Guess we have to try to believe this...from the regime...the Director of National Intelligence...Jay Clayton...warns us that Iran has upped their game plan...to go after US personnel...like kill them in retribution for trump's attack on their country...them?...not exactly who 'them' are...and the fact that this trump circle has a National Intelligence Department is really, really hard to believe...whatever, consider it a warning...this bit of info was ONLY out of one source...so, take it for what it is...

Mysterious...is the sound that trump has made in his past two days of babbling on at his maga events...weird burp-type of things...not sure what it is...there must be some sort of meaning to it...you'd think he would talk about the candidates that he is showing up for...NOT...he just talks about himself...

All the while, the Oil Barrels are going for over $116!...the result of this trump WAR...and as of this am, that price is rising...it's hard to not see his face on the price of petrol at the gas stations...right?...

Took in a few innings of game 1 in the World Series...tried...just don't have the passion to really follow the games...BTW, the Brewers won it...and I am pulling for them...

Both starting QB's shelved for the Illinois/Oregon game...8 1/2 point fav for the Ducks...?...not sure we can score 10 points...so, the better betting angle is to take the points and the Illini...noon tee time...

For you Salemites...saw this score on the 'Statesman '...Cascade 77 McKay 0...what?...football...ouch...isn't there a rule that Cascade has to write a letter to the ?...to explain the score...are they in the same league?...

One game that could be a disaster for Texas...they host Ole Miss...the Manning kid is good, not great...and Miss has a dandy QB...in these pro-like days of college football...a loss could be the axe of HC Sarkisian...no pressure...

Bits and pieces of the new NBA season...why are these players already fighting one another?...you got 81 games to go...save it...I will say this...iff they stay healthy, the 76ers are the team to beat in the East...if they stay healthy...BTW, this is the pre-game show I do watch...Shaq, Kenny, and Chas...funny, as Chas got all worked up by Shaq...he was sweating...the final straw?...when Shaq shows Chas his champ rings...makes me laugh every time...

No golf today...there is rain...yes, kids...rain in LoCal...'we need it'...not as much as in Montecito, tho...as my son is scrambling to keep the agua out of his office...

As I have been wailing about the HEAT, MY GAWD, THE HEAT...the humidity...for some, they might say...poor boy...we had some foreign weather happenings in the night...pellets of water, that many call RAIN!...hit down on LoCal...worse in some areas, but here...not so bad...the weather peops say more is on the way...'We need it'...is the cry...which takes the Horse off the course...

The trump envoy that met up with Putin called the Russian leader 'a humanitarian'...in what sense of that word does he fit?...as Vladimir is pushing on with his WAR, trying to abduct Ukraine...as I said yesterday, the release of the US teacher...is some form of a down payment for something...perhaps, we will never know what that might be...but a deed like that doesn't come without a price...

As the midterms inch closer and closer...those who are in desperation lash out with everything that they can muster up...often, just plain garbage...hope it sticks with some who may be in limbo...flood the airwaves with high-priced political ads...the stations win...none worse than Hootenanny's in Ohio...man, I hope he loses...

Yes, all, we are approaching the finality of the VOTING time...there are 13 days left...realize what is at stake and do your thing...the chance for a change in the current mess of things in this form of a government...it's up to ALL OF US...VOTE!...my guess is that this will be the biggest turnout for a midterm in quite a while...

A major happening in the trump WAR with Iran...the lack of information that this regime lets out to the American public...case in point...the bombardment of an American Base in Beiran...as told by MSN's Lawrence O'Donnell... the chaos of the attack by Iran...the lack of preparation by the military and the regime...how the military families were the pigeons...and how they were relocated after...to Germany, mostly...no idea how many were dead and injured...as if you could believe the Whiskey Pete sources anyway...

The voting...a major one is in Ohio...for governor...as the trending pattern is about...the republican candidate, Victor Ramaswamy, has resorted to using the opponent's mother in a campaign ad...this is the guy who I called Hootenanny in his bid for Prez, back when...a double talker and a bad man...this is a red state, so 'they' say...

Such is the way of politics...find dirt...talk about it...and try to destroy the opponent...say little about yourself...throw mud...see if it sticks...load up as much as one can on the tele...$$$...as it is said, money buys elections...

