प्राचीन इतिहास(ancient history) पुरापाषाण (Paleolithic Age), मध्यपाषाण (Mesolithic Age) और नवपाषाण (Neolithic Age)

भारतीय विद्वान् अनुमानतः कहते हैं कि लगभग 5 लाख वर्ष ई.पू. के आसपास यह देश मानव का निवास स्थान बना. चूँकि इस युग के लोग अपनी सभी आवश्यकताओं को केवल पाषाण (पत्थर) के उपकरणों की सहायता से ही पूरा करते थे इसलिए इस युग को पाषाण युग कहते हैं. अब तक जितने भी प्रमाण प्राप्त हुए हैं, उनके आधार पर 5 लाख ई.पू. से 2500 ई. तक के काल को भारतीय मानव की प्रगति का प्रागैतिहासिक युग माना जाता है. इस पाषाण काल को विद्वानों ने निम्न तीन भागों में (भारतीय मानव द्वारा प्रयोग किये गए पाषाण उपकरणों और जीवन पद्धति में समय-समय पर आये परिवर्तनों के आधार पर) विभाजित किया है –

आज हम आपको पुरापाषाण (Paleolithic Age), मध्यपाषाण (Mesolithic Age) और नवपाषाण (Neolithic Age) काल के पुरातत्त्वविदों ने पाषाण युग को इन तीन भागों में बाँटा है.

पुरापाषाण (PALEOLITHIC AGE)

आरम्भ में माना जाता था कि पृथ्वी ईश्वर द्वारा बनाई गई है. परन्तु, वैज्ञानिकों ने इस धारणा को बदला. पहले मानव बन्दर की तरह झुककर हाथ और पैर दोनों से चलता था. बाद में वह सीधे खड़े होकर आज शाहरुख खान जैसे चलने लगा. दोनों हाथों के free हो जाने से वह इनसे अनेक काम करने लगा. बाद में तो मस्तिष्क से सोचने का काम करने लगा और आज विज्ञान हमारे सामने है.

पुरापाषाण युग के तथ्य ( PALEOLITHIC AGE FACTS)

1. जिस समय आरंभिक मानव पत्थर का प्रयोग करता था, उस समय को पुरातत्त्वविदों ने पुरापाषाण काल नाम दिया है.

2. यह शब्द प्राचीन और पाषाण (पत्थर) से बना है.

3. यह वह कल था जब मनुष्य ने पत्थरों का प्रयोग सबसे अधिक किया.

4. पुरातत्त्वविदों के अनुसार, पुरापाषाण काल की अवधि बीस लाख साल पूर्व से बारह हजार साल पहले तक है.

5. इस युग को तीन भागों में बाँटा गया है – आरंभिक, मध्य और उत्तर पुरापाषाण युग.

6. माना जाता है कि मनुष्य इस युग में सबसे अधिक दिनों तक रहा है.

7. इस युग में मनुष्य खेती नहीं करता था बल्कि पत्थरों का प्रयोग कर शिकार करता था.

8. इस युग में लोग गुफाओं में रहते थे.

9. इस युग में सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण काम जो मानव ने सीखा, वह था आग को जलाना. आग का उपयोग विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए होने लगा.

10. दक्षिण भारत में कुरनूल की गुफाओं में इस युग की राख के अवशेष प्राप्त हुए हैं.

11. पुरातत्त्वविदों ने पुणे-नासिक क्षेत्र, कर्नाटक के हुँस्गी-क्षेत्र, आंध्र प्रदेश के कुरनूल-क्षेत्र में इस युग के स्थलों की खोज की है. इन क्षेत्रों में कई नदियाँ हैं, जैसे – ताप्ती, गोदावरी, कृष्णा भीमा, वर्धा आदि. इन स्थानों में चूनापत्थर से बने अनेक पुरापाषाण औजार (weapons) मिले हैं.

12. नदियों के कारण इन स्थलों के जलवायु में नमी रहती है. यहाँ गैंडा और जंगली बैल के अनेक कंकाल मिले हैं. इससे अनुमान लगाया गया है कि इन क्षेत्रों में इस युग में आज की तुलना में अधिक वर्षा होती होगी. ऐसा अनुमान इस आधार पर लगाया है कि गैंडा और जंगली बैल नमीवाले स्थानों में रहना पसंद करते हैं.

