Facebook Stock a flop

Months ago I wrote a post about how Facebook isn't fun anymore. I still don't think it is. Yahoo used to state we have over so many email addresses much like now Facebook has over 900 million users. Hmm I think they have that many registered but how many people are just over Facebook.

I graduated in 1970 from high school and the big news is our home room was torn down. I would have thought it should have been condemned years ago. The odors from a potato chip manufacturer down a few miles away are now missed by some. As memories from a Five and Dime.

I have stopped using Facebook because it is boring. You can click on the link above or below and read that if you so desire. I don't care about growing imaginary fruit and then I guess imagining your eating them. maybe some from my class are doing drugs again.

Do you use Facebook to check out the new vehicles or where to go for a short summer vacation? They should maybe just sign up for Google ads and rack up the dough that way.

I thought about buying the stock but thought it is a fad. I suggest waiting for it to drop like a rock in a month then maybe buy 100 shares as it swings back up then sell it.

Flying Dog at a Motel 6

Then points a gun at someone that no doubt questions his actions. He wouldn't have had enough time to pull the gun on me before I would have witnessed his flying capabilities. To any respect the small dog is fine.

Only recently I have noticed that different people from this part of the world are visiting this blog. Google offers way that you can see the statistics and the numbers from UAE are growing slowly.

According to Wikipedia The UAE is a federation of seven emirates (equivalent to principalities), each governed by a hereditary emir, with a single national president. The constituent emirates are Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm al-Quwain. The capital is Abu Dhabi, which is also the state's center of political, industrial, and cultural activities.

What killed the dinosaurs

Could you even imagine a 122 metric ton animal after finishing a wonderful meal of grasses passing gas. I sure wouldn't want to be down wind of something like that. So the Dinosaurs' may have passed gas or farted and heated up the earths atmosphere enough to kill them off. Here is a drawing of one of these large Dinosaurs standing in water. Could have this started the first tsunamis? Had the unfortunate ones passed natural gas near a fire and it would have been much like a huge flame thrower. A big ball of fire.

Sad that scientist working on this have come to this conclusion. Oh well it happens to the best of us.

A gentlemen's agreement

A gentlemen's agreement is an informal agreement between two or more parties. It is typically oral, though may be written, or simply understood as part of an unspoken agreement by convention or through mutually beneficial etiquette. The essence of a gentlemen's agreement is that it relies upon the honor of the parties for its fulfillment, rather than being in any way enforceable. It is, therefore, distinct from a legal agreement or contract, which can be enforced if necessary.

Never ever believe this will happen. We are all now in a different world. A man's word is not worth crap. If anyone ever tells you sure I give you my word and then "lets shake on it".

Do not do it.

Write down the agreement and both parties sign it and give them a copy showing both signatures and keep yours or your or giving it away without recourse. I wouldn't worry so much about the entire short agreement. It is that they have signed it and understood it.

That my friends is what they may need to keep them to honor their promise otherwise it is
one man's word against the other.

How to figure out if anyone is going thru drawers

Think the baby sitter is going thru your desk drawers? Think the maid is digging around? Think someone is entering your house or apartment? Think someone is avoiding you and really in town? Girl friend looking around?

Alright so this I call "the penny trick". 50 50 odds.

Set a penny on top of the drawer heads up or tails up but write it down. The penny will quietly fall into the drawer. Slide the penny into some paperwork or bills but remember where you put it. Lean the penny against the bottom door. It will tip over and they will never notice it. Odds are they will pick it up and set it in a drawer for you.

At the top you can see the penny sitting waiting for action. I then use the other door and close it. Typically I set a box down in front of the door I used and they will cruise right to the door and swing it open.

Slid a penny on the garage door at the top or between the sections and it will fall once the door moves. Set a penny anywhere and if it is tails up rather than heads up or just moved you will know. Set a penny on the inside of your closet door on the knob it will quietly fall three feet onto the rug.

On the right at the top of the door it leans waiting to fall.

Leave a door in your home open just enough that they can't squeeze thru. Set the penny on the top of the door and if the door moves an inch it will fall five feet. Yes! Be cruel and set two pennies up there and set them both in one direction. The door swings open and down they fall to wooden or tile floor. Awesome.

Lean the penny against the back edge of your keyboard and it will fall. Push it forward it will tip over and pull it back and it will slip the other way.

