আসসালামু আলাইকুম ওয়ারাহমাতুল্লাহ । আশা করি আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমতে ভালো আছেন সবাই । ভালো থাকাটাই সবসময়ের জন্য প্রত্যাশা । আজ একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ টিপস শেয়ার করবো আপনাদের সাথে। আপনি কখনো এরকম বিপদে পড়লে হয়তো কি করতে হবে মাথায় কাজ করবে না । কিন্তু আমি অনেক চেষ্টার পর হলেও এ কাজে সফল হয়েছি । আর সেটি হচ্ছে সফটওয়্যার ছাড়াই ডাটা রিকভার। চলুন দেখে নিউ কিভাবে সেটি সম্ভব ।

আপনারা নিজেও এটি চেষ্টা করে দেখবেন । কখনো যদি এমন হয় আপনার কম্পিউটারের হার্ডডিস্ক কাজ করছে না । বারবার রিস্টার্ট হচ্ছে, আপনি হয়তো ভাবছেন উইন্ডোজ দিলেই ঠিক হয়ে যাবে । কিন্তু না, উইন্ডোজ দিলেও নিচ্ছে না । কারণ, আপনার হার্ডডিস্কের সবগুলো ড্রাইভ করাপ্টেড অথবা ডেমেজ হয়ে গেছে । অন্য কম্পিউটারে সেকেন্ডারী হিসেবে লাগিয়ে দেখলেন হয়তো ১/২টি ড্রাইভ এক্সেস করা যাচ্ছে । বাকী কোন ড্রাইভ এক্সেস করা যাচ্ছে না । ক্লিক করলেই বলে ফরম্যাট করা ছাড়া ড্রাইভ ব্যবহার করা যাবে না । ১টি অথবা সবগুলো ড্রাইভ-ই এরকম ম্যাসেজ দেখাচ্ছে । ডাটা ক্যাবল পরিবর্তন করে ও সবকিছু পরিবর্তন করেও একই অবস্থা । ফর‌্যমাট ছাড়া উপায় নেই ।

অথচ আপনার ড্রাইভ গুলোতে অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ডাটা রয়েছে । ফর‌ম্যাট দিলে ডাটাগুলো নষ্ট হয়ে যাবে । এ পর্যায়ে আমাদের চেষ্টা করতে হবে ফরম্যাট না দিয়ে হার্ডেডিস্কের ড্রাইভগুলো থেকে ডাটাগুলো উদ্ধার করতে । এক্ষেত্রে আমরা কোন সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করবো না ।

চলুন শুরু করি কিভাবে করা যায় এটা । প্রথমে আপনার কম্পিউটার অথবা অন্য একটি কম্পিউটার-এ হার্ডডিস্কটি সেকেন্ডোরী হিসেবে লাগান । এবার কমান্ড প্রম্পট অর্থাৎ সিএমডি মুড ওপেন করুন । রান-এ গিয়ে লিখুন সিএমডি অথবা স্টার্ট মেনু থেকে এক্সেসিবিলিটি এর মধ্যে পাবেন রান । সেখান থেকে সিএমডি লিখে এন্টার দিন । কমান্ড প্রম্পট ওপেন হবে । উইন্ডোজ লোগো কী প্রেস করে আর দিলেও রান ওপেন হবে । এখানে নিচের স্টেপগুলো দেখে কাজ করুন...

১. Run-এ যান ।

২. লিখুন cmd

৩. Enter দিন

৪. cd.. লিখে এন্টার দিন

৫. cd.. লিখে আবার এন্টার দিন

৬. এবার নিচের কমান্ডটি লিখে এন্টার দিন । যে ড্রাইভে সমস্যা ওই ড্রাইভের নাম লিখুন । সব ড্রাইভেই সমস্যা হলে সি ড্রাইভ থেকে শুরু করুন ।

ব্যাস, আপনার কাজ শেষ । এভাবে আপনি সবগুলো ড্রাইভ ওপেন করতে পারবেন । সবগুলো ফাইলও এক্সেস করতে পারবেন । কোন এরর ম্যাসেজ এবং ফরম্যাট করার জন্য তাগিদ দেয়া এসব থেকে আপনি পুরোপুরিই বেচে যাবেন ।সম্পূর্ণ প্রক্রিয়াটি লাইভ দেখুন নিচের ভিডিওতে ।

