Minha mãe adora essa torta e com razão, porque ela é deliciosa. Não sei se a receita vem de algum lugar, ela tem no caderno dela desde que eu era criança (ou até antes, hehe).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
100g de margarina na temperatura ambiente&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 copo de leite&lt;br /&gt;
2 bananas prata cortada ao comprido&lt;br /&gt;
2 maçãs cortadas em rodelas (gosto da fuji)&lt;br /&gt;
canela a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ligue o forno médio para aquecer enquanto faz a receita.&lt;br /&gt;
Misture o açúcar, a farinha, o fermento e a margarina com as mãos até formar uma farofa. Coloque em um tabuleiro untado (médio para pequeno) com manteiga e farinha um pouco da mistura, até cobrir todo o fundo do tabuleiro. Depois adicione uma parte das bananas e maçãs e mais uma camada de massa. Vá intercalando até que as frutas acabem e a massa fique por cima (depende do tamanho do tabuleiro, mas normalmente são 2 camadas de frutas).&lt;br /&gt;
Bata os ovos com o leite e a canela, eu uso um garfo mesmo ou fuê, depois coloque por cima do tabuleiro montado e leve ao forno até ficar dourado por cima.&lt;br /&gt;

Pensando bem, acho que vou fazer essa receita no carnaval, em uma festa que vai rolar entre amigos! Eu amo rosbife, minha avó sempre fazia, mas com molho de cebola e petit pois! Me lembra almoçar na casa dela. :)&lt;br /&gt;
Meu único problema com rosbife é não conseguir cortar a carne fininha. :(&lt;br /&gt;
E o macarrão está sempre aqui, né? É a preguiça do fim de semana, gente...&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500g de filé mignon limpo e inteiro&lt;br /&gt;
molho inglês (eu uso umas 4 colheres de sopa porque adoro)&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de mostarda&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de páprica picante ou doce&lt;br /&gt;
alho picado ou amassado&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras de macarrão cru&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 a 1 caixa de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 de xícara de champignon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misture o molho inglês, a mostarda, a páprica, o alho e o sal e coloque a carne para temperar (eu gosto de usar saco de congelamento para isso). Dê um nó no saco ou um pote ou bacia, o importante é fechar bem, para a carne não ressecar. Deixe na geladeira pelo menos umas 2 horas para o tempero pegar bem, mas pode ser de um dia para o outro também, sempre na geladeira. Eu gosto de usar esses temperos, mas você pode usar os da sua preferência ou só sal grosso mesmo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhe o macarrão e ligue o forno médio para aquecer. Coloque a farinha em um prato ou bacia, pegue a carne temperada e passe nessa farinha, para empanar. Leve a carne para um tabuleiro de teflon ou de alumínio untado e depois ao forno. Em cerca de 15 a 20 minutos já fica pronto, é bem rápido, para saber o ponto é necessário cortar a carne. Enquanto isso faça o molho do macarrão: refogue a cebola no azeite ou manteiga, quando estiver douradinha adicione o creme de leite e champignon, quando ferver misture o macarrão e pronto!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para servir o rosbife tire a camada de farinha com a faca mesmo, ela sai fácil. A farinha só serve para manter o suco dentro da carne, ela fica macia e molhada.&lt;br /&gt;

Essa é uma daquelas receitas com o que tem na geladeira, sabe?&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhei uma massa que tinha na despensa e coloquei os ovos para cozinhar junto. Os dois cozinham ao mesmo tempo e eu adoro ovos com macarrão, minha mãe sempre fez. :)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes do molho:&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
1 cenoura cortada em rodelas&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres de sopa de requeijão&lt;br /&gt;
1 pedaço pequeno de gorgonzola (pode fazer sem também, mas eu tinha na geladeira...)&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos cozidos para servir&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a cebola no azeite ou manteiga até ficar dourada, adicione a cenoura, sal e deixe refogar um pouco. Eu adoro cenoura al dente, mas deixe ela fritando até o ponto que você preferir. Coloque o requeijão e a gorgonzola até derreter e adicione o macarrão e mexa. Sirva com o ovo cozido por cima. :)&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Bata os ovos e junte o leite, a farinha de trigo, o alho, cebola e sal e por último o fermento. Misture bem com um garfo ou fuê. Numa frigideira antiaderente pequena, aqueça o azeite e espalhe metade da massa com uma espátula de silicone. Distribua o recheio e espalhe a outra metade da massa. Frite, em fogo médio, por 8 a 10 minutos, virando na metade do tempo, quando estiver bem moreninho. Eu gosto de cobrir a frigideira com uma tampa de panela, para acelerar o cozimento da massa. Retire do forno quando os dois lados estiverem moreninhos e sirva ainda quente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Misture tudo até ficar homogêneo e faça as bolinhas com as mãos. Frite em um pouco de azeite, para poder selar toda a carne. Passe no papel toalha para poder tirar o excesso de gordura.&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a cebola e o alho, adicione as almôndegas e o tomate pelado (ou molho de tomate) e deixe em fogo baixo para médio fervendo por cerca de 15 minutos. Adicione o manjericão fresco no final.&lt;br /&gt;