What I like to do is set them in places that they fall far enough so that they hear it. They then have to decide if it was heads up or down. I caught my girl friend when I set two pennies on the inside of my closet door. I placed both pennies tails up and when I returned they were heads up. Busted.

I told a friend about this and he caught the baby sitter going thru his financials. Set pennies between your CD's or video's. Balance a penny on the leg of your desk chair or favorite chair. Set pennies every where and get the surprise and proof your looking for.

I think this is a smart move by the CEO of Delta. Reduce the cost of the most expensive needed commodity the airlines uses every minute. Buy a refinery. Delta has taken a major step to stay profitable and keep jet fuel at a lower cost. This one is close to the airport.

Viagra states that if you have an erection lasting longer than four hours then call a doctor. What I have always wondered is if you need to call the doctor for your spouse or yourself?

A California man road a BMW Motorcycle and it was equipped with a "banana seat" which supposedly caused him get an erection that last over 20 months and continues.

Check Bottled Food Expiration Dates in Refrigerator

Humor me and now or tonight or today whenever you read this post please oh please look in your refrigerator and check all the expiration dates on the bottles. I bet most people will be shocked to find out dated foods. Sadly I found a bottle of salsa dated 11-03. Now that would be bad news.

So look once you read this blog it will not take five minutes to quickly glance and everything in your refrigerator. If you have children we do not want them to get sick because we failed to remove something.

Domain Registry of America

This company sends out letter that offer to renew your domain name. I get lots of them. I use a service and to renew a domain for one year is $8.00 or so. Now some are $12.00. Domain Registry of America offer the same service for $35.00. I have called and requested to be removed from there mailing list for years. YEARS!

I now mark the letter with "wrong address" and a note that this cost them to get it back. Take me off your list please. I toss it back into the mail box. Curious if anyone else has ever gotten mad at them or any other business?

Maybe if I put something really heavy inside the envelope and it costs them a dollar every time to get it back that may be what needs to happen to all junk mail. Interesting concept. I may even cut off their return address and paste it on a five pound box. That is the ticket. Tossed the heavy envelope in the mail. Cost them .45 to get it to me and $1.50 to get it back. Hehehehe

The complaints rank high. I will leave my header just their name of their business and give it time and it should be on the first page in a few months. Today is April 25th, 2012. 1:21 pm EST. So lets watch how long that takes.

Secret Service Agents Caught

Then they resign or get fired and deny it all yet they now will be getting divorces and families will be destroyed. Over using prostitutes how horrible. Sad it happened and the reason it all originally happened was an agent would not pay the promised amount of $800.00 and ended up paying $300.00 so "she" pitched a bitch.

C span Obama said the agents that are left are on a curfew. No doubt they are hiring as well.

FaceBook Tries to BUY Yahoo and Yahoo Refuses Offer

Nope It will not happen. Facebook is short lived Yahoo is here forever.

Well who knows. Imagine if Facebook buys Yahoo and Yahoo becomes Facebook. Instant games and people news which is what yahoo is all about. Facebook instantly becomes a super competition for Google.

If any one has a Google blog it is easy to see what web search engine that is used and it is always Internet Explorer. I know that sounds like I am crazy but it is true. I doubt that is in Bing so it has to be Yahoo. We use Google for some things but we use Yahoo to search the web. Think about it. Google can't buy Yahoo. Yahoo can't seem to take over Google but what if Facebook buys them out. Yahoo is trading low and now may be the time to buy it thinking that what I am thinking may actually happen.

Hernia in Atlanta Update after Surgery

Well hell. A hernia.
Something new to deal with till I see a surgeon tomorrow Monday at a local hospital in Atlanta. I will plead to the doctor at about 11 AM and beg him to do whatever it takes to save me from this pain. I lifted a box a month ago and knew I had made an error. A pain below my belt right side downward. Ouch!

I went on and finished what I was doing and it didn't hurt so much. Hmm well I'm a guy and it must have fixed itself. Alright. Life goes on.

Last week Sunday four weeks or longer after I had strained myself lifting the box the pain sadly returned big time. I survived most of the day and then I went to ER. Sat in line for an hour and went to a room. The doctor mashed me here and there and said Yes sir A hernia. Then X-rays then back to change into my clothes out of the "gown". As I slid my jeans on I showed a passing doctor how my stomach looked hours before I had arrived. During the week I realized or learned that if I crossed my legs my insides would go back inside.

