inventory slots
Items Suggested: Explorers ring 3

Head over to Rimmington to Rommik at the crafting store either by Musa Point boat or Explorers ring 3. Speak to him and ask about waxwood. He says he made a large delivery of waxwood boxes to Falador. Go to the Chemist's house just west of the town and talk to Korasi about the shipment. Her and Jessika ask you to help the Chemist with the analysis of the samples in a experiment.

You'll need to control the heat and power, making sure it doesn't get too high or too low. On top of that you have to try and keep the reaction stable. To do this you'll be told what the current state is and what state you want it to be in on the left side of the screen. If they're the same then you're good to go. If not, you'll have to add materials to the Sample hopper that you're given to complete the experiment. To figure out what you need to add, follow the guide at the top right of the screen. If you need more, open the spare samples next to the Power controls. You need to continuously increase and decrease the power and heat to keep it stable, as well as add the components in to complete the experiment. If you make a mistake, talk to the Chemist to start over.
Void Dance Sample

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 248px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_42OkpeaFpY8/TGlQghrq4tI/AAAAAAAAAHY/UZ5KuMTvzCU/s320/void_dance_sample.gif" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5506020539164713682" />

Increase Heat - Stoke Furnace
Decrease Heat - Open Furnace
Increase Power - Increase Power
Decrease Power - Apply Brake

After discovering substance and the hazard of it, head to Falador to talk to Sir Tiffy. Jessika will offer to teleport all three of you.

6. Threat of Falador
Items Required: 5gp

Talk to Sir Tiffy and update him with the events. He tells you about Ali Tist selling boxes and people nearby getting similar symptoms to what the bartender and shopkeeper have. Go to Ali Tist who is behind the East Falador Bank and speak with him. After much discussion, agree to buy a box from him and try to open it. You will fail.

Head back to Sir Tiffy after an amusing scene of all three trying to open it. You will then have to choose a path on how to open up the box. The options you choose will not change the outcome. Korasi will then smash it with her sword, which will reveal pest goo inside. Sir Tiffy asks you to make Ali Tist tell you where he got it from. Return to Ali Tist and ask him about it. After much arguing, it becomes clear he will not reveal where he got this substance, so go back to Sir Tiffy and inform him of this. He will refer you to Sir Amik Varze up in the Falador Castle.

Explain to Sir Amik the possible threat to Falador and he will give you a warrant to search Ali's wares. Return to Ali Tist and will confess he was given a clue scroll by a "Mysterious Benefactor". The scroll led to a cave full of boxes. He will give you the clue scroll. Take it back to Sir Tiffy and discuss the plan of action. You must now go on a clue hunt.

7. Time for a Clue
Items Required: Sextant, Chart, Watch and a Spade
Items Suggested:Explorers ring 3, 1 Onion, 5 Agility is recommended

The first clue will lead you out west of Falador. Make sure you bring your Sextant, Chart, Watch and Spade. Hop over the wall near the West Falador Bank and go north-west of the Dark Wizards' Tower towards the coast. Dig near a Hollow tree as shown on the map below for the next clue.
Void Dance Clue

The seconds clue is a set of instructions. Walk south of the crafting guild to an onion farming patch. If you didn't bring an onion, pick one from the patch. Then find a "Man" on the path from the Crafting Guild to Falador and use the onion on him. You'll be given a prompt to use an emote. Wave to him and he will give you the next clue scroll.

The third clue tells you to go to the house near the Falador Farming allotment and farming shop. Search a crate inside the main room to get the next clue scroll. Next, head to Edgeville Monastary (Prayer guild) and dig in the north-easternmost flower beds attached to the building to get your final clue.

8. Final Confrontation
Items Required: Sextant, Chart, Watch, Spade, Weapon, Armor and Food
Items Suggested:1-click teleport

Follow the coordinates to end up north of Black Knights' Fortress where you'll see a huge hatchway in the ground. Try to open it and you'll find you need help. Jessika and Korasi will teleport to you to help open the door, then Jessika and Korasi will enter with you. Korasi will knock out one knight then they'll hide behind boxes.

Speak to Korasi and she'll try and enter the door, but she will be sent away because she does not have the password. Jessika says she can summon a little pest familiar who will be able to hear the password if placed near the door. Sneak past both workers and you'll find some low boxes west of the door. Inspect them to place the familiar there. When someone approaches the door a cutscene will play of them talking at the door. Afterward, grab the pest bug and speak to Jessika who can understand the Void creature to get the password.

She'll try to enter the door with the password, but does not have identification. You will now need to steal some proper identification. Steal it from the worker going away from the guarded door, then go back and speak to Jessika and Korasi before opening the door. Once inside you'll have the option to either tie up or kill the guard inside. It will not matter which you choose to do. Now head through the other door and you'll be in a room with 4 people.

You will find there are 4 workbenches in the room. Search the workbenches until you find the one that has a tool on it. Use the tool you find with the each of the other benches to obtain various metal parts. Your tool will break after you search each bench, so you must get another one each time. At the end you'll have two metal strips and a metal hook. Use the parts on each other to create a gaff and use this on the shelf on the north wall of the room that visibly holds a key. If you attempt to grab this key without the gaff it will say you are unable to do so with your bare hands.

Once you have the key, go to the door and prepare to kill a level 110 Black Knight Guardian. It is best to have your prayer completely drained before entering the battle, because he can drain your prayer to heal himself multiple times during the battle.

After the Black knight guardian is killed, you'll come to a scene with a Void Leech being drained of its power inside a cage. After talking to it you have the choice either of setting it free or putting it down. It does not matter which one you choose. Korasi will then head back to the Void Knight Outpost to speak with Commodore Tyr and will offer you a free trip there. Talk to the Commodore and cut scene will ensue of all of you talking to Savant to finish the quest.

Reward:

* Void knight commendation (give to any Void knight to receive 50 Commendation points)
* 10,000 Hunter XP
* 10,000 Herblore XP
* 8,000 Summoning XP
* 8,000 Woodcutting XP
* 5,000 Thieving XP
* 5,000 Construction XP
* 5,000 Mining XP

Quest points gained upon completion: 1

(Brought to you by Tip.it)

The Curse of Arrav ; Quest Guide ; Curse Of Arrav Quest Guide

Difficulty level: Easy

Start location: Speak to Ali the Wise, located on the north side of Nardah.

Required:
Quests: Defender of Varrock, Shades of Mort'ton, Troll Romance, The Tale of the Muspah, Missing My Mummy (and completely restored Senliten)

Skills: Level 37 Slayer, Level 41 Summoning, Level 61 Agility, Level 64 Ranged, Level 64 Mining, Level 64 Strength, Level 66 Thieving

Items: A Pickaxe, Mith grapple, A Crossbow, Sacred oil (1 dose), 3 Dwellberries, Ring of life, Macaw pouch, Insulated boots

Suggested:
Skills: Level 43 Prayer, Level 61 Magic (for Trollheim teleport)

Items: 2 Law runes, 2 Fire runes, About 2,000 coins for access to the desert and carpet rides, Waterskins or an Enchanted water tiara, Food, Armour, and a Weapon

Monsters: Arrav
NPC: Ali the Wise, Pharaoh Queen (Senliten), Arrav

Start
Should bring: Nothing
I suggest brining: 405 coins

1. Travel to Nardah, located in the southeastern side of the Kharidian Desert. The most common way to get here is to take the magic carpet at the Shantay Pass to Pollivneach, then take the next magic carpet, located just south of Pollivneach, to Nardah.

