Yogi said that in case of any criminal incident with women, the respective beat incharge, outpost incharge, station in-charge and CO will be responsible.

CM Yogi said that criminals who commit any kind of crime against women should be punished only by women police officers.He also ordered to reveal the names of the helpers of such criminals and misdemeanors in the public.

A team at the Indian Institute of Technology of Bombay(IIT) has developed a “smart stethoscope” that can listen to heartbeats from a distance and record them, minimising the risk of healthcare professionals contracting the novel coronavirus from patients. The data or the auscultated sound from a patient's chest is wirelessly sent to the doctor using Bluetooth, doing away with the need to go near to take readings, according to members of the team.

The IIT-B team has received a patent for the device that records the auscultated sound and stores it as part of a patient's health record. This can be shared with other doctors for analysis as well as follow ups.

Operating a startup called “AyuDevice” from the IIT's technology business incubator, the team has sent 1,000 stethoscopes to different hospitals and healthcare centres across the country. The product has been developed with clinical inputs from doctors at Reliance Hospital and PD Hinduja Hospital.

"Patients diagnosed with coronavirus often experience shortness of breath, leading to acute respiratory distress syndrome. Doctors use (traditional) stethoscope to listen to chest sounds such as wheezing and crackles that appear with the progress of the disease,” one of the developers Adarhsa K said.

This however, poses a risk to doctors, as evident from the rising infections reported among healthcare professionals handling COVID-19 patients, he said.

Giving details about the digital stethoscope, Adarsha said it “consists of a tube connected to two earpieces. The tube transmits sounds from the body while eliminating background noise that might interfere with diagnosis”.

“The second advantage is that the stethoscope is able to amplify and filter several sounds and translate them into an electronic signal, which can be further amplified for optimal listening,” he said.

“The signal can then be displayed as a phonocardiogram on a smartphone or laptop. In contrast, a regular stethoscope is limited when it comes to amplifying sounds and there is no way of recording those sounds and sharing from one place to another. Even visualisation is not possible, which means one cannot see the graph and identify abnormalities,” he added.

The death toll due to the novel coronavirus rose to 239 and the number of cases to 7,447 in the country on Saturday, according to the Union Health Ministry.

While the number of active COVID-19 cases is 6,565, as many as 642 people were cured and discharged and one had migrated, it said.

CBSE| The Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) has introduced three new skill courses for students from class 6th to 11th, including Artificial Intelligence and Design Thinking for the academic session 2020-21. For this, a circular has been issued for the heads of all the institutions affiliated to CBSE.

This circular states that CBSE has launched three new skill courses this year to make the new generation more creative, innovative and physically fit, to develop students according to global development and workplace needs.

Already 37 skill courses are available:

CBSE stated in its circular that apart from these three new courses, 37 skill courses are already being run. In which 17 courses are offered for secondary level students and 37 skill courses are offered to senior secondary level students. Through these courses, students can upgrade their skills and explore various career opportunities.

More than eight lakh secondary and senior secondary level students are already studying these skill courses in 8543 CBSE schools.

CBSE has decided to offer students flexibility of making a vocational choice of a short duration module, of 12 hours for each module, at a stage in their early academic career either at Class VI, VII or VIII. FIRST T- TEST

Arvind Kejriwal said that the most important thing is testing of the people. By examining as many people as possible, we will be able to fight against the disease, based on South Korea's experience, we will conduct rapid screening of one lakh people at any hotspot in Delhi. Along with this, 50 thousand testing kits have arrived, so that maximum testing can be done daily. We will be able to quarantine such infected people by marking them. This will go on in areas such as Nizamuddin, Dilshad Garden, etc.

SECOND T- TRACING

The Chief Minister said that the government will trace the people who met the infected people in the last 14 days. Police is helping the government in this field. People are being searched with the help of technology. Number of people living in Markaz have also been given to the police to find out which areas of Delhi they visited. So far, 27 thousand 702 numbers have been given to the police.

THIRD T- TREATMENT

Kejriwal said that 525 patients are currently CORONAVIRUS infected in Delhi. But we have 2950 beds where corona patients will be treated. Therefore, there is no need to panic. He said that if the number of patients reaches 30 thousand, then also they will be able to provide the ventilators, beds, preparations are already done for the worst situations. Hospitals, hotels, dharamshalas and banquet halls are taken for the use. Ventilators and oxygen are also being arranged.

FOURTH T- TEAMWORK

Kejriwal said that in this battle against Coronavirus we all have to work like a team. It looks good that the state governments of the country and the central government are working above the politics like a team. It is not just the responsibility of the government and the doctor, We also have a responsibility towards this. We all will help each other and win this battle.

FIFTH T- TRACKING

Kejriwal said that the fifth and most important thing is monitoring of work. If the work is not monitored after all the preparation, then everything can go in vain, so he is himself keeping an eye on the progress.