কিছুদিন পূর্বে এমন একটি সমস্যায় আমি পড়েছিলাম । আইডিবি, এলিফ্যান্ট রোডসহ বিভিন্ন জায়গায় নানা বিশেষজ্ঞের সাথে কথা বলেও কারো কাছে কোন সমাধান পাইনি । অতপর আমি বিভিন্ন সফটওয়্যার এপ্লাই করলাম কোনভাবেই কাজ হলো না । সবগুলো সফটওয়্যারই ক্যান নট এক্সেস ড্রাইভ বলেই শেষ । কিন্তু আমার ডাটাগুলো এতই জরূরী উদ্ধার করাই লাগবে ।

অতপর ৫ ঘন্টার চেষ্টায় উপরের বর্ণিত প্রক্রিয়ার সফল হলাম ।

আসসালামুআলাইকুম ওয়ারাহমাতুল্লাহ । আশা করি আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমতে সবাই ভালো আছেন । ভালো থাকাটাই সবসময়ের প্রত্যাশা । অনলাইনে নতুন ও পুরনো সবারই কোন কিছু জানা ও জানানোর জন্য ভিডিও টিউটোরিয়াল এর জুড়ি নেই । ভালোভাবে কোন বিষয় আয়ত্ত্বে আনতে গেলে অনেকেই এখন ইউটিউবে ভিডিও সার্চ দিয়ে থাকেন । সেক্ষেত্রে গুগলে টেক্সট সার্চ দেয়ার প্রবণতা কমে যাচ্ছে । যাইহোক, ইন্টারনাল টিভি কার্ডের কোন প্রোগ্রাম রেকর্ড, নিজের কম্পিউটার এর প্রয়োজনীয় কোন বিষয় রেকর্ডিং করে সংরক্ষণ করে রাখা, নিজের জানা বিষয় টিউটোরিয়াল আকারে তৈরী করার জন্য ইমেজের পাশাপাশি সফটওয়ারের কোন বিকল্প নেই । চলুন সেরকম একটি সফটওয়ারের সাথে পরিচিত হই । যদিও অনেকেই অলরেডী পরিচিত থাকতেই পারেন ।

সফটওয়্যারটির বৈশিষ্ট -

১। কম্পিউটারের ভিডিও রেকর্ড করা যায়

৩। পছন্দমত ভিডিও ফরম্যাট নির্বাচন করা যায়

৪। রেকর্ডিং এর ডিউরেশন সেট করা যায়

৫। রেকর্ডিং কনভার্ট করা যায়

৬। পুরো কম্পিউটার এর স্ক্রীন জুড়ে রোকর্ডিং এর ব্যবস্থা

৭। ভিডিও এর সাথে সাখে ক্লিয়ার অডিং রেকর্ডিং

এবার চলুন দেখে নিই কিভাবে সফটওয়ারটি দিয়ে কাজ করবেন...

প্রথমে ডাউনলোড শেষে সফটওয়ারটি ইন্সটল করুন ।

এবার সফটওয়ারটি ওপেন করুন ।

ডেস্কটপে বিড়ালের পায়ের মত একটি আইকন দেখা যাবে ওইটা দিয়েও ওপেন করতে পারবেন ।

কোন ডায়লগ বক্স আসলে বন্ধ করে দিন ।

উপরের ছয়টি অপশন থেকে স্ক্রীন রেকর্ডিং অপশন নির্বাচন করুন ।

স্ক্রীন রেকর্ডিং অপশন থেকে সিলেক্ট এরিয়া বাটনে ক্লিক করুন ।

আপনার স্ক্রীনে যোগ চিহ্নের মত একটি চিহ্ন দেখাবে । ওই চিহ্নটি যেখানে ক্লিক করবেন সেটা হবে স্ক্রীনের শুরু এবং দ্বিতীয়বার যেখানে ক্লিক করবেন সেটা হবে স্ক্রীনের শেষ । আয়তক্ষেত্রের মত চারপাশে একটি বার দেখা যাবে ।

