Below are ways to reduce the problem of a Bloated Stomach, and the uncomfortable feeling it gives you.

1. You must learn to eat slower, and chew your food more. Small chunks of food are easier to digest than large chunks. As you chew this also sends messages to your stomach to produce the enzymes required to digest your food.

2. You need water to digest your food correctly, so make a habit of having a glass of water with each meal. Do not gulp the water, just take small sips as you eat.

3. Salmon is a good food to treat a bloated stomach, the essential fats that Salmon contain are packed with anti-inflammatory properties to soothe your stomach.

4. Porridge for your breakfast is a good idea, especially now the microwave porridge is now available. Porridge is very high in fibre which cleanses your stomach and bowel, which in turn helps to reduce bloating.

5. Live Yoghurt contains a lot of probiotics which help your stomach digest food more efficiently. Your bloated stomach needs probiotics to recover.

6. Olive Oil a tablespoon in the morning and another in the evening will ease any constipation you may have. The reason is that Olive Oil acts as a mild laxative. Remember if you are constipated your food has no where to go.

Hopefully the tips will help you to reduce your swollen bloated, and maybe lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Fried Eggs on a Diet - No Problem

Everyone knows the frying pan is a no no, whilst you are trying to lose weight. Even if you do enjoy a couple of fried eggs, the guilt afterwards will depress you into thinking that you will never lose any weight.

Here is the secret to eating fried eggs, enjoying fried eggs, and knowing that its healthy for you.

OK it might seem wrong, but just use water instead of cooking oil.

Bring some water to the boil on a high heat in the frying pan, make sure the water is boiling, then as normal just crack the egg and drop it into the frying pan, in the same way you normally fry eggs.

Result is a lovely fried egg, that just tastes of egg, instead of tasting of burnt oil.

It is a quick way to have a healthy meal without the guilt of consuming oil, or fat as part of your diet.

Why not try grilled bacon, grilled tomato (just cut a tomato in half, add a little pepper and place on the grill), along with a fried egg (fried in water) and a potato waffle of course grilled.
What a wonderful healthy fry up, (wink wink).

Eggs contain 5 grams of fat, but three and half grams of this fat is good fat, and they actually help to reduce your body cholesterol.

Natrual Viagra - The secrets behind eating normal food and increasing your sexual performance.

Research into food has shown that by eating certain foods as part of your every day diet, impotency can be removed in men, who find it difficult to raise a penile erection.

Tuna.

Why? A great source of vitamin B3, which not only dilutes your blood to enable better erections, but also increases your sense to touch which will enhance your orgasms.

How to eat? Tuna salad, tuna sandwich, fresh tuna lightly fried, tuna pizza, again you are only limited by your imagination.

Result?
You may see an immediate effect, but also include as part of your new diet which will help build on your need for a more active sex life. Improves blood flow to help fight against erectile dysfunction, penile dysfunction, and impotency.

Watermelon.

Why? The summer fruit is very rich in an amino acid called Citrulline. Citrulline relaxes and dilates blood vessels in the same way as Viagra does. This is an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED).

The amino acid is mainly contained in the rind of the watermelon just under the surface of the skin.
There is a lesser amount available in the actual fruit of the watermelon.

Citrulline converts into the amino acid known as arginine when consumed which in turn creates nitric oxide which dilutes blood vessels. This is exactly what Viagra does.

How to eat?
Eat the fruit as normal, but to gain the most from the fruit, scrape the pith from the inside of the skin with a spoon, or a blunt knife. Eat as much of this as you can, this is the watermelon Viagra, that will treat erectile dysfunction, impotency, or just turn you into stud.

Result?
You will not see an immediate effect, but eaten as part of your new diet will help build on your need for a more active sex life. Improves blood flow to help fight against erectile dysfunction, penile dysfunction, and impotency.

Why ? The taste and smell of bacon has been known to turn vegetarians back to meat eaters, until substitute vegetarian bacon was produced, just the thought of a bacon buttie would make a vegetarians mouth water.
The combination of the bacon and beetroot flavours combine and if eaten on crusty bread will be the best meal of the day.

Health ? Use pickled beetroot slices, the acetic acid in the vinegar fights fat by turning on genes for fatty acid oxidation enzymes. The genes churn out proteins involved in breaking down fats, thus suppressing body fat accumulation in the body.
Acetic acid is also known to help maintain normal blood pressure, and stabilize sugar levels in your blood.

Bacon contains around 30 - 50 calories per slice depending on thickness.
Beetroot will contain around 1 calorie or less per serving.

Choose low fat or lean bacon, and grill to your liking. The more bacon is grilled, the more fat it loses. After grilling the bacon if desired you can place on kitchen roll and pat dry to take any extra fat off.

Slice two pieces of fresh crusty, again the size of the loaf and the thickness of each slice is up to you, but remember even with small thin slices this dish will truly fill you up.

Cover one slice of bread with a generous portion of sliced pickled beetroot, allowing the red juice to soak into the bread.

Place two slices of bacon onto the beetroot, then cover with the other slice of bread, and pat down softly to allow the juice off the beetroot to combine with the bacon.

Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy a wonderful tasting healthy sandwich.
