JAKARTA-JYJ has been officially canceled by the promoter for a concert in Indonesia. Party promoters promised to return the money from the tickets have been bought by the public.

JYJ World Tour Concert visited Indonesia in 2011 is scheduled to hold a concert on April 9, 2011 in SICC, Bogor, West Java. Tickets are divided into several classes namely A VIP at Rp2, 5 million, VIP B Rp1, 7 million, the Festival of Rp1, 9 million, Gold Rp1, 5 million, 900 thousand, Silver, and Bronze Rp500 thousand.

But for those of you who have already ordered tickets and make payments, not to worry. Because the promoter with DreamCatcher Indonesian flag in his official statement has said it will give the money back in full.

"For the buyer who has made payment, the ticket money will be returned full. Procedure ticket refunds will be announced on Thursday, March 31, 2011, "such as release received JAKARTA, Tuesday (03/29/2011).

JAKARTA JYJ-cancellation of concerts in the SICC, Bogor, West Java, on 9 April, officially the promoter to give reasons for cancellation.

Tita Ardiati, as President DreamCatcher Indonesia said with a heavy heart that the concert was canceled. He explained that during this month it has tried hard to meet all the necessary things in concert JYJ World Tour 2011, one of them by providing the best venue and exclusive.

In a release received JAKARTA, Tuesday (29/03/2011), Tita explains that the CJES Entertainment decided to cancel the planned concert. This is related to demand this boyband in the production problems that can not be met in Indonesia.

"The additional cost requested by CJES Entertainment sudden extremely high and are not listed in the contract signed. Therefore, we as promoters have the right to refuse the request, "said Tita in the release.

Because production deal never happened and so the limited time which is owned by the promoters to satisfy that desire, they chose to follow an earlier decision made by CJES Entertainment that canceled a concert in Indonesia JYJ.

Tita represent the DreamCatcher Indonesia also apologize to all fans JYJ in Indonesia that have been waiting for the concert.

For ticket buyers who already make a payment, the ticket money will be refunded in full and the refund procedure will be announced on Thursday, March 31 the next day. (Tom

Get ready to watch episodes of "Glee" whose theme Britney Spears.

After a 28-year-old singer who was lobbying on social networking-agunya Twitter to track hits shown on the Fox show, creator Ryan Murphy confirmed the event on the program "Entertainment Tonight" that he was writing an episode of "Glee" which is dedicated to Britney.

Not everyone on the show's 19 Emmy nominations will be happy to sing the song "Womanizer."

CMT has set expectations remarkably high in the past couple of years for its annual video awards show--last year, it created a viral sensation by pairing rapper T-Pain with America's sweetheart Taylor Swift for a spoof duet, and in 2008 settled for nothing less than a skit featuring then-presidential candidate Barack Obama (John McCain and Hillary Clinton showed up as well). .

So, it may be forgiven that the country music network did not quite reach the same heights this year--at least in terms of pure spectacle. For solid, serious, and formidable musical talent, the show more than delivered. .

Setting the tone for the evening right off the bat was host Kid Rock, who didn't attempt any glossy humor on takeoff. Instead he chose to slam the stage with a medley of hits, accompanied fittingly by country's hottest badasses Zac Brown, Jamey Johnson, Trace Adkins, and--miraculously--the little-seen-these-days Hank Williams Jr. .

Kid Rock saluted Williams as "My rockin' rebel father Bocephus," to the roaring approval of the crowd. This first surprise of the night set the tone for the rest of the show, in which Rock played with a mildly bawdy but casual delivery that allowed the music and musicians to take the spotlight. .

A great idea on his part, because the show's lineup would have been hard for even the most gifted comedian to keep a tight rein on. Mirroring April's Academy of Country Music Awards, country's newer wave of talent blazed fiercely, with fresh faces dominating both the winner's circle and the performance stage.