Vou começar falando que acho que nunca mais faço o &lt;a href="http://receitaju.blogspot.com/2011/10/strogonoff-de-carne.html"&gt;strogonoff normal&lt;/a&gt; depois desse. A carne fica tão macia e gostosa que é inacreditável, é um caminho sem volta!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes Strogonoff:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
300g de filé mignon cortado em quadrados (não corte muito pequeno, deixe uns 2 dedos de largura)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres de sopa cheias de páprica doce&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 de xícara de conhaque&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
azeite ou manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lata de tomate pelado (ou molho de tomate de boa qualidade)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lata de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar o filé mignon com molho inglês e um pouco de sal. Coloque a carne em um recipiente médio a grande e vá jogando a mistura da farinha e páprica, como se tivesse empanando mesmo. Se sobrar a mistura, pode guardar geladeira em um pote fechado para usar com outra carne. É importante só guardar o que não teve contato com a carne, ok? Deixe toda a carne envolvida na mistura, isso é muito importante, porque é o que deixa a carne macia e terna.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a cebola até ficar bem douradinha, coloque o conhaque e deixe reduzir, então adicione a carne e vá fritando, mexendo um pouco (não coloque farinha que tenha sobrado, o que está empanando a carne já é suficiente). Quando ela estiver toda fritinha, não tiver mais farinha branca na panela (ah, sempre uso de teflon!), coloque o tomate pelado e mexa. Deixe ferver no fogo baixo uns 5 minutos, mexendo aos poucos e adicione o creme de leite. Eu coloquei champignon, porque adoro em strogonoff, mas não é obrigatório. Quando ferver, desligue e sirva quente. Eu fiz batatas e arroz branco para acompanhar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A batata eu assei como ensinei &lt;a href="http://receitaju.blogspot.com/2012/01/legumes-no-forno-e-batata-assada.html"&gt;aqui&amp;nbsp;&lt;/a&gt;, abri e coloquei um pouco de manteiga temperada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Manteiga temperada:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de manteiga na temperatura ambiente&lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho assados ou amassados (assa o dente sem a parte dura no forno)&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de chá de alecrim seco ou fresco&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Só misturar. :)&lt;br /&gt;

A receita básica do risoto é sempre a mesma, o que muda são os ingredientes que você adiciona para dar um sabor característico.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de arroz arbóreo&lt;br /&gt;
3 xícaras de caldo de legumes fervido (de preferência caseiro)&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de tomates sweet grape (pode ser cereja também)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de queijo parmesão&lt;br /&gt;
5 fatias de peito de chester picadas&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a cebola no azeite ou manteiga, coloque o arroz arbóreo,&amp;nbsp;depois adicione o vinho e deixe reduzir (evaporar boa parte dele).&amp;nbsp;Comece a&amp;nbsp;adicionar algumas conchas do caldo e mexa.&amp;nbsp;Vá adicionando o caldo até o arroz ficar al dente, vá mexendo e provando para ver o ponto certo, não deixe o arroz ficar mole demais, somente macio. Quando estiver quase pronto adicione os tomates. Quando o arroz chegar no ponto certo, adicione o peito de chester e o parmesão, mexa e sirva quente, com um pouco do parmesão por cima. Pode adicionar manjericão fresco também, combina. :)&lt;br /&gt;

Eu comi em um restaurante perto do trabalho e decidi reproduzir em casa.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2 filés de frango cortados em cubos (um filé por pessoa é a conta que eu costumo fazer)&lt;br /&gt;
1 abobrinha pequena a média cortada em "meia lua"&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de molho teriaki (os importados são os mais gostosos, usei o Sakura, mas não compraria de novo, não gostei muito da consistência e gosto dele, salgado demais...)&lt;br /&gt;
amendoim sem pele e sem sal (a quantidade vai do gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deixe o frango temperando com 1/3 da xícara do teriaki pelo menos meia hora. Refogue a cebola picada, adicione o frango temperado e deixe até fritar bem, mexendo as vezes. Acrescente a abobrinha, mexa um pouco e coloque o resto do molho teriaki e deixe ferver. Se o molho for mais espesso, adicione um pouco de água para não queimar. Prove o frango: quando ele estiver completamente cozido, o prato está pronto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva com arroz de jasmim ou branco e amendoim por cima. O amendoim dá uma textura maravilhosa para o prato. :)&lt;br /&gt;