CORONAVIRUS cases increased to 525 in Delhi

The number of people infected with coronavirus has risen to 525 in the state after 22 new cases of coronavirus were reported in the capital Delhi. The Chief Minister's Office informed this on Monday. Delhi has 329 cases related to Markaz Mosque in the total of 525 cases, while 168 people have come from abroad. So far seven people have died due to corona virus in Delhi.

The incident took place on sunday in Chengalpattu,Tamil Nadu. Shivshankar, Pradeep and Shivraman were brought to the government hospital in serious conditions. The doctors started treating them, but all three died one after the other.

Initial investigations by the police revealed that they had alcohol addiction. Due to the lockdown, alcohol was not available for several days and they were looking for it. In restlessness, they drank the paint mixed with varnish.

The country has a lockdown of 21 days from March 25 to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. All other services except the essential ones are prohibited. The Tamil Nadu government also decided to close liquor shops till 14 April last week.

Suicide in maharashtra too

Earlier, a similar sad incident occurred in Maharashtra. In Nagpur, a rickshaw driver set himself on fire when he did not get alcohol for several days.

Home delivery of alcohol started with conditions after cases of suicides from various parts of the state were reported. CRPF OFFICER AND BHOPAL IAS FOUND CORONA POSITIVE, DG AP MAHESHWARI QUARANTINED

Two days after the Chief Medical Officer of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was found to be Corona positive, CRPF Director General A.P. Maheshwari has gone to quarantine himself, taking precautionary steps. He would keep himself quarantined for 14 days. Officials have given information about this.

The official said that though DG Direct did not come in contact with the CMO but a person meeting the DG had already met that Corona-infected Chief Medical Officer. For this reason, in terms of protocol and security, the CRPF DG decided to quarantine himself.

"Reports of covid-19 are negative but the DG was in direct contact with the officer for whom the reports were positive and so under protocol, the DG has moved to quarantine," said DIG Dinakaran (spokesperson). The CRPF CMO, who was living in the officers' mess in Saket, Delhi, was found to be Corona positive on Thursday. Nearly 40 soldiers who came in contact with the CMO have been asked to go to quarantine.

However, it has not been clear how doctors have been infected with covid-19. Another official told the news agency that the chief of the country's largest paramilitary force is in Quarantine under the guidelines but is in constant touch with its officials in various operational matters, including the fight against Corona virus infection.

According to the information, the Chief Medical Officer infected with Corona virus is currently posted as Additional Director General (Medical) of the Central Armed Police Force. The Chief Medical Officer was attached to the Additional Director General (Medical) Office of CRPF, also called Paramilitary Force. The ADJ Medical Office assists the Ministry of Home Office and overseas and monitors the services of the Health Care Delivery System of the Paramilitary Forces.

IAS officer found covid19 positive in Bhopal

On the other hand, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer posted in the wing of a health department in Bhopal on Friday reported the corona virus investigation report positive. Authorities said he was admitted to the hospital. Some officers were included in the swab test report, including some IAS officers, who have been identified immediately. Everybody has quarantined themselves.

According to departmental officials, the IAS officer had participated in several meetings in his department in which some top officials also attended. However, three were away from meetings for four days. Madhya Pradesh Health Services Commissioner Faiz Ahmed said that the officer whose report has come is hospitalized. However, another specimen has been sent for examination and the reports are awaited. The commissioner said that all those who came in contact with the officer are taking precautions.

Another officer, on the condition of anonymity, said that the IAS officers were not feeling well for the last three to four days, after which they kept themselves quarantined and stayed away from the meetings.

Everyone is being advised to take precautions . Officials are discussing ways to ensure that the work of the Health Department is not affected by it.

A party source said, 'The leadership has asked all 18 crore members to pay Rs 100-100 in PM Cares. This will fetch around Rs 1800 crore. Active members can give up to 2-4 lakh rupees. Party officials have been asked to collect donations from traders and businessmen of their area.

The party has activated its camps to help the people on the ground. Every worker has been asked to make arrangements for food and lodging for at least 5 poor people. A BJP leader said, 'BJP will not let anyone starve and sleep. Each of our members will feed at least 5 people in the lockdown and make arrangements to stay. '

The 21 days of lockdown is proved extremely difficult for the people with alcohol addiction .Three such men lost their lives after consuming paint and varnish when alcohol was not available.

The incident took place on sunday in Chengalpattu,Tamil Nadu. Shivshankar, Pradeep and Shivraman were brought to the government hospital in serious conditions. The doctors started treating them, but all three died one after the other.

Initial investigations by the police revealed that they had alcohol addiction. Due to the lockdown, alcohol was not available for several days and they were looking for it. In restlessness, they drank the paint mixed with varnish.

The country has a lockdown of 21 days from March 25 to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. All other services except the essential ones are prohibited. The Tamil Nadu government also decided to close liquor shops till 14 April last week.
