The band is gearing up for its two festival appearances in Budapest, Hungary and Falkenfels, Germany and at this time would like to announce that due to Nygil's unavailability and Nick's prior commitments, a fill in guitarist has been brought into the fold.

We are pleased and honored to announce that it is none other than Budapest's own Attila Vörös! Attila is most well known for his touring with Jeff Loomis and the mighty Nevermore, but has played with numerous other projects during the course of his career.

We will be arriving in Budapest the day before the festival to blow through the set with Attila and nail everything down before we take the stage on September 4th!
Rest assured that Power Theory will be firing on all cylinders. Europe better be ready!

Heavy Doom metallers EXORCISM featuring RAVEN LORD's and METAL MACHINE's CSABA ZVEKAN (vocals) as well as ex- JORN, guitarist TORE MOREN and NIC ANGILERI on bass have recruited ATMA ANUR for the drum position.

ATMA ANUR is a pretty well recorded modern drummer with over 145 releases under his belt. Best known for top guitar player’s instrumental recordings such as Tony MacAlpine, Jason Becker, Richie Kotzen with bands such as JOURNEY, HARDLINE, VICIOUS RUMORS as well as Marty Friedmann’s & Jason Becker's CACOPHONY.

The band is currently at TOTAL MASTER SOUND STUDIOS, Basel in Switzerland to record their 4th release with an undisclosed title and is scheduled to be release later this year 2016.

EXORCISM recently announced to re-release their critically acclaimed debut album “I AM GOD” on February 13. 2016 that was taken off the market due to a legal dispute.

With a brand new 2016 mix and mastering made by CSABA ZVEKAN straight from the metal factory the TOTAL MASTER SOUND STUDIOS in Switzerland. A total of 13 songs with the original 10 tracks plus 3 additional bonus tracks from the same era of recording making this a "must have” for the fans of heavy and doom. The record comes out Worldwide on DREAM RECORDS.

Suddenly Flatline es un grupo almeriense que comienza a crearse en Febrero de 2013, cuando Sergio ZT (Unsilenced, Endemned) y Vasko (Display, Endemned), dedicen empezar un proyecto que se aproximara un poco más a su estilo personal.

Durante los primeros pasos, mientras se iban componiendo los primeros temas, se realizaron varias audiciones para encontrar un segundo guitarra que pudiera formar parte de este nuevo proyecto.

Fue la disolución de “Claudia Blanca” lo que ofreció la oportunidad de proponer a su guitarra (Figue), la posibilidad de integrarse en la formación, y tras varios ensayos y sus buenos resultados, quedó consolidada su presencia dentro del grupo.

Suddenly Flatline sigue componiendo con sus tres primeros integrantes, y la fluidez con la que se desarrollaban los ensayos, hacía cada vez más evidente la necesidad de completar la formación con un bajo y un vocalista.

Una de las soluciones aparece en Abril de 2013 con la audición a Nerón, quien formaba parte de la banda “Sons of Chernobyl”.
Se tocan los temas que había hasta la fecha, y las líneas de voz improvisadas apuntaban a que algo iba a pasar, se podía ver cómo las piezas iban encajando solas, cómo el puzzle se iba cerrando sin querer y cada vez faltaba menos para terminar de completar la formación.

Durante meses siguieron las composiciones, el trabajo y los ensayos.

En Septiembre de 2013, Suddenly Flatline decide cambiar de local de ensayo, y es aquí donde aparece la última pieza del puzzle (Juanan), que se encontraba a la espera de comenzar los ensayos con su antiguo grupo “Ende Neu”.
Pasaron varias semanas y esos ensayos no llegaban.
Viendo esta situación, el compromiso y las ganas de Juanan por tocar, Suddenly Flatline decide proponerle una audición tocando el bajo (él era guitarra).
Todo vuelve a fluir muy rápido, quedando finalmente consolidado como bajista del grupo.

En Septiembre de 2013, las 5 piezas del puzzle por fín habían conectado, la máquina podía arrancar definitivamente con expectativas de empezar a funcionar sin descanso.

La continuidad, la constancia, la seriedad y la meta común hicieron que no tardara en aparecer la oportunidad de hacerse un hueco entre los grupos ya consolidados de la provincia de Almería, lo que creían que sería todo un reto debido a las pocas oportunidades que se ofrecen en la ciudad para los músicos y nuevos estilos.