2. Speak with Ali the Wise, who will ask you to go to Trollweiss mountain to scout out Zemouregal's fort.

Scouting out the Fort

Should bring: A Pickaxe
I suggest brining: 2 Law runes, 2 Fire runes, Food, Armour, and a Weapon

3. Teleport or walk to Trollheim and take the northwestern path to a cave (located across from the ice gate). Walk through the cave (protect from melee prayer is advised, as there are aggressive Ice Trolls), and exit to be on top of Trollweiss mountain.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 272px; height: 182px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_42OkpeaFpY8/SnG09Kbd4FI/AAAAAAAAAGs/gujmjoSukwE/s320/curse_of_arrav_labyrinth.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5364267594039550034" />

4. Walk to the east and enter the next cave. This cave is a labyrinth of rubble that has to be mined to pass. Note that each pile of rubble can only be mined once from each side, and piles of rubble must be mined one to three times to be cleared. On the map below, blue dots represent rubble that can be mined, white cannot be mined, and green fall as a result of a cave-in and cannot be mined either.

5. Pick up the Granite, Slate, Shale, and Stone Tablets. These can optionally be given to Ali to learn more about the Mahjarrat.

6. After passing through the last bit of rubble, you will find yourself in a room with stairs and some bookcases. Search the bookcases for Notes (a-j). Continue up the stairs afterwards.

7. After climbing the stairs, speak with Arrav, and he will attack you. Fight him until he reaches around half health, when he will stop and explain to you that he is missing his heart. You will agree to recover it for him.

8. Walk to the southern room and search the tapestry for a Base key and Base plans.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 208px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_42OkpeaFpY8/SnG1WSwZPaI/AAAAAAAAAG0/LvY0ulCTQsA/s320/curse_of_arrav_tapestry.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5364268025771539874" />

Mummies and Hearts

Should bring: Sacred oil (1 dose), 3 Dwellberries, Ring of life, Base plans
I suggest brining: 810 coins

9. Return to Ali the Wise. After talking with Ali about the base, walk northeast, and navigate through Senliten's pyramid. Speak with her to receive a Canopic jar and instructions on filling it.

10. Fill the Canopic jar with Sacred oil, three Dwellberries, and a Ring of life. Return to Ali the Wise after filling the jar, and speak with him about the jar and what to do next. He gives you a list of items that are necessary in raiding the base.

Infiltration

Should bring: Mith Grapple, Crossbow, Insulated boots, Macaw pouch, Base key
I suggest brining: 405 Coins

11. Go to the base, located under the chaos temple in the southern Wilderness. Continue through the tunnels, past the Armoured Zombies (protect from melee prayer is again advised, as these are aggressive), until you reach a kitchen. Warning: Getting caught at any point (by getting caught by guards or a trap) will result in a small amount of damage, and you will wake up at the door by the Armoured Zombies.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 208px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_42OkpeaFpY8/SnG1v8VUfpI/AAAAAAAAAG8/-Wf8-Hs_1ts/s320/curse_of_arrav_base.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5364268466429001362" />

12. When you get to a kitchen, squeeze through the pipe. Make sure you are wearing your Insulated boots! Walk through the sewer.

13. When you get to the far end, summon a Macaw and have it look through the pipe until the guards move away so you can safely crawl through.

14. Move to the southern room, search the tables, and pick the lock on the chest for a code key.

15. Read the Code key for a 4-letter code, "FHGE" for example. Operate the keypad, located to the left of the door, and line up each Decoder strip with its corresponding letter. For example, 1 would line up with F, and 2 would line up with H. After completing the puzzle, the door will unlock.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 209px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_42OkpeaFpY8/SnG2MJIfC7I/AAAAAAAAAHE/Jx6_qgRJNKw/s320/curse_of_arrav_keypad.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5364268950901164978" />

16. In the next room, grapple the pipe, and cross the fire traps.

17. Use the Canopic jar with the pedestal to place the heart in the jar. This is important, as simply taking the heart off the pedestal will trigger an alarm! Teleport out (or get caught), and return to Ali the Wise. Now Ali says it's his turn to do research. Quest complete!

Reward:
• 14,000 Thieving XP
• 9,000 Ranged XP
• 9,000 Agility XP
• 30,000 Mining XP
• 2,500 Slayer XP
• 4,000 Summoning XP
Quest points gained on completion: 1

Tips:
• A Pharaoh's sceptre, obtained from Pyramid Plunder, allows for quicker access to the Desert and to Nardah.
• Moving a player-owned house to Pollivneach (requires Level 20 Construction) also allows for quicker access to the Desert.
• A third way to get to Nardah quickly is to use the Ring of slaying teleport to Pollivneach, then take the carpet to Nardah.
• You can give Ali the Wise the four tablets and notes after the quest to learn more about the Mahjarrat.

God wars Guide Runescape - How to get Godsword

Basic Information

Risk: Extremely HIGH risk…you will die at least once. Each has different requirements to gain entrance.

+=-=-=-=-=-=-=+
The Chambers
+=-=-=-=-=-=-=+

Armadyl Eyrie
+===-===-===-===+

Location: South West

Required to enter: Lvl 70 range

Item needed:
--Mitral grapple
--Crossbow
--Range gear

God Item to Wear(one will work)
--Armadyl helmet, plate, legs
--Armadyl hilted godsword
--Pendant of Armadyl

Monsters primary attack is range

Generals and Officers
Kreearra – lvl 580
- can not be hurt by melee attacks
- attacks with melee and range
- uses a whirlwind attack that is magic based to knock players back.
- max hit is 69
Skree- lvl 143
- can not be hurt by melee attacks
Geerin- lvl149
- can not be hurt by melee attacks
Kilisa- lvl 159
- can not be hurt by melee attacks

Bandos Stronghold
+===-===-===-===+
Location: North West

Required to enter: Lvl 70 Strength

Item needed:
- Hammer (use on gong)

Monsters primary attack is melee

God Item to Wear (one will work)
--Bandos helmet, plate, legs
--Bandos hilted Godsword
--Ancient Mace

Generals and Officers
Graaardor- lvl 624
- attacks with melee and range
- hits max 35 on everyone in room
- considered easiest to kill
Strong stack- lvl 142
-attacks with melee
Steel will- lvl 142
- attacks with magic
- attacks random players
Grim spike- lvl 142
- attacks with range

Saradomin Encampment
+===-===-===-===+
Location: South East

Required to enter: Lvl 70 Agility

Item needed:
--2 Ropes (they never disappear, only need on first run)

Monsters primary attack is magic

God Item to Wear (one will work)
--Saradomin sword
--Saradomin hilted Godsword
--Cape or Staff of Saradomin
--Saradomin Vestments
--Saradomin d’hide
--Holy Symbol
--Saradomin Holy Book
--Saradomin mjoinir

Generals and Officers
Zilyana- lvl 596
- attacks with melee and magic
- hits max 31
- can teleport around the room if you run.
--Star light- lvl 149
--Growler- lvl 139
--Bree- lvl 147

Zamorak Fortress
+===-===-===-===+
Location: North East

--Required to enter: Lvl 70 Hitpoints (cross river)

--Item needed:
Bullseye lantern
Anti-poison

--Monsters primary attack is melee

--God Item to Wear (one will work)
Zamorak spear
Zamorak hilted Godsword
Cape or Staff of Zamorak
Zamorak Vestments
Zamorak d’hide
unholy Symbol
Zamorak unholy Book
Zamorak mjoinir