স্ত্রীনের শুরু থেকে শেষ অর্থাৎ প্রথম বিন্দু থেকে দ্বিতীয় বিন্দু পর্যন্ত আপনার রেকর্ডিং এরয়িা নির্ধারিত হলো । আপনি এ এরিয়ার মধ্যে যত কাজ করবেন সবই রেকর্ডিং হয়ে যাবে ।

এখন স্টার্ট-এ ক্লিক করুন আর যথারীতি নির্ধারিত কাজ শুরু করুন । আর কাজ শেষে স্টপ-এ ক্লিক করলেই আপনার রেকর্ডিং শেষ হয়ে যাবে । সাথে সাথে ভিডিও ফাইলের ফরমেট এবং সাইজসহ নিচের ফাইল লিস্টে দেখতে পাবেন । এখান থেকে চাইলে প্লেও করতে পারবেন । আর ভিডিও রেকর্ড হওয়ার নির্ধারিত জায়গা ইউজার ফাইলে অর্থাৎ আমরা যাকে মাই ডকুমেন্ট হিসেবে চিনি সেখানে গিয়ে ভিডিও ফোল্ডারে রেকর্ড হওয়া ভিডিও দেখতে পাবেন ।

আর ডিফল্ট ফরমেট হিসেবে ভিডিও ফাইল ডব্লিউএমভি ফরমেটে সেভ হবে ।

আমি অনলাইনে আয় বিষয়ক একটি পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট প্রেজেন্টেশনকে এ সফটওয়ার দিয়ে ভিডিও ফাইল বানিয়ে সেটি ইউটিউবে আপলোড করেছি... দেখে আসতে পারেন...

আসসালামুআলাইকুম । সবাই কেমন আছেন? আশা করি আল্লাহর রহমতে ভালোই আছেন । ভালো থাকাটাই সবসময়ের প্রত্যাশা । ইতিপূর্বে কম্পিউটার ট্রাবলশুটিং বিষয়ে কয়েকটি টিপস নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছি। আজ তারই ধারাবাহিকতায় কম্পিউটার হাডর্ওয়্যার ট্রাবলশ্যুটিং ও মেইনটেনেন্স বিষয়ে সমস্যা ও সমাধান নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো ।

চলুন যথারীতি শুরু করি ।

গত পর্বে কম্পিউটার হাডর্ওয়্যার ট্রাবলশ্যুটিং ও মেইনটেনেন্স বিষয়ে ৩৩টি প্রশ্ন ও এর সমাধান নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছি । এবার সেটি অব্যাহত রাখার প্রচেষ্টায় আজকের এই পর্ব।..

সমস্যা নং ৩৪ : কম্পিউটার অন করলে চালু হতে অনেক সময় লাগে । বন্ধ করতে গেলেও হাবিজাবি আপডেট হতে থাকে । অনেক সময় পরে গিয়ে অফ হয় অর্থাৎ সাট ডাউন হয় ।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটারে অপ্রয়োজনীয় ফাইলের সংখ্যা অনেক বেশীহয়ে গেছে । অপ্রয়োজনীয় ফাইলগুলো মুছে ফেলুন, কন্ট্রোল প্যানেল এ গিয়ে উইন্ডোজ আপডেট ওপেন করে অটোমেটিক আপডেট অফ করে দিন ।

সমস্যা নং ৩৫ : কম্পিউটার-এ অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ইনস্টল করার মাঝখানে ফ্যাটাল এরর আসে । পুনরায় ফরম্যাট দিয়ে দিলেও একই অবস্থা ।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটারে অপারেটিং সিস্টেম এর সিডি পরিবর্তন করে নিন । সিডির ফাইল সব রিড করতে না পারলে এবং যথাযথ কপি না হলে বারবার ফ্যাটাল এরর আসবে । আর অবশ্যই নিশ্চিত হবেন আপনার সিডি / ডিভিডি ড্রাইভটি ভালো কাজ করে ।