Does your state have mail-in Voting?...if so, study and get er done...if not, make sure you have time allotted to get to your precinct...to VOTE!...BLUE!!!...we have been talking about this RETURN TO DEMOCRACY for some time now...the only way to rid ourselves of this macabre of a government that trump has in place...rumors abound that Texas has gads of early votes in already...that is good news...this is the time, people...to voice YOUR opinion...with YOUR VOTE!... these next two weeks are critical...

As per usual, what or what not can we believe comes out of the trump regime...the one-sided coalition with Putin in HIS WAR with Ukraine...is atrocious...what does Putin have on trump?...my question for a very long time...whatever it is, in the States, one would call it blackmail...why else would trump go along with him?...especially that Iran says they are tight with Russia...doesn't have tangency...

Still...the prices of goods remain high...the petrol is absurdly priced...as trump said to one of his maga groups 'people are upset about paying a little more'...then bounces right into the lies...well, he saying once this trump WAR is over, the prices will come down like never before...he also has said that this WAR is essentially over now...'essentially'...my word, not his...he doesn't use big words...

Sometimes I can't figure out the rationality of some actions...case in point...the WNBA Finals...the ladies run off the court when the National Anthem is to be played...WHY?...then reappear once it is done...just who are they revolting from?...the country?...there must be some sane reasoning...but, I am not sure what it is...how does this strike you?...something is amiss...

Have I told you that when I coached women's softball...I had my star player tell me confidentially to not call her a lady...my phrase of 'c'mon ladies' was in peril...

The once San Diego Chargers, who are now the LA Chargers...are a complete mess...thanks primarily to the ownership...the Spanos Fam...not only are they without a home crowd...but, the team is in dire straits on the field, too...winless and pathetically poor...the blame game is all around...starting at the top...the offensive line is not up to the NFL's standards...this really could be a team that goes without a win this season...

The other LA team and real owner of the new stadium in LA...(the Chargers rent it out)...the Rams...got literally ripped off by a phantom roughing-the-receiver penalty yesterday...too bad, one can not go to the review booth on that...which gave their opponent great field position for their winning FG...

Sounds like I am leading with sports today....hey, might as well finish it off...with the Rays going up 3-2 on the Guardians....paving the way for the Rays/Brewers World Series...the best 2 in this season...almost a JCC one...

As far as I can tell...or read...there is no change in the trump WAR with Iran...what a gigantic catastrophe...giant is also the cost of petrol...

Let's get into this...more information...out...a first year teacher threw HER cell phone at the assassin...a 16 year old...then try to tackle the killer...imagine...then a parent, who followed the pathetic human in the school, neutralized him...after 3 kids dead and one teacher...now, my commentary...

A safe haven, it is supposed to be...a school...we drop off our kids, or grandkids...and go about our business...the teachers have been trained to address the possibility of killers...that invade the school...the safe haven...BUT, no such training will actually stand up when it happens...it might...in this case, it did...sort of...lives were lost...then the aftermath...the chaos...

All involved will NEVER FORGET...NEVER!...the panic....the parents and grandparents' anxious hours of not knowing if their kids are safe...alive...not hurt...but in the minds of all...they all are HURT...forever...as it is for the teachers...and administration...it HURTS...

The guns...the instruments of destruction...and killing...so readily available for way too many...some day...yes some day...this part of the mass killing will be adjusted...thus far, not...wake up congressionals and get it done...WAKE UP!...

Next year...the BSBCS will expand to 24 teams!...my gosh, that means the two finalists will play 17 games?...like the Pros...let's see. it used to be the writers would determine who No. 1 was...then it was the final 2...then 4...then 12...now 24?...with the bloody committee deciding who gets in...16, I could see...but they don't ask me...

The Santa Ana Winds...as the Horse hit the links...94* and the winds...cart path only, and this ol dog walked a lot of steps...still, it was fun to finally get out after 5 weeks of not...plus, the brittle season for fire...which we have up by Camp Pendleton...closed down the I-5 for five hours...man, we have had extreme heat here in LoCal for a very long time...first for us in our two decades of relocating here...