Generals and Officers
Kril Tsutsaroth- Lvl 650
– attacks with melee and poisons
– hits max 46/hits 60+ if you use prayer
Balfrug Kreeyath- Lvl 159
– attacks with magic
Tstanon Karlak- Lvl 146
– attacks with melee
Zakl'n Gritch- Lvl 143
– attacks with range

+=-=-=-=-=-=-=+
Tips
+=-=-=-=-=-=-=+

- You can wear multiple pieces of god items to help protect you. This stops most but not all monsters from automatically attacking you.
- You can tell the fractions apart from their colors.
- Spiritual mages are the ones you want to kill for the Dragon boots
- To enter the ultimate chamber with the Generals you need to kill 40 monsters for that fraction. If you want to kill the zammy general you have to kill at least 40 zammy henchmen.
- There are altars in the main chambers to recharge your prayer but you can only use them once every 10 mins.
- If you use the altar in the general room it will give you +1 to your prayer amount when used.
- There is a kill counter in the upper right hand corner. It will go back to zero when you enter a generals chamber
- The godsword is in three shards. You need to collect these; the generals and officers of each fraction possess the shards. Once you have these shards assemble them into a whole godsword. Need level 80 smithing.
- It is recommended to take the generals on as a group of five or more never alone. They are Beasts!
- Do not range unless you are over level 75 range.
- The other officers will keep respawning as long as the general is alive. Kill him first.
- Keep your hit points above 70 at all times. One hit can kill you under that.
- Banking isn’t recommended between kill since the time it takes to get the team reorganized.
- f you gave the note to sir Tiffy you don’t need it again to enter. You just need to talk to dying knight.
- You can read the note before you give it to Sir Tiffy
- Monsters from other fractions can be found in opposing fractions areas.
- God items must be equipped and not just in your inventory.
- Maximize your prayer and range defense when going up against bandos.
- When Bandos is switching attacks he usually raises his hands in the air above his head for a bit.
- Bones to peaches is great for food too
- Once in the GW dungeon your stats stop lowering unless hit with a stat lowering spell.
- Prayer is drained upon entering Zamarock

Extended Agility courses - Runescape

UPDATE
*What you can get from the course

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 146px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_42OkpeaFpY8/SkDSlArjnaI/AAAAAAAAAGk/NCedUdUkGK4/s320/agility.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5350507890595831202" />

If you are serious about Agility, it’s likely you've not been to the Gnome Stronghold or Gunnjorn's barbarian course for some time. This week, that could change, as these Agility trainers have spent long hours constructing new routes around the courses that only the most agile players should attempt.

These extended courses will not only give you a chance to show off your most agile moves, but will also reward you with weight-reducing clothing, should you complete enough laps.

With the addition of these extended courses, the cave goblins of Dorgesh-Kaan have made some changes to their Agility course, too. They’ve decided to make the course a little less unforgiving, so you should find that you fail less often. The other main change is that the entry requirement for the existing course has been increased from 70 Agility to 80 Agility, while the two extended courses have entry requirements of 85 and 90 Agility, respectively.

Autoer, Runescape Cheat, Runescape Bot, Autos, RS

READ ALL FIRST!!!

IF YOU WISH TO USE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, YOU MUST BE REALLY CAREFUL AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHATS GOING ON WITHIN RUNESCAPE. Reading the forums, we noted that several people felt that dropping items like dragonfire shields, dragon full helms, Slayer-only items (like the abyssal whip) and barrows equipment was a bad move. The general feeling was that these drops not only made the original source less exciting, but also effectively increased the rate at which these objects came into the game, which had an adverse effect on the economy. We agreed! As such, we have made the following changes:

* We have replaced many objects on the PvP drop tables with more generic items.
* We have added “loot drops”, which are objects worth large sums of cash. These objects can be sold to Mandrith in Edgeville or his brother Nastroth in Lumbridge (who only appear in PvP worlds).
* Due to forum feedback, we have removed all poisoned items from the drop tables.

Please note that we have not tried to change the average value of PvP drops – they are intended to be exactly the same as before. Also, it is still possible to get the items we’ve removed from the drop tables if your opponent is carrying them, and the chances of getting these items from your opponent’s inventory are the same as before.

Old monsters find new home in old Bounty Hunter crater

We’ve been made aware of a few existing monsters in the game that are too few in number, especially in areas busy with eager slayers. We made a list of these critters from the forums, and have added a menagerie of appropriate beasts to the Bounty Hunter crater. The area will now contain hellhounds, lesser demons, greater demons and a range of skeletons.

Teleports and switches

All teleport spells cast in Bounty Worlds will now take you to Edgeville, and there is a new switch leading to the high-level Wilderness from the ruined building south of the bank in Edgeville.

Gravestone changes

If you die in a special area (what we call an “instanced” event), you will now be given a gravestone, which will appear in the nearest non-instanced place to the one where you died. For example, if you died while fighting Bork in the Chaos Tunnels, your gravestone would appear outside the portal to Bork’s cave, giving you a chance to return and collect your items. The gravestone will be marked on the world map, and a timer will tell you how much time you have left before it disappears. Logging out will not make the gravestone disappear, although the timer will continue to count down while you are offline. Also, all gravestones will now remain in place for one minute more than they used to.

Finally, we just want to let you know that we have added an earning-potential display to PvP and Bounty Worlds interfaces. For more information on this update, visit the Recent Updates thread in the forums.

Fist of Guthix Guide

Here you are a quick Fist of Guthix Guide, Enjoy!

The Hunt for Red Raktuber Quest Guide

I Have two ways for this quest guide either read it OR A video You Choose!

Difficulty level: Easy
Start location: Speak to Larry at the Ardougne Zoo. Sea Slug, Cold War
Required:
Quests: Sea Slug, Cold War
Skills: Level 45 Construction, Level 45 Hunter, Level 38 Thieving
Items: Clockwork Suit, 8 Silk, 4 Planks, Needle, Thread
Suggested:
Items: Teleports to Rellekka, Yanille, and Ardougne
Monsters:
None
NPC: Larry, Penguin, Trainee KGP Agent, Noodle
Start
Items Required: None

1. Go speak to Larry, who is standing next to the penguin cage in Ardougne Zoo. He will be wearing a straitjacket and will ask for your help in dealing with the penguin menace yet again. After you agree, he'll tell you that, while vacationing in Witchhaven, he encountered an enormous penguin, and he asks you to check it out and prove to his colleagues that he's not insane after all.
Reconnaissance
Items Required: None

2. Go to Witchhaven. Near the south of the village next to the dungeon, you'll find some large footprints. Inspect them. Go back and talk to Larry. He will ask you to convince his manager. The manager will appear and you will convince him. You, Larry and the manager will appear back at the foot print. A cutscene will take place and then you are back at the zoo. Now Larry is released.
Preparations
Items Required: Clockwork Suit

3. After talking with Larry, he'll tell you to meet him at the Iceberg to infiltrate the KGP Headquarters again. Go to the dock east of Rellekka, and take the boat to the Iceberg. Talk with Larry.
Infiltration
Items Required: Clockwork Suit

4. Wearing your penguin suit, enter the KGP headquarters through the avalanche entrance.

Enter the room on the west side of the corridor, and speak to the KGP Interrogator. Mistaking you for another student, he'll inform you that this is a practical test of your interrogation skills, luckily, upon a penguin sent from the submarine.
Interrogation
Items Required: Clockwork Suit

5. You must attempt to wear away the penguin's will through questioning. The correct responses to each topic are as follows:
• "My captain trusted me to deliver the message."
• "Your captain must trust you a great deal."
• "My captain found a greater leader."
• "What leader could possibly be greater than the Pescaling?"
• "The sea may control your Captain, but he controls your life."
• "He will bring unity by destroying the humans."
• "Why not unite all penguins to The Sea, first?"
• "He's only demonstrating his impatience."
• "Nothing can stop him."
• "If he comes to rescue you, he'll be captured."
• "Our sacrifice will be remembered."
• "'Our sacrifice'? Only you appear to be making the sacrifice."
6. The penguin will then tell you how to contact the submarine. You'll need to wear a fish hat (the same as the one he is wearing), blow a conch, and do a dance of the sea. He'll tell you the moves of the dance; be sure to write these down, as they're different for each player. Possible emotes are shiver, spin, clap, bow, cheer, wave, preen, and flap.

