It's been awhile since my last Hunter post, but I had to spare more time to work and the university.
I assume that everyone are familiar with the different Hunter Specs in WOW Legion, that's why I just want to make a little update.

Let me know what do you think about the way Hunters will be in WOW Legion...I have a good feeling :)

Beast Mastery

A Murder of Crows - Summons a flock of crows to attack your target, over the next dealing [(117% of Attack power) * 16] Physical damage over 15 sec. When a target dies while affected by this ability, its cooldown will reset.

Blink Strikes - Your pet's Basic Attack deals 50% increased damage, can now be used from 30 yards away, and will instantly teleport your pet behind its target. Your pet can teleport only once per 20 sec.

Marksmanship

Bursting Shot - Fires an explosion of bolts at all enemies in front of you, knocking them back, disorienting them for until cancelled 4 sec, and dealing 40% Physical damage.

Marked Shot - Rapidly fires shots at all targets with your Hunter's Mark, dealing 225% Physical damage and Patient Sniper marking them with Deadeye for until cancelled.8 sec.

MM Talents

A Murder of Crows - Summons a flock of crows to attack your target, dealing [(117% of Attack power) * 16] Physical damage over 15 sec. When a target dies while affected by this ability, its cooldown will reset.

Lock and Load - Your ranged auto attacks have a 10% chance to trigger Lock and Load, causing your next two Aimed Shots to cost no Focus and be instant.

Wisper - MM Hunter PVP - 6.2

MM Hunter Arena PVP - 6.2

I've made a short video of a 2v2 Arena battle. It was very interesting to see 2 MM Hunters vs 2 BM Hunters, but I can say that it's was an easy win for us. The combined Chimera shot DMG is just too big burs. As you will see one of them couldn't even start his rotation properly.

I must say that this is a LOW RATING Arena, so it was normal for them to have bag game plan, but I think that even in higher rating the MM team would still win :)

Beast Mastery PVP Talent Build in WOW Legion

I know that it's still a bit early because WOW legion is still in alpha, but I think I should make a PVP Talent Build Posts already.

I'm a big fan of the new PVP system and the big variety of talents and builds that we will be able to use in the next expansion.

In this post I will share with you what for me is the best PVP Talent Build for a Beast Mastery Hunter (the best build for the next expansion). We still have a lot of time intil the release of the expansion, this build may not be the final one.My build is in the picture below the comments about each talent choice.

Tier 1 talents:
From the first tier of Talents I will always choose the Gladiator's medallion talent, because the other two talents are passive and therefore the control of their effects won't depend on the skill of the Hunter.

Gladiator's Medallion

Removes all movement impairing effects and all effects which cause
loss of control of your character while in PVP combat.

Replaces Honorable Medallion.

Adaptation

All full loss of control effects with duration of 5 seconds or more activate
your Honorable medallion spell but only incurs half of it's cooldown.

Relentless

Duration Of incoming crown control effects reduced by 25%.

Replaces Honorable Medallion.

Tier 2 talents:
I;m not sure between Mind Quickness and Initiation, but I think that I prefer the increased critical in the start of the fight, so I think that Initiation is the best choice here.

Train of Thought

Damage increased by 15%. Being attacked will cancel this effect for 8sec.

Mind Quickness

Increases haste by 15%.

Initiation

Critical chance increased by 30% on targets at or above 80% health.

Tier 3 talents:
For a Beast Mastery Hunter the Survival Tactics talent is without questioning the best choice. Feign Death will practically make us immune for 1,5 secs.

Dragonscale Armor

Magical periodic damage effects deal 20% less damage on you.

Catlike Reflexes

Critical melee strikes grant you 30% dodge for 4 sec.

Survival Tactics

Feign Death removes all harmful magical effects, and reduces damage taken
by 100% for 1,50 sec.

Tier 4 talents:
I think that Viper Sting ,Scorpid Sting and Spider Sting can be very useful in different situations, but I would choose Spider Sting, because I will use it more in Battlegrounds and outdoor PVP.

Viper Sting

Your Cobra shot stings the target, reducing their healing done by 30% for
12 sec. Viper Sting is removed if the target casts a mom-instant cast healing spell.

Scorpid sting

Your Cobra shot stings the target, reducing their physical critical strike chance
by 50% for 6 sec.

Spider Sting

Stings the target with potent spider venom, causing their next offensive spell cast
to silence the target for 5 sec. Lasts for 8 sec.

Tier 5 talents:
Wild Protector is a talent which gives a damage reduction to everyone within 5 yards by 15%. So if your Dire Beast is on your target and the target is attacking you in a melee range, you will receive 15% less damage. The Sharpened Claws talent is a good damage boost, but in the general case I would choose the Wild protector talent.

Thick Hide

Crowd-control effects have a 75% reduced duration on your Dire Beasts.

Sharpened Claws

Each attack from your Dire Beast deeply claws at the target, causing the
target to bleed for(20% of Attack power) physical damage over 4 sec.
This effect can stack up to 3 times.

Wild Protector

Your Dire Beast protect allies within 5 yards, reducing damage taken by 15%.