13. अनुमान लगाया जाता है कि इस युग का अंत होते-होते जलवायु में परिवर्तन होने लगा. धीरे-धीरे इन क्षेत्रों के तापमान में वृद्धि हुई.

14. इस युग का मनुष्य चित्रकारी करता था जिसका प्रमाण उन गुफाओं से मिलता है जहाँ वह रहता था.

मध्यपाषाण युग (MESOLITHIC AGE)

पुरापाषाण काल लगभग एक लाख वर्ष तक रहा. उसके बाद मध्यपाषाण या मेसोलिथिक युग (Mesolithic Age) आया. बदले हुए युग में कई परिवर्तन हुए. जीवनशैली में बदलाव आया. तापमान में भी वृद्धि हुई. साथ-साथ पशु और वनस्पति में भी बदलाव आये. इस युग को मध्यपाषण युग (Mesolithic Age) इसलिए कहा जाता है क्योंकि यह युग पुरापाषाण युग और नवपाषाण युग के बीच का काल है. भारत में इस युग का आरम्भ 8000 ई.पू. से माना जाता है. यह काल लगभग 4000 ई.पू. के आस-पास उच्च पुरापाषाण युग का अंत हो गया और जलवायु उष्ण और शुष्क हो गया. परिणामस्वरूप बहुत सारे मौसमी जलस्रोत सूख गए होंगे और बहुत सारे जीव-जन्तु दक्षिण अथवा पूर्व की ओर प्रवास कर गए होंगे, जहाँ कम से कम मौसमी वर्षा के कारण लाभकारी और उपयुक्त घनी वनस्पति बनी रह सकती थी. जलवायु में परिवर्तनों के साथ-साथ वनस्पति व जीव-जन्तुओं में भी परिवर्तन हुए और मानव के लिए नए क्षेत्रों की ओर आगे बढ़ना संभव हुआ.

मध्यपाषाण युग के तथ्य(MESOLITHIC AGE FACTS)

1. तापमान में बदलाव आया. गर्मी बढ़ी. गर्मी बढ़ने के कारण जौ, गेहूँ, धान जैसी फसलें उगने लगीं.

2. इस समय के लोग भी गुफाओं में रहते थे.

3. पुरातत्त्वविदों को कई स्थलों से मेसोलिथिक युग के अवशेष मिले हैं.

4. पश्चिम, मध्य भारत और मैसूर (कर्नाटक) में इस युग की कई गुफाएँ मिलीं हैं.

5. मध्यपाषाण युग में लोग मुख्य रूप से पशुपालक थे. मनुष्यों ने इन पशुओं को चारा खिलाकर पालतू बनाया. इस प्रकार मध्यपाषाण काल में मनुष्य पशुपालक बना.

6. इस युग में मनुष्य खेती के साथ-साथ मछली पकड़ना, शहद जमा करना, शिकार करना आदि कार्य करता था.

नवपाषाण काल (NEOLITHIC AGE)

मध्यपाषाण काल के बाद नवपाषाण युग में मनुष्य के जीवन में बहुत अधिक परिवर्तन आया. इस युग में वह भोजन का उत्पादक हो गया अर्थात् उसे कृषि पद्धति का अच्छा ज्ञान हो गया. यह पाषाणयुग की तीसरी और अंतिम कड़ी है. भारत में 4,000 ई.पू. से यह यह शुरू हुआ और संभवतः 2500 ई.पू. तक चलता रहा. इस युग में मनुष्य का मस्तिष्क अधिक विकसित हो चुका था. उसने अपने बौद्धिक विकास, अनुभव, परम्परा और स्मृति का लाभ उठाकर अपने पूर्व काल के औजारों व हथियारों को काफी सुधार लिया. दक्षिण भारत और पूर्व भारत में अनेक स्थलों पर इस संस्कृति के साक्ष्य प्राप्त हुए हैं. दक्षिण भारत में गोदावरी नदी के दक्षिण में ये साक्ष्य मिले हैं. इस युग में भारतीय मानव ने ग्रेनाइट की पहाड़ियों अथवा नदी तट के समीप बस्तियाँ स्थापित की थीं. पूर्वी भारत में गंगा, सोन, गंडक और घाघरा नदियों के डेल्टाओं में मानव रहता था.