Before leaving, be sure to search through the box of evidence while the KGP guard isn't looking and collect the fishy items there.
Increased Access
Items Required: Clockwork Suit

7. You cannot enter the rest of the KGP headquarters, as it is guarded by a KGP agent. Speak to Ping and Pong, the musical penguins, in the room on the east side of the hall. They'll tell you to make a lullaby to lull the guard to sleep so you can get past the door. Speak to the KGP agent, and he'll tell you how he relaxes. Remember these, which will be different for each player, and go speak to Ping and Pong again. They'll ask you to fill in the lyrics for their lullaby; fill them in with things that make the guard sleepy. Go back to the agent and sing the lullaby to him. He will fall asleep, and you can then operate the console to open the door.
The War Room
Items Required: Clockwork Suit

8. Head east to the War Room. Talk to one of the dwarfs working there, and you'll admit to being a spy. To prove it, remove your suit, and talk to them again. They'll ask for you to rescue them from the penguins. Leave the room, and you'll be kicked out of the headquarters. Talk to Larry again, and he'll tell you to get some supplies.
Informers
Items Required: Clockwork Suit, 8 pieces of silk, 4 planks, needle and thread.

9. The dwarfs built the submarine for the penguins, so they know how to disable it. Larry will ask you to retrieve the required supplies to craft penguin suits for all of them. Bring the required materials to the dwarfs. They will now tell you how to disable the submarine and give you a toolcase to do so. After watching the tutorial right click on the brown table, select "Inspect Engine panel," and do the following:
1. Use the wrench on the panel to open it.
2. Cut the green and red wires.
3. Rewire them with the spare wire
4. Tape the ends together.
5. Pump the pipe with the bellows until the needle is in the red.
6. Turn the wheel until the arrow is in the green.
7. Pull the lever.
Shady Dealings
Items Required: Clockwork Suit

10. Leave the room, and you'll get kicked out again. Talk to Larry. Now you have to find out where the submarine is. Talk to Noodle, who is wandering outside the headquarters. Agree to be in debt to the Mafia, and he'll hand you a KGP identification card. Enter the headquarters, and talk to the trainee KGP agent on the east side of the hallway.
11. You'll need to sneak past the worker penguins to get to the cubicle in the south east corner. Run along the north wall to the east wall. Then, go down a cubicle and west so that you're in between two cubicles. Then, run south to the door entrance. Search the table in the cubicle to obtain a telegram. Leave the same way you came in, and don't be spotted, or the telegram will be taken away from you. You cannot teleport out either; if you do so, the telegram will be taken away. Go back and talk to Larry.

Hailing
Items Required: Clockwork Suit, toolbox, fish hat

12. Head to the east coast by Yanille. Talk to Larry. Become a penguin, put on your fish hat that the penguin was wearing, and blow your conch. Now, do the dance that he told you to do, which should consist of three dance moves. After successfully completing these, you'll find yourself aboard the submarine. Head to the east end of the ship and talk to the captain. Lie to him (or tell the truth, the result is the same) about your motives and actions, and he'll throw you in the brig and confiscate your toolbox. Search the hat stand, and collect all the oceanic life. Pick the jail cell door with the swordfish, and head to the engine.

1. Open the wire lid with the crab claw.
2. Cut the wires with the shark tooth.
3. Use the electric eel to connect them.
4. Tape the wires with the seaweed.
5. Attach the puffer to the pipe, they work as bellows. Pump them until the needle is in the red.
6. Grab the wheel with the octopus, and turn it until the needle is in the green.
7. Use the swordfish as a lever, and pull it.
13. The game consists of a form of "King of the Hill", followed by the killing of a very high leveled monster. At the end of the twenty minutes, the team which has the most boss kills is declared victorious. Players may choose to aid the Avatar of Destruction (red) or the Avatar of Creation (blue), while those who enter the green portal will be sorted into either team in order to ensure that the teams are of equal size. Dozens of players may join each side, making this a conquest on large scales. Players may use explosives, place barricades, and heal their teammates with bandages. This is a very large battle; you can be attacked by several players at once, or conversely, your team can team up on one enemy! This is a safe minigame, so you will lose nothing but your pride should you die.

Location and Recommendations

A portal to Soul Wars can be found easily in southern Edgeville west of the yew trees. There are many convenient teleports to Edgeville, including the Glory Teleport, Ancient Magicks Home Teleport, and many others nearby.

Once in the Soul Wars area, players can use the chest in the area to collect their supplies and prepare for the battle. Capes are prohibited, along with food, and non combat items. Bandages, explosive potions, and barricades can be found in your teams supply area. There are no absolute requirements for Soul Wars, but you will find the game much easier with a high slayer and combat level.

Nomad will, if asked, supply you with a manual and/or a tutorial to introduce you to the game. He is also the source of the rewards, seen below. Enter your chosen portal to choose which avatar you decide to serve. You will arrive in a "Waiting Room" to await the start of the next game.

Layout

The layout of the game screen and the game area are outlined by Nomad in the tutorial, as well as below. The Avatar of Creation's base is located at the West Graveyard, and the Avatar of Destructions base at the East. In the middle, between the two, is located the Soul Obelisk, and the two graveyards. Jellies and Pyrefiends can be found roa

ming the battlefield.

A base is split into three distinct sections. These consist of:

The Avatar (level 525), in it's enclosure. It cannot leave, but is dangerous to players that dare attack it.

A Supply Area, which contains various useful items outlined above.

A graveyard, where you will respawn should you die.

A display will appear in the top right corner of your screen, outlining

important information, such as who has control over the graveyards

a

nd the Soul Obelisk, as well as the current state of the Avatars, as well as how much time remains in the clash.

Playing the Game

The object of the game is to kill your opponents Avatar as many times as possible within the twenty minute time limit, while preventing them from killing yours as much as is possible. The Avatars start the game out with a level 100 slayer requirement, making them damage-proof to everyone. To lower their slayer requirement to be able to injure them, you must kill the other monsters (Jellies and Pyrefiends) on the battlefield, take their soul fragments, and use them with the Soul Obelisk, once you control it. The more soul fragments

you offer, the lower your enemies Avatar's slayer level will fall. Your enemies, however, may bury the bones of their counterparts. Each time this is done, your team's Avatar has a chance of going up in Slayer requirement. This has to be done in a Graveyard controlled by your team, and doing so will also restore a large chunk of prayer. Once your enemies Avatar is within your slayer requirement, it can be killed normally. Beware; they are quite fe

arsome alone, but not all too deadly in a large group. The best way to fight them is to pray against melee, and watch out for enemy players attacking you unawares. The higher your slayer level, the earlier you'll be able to start killing them.

