Yay! Four months to prepare for Christmas! As the Ber Months approaches, more and more people are getting excited for the Christmas Holidays. In the Philippines, Christmas carols will be played in the radio as early as September. Then, we'll start to see Christmas decorations in malls, buildings and street lamps. We can really smell that the holiday season is in the air. I always look forward to the first Christmas song I will hear for each year, last year it was Silver Bells...you know, Silver bells, silver bells, It's Christmas time in the city. I could write you a corny love poem, or make a card out of poster paper. but the best way I can tell you how much I love you is in the every day life that we live. I love being with you, raising our children, cleaning our home, going on vacations, just being a family. I’m blessed to have found you, I’m blessed to have 2 healthy happy kids and I’m a blessed to be alive. I am truly blessed to be married to the most loving and romantic man I've ever known. It's what you do for me every day of our lives that tells me just how much you love me. You tell me you love me many times every day - via text, Skype and on the phone. There is truth in the notion that it's not what you say but rather how you say it. It's in the way you look at me and the gentle tone of voice - the way you hold my hand and hold me in your arms that speaks volumes. You tell me I'm beautiful - even when I'm feeling tired and spent. It's in the way you look at me and assures me that you want nothing more than to spend every day of your life with me.

I can't sleep... So, what I did is to list some of the things that reminds me of how blessed I am to have my hubby. He makes me feel very happy, loved, and appreciated. I don't know what i would do without him. He is the love of my life. And I really want to feel this way for the rest of my life...

1. He knows me so well and loves me anyway.
2. He always forgives me when I did something wrong.
3. He is supportive of me staying home to take care of our kids.
4. He supports me as a mother.
5. He's so patient with me and our kids.
6. He works hard and provides the best for our family.
7. He trusts me to cook for him and eats the food i cooked no matter how it tastes.
8. He protects me.
9. He manages to get me to smile whenever I am down.
10. He's not afraid to put me in my place
11. His eyes smiles.
12. He lets me sleep in his arms.
13. He gives me a hug and tells me he loves me whenever I do something he thinks is nice.
14. His hugs and kisses comes unexpectedly.
15. He sings for me.
16. He tells me that I'm beautiful, even when I don't feel pretty.
17. He gave me two adorable kids.

I support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Whatever our age, size or shape, it’s important to take care of our breasts and be aware of the symptoms. One in nine women will unfortunately develop breast cancer at some point in their lives. Let’s keep awareness up… catching cancer early can make a big difference on survival.

To pick up potential problems at the earliest possible opportunity, we need to be aware of any changes in our breasts. The common changes include:

1. A lump or thickening in or near the breast or in the underarm area.
2. A change in the size or shape of the breast.
3. Dimpling or puckering in the skin of the breast.
4. A nipple turned inward into the breast.
5. Discharge (fluid) from the nipple, especially if it's bloody.
6. Scaly, red, or swollen skin on the breast, nipple, or areola (the dark area of skin at the center of the breast). The skin may have ridges or pitting so that it looks like the skin of an orange.

If you notice a change, please see your health care provider straight away. We have to remember that "THE BEST PROTECTION IS EARLY DETECTION".

It's Our Month!! Happy October!

October is finally here! (^_^) Flipping my calendar to the new month and seeing the day circles in red was actually really exciting. I am truly, truly blessed with happiness, love, family and all that I could ask for. I humbly thank God for finding favor with me and my family.

October is an exciting month for my family. This month brings us my sweet hubby's birthday (October 13) and of course my birthday (October 18) (^_^) as well as another month older for our son, Aaron (October 5).

I have been bubbling for weeks with my exciting plans and surprises for my dy and son. Things are going just as I planned.

I can hardly wait. (^_^)