সমস্যা নং ৩৬ : অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ইনস্টল করার মাঝখানে নীল স্ক্রীনে এরর মেসেজ আসে । সেটআপ ঠিকমত হয় না ।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটারে র‌্যাম এ কোন সমস্যা থাকতে পারে । র‌্যাম এর বাস স্পীড অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ হলে এমন হয়ে থাকে । আপনি র‌্যাম পরিবর্তন করে দেখুন । আশা করি কাজ হবে ।

সমস্যা নং ৩৭ : কম্পিউটার অন করলে ডেস্কটপ আসার আগে আবার রিস্টার্ট হয়ে যায় । রিস্টার্ট হওয়ার পর কিছুক্ষণ সময় পর আবার একই অবস্থা । ফাইনালি ডেস্কটপ আসে না ।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটারের উইন্ডোজের ফাইল মিসিং হয়েছে । এক্ষেত্রে নতুন করে উইন্ডোজ ইনস্টল দিতে হবে। তবে যদি উইন্ডোজ সেভেন হয়, তবে সেটআপ না দিয়ে শুধু রিপেয়ার চেষ্টা করে দেখুন । রিপেয়ারে কাজ না হলে তখন নতুনভাবে উইন্ডোজ দিতে হবে । আর আপনার অপারেটিং সিস্টেম যদি উইন্ডোজ এক্সপি হয় তবে যদি সি ড্রাইভ ক্রাশ না করে তবে রিপেয়ার দিতে পারেন, আর ক্রাশ অর্থাৎ সি ড্রাইভ এর সিস্টেম ফাইল সম্পূর্ণভাবে ডিলিট হলে তাহলে নতুনভাবে উইন্ডোজ দিতে হবে ।

সমস্যা নং ৩৮ : কম্পিউটারের পাওয়ার অন করলে বারবার বীপ দিতে থাকে । ফার্মওয়ার এর লেখাগুলো এসে আর কিছু আসে না, হ্যাং হয়ে থাকে ।

সমাধান-  আপনার কম্পিউটারের ক্যাসিং এর ঢাকনা খুলে র‌্যাম এর স্লট পরিবর্তন করুন । তাতেও একই অবস্থা হলে র‌্যাম পরিবর্তন করে দেখুন । পাশাপাশি বায়োস এর ব্যাটারী খুলে দুপ্রান্ত সর্ট করে রিসেট করে দিন ।

সমস্যা নং ৩৯: কম্পিউটারের ডেস্কটপ রেডি হতে অনেক সময় লাগে । ডেস্কটপ আসার পর মাউজ এর আইকন বিজি দেখায় । অনেকক্ষণ পর স্বাভাবিক হয় ।

সমাধান-  আপনার কম্পিউটারের স্টার্টআপ প্রোগ্রামগুলো অফ করে রাখুন । স্টার্টআপে অনেকগুলি প্রোগ্রাম জমা হয়ে থাকে, একের পর এক লোড হতে থাকে । যেকারণে ডেস্কটপ রেডি হতে প্রচুর সময় নেয় ।

সমস্যা নং ৪০ : কম্পিউটারে পেন ড্রাইভ কোনটা লাগালে পায় আবার কোনটা লাগালে নিউ হার্ডওয়ার ফাউন্ড আসে।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটারে ইউএসবি ড্রাইভ এর ফাইল মিসিং হয়েছে, ফলে কোন কোন পেন ড্রাইভ শো করে আবার কোনটা করেনা । আপনার ড্রাইভার ফাইল আপডেট দিন আর তাতে কাজ না হলে উইন্ডোজ রিপেয়ার দিন ।   এরপর দেখবেন সব পেন ড্রাইভই পাচ্ছে ।

সমস্যা নং ৪১: মজিলা ফায়ারফক্স ওপেন করলে কোন ওয়েব সাইটে গেলে আনট্রাস্টেড কানেকশন দেখায়, এড এক্সেপশন দিয়ে কনফার্ম সিকিউরিটি দিলে তারপর সাইট আসে ।

সমাধানঃ আপনার কম্পিউটারের দিন ও তারিখ সঠিক নেই তাই এমনটি হচ্ছে । দিন তারিখ পরিবর্তন করে দিন । উপরোক্ত অপশনটি আর আসবেনা ।