To take control of a graveyard or the soul obelisk, your team must have the majority in the area. If you do not, you must kill opponents until you do, until the progress bar fills. Once the obelisk is captured, you may use it to offer soul fragments.

If you die while in Soul Wars, you will be teleported to your teams graveyard. You will appear as a ghost for several seconds, unable to interact with anything, but you will soon become tangible. The two graveyards near the center of the battlefield can be captured. If the enemy captures both of these, you will be forced to spawn all the way back at your base, losing valuable time.

Strategies

Familiars can aid extraordinarily in this game, attacking enemies (other than the Avatar) and roaming monsters.

Multi-target magic attacks can greatly aid your team, just like in Castle Wars.

Teammates should be assigned basic roles, such as defending certain key areas, such as the Enclosure, The Soul Obelisk, or others.

Work as a team. Organized teams, with members who know what their job is, and will work at all roles, will succeed.

Work to gain the middle area as quickly as possible. In this game, once you have an advantage, it's hard to lose it.

Having teammates with high slayer or combat levels is very important.

Teaming up on one player can help to cause them to leave the contested areas quicker than splitting up your attacks.

Barricades can be used to your advantage if you use them wisely. Remember to carry bandages, and bringing in potions can be helpful.

Use prayer wisely. Remember that here, unlike in Castle Wars, set effects such as Barrows and Void can be used.

The bridges leading to the Soul Obelisk are arguably the best place for barricades. These can be used in conjunction with Ancient Magicks to deal large amounts of damage unhurt.

Bury bones at your graveyard to increase your Avatar's Slayer level and restore your prayer points.

Rewards

Zeal points are the reward for playing Soul Wars. For a victory you will receive 3 points, while you will gain 2 points for a tie, with a single point as a reward for losing. These can be traded to Nomad for one of three types of reward:

Experience can be bought in attack, strength, defence, hitpoints, ranged, magic, prayer, or slayer. The amount of experience depends on your level in the skill.

Charms of all types can be bought, depending on your skills.

You can purchase a slayer pet, made from a trophy reward from that monster that you must supply to Nomad. These are cockatrice, crawling hand, abyssal demon, basilisk, and kurask.

Finally, you can gamble your points for a random reward out of a wide range of possibles, seen below.

Rocking Out Quest Guide - Runescape

Start Point:

Bill Teach in either Port Phastymas or Mos Le'Harmless.
Members Only

Requirements to complete Rocking Out: Level 60 Agility
Level 63 Thieving
Level 66 Crafting
Level 69 Smithing
The Great Brain Robbery

Access to:

A new way to train your Thieving skill
Pirate implings to hunt and catch
New pirate clothing, including reverse and double eye patches!

Requirements

Skill: 60 Agility, 63 Theiving, 66 Crafting, 69 Smithing.
Quest: The Great Brain Robbery.
Item: Full Pirate Clothes (Bought from Mos Le'harmless), 2 Bronze wire, Hammer, 20gp, Diving apparatus, Fishbowl helmet, Ghostspeak amulet, 25 Ecto-tokens (or 10 with Ring of charos(a), Charcoal.
Recommendations

Quest: Ghosts Ahoy.
Item: Amulet of Glory (or Amulet of Glory on the wall of your house), Boots of Lightness, Spotted or Spottier Cape, Ectophial, Energy Potions or Terrorbird (With Tireless run scrolls).
tems needed: Pirate Clothes.

Talk to Bill Teach; ask him about Rabid Jack. He'll tell you to go meet with Young Ralph, who's been locked up in "The Rock" prison just off of Karamja. Buy a set of pirate clothing at Mos Le'Harmless, then head to Rimmington. Talk to the customs officer and convince him you're a pirate. The customs officer will ask you about about a ship and the answers to his questions (Picture) can be found on a noticeboard outside the customs office (Picture). He will finally agree that you're a pirate, and will ask you to put all your stuff in the nearby locker (it goes into your bank) (Picture). Once you've stored your inventory and equipment, you'll be placed under arrest and taken to The Rock (Picture).

You now need to figure out a way to talk to Young Ralph who is in the cell next to yours. To do this, follow the steps below.

Jail puzzle:

1. Shout through the barred window to try and talk to Young Ralph (Picture)
2. Pick up the tin cup and use it on jail door thrice at which point the guard will throw stew at your shirt (Picture).
3. Tap/listen to the pipe near the jail window and you'll receive a pipe.
4. Talk to the guard to get an ink bottle and some paper (Picture).
5. Search for the accordion in the rubble (Picture).
6. Use the ink bottle on the paper.
7. Use the ink bottle on the sharp rock (Picture).
8. Use the sharp bottle on the accordion.
9. Use the pipe on the accordion.
10. Use the inky paper on the accordion.
11. Lay out the shirt with stew on it on the perch rock (Picture).
12. Use the newly made vacuum on the seagull (Picture).
13. Use the vacuum containing the seagull on Ralph's jail window!
14. Shout through the barred window

Young Ralph will explain to you that he cannot tell you the story of Rabid Jack because you're not a true pirate. He explains further that you will need to obtain five marks from five pirate captains. The five pirate captains are Captain Izzy No-Beard, Redbeard Frank, Captain Donnie, Brass Hand Harry, and Bill Teach. Go to the east side of the island and dive off the pier to get off the island (Picture).

Items needed: Charcoal.

Get off the island and go to the Brimhaven Agility Arena. Speak to Captain Izzy and ask for his mark. Go back to the prison by talking to the customs officer in Rimmington. Once you're at the jail, retrieve the lockpicks from under the mattress. Go upstairs, kill a Customs Officer (Level-35) and wear the uniform and scimitar he drops. Talk at the door and ask for evidence. Find the file for Captain Izzy's friend, then give it to the officer in the same room. You will receive the brooch. Escape and return to Captain Izzy to get his mark.

Go to Port Sarim and talk to Redbeard Frank; ask for his mark. Go to Mos Le'Harmless and ask Brother Tranquility for a letter. Take the letter back to Redbeard Frank, who will say it's not good enough proof. You will then ask if a letter from one of Captain Donnie's men would count, to which Frank says yes.

Head to Braindeath Island and talk to Captain Donnie by the farming patch (you need to be wearing your pirate clothing when you talk to him). He'll give you half a set of orders, and will inform you that the other half was "accidentally" carved into 50% Luke's leg. If you did not bring charcoal with you then you can get some by going through the gate behind 50% Luke and searching the crates behind him. Use the order form on 50% Luke's leg with charcoal in your inventory to take a rubbing (Picture). Take this back to Redbeard Frank to get his mark.
Items needed: Ghostspeak amulet, 20 GP, Bronze wire, Hammer, Diving Apparatus, 25 Ecto-tokens (10 with the Ring of Charos (a)).

Talk to Bill Teach in Mos Le'Harmless, then climb upstairs at the inn to talk to 50 Ships Mufassah. Mufassah will tell you that the idol of many heads is still on the last ship he sank, off the coast of Dragontooth Isle. Grab your Ghostspeak amulet, diving gear and ecto-tokens; then head off to Port Phasmatys. Head off into the docks to the north and speak to the Ghost Captain to be taken to Dragontooth Island. Dive at the anchor to the north-east (Picture), then swim to the front of the ship. There will be a Karamthulu swimming around with a key; catch it and take the key. Climb aboard the ship, go up the stairs and retrieve the crowbar from the chest. Take it into the base of the ship and use the crowbar to free the idol from the debris (Picture). Take the idol back to Bill Teach.