Tier 6 talents:
Well here we will have to choose between heavy damage, area damage and knock back. The Dire Beast: Gorilla will be very useful for keeping enemies at good distance, also the knock back effect can be used for mass interrupt, so I think that this will be my choice. I will rank the Basilisk talent on second place, because I think that it will be a very good damage boost, but I'm not sure how hard it will be for the enemies to avoid it, because in the description it says: "slow moving basilisk".

Dire Beast: Basilisk
2 min cooldown

Summons a slow moving basilisk near the target for 30 sec that attacks the
target for heavy damage.

Dire Beast: Hawk
30 sec cooldown

Summons a hawk to circle the target area, attacking all targets
within 10 yards over the next 10 sec.

Dire Beast: Gorilla
1 min cooldown

Summons a powerful gorilla to charge into battle, knocking back all enemies
in it's path.

It's Saturday again so it's time for the pet of the week. This time I won't be talking about pets from previous expansion. This time we will talk about a pet from the the patch 6.2 - Felbound Wolf.

This is a new skin for the Draenor wolf model. It looks awesome (my opinion) and even now many of my friends want to get it for matching their transmog.

To be able to tame this beast you will need to obtain Vial of Fel Cleansing from Fel Rangari Anaara.

After that you must use the vial on a Felbound Wolf to cleanse it and then tame it.

Pet of the week - Loque'nahak

As you all know I'm starting a post series about interesting Hunter pets in WOW. With so many expansions there are a lot of cool pets that are forgotten. The purpose of this series will be to reveal those pets to you and maybe help you find a suitable pet for your new transmog.

Today my pet of choice is Loque'nahak.

Loque'nahak is an extremely rare level 76 elite spirit beast found at seven various places in Sholazar Basin. He is the mate of Har'koa, who is in Zul'Drak.

Hunters who want to tame Loque'nahak must be a Beast Master hunter. His respawn time is six to twelve hours from the time of tame/kill. It has been reported, however, that he can take up to 24 hours to respawn. For hunters seeking to tame him, it should be noted that his spawn timer does reset with server restarts and maintenance.

Below you can see the spawn location of Loque'nahak.

I still don't have this epic pet, but I'm sure that every hunter want it. This pet has a unique look and you can't find another with the same look. Below I will share a video guide about Loque'nahak. Next week I will share another unique pet with you.

I'm sorry for this "spam" post, but today it's my 24th birthday and I just want to thank the WOW community for making WOW the best game (my opinion).

Well I'm 24 years old now, but I feel that I still think like a 14 years old child ( I mean that I didn't become smarter with the passed years).

I don't want this to become a long and boring post. Just enjoy WOW and have some beers :D :)

Pet of the week - Arcturis

I'm starting a post series about interesting Hunter pets in WOW. With so many expansions there are a lot of cool pets that are forgotten. The purpose of this series will be to reveal those pets to you and maybe help you find a suitable pet for your new transmog.

The first pet that I'm going to talk about is Arcturis - the spirit beast bear.

Arcturis is a level 74 spirit beast found in Grizzly Hills. He is the only spirit beast that looks like a bear.

You need to be a Beast master hunter to be able to tame him.The reports are that his spawn time is 21 hours, but some comment say that it's between 6 and 72 hours.

Below you can see the spawn location of Arcturis. As you will se the location is only one and the area is quite small. You will be able to see people waiting for him at this spot all the time.

There is no doubt that this is one very interesting and beautiful pet. You can use it for many transmog sets. I can't say that Arcturis is forgotten pet, but I think he is a very good start for those series.

How to beat an Enhancement Shaman in Arena

Yesterday I've made few very nice arenas and now I will share one of them with you. In the past I had very big problems with enhancement shamans, but as you will see in the video ...times change....

In few words in you want to have a chance against enhancement shamans ( as a hunter), you need to:

Kite perfectly;
kill the fire elemental totem ASAP;
time your deterrence with his bursts;

You will see in the video below, that I had like half of my HP and the Shaman was at full HP. I'm also a BM Hunter at the moment, which is the Hunter spec with the lowest DPS at the moment.

Hunter Patch 6.1 PTR Patch Notes

The new Patch 6.1.0 will soon be live and few hours ago Blizzard announced few more Hunter changes. The Changes affect mostly MM Hunters and most of them are buffs, so the news are very good.
My Personal opinion is that after this Patch, MM hunters will be comparable with Survival Hunters..at least when we talk about damage.

Beast Mastery: Improved Focus Fire now grants an 8% increase to attack power per Frenzy stack consumed (up from 5%).

Marksman:
-Careful Aim now increases critical strike chance of Steady Shot, Focusing Shot, and Aimed Shot by 50% (down from 60%).
-Chimaera Shot damage increased by 30.4%.
-Sniper Training is now 25% more effective.

Blackrock Foundry Hunter Weapons

I know that for most of you fellow hunters, the most interesting thing from the new raid (Blackrock Foundry) are the Hunter weapons. I've made a little reasearch and in this post I want to share my findings with you.