नवपाषाण युग के तथ्य (NEOLITHIC AGE FACTS)

1. उसे पता लग गया कि बीज से वनस्पति बनता है. वह बीज बोने लगा.

2. बीज बोने के साथ-साथ उसने सिंचाई करना भी सीखा.

3. वह अनाज के पकने पर उसकी कटाई कर उसका भंडारण करना सीख गया.

4. नवपाषाण काल (Neolithic Age) में मनुष्य कृषक और पशुपालक दोनों था.

5. कई स्थलों पर इस युग के अनाज के दानें मिलें हैं. इन दानों से पता लगता है कि उस समय कई फसलें उगाई जाती थीं.

6. उत्तर -पश्चिम में मेहरगढ़ (पाकिस्तान में), गुफकराल और बुर्जहोम (कश्मीर में), कोल्डिहवा और महागढ़ा (उत्तर प्रदेश में), चिरांद (बिहार में), हल्लूर और पैय्य्मपल्ली (आंध्र प्रदेश में) गेहूँ, जौ, चावल, ज्वार-बाजरा, दलहन, काला चना और हरा चना जैसी फसलें उगाने के प्रमाण मिले हैं.

7. इस युग में मनुष्य कृषिकार्य के कारण एक स्थान पर स्थाई रूप से रहना शुरू कर दिया. कहीं-कहीं झोपड़ियों और घरों के अवशेष मिले हैं.

8. बुर्जहोम में गड्ढे को घर बनाकर रहने के साक्ष्य मिले हैं. ऐसे घर को गर्तवास का नाम दिया गया.

9. मेहरगढ़ में कई घरों के अवशेष मिले हैं, जो चौकोर और आयतकार हैं.

10. नवपाषाण युग में कृषक और पशुपालक एक साथ एक स्थान पर छोटी-छोटी बस्तियाँ बनाकर रहने लगे.

11. परिवारों के समूह ने जनजाति को जन्म दिया. जन्मजाति के सदस्यों को आयु, बुद्धिमत्ता और शारीरिक बल के आधार पर कार्य दिया जाता था.

12. ज्येष्ठ और बलशाली पुरुष को जनजाति का सरदार बनाया जाता था.

13. नवपाषाण काल (Neolithic Age) में जनजातियों की अपनी संस्कृति और परम्पराएँ होती थीं. भाषा, संगीत, चित्रकारी (Language, music, painting etc.) आदि से इनकी संस्कृति का ज्ञान होता है.

14. इस काल में लोग जल, सूर्य, आकाश, पृथ्वी, गाय और सर्प की पूजा (worship) विशेष रूप से करते थे.

15. इस काल में बने मिट्टी के बरतन कई स्थलों से प्राप्त हुए हैं. इन बरतनों पर रंग लगाकर और चित्र बनाकर उन्हें आकर्षक बनाने का प्रयास करते थे.

EDWARD II

Q.1. Edward The Second as a tragedy.

Or, Edward II’s destiny is implied in his character ? Discuss.

Or, Edward II illustrates the irony of Kingship.

Ans. Edward II is a historical play in purest form, without the admixture of confused elements. Here, as elsewhere, Marlow ran counter to the Elizabethan tradition, risking the success of his tragedy. It is the story of a feudal monarch who attempts to govern as an absolute King and fails. By relation with Gaveston and Spenser the extravagance to which those favourite lead him, by his indifference and incapacity, he creates dissatisfaction and revolt in the nobles.He makes a blunder in bullying a prelate. This sets the church against him. The struggle into which he is thus drawn and with his defeats, he losses his arms and is finally put to death. Secondry plot is developed in the course of that conflict(war) spurned by her husband. Queen Isabella Mortimer the leader of the feudal lords, to whom she give her support and also her love.

Holinshed supplied Marlowe only with a few estimate of the few characters considered from a moral rather than psychological standpoint. It was the dramatist’s task to create the latter’s personality, to endow him with character from which all his actions would proceed logically.He has done this far better than in any other drama. Thus this gives Edward II a rank far above all earlier chronical Plays. Astonishing as this may seem in the light of his other dramas, Marlowe has achieved a still greater success in the characterization than in the construction of the tragedy. Yet the task was more important and more difficult, apart from the facts, Holinshed supplied only with a few. The king he has portrayed is an unintelligent man who allows himself to be swayed by his emotions, in whom the least incident is liable to cause a sudden alternation of mood. Now he falls a pray to violent and ineffectual fits of anger, now he displays an extraordinary need of affection. On hearing that the lords consent to recall his exiled favourite, he is filled with a naïve joy and favourite optimism. Like a child, he lays his head on the lap of the Abbot who shelters him in his flight.