Brass Hand Harry won't talk to you unless you have first spoken to Bill teach, so do that now. Then, Harry will tell you he needs you to make a spare hand for him to print with his mark. He will give you broken hands for you to pull apart and make a new one. Break each piece up, then use your bronze wire on the pieces and an interface will pop up (Picture). Rotate and position each piece into place to complete the hand (Picture). Talk to Brass Hand Harry again, and he'll give you an ink pad and paper. Use the hand on the ink pad, then the paper. Show the mark to Harry and he'll give his approval.

Speak to Captain Braindeath. He asks that, in exchange for his mark, you convince the barman of the Rusty Anchor to stock his "rum." He will also give you a number of disguises to help.

Go to Port Sarim and ask the Barman for some "rum.". The Barman will say he doesn't stock it because there isn't enough demand. You must convince him otherwise. First, talk to the Barman and choose the option "I'll have a drink... And you have one too!" Keep doing this until the Barman is drunk. Then run outside and put on one of the disguises. Come back in and ask for "rum." Do this for each of the disguises, then take them off and talk to the Barman again. He'll give you an order form for "rum". Take this to Captain Braindeath, who'll give you his mark.

Once you have all five marks, head back to the customs office in Rimmington. Talk to the customs officer, and you will ask for a folder for your "confession." Hand it to the officer, then get incarcerated once more. Break out of your cell with the lockpick, steal another customs uniform and go upstairs into the evidence room. Talk to the locker officer and ask for your own file to get the marks. Go back into your cell and talk at the barred window to hand them to Young Ralph. Young Ralph will then tell you the tale of Rabid Jack. Enjoy the cutscene, and the quest is complete.

Back to my Roots Quest Guide

Start location: Speak to Horacio at Handelmort Mansion in East Ardougne.

Quests required: Fairy Tale part 1, Hand in the Sand, One Small Favour, Tribal Totem

Skills required: Level 43 Prayer

Items: Prayer potions, antipoison, food, armour, gold coins for trips to Karamja, teleportation rune

Extra: Do not bring a standard weapon to the final fight, as your Woodcutting Axe must be wielded.

Talk to Horacio in the garden outside Handelmort mansion (east of church). Ask who he is and if he needs help with his gardening. When you agree to help, he talks about trying to grow rare vines in the Gardening patches outside. However, the vine is delicate, making it difficult to transport all the way from the area near Shilo Village where it grows. He suggests you talk to Wizard Cromperty, who apparently has found a magical way to preserve plants.
Go talk to Wizard Cromperty in his house northeast of Ardougne marketplace. He tells you that the device hasn't arrived because of some kind of delay at the postal station in Ardougne.
Go to the R.P.D.T slightly west of the Ardougne Dock and talk to one of the postal workers. They haven't been able to deliver the package because the label could not be read.

The postal workers can't open the package due to rules, but you can. Open the package on the table to obtain the severed hand of a Wizard.
Return to Wizard Cromperty to find that he finally has received the device. However, the clumsy postal workers broke the pot lid.

Items Required: Soft clay, pot, plant pot (filled), spade, machete, secateurs
Items Suggested: Armour, prayer potions, food, antipoison, teleport
Make your pot lid - there's a convenient pottery north of Ardougne palace (if you make pot lid before Cromperty tells you, it will not work). Go to Brimhaven and talk to Garth, the Gardener who looks after the Fruit Tree patch near the docks. He tells you that you need a spade, a machete and secateurs.

Go southeast of the nature altar to find the Jade Vine Maze. Found near the northeast corner of Shilo Village, it is a huge vine, with paths winding around, kind of like a hamster habitat. You may want to wield your machete now - you will need it to cut some small vines. This maze is full of monsters, levels 40 to 88, so turn on Run and be prepared for attacks. Protection prayers help. Starting outside the maze, follow this path to reach the root of the vine:

(E=East, W=West, S=South, N=North)

Climb-Up Vine

Go East, climb-up vine

E,S,E, climb-down vine

W,N,W, climb-down the vine

S, cut and crawl through the vines

S, squeeze through the vines

S,W, climb-up vine

S, climb-up vine

S, climb-up vine

(At this point you should be on a large square net platform(*) with a giant Karamjan Jungle Eagle.)

E, climb down vine

Look a bit northeast out in empty space for a Swing-on vine dangling from above towards the ground. Click to swing-on vine.

N, climb-down the vine

E (past a T junction), S, climb-down vine

S, cut and crawl through the vines

S, squeeze-through vines

S, climb-up vine

E, climb-up vine

E, cross the vine (bridge)*

E, climb-down vine

N,E,S, climb-down vine

S, cut and crawl through the vines

E, climb-up vine

S,W, climb-up vine

W, climb-down vine

N, climb-up vine

W, cross the vine (bridge)*

W,S,E, climb-down vine

E,S,W, climb-down vine

If you fall in the maze: such as at the eagle platform or while crossing the vine bridges, you will find a hole (looks like a round tree stump) nearby that you can enter. This will take you to another random point in the maze (you can enter the hole again at your destination, if needed.)

When you reach the roots, click one of the piles of Loose soil to dig and uncover the roots.

Click to cut the roots with your secateurs and plant the root you obtain inside your Plant pot.

You will be notified whether your root took root or not. If it failed, dig up a root in a different pile of soil and plant your new root.

When you have a rooted root, use the plant pot with the regular pot to seal the plant inside with your pot lid. At this point, you can teleport out.

Items Required: Woodcutting axe, gardening trowel, secateurs
Items Suggested: Antipoison, food and armour (no weapon - you must wield the axe)
Wield your woodcutting axe. Speak to Horacio again, then use the sealed plant pot on the now-weeded Jade Vine patch (the one on the East).

After a cut scene, the Wild Jane Vine (Level 167) will attack you. Protect from Melee is highly recommended, as it attacks mainly with melee. As you kill the plant, parts of it will gradually fall off until nothing is left except for the stump.

Click on the stump to chop it down, finishing off the vine. Talk to Horacio again to claim your reward.

Reward:

24,000 Farming Experience

40,000 Woodcutting Experience

23,000 Slayer Experience

15,000 Agility Experience

New farming patch

Jade Vine Seed

Repeatable Jade Vine Mini Game

Quest points gained on completion: 1

If you have any comments please post them!

If your still using Internet Explorer Switch to Firefox! You have to warm him of what his precious Dumpling really is, but he will refuse to believe you. You decide to find another anti-illusion device to prove that dumpling is really evil. After a discussion about Oaknock's machine, his son yewnock, and crystals, you will now have to find a gnome who keeps old elven artifacts

Go to the gate to exit the village, then down the ladder east of you. Head to the west part of the dungeon and ask golrie about an anti-illusion device. He has boxes and boxes, all sent from his grandfather. Go to the east room in the dungeon and now crawl threw the tunnel.

You will see a big monolith which is in your way. Push it (once) and you'll be able to go around it. Now search the cheat to find some crystalline disks. North of this there is a more complicated set of monoliths. To get through, follow these steps:

1. Push the southwestern monolith one step north.
2. Push the northwestern monolith one step east.
3. Open each chest to find a key, a notebook, and some more crystalline disk.
4. Push the small monolith one step south.
5. Push the northwestern monolith one step west.
6. Open the mahogany chest and search it to find a strongroom key.
7. Push the southeastern monolith one step west.

Open the strongroom door on the west side of the area. The lectern on the southern wall can offer some information on the history of Bolrie and how Glouphrie tired to use him for his power. Now put the proper number of crystalline disks into Yewnock's machine to activate it. If you can't get the right numbers , use Yewnock's Exchanger, which is the north part of the machine. The values for each piece are the equal to Eyes of Glouphire quest.