A school shooting...it was at an elementary school...K-5 grades...imagine...THE TERROR!...the kids...the teachers...it just takes seconds...for it all to occur...yes, all, it happened again...this time in Bend, Oregon...3 kids killed, ages 5,8, and 11...and also a teacher...all dead...with two others in critical condition...why?...a deranged killer...this time, but 16 years of age...imagine, it could have been even worse...as a bystander saw what was going on...and he himself neutralized the assassin...all this happened in minutes...minutes...

The agony of it...the aftermath...'is my son or daughter alive?'...this happens much too often...but here and right now...it has happened...again...moments like this can carry on in a pysche forever...

There are no words to explain this...you know my perception...the gun...but it goes deeper...as EVERY school prepares for just this sort of thing...all over the World...

More information will be let out today....who are the victims, and who the killer was...and why he did it...

One of my coaching friends' granddaughter goes to that school...and it took 3 hours to hear that she was safe...the agony of it all...and relief...life is precious...

The fastest-growing build jobs in the States?...drum roll please...The Data Centers...often on the outskirts of the cities...cheaper land at first...first?...the Centers suck the water and energy for them to operate...how many are there now?...it is very tricky to get an answer...but the estimate is between 3,000 and 5,000!...how about that for a discrepancy...no doubt there will be one built where you live...and soon...jobs?....when they are built for sure...but, for them to function after?...minimal...who is the builder of these?...is it a political move?...Republican or Democrat?...big business is the mastermind...AI and or all the others...there are pluses and minuses for them...BUT...they are going up...interestingly, trump has never addressed the issue...

The ongoing Putin War vs Ukraine...a blatant grab of the land of that country...so many statements and innuendos that have trump leaning toward Russia...it is sickening...Ukraine's Zelensky is now commenting about the lack of support of trump...just what does Putin have on trump?...the query I have had for years...

At long last, Watchdog has wanted answers about why Jared Kirshner is representing the USA in any dealings with other countries...as he has not gone through the proper channels for vetting...trump sends him anyway...

Reality set in yesterday....as I was filling the Beetle with gasoline...the price did floor me...$6 Bucks for a gallon of regular petrol!...SIX BUCKS!...after gazing at the $4.60 mark in Orygun...doesn't bother the poopah, as he charges it all to you and me...if he drives...ha ha...

His new blonde press secretary was on the hill...and oh my...it was a shit show...she even says she is a lawyer...but where?...not in the States...she says in China...OK, right...wooah...this ought to be a fun ride...

More info on that Dubai airplane scare...'Terror in the Sky'...turns out that YES, the co-pilot stabbed the pilot...unknown reason at this time...but, the pilot did open the cockpit door...and the passengers intervened...subdued the attacker...and two of the passengers WERE OFF DUTY PILOTS!...and THEY landed the plane...OMG!...how fortunate...imagine...FAITH!...

Whiskey Pete...is reportedly FIRING 20% of the generals and admirals...he is calling it WOKE...good lord, please...QUICK...VOTE!!!...get these pseudo leaders out of our command...

No doubt that when we all get aboard a passenger jet...we are in the hands of TRUST...some call it FAITH...that the pilots are well trained...and will safely get us to our destination...right?...imagine the agony of the jet carrying 180 said passengers to Dubai...and the plane SUDDENLY drops 17,000 feet!...that TRUST was demolished...as the co-pilot tried to sabotage the plane...attacking the pilot...not sure if the plan was to crash the plane like 9/11, or to hijack it...more info will come out...but, those aboard, still have FAITH...they live on...did the injured pilot land the plane?...must have...

Not sure about this...the remaining military of the USA is now out of Iraq... pulled out...here is that TRUST thing again...is the Iraq military able to control their country...hmmm, military or leadership?...wonder where we are putting our guys and gals...well, soldiers...do you ever wonder who is leading this?...lord, it can't be the poopah or Whiskey Pete, can it?...no FAITH in them...

The cataract surgery review...my vision is superior to what I thought it would be...I paid the extra, yes, it's true, and got the lens that makes me not only see far, but up close...it's crazy...takes time for the eye to adjust...thus far, so good...