First of all for all the Bow lovers....sorry guys but there willl be no loot for you. The only hunter weapons from the raid are a gun- Gar'an's Brutal Spearlauncher and a crossbow- Mouth of The Fury.

Below you'll find all the info that I've gathered and pictures of each weapon, so you'll be able to plan your transmog from now.

So let's start with the Crossbow:

Mouth of The Fury can drop from : Heart of the Mountain - 28% drop chance.

If you disenchant it for some reason you'll be able to get:
Temporal Crystal - 67%;
Fractured Temporal Crystal x3 - 33%

Well to be a good WOW players we all need useful macros. For us Hunters ..there are quite a lot macros that we can use and some of them are essential. It's about time for me to make a post about Hunter macros.

WOD Hunter Talent changes

There are few changes in the Hutner talents that I've wanted to share with you in case you didn't see them until now. In general Blizz are buffing us a lot, so the news are very,very good.

Hunter Talent Changes:
Talents
Barrage: Tooltip updated so that the numbers ingame reflect the impact of Versatility.

Exhilaration: Now heals you and your pet for 30% of max health, up from 22%. // This will be very good buff to our survivability

Glaive Toss: Each glaive now does 52% AP as damage, up from 41.5%. // As I'm using Glaive Toss for PVP ( mostly arenas) I think that this buff will make Glaive toss a must spell against melee foes

Powershot: Now deals 840% weapon damage to the target, up from 520%. Also deals 420% weapon damage to enemies between you and the target, up from 260%. // I think that Blizz are returning the original damage of Powershot and I think that this will be my choise for battlegrounds from now on

Stampede: Now lasts for 40 seconds, up from 20 seconds. //Great for Incresing your burst damage for both PVP and PVE. At this moment I'm using A murder of crows, but I'll have to check my damage with 20more seconds Stampeding.

Survival Hunter One Button macro

It's been awhile since my last post here, so I want to share something very useful. By my opinion most Hunters at this point play PVE as a Survival Hunters, that's why I'm posting this very,very useful One Button macro.

I can say that it will improve your PVE experience significant. If you have some questions or suggestions for the macro plz tell mi in the comments below.

Survival Spec

This talent set was chosen to maximize single target raid DPS while also providing raid utility and easy of use with the one-button macro.

Level 45 - Iron Hawk
Level 60 - Thrill of the Hunt
Level 75 - A Murder of Crows

Raid Macro

This macro is extremely simple to use. Spam it.

If there are two or more targets, hold the CTRL modifier to apply and maintain serpent sting to multiple targets using multi-shot, release CTRL once applied.

If you need to drop an Explosive Trap, hold Shift until you finish clicking the trap in place.

If you need to apply Serpent Sting to a single target, or dump focus on Arcane Shot, hold ALT. - (See note below)

note: while using the ALT modifier to fire arcane shot as a focus dump, it has very little effect on DPS when used this way, using it only to maintain Serpent Sting will work just fine, minimizing mod key interaction to allow you to focus on mechanics and interrupts as needed.

I really like the new PVP gameplay, but for now I don't have time for some serious gearing. At this point you probably all know that the best Hunter spec in WOD is MM. I'm planning to make a video on the spec topic, but now I want to share with you some thing very useful.

As you may expect the best Warlords Hunter pets guide is made by WOW Insider. I just want to share this post, because the information is very important for every hunter who will play WOD.

"Warlords of Draenor is introducing five new hunter pet families -- hydras, riverbeasts, stags, clefthooves (exotic), and rylaks (exotic). That brings the grand total to 48 pet families. Many pet abilities have also been changed to fit the buff and debuff changes in Warlords. Exotic pets are more differentiated from standard pets in that they all have a total of three special abilities or buffs instead of just one or two. You'll be able to start taming pets from the new families with patch 6.0.2 (except for riverbeasts and rylaks which only exist in Draenor)."

Warlords of Draenor Beta: New hunter pets

Finally some fresh Hunter posts from WoW Insider . This time the topic is WOD hunter pets. As it seems there are going to be two new pet families: clefthooves and stags(talbuks).
Here is the info from WoW Insider:

"Bendak over at Eyes of the Beast has been doing excellent work over the course of the beta, and one of the things he's discovered is a big expansion to an existing pet family and the creation of an entirely new family - the rhino family has been renamed the clefthooves family (you can see Bendak above with one he tamed) and it now includes all the Outland and Draenor clefthooves in addition to rhinos from Azeroth, and there's a new family called the Stag family, which includes all Azerothian stags and the Talbuks from Outland and Draenor."

Misdirection Changes in Warlords of Draenor

From all of the hunter spell changes, this was very interesting to me.

Misdirection is one of the most important PVE Hunter spells. I think that it hasn't been changed since it was added into the game, but now in Warlords of Draenor, it will be.

First I have to say that this is one of the GOOD changes for Hunters in Warlords.

So the new thing about Misdirection is that it will be used like a 1 hour buff and this will make it easier to use in raids and dungeons. It will also be very easy to tank with your pet when you transfer all the threat on it...all the time.