M.I.A.: /\/\/\Y/\ (N.E.E.T./Interscope) It struck me a few years ago that the innate talent young teens had with sending text messages--instinctively grasping which key needed to be pressed once, twice or three times in order to call up a specific letter of the alphabet--was remarkable but somehow sad, in that that dated technology would soon be rendered useless--as it already has--and the portion of their brain that controlled that motor skill might've been better utilized learning French, Bulgarian, or playing Scrabble! And so it is that rabidly political Sri Lankan goddess M.I.A. has created an album that in years to come will be pronounced as often as that old English band who recorded the semi-hit "Doot Doot," whose name was originally an odd graphic squiggle and later changed to the more phonetically pleasing Freuer, long after anyone would care! That said, I'd be the first to admit that war is bad, peace is good, killing is wrong, and loving is right, and that M.I.A.--who as a very pregnant onstage dancer is hard to beat--is one hep, right-on babe! Plus, I hear she's loaded!.

Crowded House: Intriguer (Fantasy/Concord) I was commenting just last week, after reading an interesting magazine piece--an intriguer, you might say--to my good friend Steve, who shares just enough of his private life with me to keep me guessing--an intriguer, you might say--that I knew just the album he needed to hear that would completely make his week...but I couldn't yet tell him its name! An intriguer, you might say! Was it this brand new Crowded House album, the follow-up the much-loved band's 2007 reunion Time On Earth? Was it the brand new Korn album? Or was it fact no album at all? Had the time on Earth when he could literally enjoy an album as opposed to dwelling on his mortality shrunk to near-nothingness, and was I merely humoring him? Nope! It was the new Fat Joe album, but that's not due for a couple of weeks! Anyway, this isn't bad, either!.

Danger Mouse & Sparklehorse: Dark Night Of The Soul (Capitol) Like Casper and Nightmare, Little Dot and Little Lotta, and Huey, Dewey and Louie, Danger Mouse & Sparklehorse are heroic figures whose artistic endeavors please many--especially those young and impressionable--and whose names roll off the tongue significantly smoother than might, say, Louie Sleagle and Noodles Fagen or, more to the point, Brian Burton and Mark Linkous! And while this new album--the last by the late Linkous--features an impressive batch of costars, including the Flaming Lips, Iggy Pop, Suzanne Vega and members of the Strokes, Pixies and Grandaddy, and is arty to the max for sure, I'm still not 100 percent convinced it's not a modern-day version of Jeff Wayne's 1978 concept album The War Of The Worlds! Of course, in my heart of hearts, I never thought Wayne would be the sort of artist who'd stick in a small paper note warning album buyers that unless they told all their friends to also buy the album, that big hand on the album cover would crush that poor little sheep to pulp merely because it could! Back then people were a lot more mellow!

When MTV News spoke to celebrated author Stephenie Meyer, she said she is happy to just be the author who only has to come out for big premiere events once a year, versus the actors who are out doing promotion for weeks on end. Also, she is very pleased with the third adaptation of her best-selling series.

“Oh, it’s really good,” she said of “Eclipse.” “It’s so much fun to watch. One of the ways I judge a good movie is I forget to be critical because I’m just having fun — and with this one, I definitely was having a good time watching it.”

SINGAPORE – Music fans rejoice! SINGfest 2010 is returning to Fort Canning Park from August 3 – 5, bringing diverse names in music to the highly anticipated outdoor music festival in Singapore.

Finally! We can agree with her on something!

The still bat-shit crazy and all-so-nonconformist M.I.A. was surpisingly lucid when she recently discussed collaborating with CloneTina Aguilera on her new album, Bionic, and was equally as disappointed as us when the diva chose to mimic the Sri Lankan rapper's style instead of be herself!

She says:

“Elastic Love was the first track I recorded actually - even before I started working on my own album. It’s the one I made in-between taking time out and having a baby and starting mine. Born Free was the first song I wrote for my album and that’s so weird now. I look back at the time and I wrote such a nice cute song for Christina - then the next song I wrote was Born Free. Other people were involved who I respect like Peaches and it was like a sea of women coming together to write this new thing. Christina had also had a baby, you know, so it was kind of an interesting situation.

