Just 2 days ago I asked several questions on my blog relating to the above topic. Does infidelity matter to Americans? Are Americans concerned that their political candidates and or current legislative representatives lack integrity? Essentially, if you cheat on your life partner/spouse why would I believe you wouldn't cheat American taxpayers?

Although Ex-Governor Schwarzenegger is no longer representing his California constituents, it appears that his infidelity may have been occurring during the time he was in public office. However, as a pundit in these area and advocate for the truth, I don't want to cast aspersions without knowing all the available facts. I have not done any real due diligence in this regard, so I will keep my thoughts to myself in this regard. With that said, marital fidelity seems to be are rare and invaluable commodity in our society.

My question to you is this: As we as a nation continue to demand the increase of the separation of church & state, are we unwittingly destroying the moral fiber of this great nation in hopes that our nation will never be governed by a tyrannical religious sect?

Is the majority of Americans using the separation of Church & State argument as a guise to insure that sin and unethical behavior become the norm in society, thereby preventing individuals from having to address the sin in their own lives? (IE-What I do behind closed doors is my business.)

I personally & professionally believe that it is the latter. Our culture continues to embrace relativistic philosophies and very few people want others to hold them accountable to a higher life standard. (IE-Accountability partners, spouses, friends, family, Pastors or other confidants) I've seen nothing in my 40 years of existence that would make me believe that Americans are more concerned about a real threat to their civil rights & civil liberties. However, I have seen a mountain of evidence that would imply that Americans will fight tooth & nail to prevent anyone from "telling them how to run their household".

Nonetheless, I am unsure if the author did any research into the facts of Ex-Governor Schwarzenegger's extra marital affair but I am sure most everyone will find the scandal entertaining.

Does Infidelity Matter to Americans?

How concerned are you about the marital fidelity of political candidate for public office? From Clarence Thomas to Bill Clinton, there are numerous cases from the past decade that would lead many to believe that Americans are no longer concerned about the integrity of a political candidate.

Here is a relevant article on the subject. Let me know what you think. Do you believe that someone's personal and or private activity should be used to determine a political candidate's ability to perform their duties in the public's best interest? Maybe you believe that a candidate's personal and or private activities should not diminish their ability to perform admirably in an position where public trust is crucial?

Man receives Oral Sex; Order to Pay Child Support?!

I'm a bit late on providing my take on this legal issue. Nonetheless, there are moral issues that can never be quantified in timeliness.

Based on the article it appears that the plaintiff in the civil suit against his ex-girlfriend had repeatedly expressed his desire not to have children until after they were married. The plaintiff had no problem with protected sexual intercourse nor did he have issue with oral sex, until he was ordered to pay child support.

My first thought was that the plaintiff had a misplaced religious conviction that was the basis for his desire to not have children until after marriage. However, protected sex and oral sex is still consider sex and the sexual union between a man and a woman had already been established. However, my second and probably more accurate thought was that the plaintiff really had no desire to have a child with this woman and or didn't want the financial burden that is associated with raising a child.

Nonetheless, you can't have your cake and eat it too. There are always consequences for your actions. In our society today, sex is just another form of personal entertainment therefore we fail to realize the emotional and physical bond that we establish with each sex partner. Sexual intercourse is a bond that God meant to strengthen a marriage between a man & a women and for the obvious purposes of pro creation. I often told an ex-acquaintance that "You can't play with the Devil and expect not to get forked"! Meaning, if you are living in sin and in this case having premarital sex, you cannot expect that there will be no ramifications.

However, what is more intriguing is the continued assault on men's rights. In California as in most states across America, men have little to no input on the life of their children. In this case a man had no desire to have a child yet his semen was artificially inseminated and a child was conceived without his knowledge. While I am sure the judge that ordered the child support weighed all of the credible evidence before making his or her determination, it is cases such as this that make the fight for men's rights a greater uphill battle. Nonetheless, despite the means the ex-girlfriend used to become pregnant, every child should have the financial support of both biological parents and or surrogate parents.

I will continue to watch this case to see how it unfolds and determine what impact if any it will have on the rest of the country.

This blog was created to serve its readers and to provide a knowledge base that could be easily access at anytime under most any circumstances.

I've been a licensed Private Investigator since 2002, yet my observation skills have been intact much, much longer. I've always been an astute surveyor (not to be confused with geological/land surveyor), carefully identifying and absorbing everything in my immediate surroundings. Often times I notice things that people have gone great lengths to hide. As a Christian adult acquiring spiritual knowledge in my personal walk with Christ, I eventually learned what my Spiritual Gifts were. It was probably my 1st epiphany when it was revealed to me that my strongest spiritual gift was discernment. It all started for me in junior high school back at West Covina Christian School. Some of my friends would come to me, explain their dilemma and ask for advice. It is ever so clear that my discernment abilities are directly attributed to my skills as an Investigator and Leader to those within my circle of influence.

Therefore, I am hoping to use my God given gifts and the experiences I have obtained through the years by providing realistic solutions for others. Some of those experiences will be the topics of discussion and purpose of this blog. I have no desire to focus the majority of my personal and professional experiences with you, but I do want to share my experiences in relation to the primary subject matter of this blog, Sex, Lies & Video.

Sex, Lies and Video are trends in most societies that I don't believe will cease to be top trends in my lifetime. It is unfortunate that these 3 words create a subconscious adrenaline reaction in most American and possibly in most of humans on this planet. It is also unfortunate that it will be these 3 words (In this order) that will lead to the destruction of both private person's and public figure families.

At the end of the day, the common denominator will be the sin/addiction, deceit/cover-up and the exposure/evidence. Together, we will delve into the psychology of behind this 3 actions, expose the truth and providing tangible solutions to over come these areas on bondage.

I look forward to discussing these topics with you. I know people will disagree with me yet I truly look forward to the challenging dialogue. My blogs and comments will be based on my spiritual experiences and basic Biblical hermeneutics. Therefore, like the "Always prepared Private Investigator", I will have evidence and references to refer others.