Nesse dia eu estava com um blue cheese que comprei numa super promoção e resolvi aproveitar parte dele para fazer esse risoto com abobrinha.&lt;br /&gt;
Ele pode ser substituído por gorgonzola também ou outro queijo da sua preferência (não é lindo isso?).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de arroz arbóreo&lt;br /&gt;
3 xícaras de caldo de legumes fervido*&lt;br /&gt;
1 abobrinha cortada em meia lua&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de manteiga ou 2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de queijo parmesão&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de blue cheese ou outro queijo&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Caldo de legumes: de preferência caseiro. Nesse caso eu cortei a abobrinha e joguei na água fervente com sal e deixei cozinhar e usei esse caldo, já com o sabor da abobrinha.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a cebola no azeite ou manteiga, coloque o arroz arbóreo,&amp;nbsp;depois adicione o vinho e deixe reduzir (evaporar boa parte dele).&amp;nbsp;Comece a&amp;nbsp;adicionar algumas conchas do caldo e mexa. Vá adicionando o caldo com a abobrinha até o arroz ficar al dente, vá mexendo e provando para ver o ponto certo, não deixe o arroz ficar mole demais, somente macio. Quando estiver pronto adicione o queijo e o parmesão, pode colocar uma colher de manteiga também, mexa e já sirva quente.&lt;br /&gt;

Essa é uma forma super prática de aproveitar os legumes que estão na geladeira. Além disso, é uma comidinha bem light e acompanha bem qualquer proteína.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As batatas eu fiz também porque o marido ama!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Legumes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
cebola&lt;br /&gt;
alho&lt;br /&gt;
pimentão vermelho e/ou amarelo&lt;br /&gt;
berinjela&lt;br /&gt;
abobrinha&lt;br /&gt;
champignon ou cogumelos da preferência&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Usar um tabuleiro de teflon ou tabuleiro normal untado com azeite. Colocar todos os legumes cortados e jogar azeite, sal e temperos por cima, misturar um pouco e levar ao forno médio pré aquecido até os legumes ficarem cozidos. Eu coloquei um pouco de mozzarella no fim para dar uma gratinada, ficou delicioso.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Temperos que combinam:&lt;br /&gt;
tomilho&lt;br /&gt;
manjericão (de preferência o fresco)&lt;br /&gt;
pimenta moída&lt;br /&gt;
alecrim (um pouco, porque costuma ser forte, vai do gosto de cada um)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Batata assada:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Gosto de usar batatas médias, furo com o garfo a batata e coloco em um prato no microondas por cerca de 5 a 6 minutos. Tiro com cuidado e levo ao forno, envolvida em papel alumínio, só para dar o gostinho &amp;nbsp;de forno (eu adoro o queimadinho que fica na casca!). Cerca de 10 a 15 minutos no forno médio já são suficientes.&lt;br /&gt;
Sirvo com azeite ou manteiga e alecrim, se for um acompanhamento, mas você pode usar o que quiser: requeijão, queijos variados, strogonoff, etc.&lt;br /&gt;

Refogue a cebola com azeite ou manteiga, depois coloque o creme de leite, sal a gosto, um pouco de pimenta e o queijo de cabra picado e mexa no fogo baixo até derreter.&lt;br /&gt;
Bem simples e gostoso! Eu deixo ele em um ponto mais mole, sem ser para enrolar, porque é para servir no copinho. Dissolva o amido de milho na água em um copo ou tigela separada, misturando bem com um garfo. Junte o amido dissolvido à panela e leve ao fogo médio, misturando de vez em quando, até que comece a ferver e engrosse ligeiramente. Vá amassando as amoras com garfo enquanto mexe. Deixe esfriar antes de colocar por cima do brigadeiro nos copinhos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Uma receita básica, cada um tem seu jeito de fazer!&lt;br /&gt;
Essa é a minha.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500g de filé mignon picado e temperado;&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola picada;&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de tomate pelado;&lt;br /&gt;
1 caixa de creme de leite;&lt;br /&gt;
champignon;&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 copo de leite;&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de farinha de trigo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Refogo a cebola com azeite ou margarina, depois coloco a carne e refogo até secar toda a água e ela dar uma fritadinha e ficar bem dourada. Quando está dourada, coloco a lata de tomate pelado, e deixo ferver. Depois coloco o creme de leite, misturo e deixo ferver um pouco. Eu esquento o leite no microondas em uma caneca e misturo a farinha com um garfo, para diluir e coloco na panela, mexo, adiciono o champignon e pronto. A farinha faz engrossar um pouco mais, para dar o ponto que eu gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para servir? O básico arroz branco e batata palha. :)&lt;br /&gt;