I really thought I was going to be able to go in there and get her vocals on to the next level and she didn’t want to do it. She was like ‘You might think that’s great because it’s not what you do, but to me I’m really bored of it. It’s interesting getting to work with people who can do things vocally that you can't… but yeah I only heard the song for the first time when everyone else did.”

Ouch - it sounds like the final product really UNDERWHELMED her!

We think that her sentiments are SHOCKINGLY on the same page as pretty much everyone - how unusual from her! Usually she'd be going against the norm just to be controversial!

If you thought watching a supersized shark take on an equally supersized octopus was entertaining, wait'll you get a load of what the Asylum is cooking up for Syfy. Prepare yourself for ... "Mega Python vs. Gatoroid"!

The Hollywood Reporter reveals that 1980s pop stars Deborah "Debbie" Gibson and Tiffany will star together in the Syfy original Saturday night movie, to be produced by "Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus" studio the Asylum. Both Gibson and Tiffany have previously appeared in Asylum films — Gibson in "Mega Shark ..." and Tiffany in "Mega Piranha" — but this is the first time the duo will appear in a film together.

Gibson will play an animal rights activist who specializes in freeing — what else? — exotic snakes from pet stores and setting them loose in the Everglades, where they, of course, grow to enormous sizes. Tiffany is set for the role of a park ranger who "uses dangerous methods to save endangered alligators." The script reportedly includes a scene in which the two stars brawl, moving from a bar interior out to the muddy swamp.

The project apparently came about after Tiffany approached Syfy with the request that she and Gibson appear together in a movie, playing on their old pop culture rivalry. Gibson and Tiffany were never actually at odds with one another, but they were frequently portrayed that way by the media.

"Mega Python vs. Gatoroid" is set to start shooting this month. "Pet Sematary" and classic-Madonna-video helmer Mary Lambert will direct, with a script from Naomi Selfman, who wrote the 2004 horror flick "Evil Eyes," starring Adam Baldwin, Jennifer Gates and Udo Kier.

Eclipse’ Fans Camp Out For Days Before L.A. Premiere

While the werewolf-vampire cold war wages on, the armies of Team Edward and Team Jacob have temporarily set aside their differences to come together to celebrate one momentous occasion: the premiere of “Eclipse”!

Earlier this week, Twilighters began camping out in the California sun outside of the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles where the third “Twilight” installment will premiere this Thursday.

“We’ve been here for three days, and we are braving the sun, which is kind of evil,” Cherylyn from Littlerock, California, told MTV News on Tuesday. (Those of you not camping out can still get a great view of the red-carpet action when MTV News live-streams the premiere Thursday at 9:30 p.m. ET.)

One Twilighter admitted that things got off to a rough start, as everyone jockeyed for position. “The first day, the vibe was very negative,” Jaylyn Sachette said. “Everybody was pushing and shoving and yelling at each other. But once we got wristbands and our spot in line, everything kind of chilled out, and now we’re all making friends.”

But fans from all over the world were willing to tough it out, sleeping on the hard ground while being bombarded all night and day by ads from the surrounding Jumbotrons. “I flew all the way from Sweden to L.A. just to be here and support Kristen and Rob and ‘Eclipse,’ ” Sara Mendoza said.

Though they’re excited for the movie, many are holding out hope that they’ll get a glimpse of their favorite stars on the red carpet.

“We’re going to try and get autographs,” Sarah Freas said. “I would love to talk to them, be like, ‘We love you!’ ”

Her friend Ben Williams agreed. “Yeah, just get autographs, basically. [Getting] a picture would be cool, but I don’t think we’ll be close enough.”

And although the Twi-hards have been obsessing over the chance to meet their idols for days, many confessed they might get too overwhelmed to speak if they actually got the chance.

“If I saw Edward, or Robert,” said fan Molly Jank, as she held a life-size cutout of RPattz, “I would cry. Then I would make him sign something, and then I would tell him that I would see him later because I’m marrying him.”

Week Ending June 13, 2010: Where's That "Genie" When You Need Her?

