This audio podcast episode describes the Operation Montserrat e-Mission offered by the Challenger Learning Center. Students, working in collaborative teams, communicate with Mission Control via videoconference, and use data from a live Internet feed to track a hurricane heading toward the island. This is an example of a video podcast. Images are from unitedstreaming. They were put together in Photo Story and uploaded to blip.tv. Notice that there is an RSS feed available in the right nav column. Right-click on the orange icon or on the link, and choose Copy Link Location (Firefox). Paste that URL into iTunes (Choose Advanced from the menu, and then Subscribe to podcast). Now you can play it as well as received new content when you update in iTunes.

We are sitting here in a session with Will Richardson. I finally caught up with him, after the third try. It is well work the attempt to connect. What a great presentation. So many ideas about how to use Web 2.0 tools. One of the sites he pointed out was his list of educational bloggers.
