使我覺得很開心，因為能將創意化作食材加入麵糊當中來製作手工餅乾，令我覺得特別有趣~&lt;br /&gt;

在製作手工餅乾與中式糕點時，使我了解到西式餅乾與中式糕點的製作方法最大的不同&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
就是中式糕餅藉由油、水、麵粉的比例不同，就能製作出口感完全不同的產品&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
而西式餅乾是利用奶油、蛋、糖、麵粉之比例的不一樣而製作出來的產品。&lt;br /&gt;