Christina Aguilera's Bionic enters The Billboard 200 at #3. It's the pop veteran's fourth consecutive studio album to debut in the top five, though it fell short of her first three releases, all of which debuted at #1 or #2. Bionic sold 111,000 copies in its first week, which is less than one-third of what Aguilera's last studio album, Back To Basics, sold in its first week in August 2006 (346,000). And that was a two-disc album.

Granted, sales aren't what they were in 2006. But just in the past 12 months, 12 albums by female stars have managed bigger openings. And not all of these women are hot newcomers, such as Susan Boyle and Ke$ha. Five of the female artists who have gotten off to faster starts in the past year have been around even longer than Aguilera (Barbra Streisand, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige and Monica).

The disappointing showing of "Not Myself Tonight," the first single from the album, is taking a toll. The song entered the Hot 100 at #23 in the May 1 issue, but dropped out of the top 40 the following week. Last week, it dropped off the chart altogether.

By contrast, "Genie In A Bottle," the first single from Aguilera's eponymous 1999 debut album, logged five weeks at #1. "Ain't No Other Man," the lead single from her last studio album, Back To Basics, hit #6. "Keeps Gettin' Better," the single from Aguilera's 2008 hits compilation of the same name, reached #7.

A dud first single was the last thing Aguilera needed as she set out to compete with the new female stars who have emerged in the nearly four years since her last studio album. Chief among them: Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Ke$ha.

This doesn't mean it's all over for the album. "Dirrty," the first song released from Aguilera's second album, Stripped, stalled at #48. And then "Beautiful," the second song from the album, rose to #2 and brought Aguilera a Grammy. Aguilera may have better luck with the title song, "Bionic," which enters the Hot 100 at #66 this week.

Aguilera is off to a faster start in the U.K., where Bionic debuts at #1. It's her second studio album in a row to start out at #1 in that key market.

"California Gurls" by Katy Perry featuring Snoop Dogg this week becomes the first song to top the 300,000 mark in digital sales more than once in 2010. The summertime smash sold 359,000 copies, up from last week's 318,000. "California Gurls" is the first song to top 300K more than once since Ke$ha's "TiK ToK" and Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance," both of which did it in the last two chart weeks of 2009. (Digital sales always swell over the holidays, as fans redeem gift cards.) The only songs to top 300K more than once without the built-in bump of a holiday week are Flo Rida's "Right Round" (which did it four times in 2009) and the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling" (which did it twice last year).

Des Moines - The autopsy showed when the rock band Slipknot bassist died of accidental overdose due to use of morphine and fentanyl, morphine or synthetic substitutes.

As is known, Paul Gray, 38, was found dead in a hotel room on the outskirts of Des Moines, Iowa, United States on May 25 last. A hotel worker told the 911 operator that the syringe and pills found near the body of Gray is also found in the room.

Kristen Stewart On Robert Pattinson’s Other Ideas For Best Kiss Award Acceptance Speech

Without a doubt, one of the most talked-about moments of the 2010 MTV Movie Awards was Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s acceptance “speech” for winning the Golden Popcorn for Best Kiss. Fans loved the quick, awkward kiss Pattinson grabbed from Stewart onstage, but when MTV caught up with him backstage afterwards, he admitted that the stunt didn’t work out the way they’d planned.

Apparently Pattinson had other ideas for ways the two “Twilight” stars could accept the award, so when MTV News caught up with Stewart at the press junket for “Eclipse,” we couldn’t resist asking her about them.

“He did have some pretty funny ones,” she admitted. But when asked if she regretted not acting on any of Pattinson’s ideas, she responded, “No, no, definitely not. I’m really glad that we didn’t do his.”
What was Pattinson’s best suggestion, you might ask? It seems as if he took a page right out of the book of his upcoming film “Water for Elephants” for this one.

“He wanted to be hula hooping with a match in his mouth, and then he wanted to light a match while I was juggling and he was hula hooping, and he wanted to put it in my mouth and see if we could make our way over to each other … it didn’t really make a whole lot of sense to me,” Stewart said with a laugh. “I was like, ‘I can’t juggle onstage in shoes. I can barely walk up the stairs.’ ”

Stewart didn’t even make it to the stairs this year before she almost fell when she went up with Pattinson to accept the Best Kiss award. At least it was a bit more coordinated than last year’s Movie Awards, when Stewart dropped her Golden Popcorn statue for Best Female Performance during her acceptance speech.