Color/Shape Combos
Red Circle - 1
Red Triangle - 3
Red Square - 4
Red Pentagon - 5

Orange Circle - 2
Orange Triangle - 6
Orange Square - 8
Orange Pentagon - 10

Yellow Circle - 3
Yellow Triangle - 9
Yellow Square - 12
Yellow Pentagon - 15

Green Circle - 4
Green Triangle - 12
Green Square - 16
Green Pentagon - 20

Blue Circle - 5
Blue Triangle - 15
Blue Square - 20
Blue Pentagon - 25

Indigo Circle - 6
Indigo Triangle - 18
Indigo Square - 24
Indigo Pentagon - 30

Violet Circle - 7
Violet Triangle - 21
Violet Square - 28
Violet Pentagon - 35

( you will need your sextant, watch and chart for the next part)

When the machine is active, Dumpling will be revealed into the real creature he is. Return to King Bolren and destroy the creature. Talk to Bolren who wonders why Glouphie sent only on watcher to the Tree Genome Voillage While sending so many to the Grand Tree Stronghold - to the point of wanting more evil watchers just to prove he's worth it. You will decide to find Glouphrie, who you think is in Aposandra, (a hidden gnome city). Bolren sends you to Aluft Gianne junior to locate Longramble (a gnome who set out for Arposandra).

Go to the Grand Tree Stronghold and go to the first floor of the Grand tree. Gianne jnr is on the west side of the tree and go speak to him about Longramble. Gianne tells you that Longramble has a longstanding order but no one can find him. He will give you the coordinates to his location: 2 degrees, 7 minutes south and 3 degrees, 7 minutes west.

( you will need a Crossbow and mithril Grapple)

Head to the northwestern tip of the peninsula southwest of Castle Wars and grapple the tree to get to Longramble. Speak to him, he is seeking the edge of the world, with Arposandra (as a mere detour). With Glouphrie being the one to hide the city, however, he suspects it will be hard to locate. But he has found a waste outlet which he believes is from the city, as elves wouldn't have waste outlets.

Head north - you will find a dead-looking spirit tree. He is alone, separated from the others. Speak to the spirit tree, he is grateful to find a tree whisperer. He has lost his connection to the anima mundi, which allows the spirit trees to communicate. You accidentally contact Hazelmere who attempts to sense the problem in the tree - he finds it is ailing because the soil has been poisoned. He explains that this is a symptom of the separation of nature and the anima mundi, which would create so much power that life would become unbalanced. Fixing all of this requires a spiritual cleansing which can only be completed by elven magic.

(You will need a Crystal saw, crossbow, mithril grapple for the next part)

Return to the dungeon in the Tree Gnome Village. Head into the monolith room and follow the same steps to get to the Crystal bowl. Revert your crystal saw to a small crystal seed, then use the sing-glass option on the bowl. Your crystal seed will now be crystal chimes. Return to the ill spirit tree and ring the crystal chime. He will be restored to health and permits you access to the swamp.

(You will need a Crystal chime and bring some amour, weapons and food with you)

Head southwest of the spirit tree and enter the sewer. Follow the dungeon's path until you come across an intersection. Head to the east room to fight the final battle with three Warped Terrorbirds (Level 143). You must use your crystal chime on each warped terrorbird to make it attackable, this will wear off and you will have to make it vulnerable again. After defeating the warped terrorbirds, peek at the hatch door on the east side of the room. A cutscene will show two terrorbirds talking about guarding upstairs. They will realize you're in the room and press a button which sets off numerous security devices. Hazelmere will mindmeld with you as you faint, and rescue you to his house. Speak to him to complete the quest.

Reward:
1 Quest Point
5,000 Magic Experience
30,000 Strength Experience
20,000 Slayer Experience
5,000 Thieving Experience
Access to the Sewer Slayer Dungeon

If you have any comments please post them!

If your still using Internet Explorer Switch to Firefox! Activity around the gnome-infested areas of RuneScape has increased after the “Fluffy” incident back at the Grand Tree. Why exactly has Glouphrie’s name resurfaced after such a long time in exile? Where does Golrie get his weird artefacts from? Who is his grandfather? What was that strange coin machine really all about? How many gnomes does it take to change a Dorgesh-Kaan lightorb? All these questions may well be answered in the next gnome quest, The Path of Glouphrie.

I said
(This sounds like it's going to be a really good quest and i think maybe some really good rewards... Because so far from the genome quests you get some ok stuff like the tree's you can use to teleport, but in my opinion this quest isn't going to give us anything in the Wow factor... i think the reward will just be some experience... but hey... runescape proof me wrong..)

Runescape said
Did you ever think it was strange that every pirate in Brimhaven wears an identical black outfit while the pirates of the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon and deep Wilderness wear red? Pirates aren't known for their strict adherence to uniforms or laws, or anything else for that matter (although some pirates will swear by the Pirate Code, others will merely swear about it). So this month they'll be casting off their monotonous garb and donning a far more varied range of costumes and clothes to make even the most swashbuckling pirate reach for his fashion magazine. Perhaps you'd best not ask where they'll be getting this fancy new stuff though, or whether they're planning to pay for it.

I said
Well the pirate clothes are alright.... but i hope some else comes with this... maybe like a new pirate weapon or something... Or we can join different pirate gangs?... Like we wear their colors etc and now where in their gang and can buy certain things and train in certain places.. So each gang would offer different thing, I think that would be awesome.

Runescape said
Children of all shapes and sizes across the world will also be getting a makeover this month, if they can be persuaded to stand still long enough for the Makeover Mage to work his/her magic.

I said
Well i hope we get some cool looking styles.. maybe like a rainbow hair style or something... just change it up a bit lol

Runescape said
September will also bring you the next Achievement Diary. Following its success in the first of the Guaranteed Content polls, players will be able to explore the city of Varrock and surrounding areas; ranging from the small town of Edgeville to the west, through to the east near Paterdomus, the Temple on the edge of Morytania. Discover areas you may not have seen before in Varrock and complete the various tasks to obtain very useful rewards! You may be surprised at what you can do in this popular region.

I said
This sounds really good because their isn't much to do in varrock anymore... and an extension to the varrock sewer or something like that sounds really good, looking forward to see what the rewards are going to be because i have no idea at the moment.

Runescape said
The druids and herbalists had their annual convention and felt that identifying the herbs really wasn't the hard part of their job. The hard part was cleaning the leafy things! So the herbalists will be busy later this month, identifying everyone's herbs and sorting them into cleaned and grimy instead of identified and unidentified. So don't be surprised when you see your herbs' names change, it's just your friendly neighbourhood herbalist giving you a hand. This should make it easier for you to know when you're buying a specific herb, rather than ending up with something you don't want. They've also gone around properly naming all of your unfinished potions, so you'll know exactly what you have in that odd-coloured vial.

I said
Well i guess this fixes up the scam with selling unified herbs... I can see a lot of people losing money because of this. Selling and buying un-id'ed herbs is a big money maker for people but for other this will be a awesome update.

Runescape said
Ever since the Zamorak Magical Institute discovered that Saradomin's wizards had found altars to create runes, they've been itching to get an altar of their own. Their time has almost arrived: a new altar has been unearthed and it is unlike anything the mages have ever encountered. It will grant the ability to create runes higher than their normal skill requirements, but it's just a wee bit unpredictable...

I said
Well as soon as i read this i thought BLOOD RUNE ALTER! but... i think I'm wrong now.. i now think it's going to be some crazy rune.. and along with it will come some new spells... I hope!

