It's supposed to be spring, but I think the lovely weather forgot to stop by Norway. Wind, rain, storm, wind, wind and rain. Although I shouldn't complain, because my camera really loves the gloomy "I-know-It's-going-to-rain"-ish light.

Started in the 1950s, Pantone began as a commercial printing business. Today they are mostly known for their colour matching System (PMS), and of course their minimalism design on iphone covers and mugs.
I do not own an Iphone (YET), but I'm planning on getting one SOON. I'm so fed up with android and Sony.

I love to eat snails when I'm in France, but when I'm in Norway I love to save them (from a certain car death). NOT the Portuguese slug though, because it DOES NOT belong in Norway. I especially love the Cepaea Hortensis, which is commonly known as White-lipped snails. I mean come on, just look at that adorable little face.

WE DID IT!

Today I had my second tattoo, and my friend had her first tattoo. After 2 hours of blood, ink and pain I have to say I'm pleased with the final result.

Cubaña

Cubaña definitely had the authentic Latino feel, with the best cocktails I've ever tasted.

We visited the Cubaña in Tableview, where we had our evening cocktails and morning cocktails (on the morning I left South Africa). If you're ever in Tableview (Or Green point), make sure you visit this fantastic place.

Now I'm back in Norway and I've had some amazing weeks in South Africa: the people, animals and food. 3 factors that makes a trip amazing.
Working with the Great White shark for 3 weeks was definitely a good desicion. And Cape Town, I WILL BE BACK.

A few insta snaps from Paris. I feel like this trip was a success, since I found the 2 things I wanted the most: A perfect coffee place (without tourists) and a tiny silver necklace. I also found a fantastic Japanese place, amazing Ramen. And Paris is Okay as long as I drown my ears in "Submarine" by Alex Turner.

DIOR Nail Glow

Yes okay, I am usually a organic freak when it comes to Make up and skin care... HOWEVER It's impossible for me to order organic nail polish from England because of some new rules. So in the mean time, this pretty thing will do. Not really a Paris buy since I bought (the last one!!) it at the Taxfree in Norway.

At first I really did think it was a complete rip off, with absolutely no difference on my nails. This changed however when I was walking in the Parisian daylight AND BOOM, big difference. It makes my baby pink nails Pink-purple-ish and my tips whiter. And the bottle is just so... Eye-catching.

REVIEW: Organic Day cream

This post is NOT sponsored, and the products mentioned in this post was bought by my own hard-earned money. I simply want to recommend this amazing product I stumbled across by accident.

When I was in Cambridge in January I was suddenly without a day cream for my face. Major crisis. Especially as the water in the UK is full of bad stuff that really messes up my skin.

After I started using good organic products my skin has seen an enormous improvement. Byebye impurities!

I knew I had to find a good organic one. I'm not stupid, and I am not easily fooled by the label "organic". I'm pretty picky when it comes to ingredients, and I especially tend to stay away from moisturisers with coconut as it really clogs my pores.

In a small, pretty alternative organic shop in Cambridge I stumbled across Essential Care.
They're based in Suffolk, England and are a small family team, headed by Margaret, Colin and Abi. Their formulae and products are still hand-made by Margaret, which is so sweet! They state that they are "on a mission to make the purest skincare on earth" and oh boy, they are really on the right track, if not there already.

I originally bought the "Organic repair lotion", which isn't really a moisturiser, but it had to do. I was surprised as it was a great product for my sensitive skin, and the ingredient list was amazing.

2 weeks ago I bought their Organic Avocado Replenishing cream and it's amazing!

The Ingredients: aloe vera juice*, filtered water, cold-pressed avocado oil*, extra virgin olive oil*, shea butter*, rosemary extract*, nettle extract*, cetearyl alcohol (plant origin), cetearyl glucoside (plant origin), levulinic acid & sodium levulinate & glycerine (plant origin), lavender essential oil*, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum (plant origin), lichen extract, orange essential oil*, frankincense essential oil, bergamot essential oil*, ylang ylang essential oil*, limonene* & linalool* (in the essential oils).

This product is also Soil Association certified, which is a huge plus. It's going to be mayhem when my bottle is empty, and I'm dreading this day. New favourite moisturiser, and definitely one of my best buys in a long time. Worth every pound.

The next product I will try is the facial cleanser, alongside with their make up line! Can't wait.

Balenciaga Fall 2013 RTW

Imagine that you have a special café in London (Or Paris, or Barcelona or whatever), your café. It's special, as you've been coming here for ages and you always take the same thing every time: the steamy fresh apple pie. Then, one day you're told that the café has changed owners and there is no longer that special fresh apple pie. Instead, they serve a delicious and moist lemon drizzle cake. You are pleasantly surprised, and even find the change refreshing somehow. New times, new owners and new ingredients which after all isn't all that bad. Quite nice actually.

THAT'S how I feel about Wang's debut for Balenciaga.
