Система - двуканален брояч с мощни транзисторни изходи STS - 805 - Системата е съставена е от: защитен захранващ блок STS320, двоен брояч на импулси STS222-08M03, изходен драйвер осигуряващ управлението на два електромагнитни вентила STS322-2, два бутона за стартиране на всеки от каналите и централен стоп-бутон. След подаване на захранване, индикацията на брояча светва - зареждат се границите на сработване , изходите са изключени и системата е в готовност. При натискане на бутон за старт на който и да е канал, съответният изход се включва. При отброяване на зададените импулси по съответния вход - изхода изключва. При принудително спиране с централния стоп-бутон, изходите и на двата канала изключват.  - Устройството представлява оптичен датчик с два аналогови токови 
изхода /4-20mA/ за следене мътност на флуид. Изходите са с еднакви 
показания и имат възможност да се настроят по две точки от обхвата на

За избягване на нежелано разколебаване на изходния сигнал при почистване
 на оптичната система или други манипулации, е предвиден вход за

непрозрачен маркер или етикет върху прозрачна или непрозрачна основа. 
Електрическото свързване позволява избор на типа /PNP или NPN/ и избор

 от светодиода 'O', а евентуално претоварване - от светодиода 'S'. 
Наличието на барграф за нивото на сигнала и функционалните бутони

Датчика служи за отчитане на линейното преместване на обект /следене 
преместването на ръб/. Позволява използване при всякакъв тип непрозрачен
 материал. Не се влияе от околната осветеност или цвета на материала. 
Разделителната способност е 0,5мм. При преместването на материала в 
зоната на чувствителност, изходния аналогов сигнал се променя от 0 до 5V

Има вариант на изпълнение със седемсегментна индикация на разстоянието. 
Изходния ток се променя в диапазона от 0 до 10V пропорционално на 
преместването. Когато обекта е на максимално разстояние от датчика,

се налага определянето на нива на течности в открити и закрити 
резервоари. При тези условия широко приложение намират ултразвуковите 
датчици. Те представляват пиезоелемент /чувствителна част/ и подходяща 
електронна схема. Принципа на действие се заключава в изменение 
енергията на звуковата вълна, при преминаването и през среди с различно 
акустично съпротивление. Ултразвуковите датчици са универсални при 
контрол на всякакъв вид течности: прозрачни и оптически непрозрачни, 
взриво и пожароопасни, агресивни, електропроводими и електронепроводими.
 Характеризират се с висока шумозащитеност, пожаро и взривобезопасност, 
проста конструкция, устойчивост на удари и вибрации, широк диапазон на 
температура и налягане. Висока точност и бързодействие. Това обуславя 
широкото им приложение в промишлеността.&lt;br /&gt;

              Ултразвуковите датчици могат да се монтират 
хоризонтално, вертикално или под ъгъл спрямо контролирания обект. 
Принципа на действие се основава на излъчване на ултразвукови импулси и 
измерване, докато звуковия импулс отразен от обекта на измерване се 
върне обратно в датчика. Благодарение на това, че пиезоелемента може да 
служи както като излъчвател, така и като приемник на ултразвукови 
импулси, има възможност за създаване на ултразвуков датчик за разстояние
 с един преобразувател.&lt;br /&gt;

Такъв преобразувател първо излъчва кратък ултразвуков 
импулс. Едновременно с това в датчика се включва вътрешен таймер. Когато
 отразения от обекта импулс се върне обратно в датчика, таймера спира. 
Времето между излъчения и отразения импулс, служи за основа на 
изчисляване на разстоянието до обекта. Пълния контрол на процеса на 
измерване се осъществява с микропроцесор, който обезпечава висока 
линейност на измерването.&lt;br /&gt;

Голямо преимущество на 
ултразвуковите датчици е способността им да измерват разстояние до 
такива сложни обекти като гранули, насипни материали, течности, 
прозрачни или силно отразяващи повърхности. Също така могат да измерват 
големи разстояния при относително малки размери на корпуса.&lt;/div&gt;

 на ултразвуковите датчици има и известни ограничения. Например при 
измерване на разстояние до обекти състоящи се от силно нагънати 
повърхности /пяна и др./ които силно поглъщат ултразвуковите колебания и
 разсейват отразения импулс. Това силно намаля измерваната дистанция. 
Излъчвания импулс е с форма на широк конус, което допълнително 
ограничава възможността за измерване на разстояние до малки обекти, 
увеличавайки нивото на паразитни сигнали от други обекти в зоната на 
действие на датчика. За да се избере подходящ датчик е необходимо да се 
отговори на няколко въпроса: От какво се състои обекта на измерване; 
какво е разстоянието до него; каква е необходимата точност; колко бързо 
се движи обекта; какви неблагоприятни условия съществуват; какъв изходен
 сигнал е необходим; какво е пространството за монтаж на датчика.&lt;/div&gt;
