Humour is recognised as one of the important aspects of mental and spiritual health, which is essential for physical well-being. An infant's innocent smile and giggling enchants every one of us including a person with bad behaviour; it relaxes us resulting in us forgetting the pressures of life. As we get deeper into our mundane life we forget this natural ability, till it gets rejuvenated in our "second childhood". This is confined to a few lucky people and the rest can be helped to acquire this essential talent.
Children are known to tell the truth due to their innocent nature. As innocence is lost one finds it difficult to face the truth or express it to others due to society's restrictions. In order to overcome this situation, humour comes to rescue as truth is expressed without hurting the feelings of others. With this we can maintain the health of mind and body.