“What’s really funny is I really, really don’t try to do that stuff. I try to be [smooth]. This year especially, I was like, I’m just going to give them exactly what they want, I’m going to be totally cool, I’m going to thank everybody,” she said. “I got up there, and I was like, ‘Chris directed the movie, and he’s awesome. Thanks.’ And I had to get off, like that.”

Angelina Jolie Confirmed To Play Cleopatra In Historical Biopic

Comparisons between superstar Angelina Jolie and ancient Egyptian queen Cleopatra might seem hyperbolic, but they’ll soon be literal: After speculation about Jolie’s possible casting as Cleopatra lit up the Net on Thursday, Us Weekly reported Friday (June 11) that the actress will indeed portray Cleopatra on the big screen.

Jolie will appear in an upcoming historical biopic based on the soon-to-be-published “Queen of the Nile, Cleopatra: A Life,” publisher Little, Brown confirmed to UsMagazine.com. On Thursday, it was reported that movie producer Scott Rudin, who has been behind hit films like “Julie & Julia,” “No Country for Old Men” and “Doubt,” obtained the rights to the tome.

Little, Brown publisher Michael Pietsch said Jolie’s regal nature was one of the main reasons she was cast. “Angelina Jolie radiates grace and power, exactly the qualities that [author] Stacy Schiff finds in her biography of the most intriguing ruler who ever lived,” Pietsch told Us.

In an interview with the New York Daily News, the Pulitzer Prize-winning Schiff echoed Pietsch’s sentiments, saying, “I think she’d be perfect for it, and I can see a possible Oscar in her future.”

Hollywood has already brought Cleopatra’s story to the silver screen several times. The most well-known flick about the legendary ruler is the 1963 epic “Cleopatra,” which starred real-life couple Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Taylor took on the title role opposite Burton as her lover and Roman politico Mark Antony.

This summer, fans can catch Jolie in the spy thriller “Salt,” set to hit theaters in July.

Unlike most artistes in the music industry, pop sensation Afgan Syah Reza stumbled upon fame in a most unexpected way. He was talent-spotted in 2007 after a visit to an instant recording studio to make a karaoke CD with friends. It turned out that the studio had just become a label called Wanna B Music Production, and they were so taken with his soulful and powerful vocals that they offered him a record deal.

Their instincts proved right, and Afgan's first album, Confession No. 1 (2008), gave us hits such as "Terima Kasih Cinta" (Thank You Love) and "Sadis" (Cruel), both of which staked a claim on many music charts.

Selena Gomez took her sweet time before recording her debut album. After all, she had her hands full starring in her hit Disney Channel series "Wizards of Waverley Place," not to mention appearing in a string of movies and other TV shows. Still, music had been a core passion of hers going back to childhood. A child no more, Selena comes on strong with her Hollywood Records premiere CD, "Kiss & Tell." It is nothing less than the emancipation proclamation of a young artist with a lot to say.

She didn't get there alone. Producer Ted Bruner, along with songwriters Gina Schock , Tim James & Antonina Armato and Selena's band, The Scene, wrap her vocals with fire and ferocity. "Because it is my first record I wanted it to be amazing," Selena says. "I think of this record as a huge learning journey. I wanted to find my sound and see where I wanted to go musically."

On that journey, she clearly found her musical home base. And it rocks. Selena's blazing rock 'n' roll chops may surprise fans, especially on songs like "Kiss & Tell," with its battalion of drums, tight harmonies and Jane's Addiction-like lead guitar work. Says Selena with a laugh, "Basically this is my harsh song, but in a good way."

Selena decided to make the album "passionate, fun and empowering,' as she puts it. Thus, for the most part the 17-year-old singer bypasses the puppy love and goes straight to a righteous "guys are dogs" attitude. Songs like "Falling Down" and "I Don't Miss You At All" simmer with feminine scorn, while the pop gem "I Won't Apologize" (which Selena co-wrote) takes a stand for self-affirmation. "Girls my age tend to change themselves for others," Selena says. "Whether it's a boyfriend or trying to fit in with the 'cool kids,' this song says you're not going to apologize for who you are."

