I guess it doesn't matter really does it. Change it to
Mr Yahoo or Mr and Mrs Iam Missing Or

I have never heard of Megaupload so I searched it on
Google yesterday. An impressive front page if you click

Counterfeiters are finally getting in big trouble

They damn sure should be getting in trouble. When I can go
the store and buy a bottle of fake Chanel perfume for $5.00
that is a crime.

The Department of Justice and Immigration and Customs Enforcement
took similar action over the Thanksgiving weekend when authorities
seized more than 130 domains selling counterfeit apparel and software
as part of "Operation in Our Sites." The seized sites were redirected to
a page with a banner notifying visitors of the federal action and that
copyright infringement was a federal crime.

As congressional lawmakers debate a sweeping anti-piracy bill, a
United States judge has ordered Facebook, Google, Twitter,
Yahoo and Microsoft to remove links to Websites selling counterfeit
goods from their systems.

First they will attack the internet websites then the stores all over the
world much like Microsoft.

Go-Daddy lost 37,000 domains that were hosted by Go-Daddy and moved away in two days. Now that should hurt the bottom line. Well it seems that some people that have had enough will take action.

Now why in the world don't we all get this mad at or senators and congressman and somehow tell them to get it together and get things passed so that economy will get better? So vote Obama out whatever. We do not have to wait that long.

Just decide you are now pissed off and want the economy to get better. Make calls and send emails and tell them to get their act together and let's just get on with it.

Enterprise Car rental. She leaves the message that
she is the manager of the risk management team
for that area.

Blah Blah Blah please give me a call and we can discuss
the issue.

Well the phone number is busy at 6AM EST and still busy
at 9PM EST. What a cleaver way to beat me.
The manager will merely state the following,

never heard from him.

Tiger looks older with his hair thinning. He missed his
prime chasing women rather than loving his wife and
concentrating on golf.

I bet in the early evenings he sits and sips wine and thinks
about what an idiot he has been. he will not take over as
the super winning golfer of all times. He just can't get
the magic back that he once had.

He isn't the super power we thought he was as he
blasted up in the ranks. He is a guy that was the best
at golf but he wasted that talent.

Super Committee Made up of Republicans VS Democrats

Obama wants and the United States needs to get back
in control of its finances. If the Super Committee been
made up of more Republicans the vote would have passed.

So why not at this time make a Super Committee made
up of business people that will fix what is wrong with the
American Engine. We have been sputtering for a long time.

Fuel costs rise, taxes are high and low and the home prices
are dropping. Unemployment is extending and the United
States Economy sucks. Yes it sucks. It has and it will continue
till the balance of voting power is leaning more towards the
business way of thinking.

Businesses and wealthy people create jobs and that is what we
need. Machinery and building vehicles and smart phones and
the manufacturing does not need as many workers.

Machines do not need breaks, sick leave much less a raise
in income. Our leaders must let the power go to the Republicans
so that the United States engine gets the much needed kick
start.

You know as well as I do that within minutes of a Republican
winning the election everything will over night begin to get
better. Let them take the reins now and let them do it. In
four or eight years we will be tired of the screwing of the little
people and we can vote in another Democrat to take care
of the people that work on the machines that are taking
our places.

Enterprise Rental Car Story

Enterprise allows those that rent vehicles to take them late night and when returning
they take them back in day light. Why bring this up well I got stung by Enterprise for
$620.00 for a dent that I didn't cause.

My flight arrived actually late and the lady said the vehicle was perfect condition.
I signed and drove away.

Three days later I returned the vehicle and alas three inspectors checked it out and
found a dent sort of under the passenger door. Odds are no one would have ever
seen this unless they knew it was there.

I had the car for three days and I never once noticed it.

Enterprise Rental has their own corporate body shop so they do not have to get
three bids. They just make you sign some paper work and then in a month they
bill you what they want and that is that.

They got me for $620.00

Whatever.
They do not care why should they? Type these words into the search
engine of your choice.

I can't say do not use them or they will sue me but well let us have a poll.
Beware and inspect it and check it over 1000% day or night.

$620.00 is a lot of money to spend fixing a problem that someone caused.

I suggest running your hand under the body panels everywhere.
I suggest leaning down and looking across the hood, fenders, truck lid
everywhere looking and searching for any damage. I would have them
mark it and write it up. I suggest looking at the doors and along the sides
to verify that every single dent is written up.
Make sure the heater and AC works. Is their a spare in the truck if there
isn't one when you return it then they will charge you for it. Check all the doors
and verify that they close properly.
Verify that they're is not one spot on any glass where it is cracked even the
slightest.