সমস্যা নং ৪২: ল্যাপটপ অন করলে ঘনঘন বীপ দিতে থাকে । আন্তাজে কোন কী প্রেস করলে তারপর বীপ দেয়া বন্ধ হয় ।

সমাধা নঃ আপনার ল্যাপটপটির কীবোর্ড সর্ট হয়ে আছে । কীবোর্ড পরিবর্তন করুন । সাধারণত ডেল ইন্সপায়রন ল্যাপটপ-এ এরকম সমস্যা বেশী হতে দেখা দেয় । কীবোর্ডের কোন কী প্রেস করলে বীপ দেয়া বন্ধ হয় । এটা দ্রুত পরিবর্তন করুন নয়তো আপনার ল্যাপটপের হার্ডডিস্কও নষ্ট হয়ে যাবে খুব শীঘ্রই ।

সমস্যা নং ৪৩ : কম্পিউটারে এমএস ওয়ার্ড এর ফন্ট উল্টাপাল্টা আসে । রিমুভ করে আবার ইন্সটল দেয়ার পরও একই অবস্থা ।

সমাধানঃ আপনার কম্পিউটারে বিজয় এর ভার্সন পরিবর্তন করে দিন । সুটন্নি এমজে এর ট্রু টাইপ ইন্সটল করুন, তাতে কাজ না হলে দেখুন এমএসওয়ার্ডের টুলবক্সের কোন আইকনে ক্লিক পড়ে আছে । সেটিতে আবার ক্লিক করলে বর্ণিত সমস্যা দূর হওয়ার কথা ।

সমস্যা নং ৪৪ : কম্পিউটার হতে নেটওয়ার্কে সংযুক্ত প্রিন্টারে প্রিন্ট দিলে প্রিন্ট যায় না । এরর মেসেজ আসে ।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটারের সাথে সংযুক্ত প্রিন্টার এর নেটওয়ার্ক বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে গেছে । নেটওয়ার্ক চেক করে দেখুন । নেটওয়ার্ক ঠিক থাকলে নির্দিষ্ট প্রিন্টারে প্রিন্ট দিলে প্রিন্ট হবে ।

সমস্যা নং ৪৫ :  কম্পিউটার প্রচন্ড শ্লো কাজ করে । একটি কমান্ডে ক্লিক করলে অনেক সময় নিয়ে এক্সিকিউট হয়।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটার অনেক স্লো হওয়ার িপিছনে একটা কারণ থাকতে পারে সেটি হচ্ছে অপ্রয়োজনীয় প্রোগ্রাম অনেক, আরেকটি হতে পারে স্লো কনফিগারেশন হওয়া সত্তে্‌বও আপডেট উইন্ডোজ দিয়েছেন, আরেকটি হতে পারে পাওয়ারফুল এন্টিভাইরাস দিয়ে পিসির বারোটা বাজিয়ে রেখেছেন । ফলে ভালো করতে গিয়ে খারাপ হয়ে গেছে । পিসির কনফিগারেশন দুর্বল হলে নরমাল উইন্ডোজ দিন, ভালো একটি ফ্রী এন্টিভাইরাস দিন । আশা করি কাজ চালিয়ে নেয়া যাবে ।

সমস্যা নং ৪৬ :  কম্পিউটার -এ পেন ড্রাইভ লাগালে সব ফাইল শর্টকাট দেখায় । আসল ফাইল খুজে পাওয়া যায়না।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটারে ভাইরাস ছড়িয়ে গেছে । যেকারণে পেন ড্রাইভ লাগালেই এমন অবস্থা হয় । আপাতত ফোল্ডার অপশনে গিয়ে ভিউতে গিয়ে শো হিডেন ফাইল দিয়ে মূল ফাইল দেখতে পোরবেন । আর আইরিসেট নামক সফটওয়ার দিয়ে হিডেন ফাইল ঠিক করা যাবে । সি ড্রাইভ ফরমেট করে নতুন করে উইন্ডোজ সেটআপ দিলে এ সমস্যা আর থাকবে না । কাজ করার পূর্বে ফাইল নিরাপদে দূরে কোথাও রাখবেন । আর অবশ্যই মেক সিউর করবেন সকল ড্রাইভ থেকে ভাইরাস দূর হয়ে গেছে । তারপর ব্যাকআপ কপি করে কাজ করবেন ।