Selena tackles ballads on the wistful "The Way I Loved You" and "I Promise You," the latter a love song steeped in unadorned romance. She shakes off the sentimentality in the sophisticated put-down rocker "Stop and Erase," "I Got U," "Crush" and "As a Blond," perhaps the edgiest song yet from the legally brunette Selena. "Every girl goes through a break-up at some point," she says, "and they never feel good. I wanted to make sure that the songs about heartbreak were all empowering rather than sad. When I perform these songs I don't feel I am dwelling on pain."

She ends the album with a full-circle moment, re-recording "Tell Me Something I Don't Know," an upbeat hip-hop-flavored track she first cut several years ago and now revisits with a more seasoned point of view. "I thought it would be a fun to redo the song and add some cool techno beats," says the ever-adventurous Selena, who today stands at the brink of a thrilling new phase of her career.

Born July 22, 1992 in Dallas, Texas, Selena started acting at age seven when she landed a role in the popular television series "Barney & Friends," on which was a regular for two seasons. There she met her best friend, actress/singer and fellow Hollywood Records recording artist Demi Lovato. Their connection has endured. "I was very lucky to have had the opportunity to go through so much with Demi," says Selena. "We have known each other for so long now that we're more like sisters."

She landed her first feature film role in 2003, when she was cast in the sci-fi action adventure film "Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over." Selena went on to lend her voice to "Horton Hears a Who!" in 2008, and made guest appearances on "Hannah Montana" and "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody."

But she made her greatest impact as an actress starring as girl wizard Alex Russo in the hit Disney Channel series "Wizards of Waverly Place," which premiered in 2007. For their work on the show, Selena and her cast mates won a 2009 Emmy Award for Outstanding Children's Program. "I don't think I'm too much like Alex," Selena says. "She gets into a lot of trouble, and my parents would never let that happen. Overall she's confident and doesn't let anyone negative get in her way, which is a good quality to have."

Her busy schedule in front of the camera did nothing to dampen her musical dreams. Selena recorded three songs for the "Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie" soundtrack, as well as tracks for "101 Dalmatians," "Another Cinderella Story" and "Tinker Bell." But she had broader ambitions. "I have always loved music and write all the time, but to make a career out of it seemed scary," she says. "I focused more on acting at one point, which blessed me with my show and other projects I had the honor of working on. Now I'm putting more into my music."

With a new album, a hit show and more movies on the horizon, it's a wonder Selena has time left for anything else. But she makes time to give something back. She has volunteered for St Jude's Hospital for children, Disney's Friends for Change and she was twice named youth ambassador for UNICEF, a role that recently took her on a fact-finding trip to Africa. It all served to expand her perspective on life. "I am constantly growing and changing," she says, "but I like to think my morals about family and friendships haven't changed."

She's not done dreaming. In the years ahead, Selena plans to push her career to greater heights, while always remembering her fans and the faith they place in her. Summing up her goals, Selena says: "I want to inspire others, help and make an impact." With "Kiss & Tell," she won't have long to wait.

Heidi Montag Files For Separation From Spencer Pratt

Heidi Montag filed for legal separation from husband and “The Hills” co-star Spencer Pratt on Tuesday (June 8), a court spokesperson confirmed to MTV News. Late last month, Montag moved out of the home she shared with Pratt; her rep confirmed the couple had split, calling it “a separation for now.”

Montag showed up to a Santa Monica, California, courthouse, where she filed the necessary paperwork, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation. The reality TV star has not filed divorce papers. But in filing for legal separation, Montag’s “earnings will become her separate property from the date of separation,” according to court papers published by TMZ.

Reportedly, Montag first tried to file papers in Malibu, but discovered there was no legal outlet in which to do so. Sandra Bullock, Ryan Reynolds Reunite For 'Most Wanted'

After Sandra Bullock shared a titillating kiss with "Proposal" co-star Ryan Reynolds' wife, Scarlett Johansson, at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, the two will reteam for "Most Wanted," a new action comedy from Universal Pictures.