He is also a sodomite whose whole life is subordinated to the exclusive passion.He feels first for Gaveston, then for Spenser, and which will be the cause of his downfall. Consequently, he harbours no love at all for his wife. Indeed, his behaviour towards her is hateful.He takes an interest in her only in so far as she can help his passion. Just as he rebukes her for being too intimate with Mortimers, so he urges her to use her influence with the latter on his behalf. He threatens to banish her if she does not succeed in keeping Gaveston at court. When she secures the recall of the favourite, he takes her hand as if to ratify their nuptials, which will not fervent him from being as unfaithful as in the past.

This man is also a king imbued with the greatness and dignity conferred upon him by his crown, a premature champion of the theory of divine right. What gradeur in the rath he takes the revenge himself upon the revolted noble man :

By earth, the common mother of us all,
By heaven, and all the moving orbs there of,
By this right hand, and by my father's sword,
And all the Honours' longing to my crown,
I will have heads, and lives for him, as many
As I have manors, castles, towns and towers!

What stress he gives to the words, “Kings”, “England’s king”, often emphasized by their position at the end of the line ! Yet if he enjoys all the privileges his title gains him, he does not acknowledge the least duty Claiming to act as he chooses, he unscrupulously and unreservedly puts into practical the doctrine of the king’s good pleasure. He values his pre-eminent position chiefly for the benefit, his passion derives from it. Wealth, honour, power appeal to him only because he can bestow them upon Gaveston. He looks upon his kingdom as personal property which he can share with his friend. At other times, his wavering mind contemplates a spontaneous abdication that would enable him to devote himself enitrely to his minion; he is ready to assent to the disruption of the kingdom.

So I may have some nook or comer left,
To frolike with my dearest Gaveston.

The affairs of government bore him. He refuses to examine the political problems that arise, under-estimates the seriousness of his disputes with the king of France and shows himself ungrateful to his most faithful servants.

This despot is entirely devoid of realism and even of intelligence. The full length portrait of him painted by Marlowe curiously resembles his sketch of Cosroe in "Tamburlaine". The king of England is neither cowardly nor ridiculous, like the king of Persia, but he displays the same stupidity and the same illusions about the scope of his power. He forgets that a sovereign cannot be free in his private life, that the church and the nobility, towards whom he is violent and insolent, are forces with which he has to reckon, In medieval England his desire to rule as an autocrat would have been fulfilled only if it had been furthered by an exceptional statesmanshhip. But Edward cannot even prevent Gaveston from being arrested in his presence. He goes his own way without ever concerning himself about the consequences of his actions, and in speeches full of dramatic irony he delights in visualizing the future over which he has no command. His destiny is implied in his character, the fall of such a sovereign was a foregone conclusion.

Thus does Edward II appear in the first part of the play. As usual, Marlowe refrains from passing a moral judgement on him; here, on the contrary, far from disapproving of his unnatural passion, he clothes it with whatever is noblest and purest in friendship. All the same, Edward is too deficient in moral conscience and above all, in intelligence for his career to be followed with sympathy.

And yet, although he paints him with such unflattering colours, Marlowe succeeds in making the king likable at the end of the play. In a way, this is a dramatic defect like one to be observed in Shakespeare’s tragedy, where Julius Caesar, belittled and almost ridiculous during his life-time, takes on a gigantic and impressive aspect after his death. Even though it brings about a sudden change of perspective in the course of action, such an lateration is none the less a featal of still which the characterization of Marlowe’s previous dramas did not foreshadow. By what means has it been carried out? In the first place by the talk of the other characters as soon as Edward’s defeat has been consummated. Kent reproaches himself with having betrayed his brother and most opportunity recalls the Queen’s hypocrisy and adultery. The Abbot of Heath bewails the fate of the royal fugitive. His tyrany, selfishness, frivolity and even stupidity are henceforth deliberately toned down; his favourites are dead. Losing his power, he is thereby diverted to everything that made him weak. At the same time, the dramatist takes care to stress the eminent majesty of the king’s person even more than before and, to develop that idea, he draws on all the resources of his language and verse. Like Lear wandering on the blasted heath, Edward is now every inch a king. Hence we are all the more moved by the ill-treatment he must bear and we instinctively take his side against his tomentors.

