Today sports is mandatory. Sport maintain physical fitness and also is funny and increase strenght. Sport is healthy. There are hundred of sports you may practice. We do not have to do professional sports because winning isn’t the most important thing.

Although speed is very important people are moving less. Everybody should should get involved in sports. No matter the age.

One of the things that you should think when you do sports are sports clothes. Sports clothing is important. Why? Because without suitable sports clothing you can not practice your favorite sport.

For instance when we running we may wear Matix hoodies. But you may notice that choosing the right clothes depends on the weather. Weather is important when we practice a sport outdoors.

Have you ever played golf? Many say that golf isn’t a sport. Golf is nice. But golf is more than nice. Golf means self-awareness, self control, patience, strategy and technique. El Puente Baluarte. This is the name of the highest bridge in the world today and is located in Mexico. At this time the bridge is not completely finished.

The bridge connect Durago and Sinaloa states and has a height of 1124 meters and a width of approximately of 20 meters.

Maximum height of the bridge is about 403 meters above the ground.

In a previous article I've told you that the highest bridge in the world is Millau Viaduct which is situated at a height of 343 meters.

We all live on this planet, but often we do not realize this. However not all of us are unconcerned about what happens around us.

Have you ever heard about John Walker, founder of Autodesk, Ink.? I don't know if he created Fourmilab, but actually this site is maintained by him.

The Hussaini- Borit Lake Bridge is located in northern Pakistan.

You must be very brave to go over this bridge. I certainly would not dare. But if you're one of those people who like to risk their lives need to do this. Some peolple say that it is the most dangerous bridge in the world. So, if you ever arrive in the region and do not have the courage to go over the bridge, enjoy the scenery. It is wonderful.

World's longest cross-sea bridge
Bridges in China: Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Bridge

World's longest cross-sea bridge has a length of 36.48 kilometers and connects the urban district of Qingdao City to its Huangdao district. The traffic was opened on June 30. The entire construction was completed in four years.

China proves once again that is a great economic and technological power.

The world's largest floating island was recently opened in Seoul!

Seoul Artificial Islands are different from those in Dubai, which are built by accumulating sand on the ocean floor. Viva and its satellite islands are floating and sustained on the surface of the river.

The entire project costs $83.9 million and includes the three islands:

Viva with an area of 3251 square meters
Vista - 1400 square meters and
Tera - 370 square meters.

Together they will host the international conventions, events and competitions related to water sports, cultural performances and exhibitions. All three islands should be open in late August 2011.

Aurora borealis is common in northern areas overnight, the phenomenon occurs in the ionosphere. The phenomenon is seen as a diffuse glow, which can often form arcs that evolve and change their shape. Each "veil" is composed of many parallel rays, ray direction being given by the magnetic field, aurora borealis can be considered as "models of the magnetic field" of Earth.

Scientific research has established that the aurora borealis occurs primarily in a ring-shaped region having a radius of about 2500 km and is located around Earth's magnetic pole, which is situated at 2000 km from the geographic pole of Earth. Usually, most auroras are visible only near the poles of our planet, but strong magnetic storms can push them towards the equator.

Icebergs in Antarctica, shows sometimes stripes, formed by layers of snow that react to different conditions.
Blue stripes appear when the crevices are filled with ice water and freezes so quickly that no bubbles form.
When an iceberg falls into the sea, a layer of water will freeze immediately below the glacier. And if the water is rich in algae, green stripes are formed.
Striped brown, black and yellow are due to incorporation of different sediment over which the glacier slides on his way to the sea.

I've been always fascinated by giant buildings. And perhaps the most interesting buildings are bridges. But which is the highest bridge, or the longest bridge? Which bridge has the most interesting structure?

The Danyang–Kunshan Grand Bridge is the longest bridge in the world. According to Wikipedia it is about 165 kilometers and was open in 2011. Of the top ten, seven are located in China. And I say this is awesome even if China is the third country in the world and also the the largest of all asian countries.

Solar Eclipse on January 4, 2011

A partial eclipse of the Sun will be tomorrow, on January 04, 2011. Solar eclipse can be observed in all of Europe, North Africa and even India. Maximum eclipse will occur somewhere in northern Sweden where the magnitude of the calculated value is 0.858.

Maps and tables of the eclipse are available on the NASA website here.

In 2011 there were three partial eclipse of the Sun: on June 1, 1 July and 25 November. Two total eclipse of the moon will be on June 15 and December 10, 2011 as well.