Remember forever that they are renting you a vehicle in 100% perfect shape and
if you miss anything ANYTHING by not checking it everywhere in the rain, heat,
blizzard, wind storm, hail, thunderstorm and hurricanes and or late at night or even
super early in the morning then you are liable.

They know the marks and the dents and the glitches and if you do not find them
well then you may be charged $620.00 one day.

It just makes me so damn mad.

Japan is a great place to visit. It is and always has been.

Many locations in the world have had natural disasters but
that doesn't keep everyone away for ever.
Earthquake and tsunami triggered a nuclear disaster at the
Fukushima Dai-ichi Power plant in March

Air lines are landing and taking off everyday all over the world
and it has not stopped because of a tsunami much less a
nuclear disaster. Hit up the slopes in Nagano, home of the
1998 Winter Olympics or explore the beautiful oceans and
beaches in Okinawa. Or you can find some serious waves
just an hour outside of Tokyo, and even traverse through the
amazing underwater ruins in the Ryukyu Archipelago. For all
the active travelers out there, Japan is the perfect place to get
your adrenaline going.

The sights and the adventure of Japan would be awesome.

Wall Street’s role in the financial crisis

The biggest thing that upsets me about Wall Street
is that people invest in the Oil Futures.

The economy is good the price of fuel rises and if the
economy is bad then it falls. I believe fuel should not
be traded as a commodity. It should be limited and
not traded. Fuel costs is whet is keeping the economy
down. How can people strapped for money pay a
higher dollar for gasoline.

Wall Street is not a bad it is where someone can actually
bet on that a business will do well and thus the market or
the value of the company rises if the business makes money.

Another thing that makes me mad is that everything for a
business is at a higher rate. Credit card rates and fees.
Checking accounts and fees as well as mortgage fees and
interest payments. All these should be lower and why do you
ask? Why well the companies are the ones that are doing'
the hiring. They already have to pay people and make
Federal tax payments.

Atlanta Falcons and Life Two Things in Common

As life goes on we notice if you pay attention that even the super
rich at any age die. It doesn't matter what the disease is if your
time is up on this earth then you pass away. Doing everything
right or wrong if you are sick you eventually pass away. Young
or old, rich, super rich or poor as well as super poor you just can't
beat it and you pass away.

The super rich can't avoid an early death nor build a winning
football team.

On another note the Atlanta Falcons are owned by a super rich man.
Arthur M. Blank was one of the two creators of The Home Depot.

Mr Blank has the deep pockets to finance Atlanta a winning football
team but that has escaped him. Whether it’s The Home Depot – the
company Blank co-founded and led until his retirement as co-chairman
in 2001 – or the Atlanta Falcons, Blank has always subscribed to one
simple theory: Listening is what matters most. Customers, fans, players,
coaches or associates – Blank listens, understands and responds to all
of them and expects his associates to do the same.

Matt Ryan the Atlanta Falcons quarter back is too blame. Yes he has
gotten a little more daring but on a car show a few months ago an
interviewer asked Tom Cruise about his driving skills. The interviewer
told Tom that he had big balls. Tom quickly responded I have no balls
that is why I do what I do. Tom had no balls in 2010.
Has no balls on the show Top Gear.

Good response actually.

So Mr Ryan has balls and maybe he needs to lose them and he may
be as fearless as Tom Cruise. An average passing success rate of
20 Yards per throw. Like the ad where the man teaches the gofer to
say Row Row Row I think at 59 years old I could do the same as long
as the big guys kept me from the tacklers.

I say get rid of Mr Matt Ryan and our coach Mike Smith.

Arthur Blank and The Home Depot would have failed had they had two
leaders like this.

Arthur Blank has either big balls or no balls and that is what makes him
a success. A no nonsense Entrepreneur. I want results and if there is a
problem then I want them fixed what I do not want is excuses.

I live in Atlanta, GA. USA a great city that wants a great football team
and we want Mr Arthur Blank to give that to us. Dump Ryan and Smith
at the end of the season. If you got no balls then do it NOW.
Arthur blank take off that suit and sit down with the players and tell them
what you and I (all of Atlanta) think.

Tell the entire team that life is built on successes and not on failures.
We have the talent in place right now.

Two things in life that all the money in the world will not you?
Keep you alive and get you a winning football team.

We want a winning team Arthur and you must take the reins and give it to us.