We now come to the two greatest scenes in the drama, the abdication and the murder, both admirable especially the first. It is almost entirely a long soliloquy spoken by the king. Some of his opponents urge him to hand over the crown to them, but they seem so anxious to carry it away that they are sparing of their words. Edward, on the contrary, discloses at length the various thoughts and emotions that fill his mind and heart. More than at any other time he speaks like a poet, as will speak Shakespeare’s Richard II, who owes much to him. His faults and foibles are now a thing of the past. We watch with compassion the pangs of the sovereign compelled to give up something more precious than his life, now he has lost his favourites. As. Shakespeare’s Charmian said

The soul and body-rive not more in parting

The greatness going off.

To bring home to his listeners the full value of his sacrifice, he first recalls the greatness of his rank which in adversity as well as in prosperity sets him above other men

The griefs of private men are soon allay'd

But not of kings. The forest Deer being struck
Runs to an herb that closeth up the wounds,
But when the imperialion's flesh is gor'd,
He rends and tears it with his wrathful paw,
(And) highly scorning, that the lowly earth
Should drink his blood, mounts up to the air :
And so it fares with me.

Now that misfortune has opened his eyes, he Casts a clear glance upon his importance. Conviced as he is that Mortimer wants to succeed him on the throne, he finds it all the more difficult to comply and abdicate. Then, like Faustus at the hour of his death, alone in front of destiny, he feels an unescapable doom weighing upon him. He wants to ward it off, to delay it at least, to postpone his decision by a few hours. The King's reaction in front of his fall is almost indentical with the scholar's in front of death.

But stay a while, let me be king till night

... fair England's King

Realizing the futility of such wishes, he is seized with a brief fit of anger which is equally vain. When someone points out to him that if he delays too long, his son may be deprived of his right to the throne, he at last brings himself to abdicate, but-and this is the last tremer of the dying lion-he refuses to take off the crown upon his head himself yet he must drain the cup to the dregs. He finally complies and seeks comfort in the thought of the here-after. It is unfortunate, that this grand and moving scene should end on a discordant note, the incident of the handkerchief soaked with his tears and dried by his sighs is a grievous offence against taste which causes this fine soliloquy to sink into the most ridiculous and ill-timed preciosity.

किसान का महत्त्व

भारत संरचनात्मक दृष्टि से गांवों का देश है, और सभी ग्रामीण समुदायों में अधिक मात्रा में कृषि कार्य किया जाता है इसी लिए भारत को भारत कृषि प्रधान देश की संज्ञा भी मिली हुई है। लगभग 70% भारतीय लोग किसान हैं। वे भारत देश के रीढ़ की हड्डी के समान है। आजकल, कई राज्यों में बैलों की मदद से खेती करने कि संख्या लगभग खत्म हो गई हैं और ट्रैक्टर की मदद् से खेती कि जाती है। उनकी पत्नीय़ॉ और बच्चों उनके काम में उनकी मदद करते है।

कृषि ने मानव सभ्यता के विकास में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। औद्योगिक क्रांति से पूर्व, मानव आबादी का अधिकांश हिस्सा कृषि में ही कार्यरत था। कृषि तकनीकों के विकास के कारण कृषि उत्पादकता में लगातार वृद्धि हुई है।

भारतीय किसानों की हालत में सुधार किया जाना चाहिए। उन्हे खेती की आधुनिक विधि सिखाया जाना चाहिए। उन्हे साक्षर बनाया जाना चाहिए। उनको पढा लिखा बनाना चाहिए। वह हर संभव तरीके में सरकार द्वारा सहायता प्रदान की जानी चाहिए। छोटे किसानों ने भी कुछ कुटीर उद्योग शुरू करने का निर्णय ले लिया। फसल चक्र प्रणाली और अनुबंध फसल प्रणाली कुछ राज्यों में शुरू कर दिया गया। इस तरह के कदम किसानो को सही दिशा में ले जाते और लंबे समय तक किसानी करने में मदद करते। भारत का कल्याण किसानो पर ही निर्भर करता है।