Based on a pitch from "Proposal" screenwriter Pete Chiarelli, "Most Wanted" tells the story of a criminal suspect (Bullock) who is apprehended and escorted to a court hearing by an FBI agent (Reynolds). On their way to court, the two are attacked in an ambush and are ultimately forced to go on the run. According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Most Wanted" will strike a similar tone to "Midnight Run," Robert De Niro and Charles Grodin's 1988 comedy about a bounty hunter (De Niro) tasked with hunting down a mob accountant (Grodin).

In addition to Bullock, Reynolds and Chiarelli, other members from the "Proposal" creative team joining up for "Most Wanted" include director Anne Fletcher and producers David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman. Reynolds is also executive-producing the movie alongside his Dark Trick Films partner Jonathan Komack-Martin.

"Most Wanted" marks Bullock's first major casting announcement since winning an Academy Award for "The Blind Side." Reynolds, on the other hand, has been quite busy: The actor is currently shooting a role as cocky fighter pilot-turned-superhero Hal Jordan in director Martin Campbell's "Green Lantern," based on the DC Comics series of the same name. He's also committed to "Deadpool," 20th Century Fox's spinoff of last year's "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," and "R.I.P.D.," based on the Dark Horse comics series about an undead police department. Eminem's 'Not Afraid': Newark Locals Say Video 'Shows His Heart'

NEWARK, New Jersey — Imagine you're walking down your block and somebody tells you that Eminem is filming his new video in your neighborhood. Imagine, even further, that you live in a tough city like Newark, which is near New York but doesn't exactly see that kind of high-profile action every day.

But of course, in one of the main sections of Eminem's just-released video for "Not Afraid" (from his forthcoming Recovery LP), Slim Shady walks down Market Street in downtown Newark among some locals.

"It was a month or three weeks ago," Newark native Kyro "Ro" Inman, who appeared as an extra in the video, told MTV News. "I was walking [on Market Street] and I asked, 'What is going on?' They said, 'Eminem is shooting a video.' I had to come see for myself. I saw a big commotion, a lot of people gathered here."

Ro said the producers of the video must have seen some pizzazz or "a wave" in him, and asked him to take part in the video.

"They had us walking back and forth here," Ro said, standing in front of a Dunkin Donuts on Market near Broad Street. "Like 10 or 11 times back and forth. [There was] 10 people, maybe 12 people that was walking back and forth with us."

However, Ro didn't get to see the star himself. "[Em] wasn't even here when I arrived," Ro added. "They had somebody else, like a stunt man, for him. He was standing, walking back and forth. They said [Em] was in the car. I didn't even get to see him."

Luckier on that count were Lamont Vaughn and Roberto Prophete, who said they got to see Slim Shady in the flesh. Prophete owns the clothing store Oladejon on Market Street, and Vaughn was right around the corner at a vending stand he owns and walked over once he heard about the production.

"He was standing right here," Vaughn said. "Somebody came and told us Eminem was filming — I didn't believe it. I saw him when he came back out of that trailer. I didn't see the part when he was walking out of the crowd. I saw him when he came out of the trailer. Everybody went crazy: 'Aeehaeeehhhh! There he go right here!' They had the whole street blocked off. Newark treated him like it was a homecoming — that's real. That's what we love. We want more to come back. Landmarks are all over this city."

"For him to have brought himself here and that video shoot here, it's gonna bring more attention to the Brick City," Vaughn added. "It shows his heart. He's a brother to me. I listen to is music deeply. He can go many different ways with it: Commercial when he gets deep with it; he touches you when he goes hard real with it. When he goes commercial, it's still real, but it's funny."

Prophete said that as the video blows up, it'll bring welcome attention to the city.

"It's a basically going to change it into a little landmark. This building right here, [the former Paramount Theater], used to be an old theater. It's gonna bring more and more people out here to see the landmarks."

"Not Afraid" was directed by Richard Lee. Recovery is set for a June 22 release.