I showed him how I was able to push them back in me. I say push them. A Hernia is a rip in your stomach wall. Everything inside your body is in bags or it's own little world. Everything is subject to gravity so your intestines and everything else I suspect are stacked up in your body. A split in my lower right stomach muscles allow the sack my intestines are in to slip out the hole or rip in my stomach muscles.

It hurts when your insides slip out. Yea all you can see is the bulge and you must be gentle but you if you lie down on your back mash them back in then up and away you go. I need a girdle or something to hold my insides in is what I need.

The big fear is that if you can't push it back in
then right away to the ER or dial 911. If the
intestines have the blood cut off to them then the big problems begin. I left the house in my Honda two days ago and thought I was going to pass out. Bad timing don't want to pass out at the wheel but I have to get home. Let me pass out there not here. I bought women's "leggs" A smoother stomach and butt. Great I bought medium even though according to the chart I should wear a large. I want a nice tight fit.

Looking at the picture my appendix is gone so small intestines are what is sneaking out.

Pulling over twice I rested and considered harming myself some how to make sure I wouldn't pass out I made it home. Medium is awful tight and tough to get on however my insides are squashed in me. Haven't been a problem for two full days. Just over 24 hours and I will be begging a doctor to cut me then fix my problem.

Update:
Surgery is scheduled for next Friday. How am I surviving till next Friday trying to keep my insides inside me?
I bought hose. Yes I did. Knee highs . What a life saver. Rite Aid for $6.00. My size according to the chart is a large. Well I bought a large and a medium. Medium is awful tight but let me tell you it is the answer to a hernia. The hose keeps everything in me. Plus according to the package I have a rounder butt and flatter stomach. Great!
Update:
Nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before surgery. Dress in easy to put on and take off clothing. Arrive and put on the "gown". IV getting your body ready for the operation. Wheeled onto operation room with large big lights.
I watched YouTube videos the night before. BIG MISTAKE.

Operation is nothing like that so do not watch the videos.

I asked the surgeon just before the operation started that when he mentioned a small incision in my belly button was he going to cut it then stretch it wide enough that he could drive his car into it? One small incision bottom edge of my belly button.One small incision left to right an inch or two below. One more small incision left to right an inch or two below.Nothing else.
Fixed or repaired in 45 minutes. A large white screen not yellow like in videos.

Recovery. A perfect description to me is if you were straining and holding a forty pound bag of whatever in your arms and then someone stabs you with an ice pick three times. Coughing and sneezing hurts.
Pain is going away. Two days later. Still black and blue and swollen.

Well all the little people in this way as being a shareholder were able to vote that the executives get a HUGE raise. HELL NO. The shareholders voted no. The people in groups using votes can do whatever we want and this is going to get the executives attention worldwide. Yes sir dag nabbit. Lets say someone makes 12 million a year. 2080 hours which is 40 hours a week at five days per week. That is pretty much it. So at grossing a million a year that is $480.00 a hour.

President Barack Obama wants congress to create a watch dog system to prevent those that invest in crude from screwing all of the Americans by manipulating crude prices. The Republicans right away say that the Democrats are trying to govern everything. Crude oil for May delivery advanced $1.27 to $104.20 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, the highest settlement since April 2. Crude is up 5.4 percent this year.

Why don't they allow people to invest in blood? The blood can go to the highest bidder.
Those that
are not wealthy will not be able to pay for it so they can die. The wealthy can buy it so they can get blood for operations and since they have lots of money they can buy some more blood for their rich buddies. I think those that buy and sell crude oil should be limited to small profit and that is after all costs. They don't need anymore than that to make money.

Altering Vehicle Tags Breaking the Law

A driver is in trouble for using toothpaste to avoid the
law. The owner used the cavity-preventing goo to
change the 1s on his license plates to 7s. This
ended up attracting the attention of Qingdao police,
who thought the 7s looked odd.

I knew a person once that used a magic marker to
change the yellow annual tag to green. Worked for a
year till the vehicle
was sold.

Another used a McDonald's Monopoly Coupon that had
lettering 2 for 3. They changed the "for" to read 00 and
that worked till they were pulled over for speeding. The
owner went straight to jail and did not pass go.