Desde Octubre de 2013, Suddenly Flatline se ha dado a conocer por las diferentes salas de Almería y con la participación en el “Tejera Rock Festival II” en Águilas (Murcia); II Murder Fest (Córdoba).

En Febrero de 2014, entran a grabar su primer EP "Octava Plaga" con 5 temas en "UNTIL NOW Estudios" con la ayuda y consejo de Enrique Prieto.

Tras la salida de el primer EP, la banda comienza a buscar fechas para presentar el primer EP lo que les lleva por diversos puntos de la península llegando a encabezar varios festivales como la segunda edición del festival Murder Fest (Córdoba) y a compartir escenario y a afianzar relación con gran cantidad de grupos dentro de la escena española.

En Noviembre de 2014 la banda recibe una mala noticia: Su guitarrista, Ricardo Figue tiene que abandonar la banda debido a que por motivos laborales tiene que marcharse de Almería, por lo que la banda tiene que sustituirle por Carlos, el cual al poco tiempo abandona la banda por motivos personales.

Es entonces cuando se les presenta la oportunidad que estaban esperando: Rubén (ex-Necrosed, Proyecto Eskahata) parece interesado en formar parte de la banda y no dudan ni un segundo en hacerle una audición donde todos quedan encantados con el. Así, pasa a formar parte del grupo y no tardan mucho en tener listo un nuevo trabajo el cual comienzan a Grabar en Febrero de 2015 en los estudios de Gecko con Samuel Barranco a los mandos.

En Junio de 2015 se clasificaron para la semifinal del concurso organizado por el ayuntamiento de Almería "Rock In Lei" y tras enfrentarse a varios grupos en una batañña de bandas en directo pasan a la final del concurso donde se proclaman ganadores consiguiendo así el ansiado premio: Grabar un disco bajo el sello Clifford Record y Europa F.M

Dicho trabajo se llamará "Hannya" y verá la luz junto a "Involución" muy pronto, así que estad atentos!.

Shotgun Justice - State Of Desolation

Die neue Platte der Peiner-Jungs hat etwas vom 80er US-Metal. Für Auflockerungen sorgen hier und da eingespielte Samples und bei Song 3 sowie 5 "Nemesis Is A Global Killer!" kommt eine Sängerin zum Einsatz, diese lässt etwas Klassik in den Song einfließen.

Untermalt wird das ganze ab und an von etwas Keyboard. Jetzt kommt einem doch gerade auch Dark Rock/Metal in den Sinn. Bei "Head Full of Bullets" hört es sich auch irgendwie nach 70er Jahre Black Sabbath an. Ah, und danach wird´s orientalisch "Forsaken". Gar nicht mal so schlecht. Erinnert hier etwas an frühe Solitude Aeternus.

"Harvest the Storm" geht in eine ähnliche Richtung. Und beim letzten Song auch. Au Backe, da kommt noch eine Flöten Improvisation vor. Ei ei. Puuhh, jetzt auch noch ein "Heaven and Hell" Ende. Und die Flöte. Dies ist wahrlich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Positives Fazit:

Das Bemühen um gute Songs im Doom Metal bis US-Metal - Bereich. Die grundlegenden Ideen sind bestimmt ausbaufähig. Alles aufgelockert mit diversen Samples, Chören, Sängerinnen etc. Bei einer entsprechenden Umsetzung gäbe es da durchaus Potenzial.

Kritischer gesehen:

Der Sänger sollte an seiner cleanen Stimme weiter arbeiten. Mit etwas Übung könnte daraus etwas werden. Die raue Stimme sollte er lieber hinten anstellen. Oder er ändert den rauen Stil wirklich ins Extreme. Vielleicht kommt das besser. Und was die Produktion angeht so ist diese noch ausbaufähig.

EXORCISM confirm three shows in Belgium and the Netherlands

Heavy Doom metallers EXORCISM featuring RAVEN LORD and METAL MACHINE's CSABA ZVEKAN (vocals) as well as featuring HOLYHELL, REIGN OF TERROR’s JOE ’SHREDLORD’ STUMP(guitars) have been confirmed for three shows in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The current dates shape up as follows:

EXORCISM re-released “I AM GOD” on 13.2.2016

EXORCISM recently announced to re-release their critically acclaimed debut album “I AM GOD” on February 13. 2016 that was taken off the market due to a legal dispute.