Runescape said
You'll also be getting a new Players' Gallery, Postbag from the Hedge and a new entry for the Lores and Histories.

I said
I like the player's Gallery a lot so looking forward to seeing that but i don't really enjoy the hedge and lores and histories... but hey.. I'll give them a chance this month, going to give them a read.

If you have any comments please post them... give me your opinion on this..

Cool, Funny Great runescape videos

Hey i know i always post like guides, updates and information all the time.... so this time I'm going to show you something i found on youtube today... For each God their are certain requirements to enter such as

Their are some Great rewards you can get from God Wars Dungeon such as Dragon boots, God Swords, Armadyl range armour, Bandos boots, Armour tassets, Bandos chestplate

Dragon Boots- Dragon boots are currently the highest level boots in runescape, They are second to only Bandos boots in defence and are the best for strength bonus. Only dropped by Spiritual Mages and require a Slayer level of 83. The require a Defence of 60.

Price at the moment- 800k-900k

I will Update you on more information when i receive it

Attack Bonus
Stab Slash Crush Magic Range
0 0 0 -3 -1
Defence Bonus
Stab Slash Crush Magic Range
+16 +17 +18 0 0
Other Bonuses
Strength Prayer
+4 0

God swords- This is the strongest weapon ever that runescape has made it can hit up to a 85 max (with the armadyl god sword), but don't think taht this sword is way to powerful for runescape because it's so hard to get... like extrememly hard.. and it's a 2 hander to the speed of the sword i reli slow also i really doubt anyone will be pking with it since it's so high in vaule. The sword is dropped in seperate SHARDS, and they are rare drops from the level 600+ bosses and you can't fight them by yourself you must team up on them. So i doubt anyone will be willing to team up on them since it's basically anyone can get the drop and no one is going to share.
The Godsword is dropped in 3 pieces. Fixing it gives the player 100 experience per two pieces joined (200 experience for the entire sword's completion) and requires 80 Smithing. The hilts can freely be added or removed with no level requirement.
But what a weapon... it will be extrememly rare to see one but if you do get a print screen... below are the swords spec's and what it looks like also special attacks and a video of the sword in use!

Monster to kill if you want the shards:
K'ril Tsutsaroth
General Graardor
Commander Zilyana
Kree'arra

Prices:

Shards- 2.5m-3m (but atm the price is moving around a lot)
God swords- (don't know at the moment)

Special attacks:
o Armadyl Godsword: The Judgment. Inflicts 25% more damage.
o Saradomin Godsword: Healing Blade. Inflicts normal damage, but restores half of the damage to your Hitpoints and a quarter to your Prayer. You will receive a minimum of 10 Hitpoints and 5 Prayer.
o Bandos Godsword: Warstrike Attack. Causes 10% more damage and drains your opponent's combat statistics until they reach 0. Statistics are drained in the following order: Defence, Strength, Prayer, Attack, Magic, Ranged.
o Zamorak Godsword: Ice Cleave. Freezes your opponent for 20 seconds.

Attack Bonus
Stab Slash Crush Magic Range
0 +132 +80 0 0
Defence Bonus
Stab Slash Crush Magic Range
0 0 0 0 0
Other Bonuses
Strength Prayer
+132 +8

(god sword in action)

Their is some new armor two I will post up the stats for them but I don't know how you get them yet or much information on them but will keep you posted.

Range armor

<div style="text-align: center; Speak to Merlin and go through every question, then ask the knights if they have any ideas on how to escape.

19.Click on the vent on the north wall and select "reach", merlin will escape through the vent on a human pyramid in a cut scene.

20. If you did not bring a lockpick, you'll need something to pick the lock. Examine a guard outside the cell to find one combing his hair - use telekinetic grab on him to obtain his hair clip. Then he will tell you to meet him in camelot, so after you give him the uniform teleport out.

30.Speak to king aruther in camelot and he will reward you.

Reward:

-1 quest point
-5000 Magic Experience
-33,000 Defence Experience
-5000 Experience Lamp
-Knight Waves Training Ground

If you have any questions please post a comment

Update: King's Ransom and some new features

Runescape has put a new quest out about:

CLICK HERE FOR THE QUEST GUIDE!!!

Life has been quiet at the Sinclair Mansion since you discovered the murderer... too quiet. So quiet, in fact, that the family has gone!
Suspicions are running high that the Sinclairs' recent departure is tied to the disappearance of King Arthur and his knights. But time is running short and clues are scarce, will you crack the case in time?(below picture from quest)

You will need Levels:
Level 45 Magic
Level 65 Defence

Quests:
Black Knights' Fortress
Merlin's Crystal
Holy Grail
Murder Mystery
One Small Favour

I would recommend doing this quest espically if you have 60+prayer because the new prayers ROCK! but i think runescape added these prayers to drop the number of pures... but the Prayer ROCK! trust me. (picture below of prayers and what they do, also click on it for better view).

The rewards are 33k defense 5k magic and a 5k experience lamp used on a skill above 50. Plus the ability to use the knights training ground on the top floor of the castle. (Thanks Gotzskillz23 for updating me)

Some New Features!

-Seer's village has had a new update to how it looks. It looks good but there's not to much of a change but now instead of the party room there's a court house... No idea what that does yet.. you should check it out yourself and tell me what you think

-Bye Bye party room in seer's village it has moved to falador which i think is better because on world 2 it's going to be really good because all of the rich people (including me) will be dropping some nice things there. Also free world players can use it too, i think it will be really popular for free world and i think it was a good idea moving it because in seer's village not many people went to it.

-Now you can get a signature from runescapes high scores. But it's basically just a bunch of numbers.... Click here for example.. (not very useful)...

-Also ninja implings drop noted dragonhide instead of non-noted dragonhide which is loads better, because before it was annoying when you had to go back to the bank and deposit.( you might be able to make some good money here)

Leave me a comment if you have any questions.

Advice on Training Range

Hey, I've been looking at what runescape's members want to know and need to know. Then i realized i don't have any guides on Tipsrs about how to level fast in all skill levels, such as good places to kill monsters, best spell to use to raise magic, best fish to get really good fishing. But in this first post I'm only going to talk about is range.

Knives or arrows or cannon? What kind should i use?

Knives: You will get faster experience with knives but you will also lose a lot more money. I would only go with knives if you don;t mind wasting money on knives because they go very VERY quickly... Also if your going to use knives i would go with iron, it's cheap and effective, you don't want to waste to much and iron is awesome to train with. Trust me..

-Prices: iron knives- 40-45gp.ea
-Where to buy: I would either go on the runescape forums or try world 2 next to the west bank of falador. You should see people selling arrows and knives right next to the tree's where players sell runes. (shown below in Map provided by Tip.it(circled in red)

Arrows: Arrows are what i use personally because they are cheaper than knives and i don't lose that many quickly. If your going to get arrows i would go with either bronze or iron because their cheap and when your training hardcore it really helps if there cheap because range isn't like melee you will lose arrows.... But you could go with steel if you have money it would be like using iron knives.. but it can cost quite a lot in the long run

-Prices: 15-18.ea
-Where to buy: I would either go on the runescape forums or try world 2 next to the west bank of falador. You should see people selling arrows and knives right next to the tree's where players sell runes. (shown below in Map provided by Tip.it (above) OR at range shops all over runescape, theres one in varrock.

Cannon: Cannon's are very useful and again I would only use it if i want to raise my range very quickly and if i had money to waste because cannon's can be expensive.