সমস্যা নং ৪৭ : কম্পিউটারে ডেস্কটপ আসার পর কিছুক্ষণ পর আবার কম্পিউটার অফ হয়ে যায় । সব ডিভাইসের সংযোগ ঠিক থাকা সত্ত্বেও এমন হচ্ছে ।

সমাধান- আপনার কম্পিউটারের প্রসেসর ওভার হীট হচ্ছে । যে কারণে কম্পিউটার অন হয়ে কিছুক্ষণ পরই বন্ধ হয়ে যাচ্ছে । বায়োসে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে প্রোগ্রাম করা আছে ওভারহীট হলেই কম্পিউটার সাট ডাউন হয়ে যাবে । এক্ষেত্রে প্রসেসরের উপর হীটসিঙ্কের নীচে কম্পাউন্ডার পেস্ট দিন । অতপর দেখুন কম্পিউটার আর বন্ধ হচ্ছে না । বাজারে প্রসেসর হীটসিঙ্ক পেস্ট বললেই হবে ২০ টাকা থেকে ৩০ টাকা নিবে প্রতি প্যাকেট ।

মাউস ধরা ছাড়াই মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড এ বাংলা এবং ইংরেজি একসাথে টাইপ করুন :

আমরা অনেকে ডকুমেন্ট কিংবা আর্টিকেল লেখার জন্য ইংরেজি অথবা বাংলা আলাদা আলাদা ফন্ট সিলেক্ট করে কাজ করে থাকি । বারবার ফন্ট পাল্টানো বিরক্তিকর । কিন্তু বাংলা এবং ইংরেজি একসাথে টাইপ করতে পারলে বারবার মাউস ধরতে হয়না, কাজ ও করা যায় দ্রুত গতিতে । আসুন চেষ্টা করে দেখি এটা কিভাবে করা যায় ।

প্রথমে এম এস ওয়ার্ড ওপেন করুন

তারপর Tools অপশন এ গিয়ে customize এ ক্লিক করুন ।

customize ডায়লগ বক্স আসবে এখানে keyboard অপশন এ ক্লিক করুন ।

তারপর customize keyboard ডায়লগ বক্স আসবে । এখানে specify a command অপশন এ categories লিস্ট এ Fonts সিলেক্ট করুন এবং Fonts লিস্ট থেকে আপনার পছন্দের ফন্ট সিলেক্ট করুন । ধরুন আমরা SutonnyMJ সিলেক্ট করব সেক্ষেত্রে ফন্ট টি সিলেক্ট করুন । তারপর Press new shortcut key অপশন এ Alt +Z দিন এবং নিচে Assign এ ক্লিক করুন । একইভাবে ইংরেজির জন্য Times New Roman সিলেক্ট করে Alt + X দিন । Assign এ ক্লিক করুন, বেস হয়ে গেল আপনার শর্টকাট ।

এখন আর বারবার মাউস ধরে বাংলা কিংবা ইংরেজি ফন্ট সিলেক্ট করতে হবেনা । কিবোর্ড দিয়ে Alt +Z এবং Alt + X প্রেস করে দেখুন একবার বাংলা ফন্ট একবার ইংরেজি ফন্ট পরিবর্তন হচ্চ্ছে ।
খেয়াল রাখবেন বাংলা লেখার আগে কিবোর্ড দিয়ে Alt +Z প্রেস করে আবার Alt + Clrl + B প্রেস করতে হবে, তাহলে বিজয় সক্রিয় হবে এবং আপনি বাংলা টাইপ করতে পারবেন । টাস্ক বার এ বিজয় এর আইকন দেখে বুঝতে পারবেন ।

একইভাবে ইংরেজি টাইপ এর ক্ষেত্রে কিবোর্ড দিয়ে Alt + X প্রেস করে আবার Alt + Clrl + B প্রেস করতে হবে তাহলে বিজয় নিস্ক্রিয় হবে এবং আপনি ইংরেজি টাইপ করতে পারবেন । টাস্ক বার এ বিজয় এর আইকন দেখে বুঝতে পারবেন ।
