I can't sleep... So, what I did is to list some of the things that reminds me of how blessed I am to have my hubby. He makes me feel very happy, loved, and appreciated. I don't know what i would do without him. He is the love of my life. And I really want to feel this way for the rest of my life...

1. He knows me so well and loves me anyway.
2. He always forgives me when I did something wrong.
3. He is supportive of me staying home to take care of our kids.
4. He supports me as a mother.
5. He's so patient with me and our kids.
6. He works hard and provides the best for our family.
7. He trusts me to cook for him and eats the food i cooked no matter how it tastes.
8. He protects me.
9. He manages to get me to smile whenever I am down.
10. He's not afraid to put me in my place
11. His eyes smiles.
12. He lets me sleep in his arms.
13. He gives me a hug and tells me he loves me whenever I do something he thinks is nice.
14. His hugs and kisses comes unexpectedly.
15. He sings for me.
16. He tells me that I'm beautiful, even when I don't feel pretty.
17. He gave me two adorable kids.
18. He never stays mad at me.
19. He always says thank you.
20. He is responsible.
21. He willingly does everything for me.
22. He always answer my questions, no matter how simple, hard or stupid my questions are.
23. He taught and still teaches me a lot of things.
24. He wouldn't end a chat and phone conversation without telling me that he loves me (even when we fight)
25. He loves me even when im grumpy
26. He is concerned about my happiness. He really cares that I love what I do.
27. He makes me a better person.
28. He trusts me.
29. He cooks for me.
30. He loves God
31. He is a good son and sibling
32. He is a very good father
33. I love how he wants to be with us
34. I love how patient he is with me.
35. He is the man I want to grow old with.

36. I love him. And even if the time comes that he couldn't and wouldn't do these things anymore.. I will still love him. Even more...

PS. and i mean it, I feel super lucky to have of you in my life, dy. (^_^). I miss you so much...

I support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Whatever our age, size or shape, it’s important to take care of our breasts and be aware of the symptoms. One in nine women will unfortunately develop breast cancer at some point in their lives. Let’s keep awareness up… catching cancer early can make a big difference on survival.

To pick up potential problems at the earliest possible opportunity, we need to be aware of any changes in our breasts. The common changes include:

1. A lump or thickening in or near the breast or in the underarm area.
2. A change in the size or shape of the breast.
3. Dimpling or puckering in the skin of the breast.
4. A nipple turned inward into the breast.
5. Discharge (fluid) from the nipple, especially if it's bloody.
6. Scaly, red, or swollen skin on the breast, nipple, or areola (the dark area of skin at the center of the breast). The skin may have ridges or pitting so that it looks like the skin of an orange.

If you notice a change, please see your health care provider straight away. We have to remember that "THE BEST PROTECTION IS EARLY DETECTION".

It's Our Month!! Happy October!

October is finally here! (^_^) Flipping my calendar to the new month and seeing the day circles in red was actually really exciting. I am truly, truly blessed with happiness, love, family and all that I could ask for. I humbly thank God for finding favor with me and my family.

October is an exciting month for my family. This month brings us my sweet hubby's birthday (October 13) and of course my birthday (October 18) (^_^) as well as another month older for our son, Aaron (October 5).

I have been bubbling for weeks with my exciting plans and surprises for my dy and son. Things are going just as I planned.

I can hardly wait. (^_^)

Conquer Clutter

Do you always have trouble finding what you need? As time goes by, we tend to accumulate a lot of clutter in our homes. Many times, dealing with clutter can be overwhelming. Below are five tips to take control of the clutter that may be clogging your life...saving you time and hopefully, some sanity.

Start small - Tackle the most urgent clutter - usually the bills, letters, and mails. Set aside an hour each day and go drawer by drawer.
Focus on one area at a time - Toss items that belong somewhere else into a box and return them to the correct place later on. This way, you can finish one area at a time and not get distracted with clutter that belongs to another area of the house.
Give yourself a target date to finish an area - Like for example, a kitchen could take up to 3 days. Break up the big task into daily tasks to make it more manageable.
Think logically - Items used daily should be easily accessible. Bed linen can be stored under the bed. Towels can be stored in overhead cabinets in the bathroom. Rarely used items like Christmas decor should be stored up high, in not-so-easy to reach places.
Sort by type and label - Have different boxes and sort out your things by type. Label them so it is easier to remember where you stored the item. If you haven't used certain items in years, maybe it's time to give them away.

Ways to Have a Flatter Tummy

Every women wants to achieve a flatter stomach for the sake of physical appearance as well as overall health. But how can we get rid of the unsightly pouch? It is really difficult to obtain a flat tummy specially after childbirth. Keeping our tummy flat and trim takes a lot of determination and effort. But we can get to tame that stubborn belly bulge by following some simple rules:

Avoid salty and processed food - Check food labels. Just because something doesn't taste healthy or sweet doesn't mean that it isn't high in belly bloaters (sodium and sugar).

Stop drinking carbonated drinks - It has a tendency to re-direct fat towards the midsection. It can instantly puff up you tummy because of it's high sugar content.

Fill up on fiber - Not only do fiber-rich foods like fruits and veggies make you feel full, but they also prevent constipation.

Be calorie conscious - Choose the source of your calories. It's not just how much you eat but how high the caloric content of your food that matters. Your caloric consumption and expenditure should cancel each other out, to avoid storing excess calories as fat.

Don't skip meals - This is the reason why starvation diets don't work. Once you stop eating, your body sends a signal to your brain, saying, "Hey, I don't have much fuel left in me. Yo got to slow things down.

Do you believe in the saying that "first love really never die?" That’s what some songs and poems often say. But is there somehow truth behind it? Well, it could be true to some but not to all.

It may sound funny but when I saw this question on one of the forum that I've signed up with, I thought, I'll have to ask my hubby again . (^_^). I remember, I already asked the same question to him before and that if he still have any special feelings for his ex/s. What he just told me is that love actually dies and he don't have any feelings from his past relationships. Maybe the only thing that would never die is the memories that left behind.

In my opinion, first love does not die only when you happen to marry and spend an everlasting love with your first love............... Nine years ago, I met a guy, now he's my hubby. After all, he is my first love, and I know he is the right one for me. And I'm happy to be with my first and true love.

Waterproof jacket or raincoat - it offers the wide coverage against the rain. It will keep you warm and dry, prevent clothes from being soiled, and make you less susceptible to common illnesses like colds and flu.

Flip-lops, rain boots, or plastic shoes - Both footwear have come a long way hen it comes to make and style. Newer flip-lops are made of more durable materials while rubber boots some in a wide array of fashionable colors and patterns.
