I have used watercolor paper instead of cardstock for my white background because I used more water on it. I initially painted a bunch of circles first, playing with the transparency feature of watercolors. You can achieve this by simply letting the first painted image dry before applying an overlapping image on it.

Hi everyone! Here is a layout using Tongue Tied kits and add on. For this layout, the watercolor is more light. I added a lot of white to make the color lighter, more on the pastel hue. After I have adhered the middle part of my design, I splattered the paint on both sides before adding the remaining scattered embellishments.