सफलता का सूत्र

1-जीवन में सफलता का आनंद तभी आता है जब कोई सफलता कठिनाई से प्राप्त की जाती है।

2-जीवन में पहली सफलता के बाद रूकें नहीं, क्योंकि यदि आप दूसरे प्रयास में असफल हो गए, तो लोग यही कहेंगे कि आपकी पहली सफलता भाग्य की वजह से मिली।

3-सपने तभी सच होते है जब हम सपने देखना शुरू करते है। सपना वो नहीं है जो आप नींद में देखे, सपने वो है जो आपको नींद ही नहीं आने दे।

4-यदि लगता है की आप अकेले है तो सबसे पहले आकाश की तरफ देखे, पूरा ब्रह्माण्ड आपका साथ देने के लिए तैयार है सिर्फ आपको मेहनत करने की जरूरत पड़ती है।

5-सपने हमारे तभी तभी सच हो सकते है जब सपनो को पूरा करने के लिए अपनी नीद तक का त्याग कर दें।

6-जब आपके हस्ताक्षर ऑटोग्राफ में बदल जाए तो समझिये की आप सफलता के रास्ते पर चल पड़े है।

7-किसी भी कार्य को पूर्ण करने के लिए इसे अपना लक्ष्य बनाना होगा और लक्ष्य तभी पूर्ण होते है जबके उसके प्रति आप समर्पित होते है।

8-इंतजार करने वालों को सिर्फ उतना ही मिलता है, जितना कोशिश करने वाले छोड़ देते हैं।

9-यदि हम अपने विचारो से स्वतंत्र नही है तो हमारा कोई भी मान नही करेगा।

10-जिंदगी में नकरात्मक भावो का कोई स्थान नही होता है इसलिए नकरात्मक विचारो को कभी भी मत हावी होने दें।

सफलता पाने का उपाय

– 1 सुबह पर अपना कब्ज़ा कर ले:-

जब साधारण / असफल लोग सोते रहते है उस वक़्त सफल लोग रोज़ अपने नये-नये इरादों के साथ आगे बढते चले जाते है। जब आप सुबह जल्दी उठते वक़्त alarm को आलस या नींद के वजह से बंद करते हो और खुद को काम न करने के बहाने देने लगते हो तब आपके लिए सफल होना बहुत ही मुश्किल है।सुबह के समय जल्दी उठकर पुरी सुबह को ही अपने कब्जे में कर ले, ताकि आप अच्छे से अच्छा काम कर सको। स्वस्थ नाश्ता करना हो या exercise करना हो, important किताब / न्यूज़ पढ़ना हो या फिर आपके सबसे ज्यादा priority के काम ख़त्म करना हो, सुबह सुबह यह काम बहुत जल्दी और आसानी से हो जाते है।

Fresh दिमाग और उत्साह से किये हुए काम का result भी कई गुना अच्छा आता है। जब दुनिया में बाकी लोग पलंग पर आराम कर रहे होते है तभी आपको अपने ये सारे काम कर लेने चाहिये। और सुबह को अपने कब्जे में कर लेना चाहिये।

-2 – अपना हर दिन एक उद्देश के साथ शुरू करे:

अपने दिन की शुरुवात एक स्पष्ट उद्देश के साथ शुरू करने से आप आसानी से अपने लक्ष्य को हासिल कर सकते हो। जैसा की हमने पहले भी कहा है की सफल इंसान “सिर्फ इसलिये” / ”ऐसेही “/ “Timepass के लिए” कोई भी काम नही करते।
सफल इंसान अपना हर एक काम किसी न किसी उद्देश के साथ ही करता है। कोई भी काम आप क्यों कर रहे हो? इस बात को जानना, आपमें आपके लक्ष्य को पाने की अपार उर्जा निर्माण करता है। Clear उद्देश्य होने के कारण आप अपना काम ठीक से plan कर सकते है और आपका time बेकार चीज़े करने में बर्बाद नहीं होगा।

3 – प्रतिउत्तर (दुसरे सलाह ले) से कुछ सीखे:

बहुत से लोग इस बात से नफरत करते है की वे जो कुछ भी कर रहे है उसके प्रतिउत्तर में लोग उन्हें गलत बोले और कुछ नया करने की सलाह दे। दुसरे के सलाह को स्वीकार करना कोई आसान काम नही है, लेकिन यदि आप ये निर्णय ले लेते होते की आप उनके सलाह को सुनोंगे और अपने कार्य में सुधार की कोशिश करोंगे, तो आपका प्रदर्शन और भी ज्यादा अच्छा होने लगेंगा।
हम यहाँ ये नही कह रे है की सभी के सलाह को सुने और उन्ही के अनुसार आगे बढ़ते रहे। बल्कि हमारा मतलब है की, आप अपने जीवन में कुछ अच्छे और सफल इंसानों का चुनाव करे। जिनके बारे में आप सब कुछ जानते हो, या जो आपको दिल से चाहते हो या जिनको आपने रूचि है। और उन्ही के सलाह को सुनकर, उनके द्वारा बताये गये उपायों पर चलने की कोशिश करे। ऐसा करने से ही आपमें आंतरिक और शारीरिक बदलाव होंगा, और आपके प्रदर्शन में भी सुधार आयेंगा।
यदि आपको कोई मुश्किल होंगी के कैसे लोगो से उनके सलाह लिए जाये और कैसे उन्हें अपने जीवन में अपनाया जाये, तो आपके लिए ये लेख बहोत ही मददगार साबित हो सकता है।

4 – असफलता को स्वीकार करे:

असफलता निश्चित ही मुश्किल होती है, लेकिन हर कोई जिंदगी में असफल नही बनना चाहता। कई बार सफल इंसान भी सफलता के रास्ते में असफल होते है। लेकिन वे भावनाओ में बहकर वही रुक नही जाते। बल्कि वे तो असफलता से सीखते है। असफलता उन्हें सिखाती है की उन्हें अपने प्रदर्शन में क्या बदलाव करने चाहिये, कहा सुधार करना चाहिये, और असफलता से ही सीखकर वे दोबारा उस गलती को नही दोहराते जो उन्होंने पहले की थी।
सफल होने के लिए असफल होना बहुत ही जरुरी है। कुछ लोग असफल होने के डर से नयी चीज़े करने से कतराते है। ऐसा करने से आप कभी असफल नहीं होंगे न ही आपसे कभी कोई गलती होगी पर ऐसा करने से आप कुछ नया नहीं सिख पाओगे।
ऐसा जीवन जीना व्यर्थ है जिसमे आपने कुछ सीखा नहीं या फिर कुछ नया किया नहीं। इसिलए अपने असफल कामो से शर्मिंदा होने से अच्छा उनपर गर्व महसूस कीजिये। उनके वजह से आप एक दिन सफल होंगे।

5 – थोडा सा ज्यादा करने की कोशिश करे:

जब कभी भी आप जिम में काम कर रहे होते हो, तो 10 के जगह 11 रेप्स (Reps) मारने की कोशिश कीजिये। ऑफिस में 15 फोन करने की बजाये 16 कीजिये। आप कुछ ऐसा कर रहे हो जो आपको जरा भी पसंद ना हो तो उसे एक और बार करने की कोशिश कीजिये, इससे आपकी मानसिक विचारधारा बदलेंगी।
जिसमे आप जानते हो की आपको वह काम करना पसंद नही लेकिन बार-बार करते रहने से उसमे आपकी रूचि निर्माण होते चली जाती है।
सफलता के रास्ते पर कई मुकाम ऐसे आएंगे जब आपको काम करने के लिए कोई उत्साह नहीं होगा। जो काम पहले आपको बहुत अच्छा लगता था वह करने में आपको इतना मजा नहीं आएगा। ऐसे हालत में आपका मनोबल बढ़ने के लिए और खुदको प्रोत्साहित रखने के लिए आपको यह आदत डालनी होगी। कुछ भी करते वक़्त खुद की तरफ से कुछ एक्स्ट्रा करने की कोशिश करे। सफल लोगो की यह आदत आपको future में बहुत आगे ले जाएगी।
थोडा सा ज्यादा करने की कोशिश करे। जो एक साधारण इंसान कभी नही करता।

6 – अपने रवैये का चुनाव करे:

किसी भी दिन घर से बाहर पहला कदम रखने से पहले आपके लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यही होती है की अपने दिन का सामना करने के लिए आप किस रवैये को अपनाते है। नकारात्मक रवैया आपके दिन को बुरा, बहुत बुरा बना सकता है। लेकिन एक सकारात्मक रवैया आपके जीवन में अच्छे और महान विचारो की वर्षा कर सकता है।
इसीलिए हमेशा घर से बाहर निकलने से पहले अपने रवैये को निश्चित कर ले, क्योकि जितना अच्छा रवैया आप अपनओंगे, उतना ही अच्छा आपका दिन होंगा। सकारात्मक रवैया ही Secret of success है।

7 – मुश्किल कामो को करने की कोशिश करे:

जहा दुनिया में लोग सबसे सरल, तेज़ और आसान रास्ता अपनाकर सफल बनना चाहते है वही आपको मुश्किल से मुश्किल रास्तो को अपनाकर सफल बनने की कोशिश करनी चाहिये।
मुश्किलों से दूर भागकर आप अपनी सफलता को खुद से और भी दुर भेजते चले जाते हो। सफलता के रास्ते में आने वाली मुश्किलों का सामना आपको कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर करना चाहिये। आँख से आँख मिलाकर आने वाली मुश्किलों का सामना करना चाहिये। और हमेशा यही सोचना चाहिये की आप कोई भी मुश्किल से मुश्किल काम कर सकते हो।

8 – अपने लक्ष्य को रोज़ पुर्नस्थापित करे:

बहोत से कम सफल लोग यही सोचते है की अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए जिंदगी ही उन्हें कभी आकर्षित करेंगी। ऐसे इंसान वे क्या करना चाहते है की बजाये क्या कर रहे है इस बात पर ज्यादा ध्यान देते है। यदि आप अपने लक्ष्य को रोज़ पुर्नस्थापित करते हो तो आपके लिये सबसे अच्छी बात यही होंगी की आप आसानी से उसे प्राप्त कर सकते हो।
जब आप अपनी जरुरत के अनुसार काम करते हो, तभी आप अपने आप को सशक्त बना सकते हो।

9 – कोई आपको भयभीत नही कर सकता:

कभी दूसरो से अपनेआप को भयभीत महसुस ना होने दे। कोई भी महान काम करने के लिये आपको किसी से भी इजाज़त लेने की जरुरत नही है। सिर्फ इसलिए की वे बुद्धिमान है, उन्हें अपने सिर पर ना बिठाये।
आप में भी बहुत अनुभव है और आप में उनसे भी महान सफलता हासिल कर सकते है। दूसरो को अपने से ज्यादा बुद्धिमानी मानना मतलब अपने विश्वास और हिम्मत को कम करना है। ऐसा करने से आपकी काबिलियत में भी कमी आएँगी क्योकि उस समय ऐसा सोचने लागोंगे की आप उनकी तरह अच्छे या महान नही है।
हमेशा याद रखे, हर किसी को बदला जा सकता है और हर किसी को हराया जा सकता है। बल्कि आपको भी।
कहते है सबसे बड़ा रोग क्या कहेंगे लोग, कोई भी काम करते वक़्त आपके प्रतियोगी आपके बारे में क्या बुरा कह रहे है उसपे focus करने के आलावा खुद के काम पर ध्यान दे। प्रतियोगिता की इज्ज़त करना सीखे और कभी भी न डरे।

10 – हमेशा धैर्य रखे:

अच्छी बाते या चीजे उन्ही के रास्तो में आती है जो सब्र करते है, और सफल व्यक्ति इस बात को अच्छी तरह जानते है। एक ही रात में सफलता बहुत ही कम लोगो को प्राप्त होती है और एक समाधानी सफलता वर्षो के कठिन परीश्रम के बाद प्राप्त होती है। इसीलिए हमेशा धैर्य रखे, हमेशा आगे बढ़ने में ही ध्यान केन्द्रित करे और अपनी आँखे मिलने वाले पुरस्कार पर रखे।
जब कभी भी सफल बनने की बात आती है, तब आपमें मिलो तक आगे चलने की इच्छा जागृत होती है। ये आसान नही है, लेकिन जब भी आप अपने लक्ष्य तक पहोच जाते हो, तब आप अपने आप को सफल मानने लगते हो। बस यही सफलता है।