Meu pé de manjericão teve uma praga e tive que jogar fora, infelizmente. Agora meu pai me presenteou com um novo pé de manjericão e inaugurei ontem no almoço fazendo esse macarrão bem simples, mas delicioso!&lt;br /&gt;

1/2 pacote de macarrão (usei um espaguete achatado da Barilla, não lembro o nome!).&lt;/div&gt;

Como eu disse, é bem simples de fazer: refoguei a cebola no azeite, quando ficou dourada, adicionei a linguiça até ficar bem fritinha e depois coloquei o tomate picado, sal e no fim o tomate pelado, deixei ferver e misturei o macarrão cozido. O último passo é colocar o manjericão, para ele não murchar. :)&lt;/div&gt;

Corte as berinjelas e o pimentão em quatro pedaços, ao comprido. Coloque em um tabuleiro/pirex com a casca para baixo, polvilhe um pouco de sal e azeite e leve ao forno médio pré-aquecido até que estejam macios. Enquanto isso, cozinhe o macarrão. Tire o pimentão do forno e corte em pedaços do tamanho que preferir e tire a berinjela da casca com uma colher. Misture em um pote o pimentão picado, a polpa da berinjela, azeite, manjericão, pimenta e mais sal, se necessário. Mexa bem, até que os temperos se espalhem e misture ao macarrão cozido quente, nem precisa levar ao fogo.&lt;br /&gt;

O grão você faz da mesma forma, seguindo as instruções do fabricante. Eu tenho colocado menos água, mais ou menos 1 para 1. Pode colocar caldo de legumes também, eu usei um caldo de abobrinha feito em casa.&lt;br /&gt;
Usei tudo cru dessa vez, mais fácil é impossível! Só o pimentão vermelho que eu fiz uma gambiarra para grelhar: usei uma grade de churrasqueira que eu tenho, coloquei por cima do fogo de uma boca do fogão em fogo baixo, coloquei o pimentão na grade e fui virando conforme a necessidade. Depois piquei o pimentão.&lt;br /&gt;

A verdade é que nessa receita você só corta as coisas e mistura. Vai provando e adicionando mais ingredientes ao seu gosto. Colocar o leite em uma panela grande no fogo médio com o pau de canela e os cravos (eu coloco meia dúzia, mais ou menos, nessa caso usei em pó). Bata os ovos com um garfo em um recipiente separado, adicione o açúcar, mexa e coloque por cima do leite, mexa levemente, só para misturar um pouco, não precisa ficar homogêneo. Tome conta até ferver e deixe o fogo baixo. Demora umas 3h para ficar pronto, não precisa mexer mais, só ficar de olho. Quando ele ficar com esse tom de doce de leite e com uma calda bonita, com cor de caramelo, está na hora de desligar. Deixe esfriar e passe para uma compoteira ou o recipiente de sua preferência. Cuidado na hora de passar, o doce fica com pedaços grandes e é bom não desmanchá-los, eles são a graça desse doce (eu fazia isso com uma colher quando era criança e sempre brigavam comigo, hahaha).&lt;br /&gt;

Pré aqueci o forno em temperatura média, forrei um pirex com papel alumínio, coloquei o salmão, um pouco de sal, suco de limão e a água em temperatura ambiente. Levei ao forno por 15 minutos, com o papel alumínio embrulhando o salmão. &amp;nbsp;Ele deve estar cozido no final desse tempo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a cebola para refogar com o óleo e manteiga. Adicione o arroz, um pouco de sal e mexa, refogando o arroz. Retire o salmão do forno e transfira a água do salmão para a panela do arroz, adicione os temperos e deixe cozinhar. Não esqueça de deixar o salmão tampado com o papel alumínio, para não esfriar. Quando o arroz estiver pronto, destrinche o salmão com o garfo, deixando pedaços irregulares, não precisa ser muito fino ou pequeno. Misture o salmão ao arroz e sirva com os ovos cozidos e coentro picado.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
abóbora cortada em pedaços médios (eu uso qualquer tipo)&lt;br /&gt;
creme de leite ou molho branco&lt;br /&gt;
bacon (a receita original leva, mas eu não costumo usar)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pegue os pedaços de abóbora e cozinhe com um pouco de água (uns 2 dedos da panela, é só para não queimar a abóbora) e sal. Quando der para amassá-la com o garfo é porque está no ponto certo. Desligue e escorra, se ainda tiver água. Amasse a abóbora e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue o bacon e a cebola, coloque a abóbora e refogue um pouco. Adicione o creme de leite ou o molho branco e deixe ferver. Então é só servir por cima do macarrão cozido, eu gosto de comer com o penne. :)&lt;br /&gt;
