Why is it lawyers are allowed to lie in a court room & it is acceptable as long as a judge believes it?

Why is a judge allowed to bully someone that has a learning disability & anxiety, depression & PTSD that is caused by the family court System.
Then the lawyer says oh has he tried for legal aid. Obviously he was refused legal aid because he is a man. The woman always get the legal aid & the man is told basically to go pound sand.

The lawyer lied & said the woman had taken a day off work when in fact she is on maturity leave.

The man has not been working in 3 years because of mental health issues but is still expected to pay child support that he agreed upon when he was working.

My advice to all men do not agree upon paying child support because if your situation changes, you get I'll or loose your job that money is going to build up & then you are going to owe all this money that you don't have. And there is no way to change it without going back to court.

The man is though of for one thing "MONEY" Thats all that matters. Who cares about his mental health or wellbeing as long as you can torture & bully him through the family court system.

That is all family court is. Don't dare get stressed out because you can't handle the pressure of not having a lawyer do everything for you. Don't dare tell the judge that you don't know what you are supposed to do or that you don't know what she wants you to do, don't dare say you don't have to fucking put up with this & try to leave the court because you will have bully's with uniforms charging at you like they are "GOD". When in reality they are nothing but animals.

Then you will have those bully's down stairs charging at you try to provoke you saying don't smash the windows. Like are you fucking kidding me. You see someone stressed out just trying to get the fuck out of the court house & you are bullying him & trying to provoke him to get him to do something wrong! Well he didn't give you any reason to touch him did he? You animals must of been real disappointed! You idiots think cause you have a uniform on that gives you The right to bully someone & try to provoke them? Like I told you keep your fucking hands off my son. You think because I am a woman you were going to intimidate me. I am not scared of you Bully's & you have no right to do what you were trying to do.

Lawyers lie & it may be acceptable in the joke that we call a court house but you will answer to the higher power when it is your time you will not be going to heaven. God knows you lied. You are just another bad person that will be going to hell because it is your job "Legal Aid" to hurt people & you get paid for it with my tax dollars.

Family court system has been broken for years all it does is hurt people & cause people heat ache & for those that do pay for lawyers like my dad had to is financial ruin. It hurts the children of those parents that leave life time scars that don't go away.

You should not have to go through the whole court process when you have a financial issues change. It should be simple as filling papers & adjusting it. This would save a lot of people stress & heart ache & unnecessary tax dollars being wasted. Then when the other parent get a job file it again. Why do they make something that could be so easy so hard on every one.

When you are on social assistance you pass in you pay stubs & they adjust it to what you make.
That is how simple it should be for child support.

I am the one that filed the papers. I will do it again & I finally have all his tax information stating he didn't work but this time I am going to take him to the doctor & get his learning disabilities noted & his medical issues . I will do the leg work & I guess I will have to pay a lawyer for the one day of the court because the court fail father's time & time again. I will not allow the family court system to abuse & bully my son the way you did to me & my father. I guess I will have to work more hours at work & money that could be spent on my granddaughter will have to go for a lawyer.

Really discouraging to say the least that after all I went through with family court as a early teen & how they caused me to have anxiety & what I now know to be PTSD that I have to relive this trama over & over in order to try & help my son.

Really disappointed that parents can just agree to make the other person life a little less stressful over money he doesn't have. Don't understand how a parent could hate the other parent that they supposedly use to love whom they share a child or children with. I could never hate the father of my children. He is a part of them. To hate him would be hating a part of my children. Hurting the other parent does hurt the child whether you realise it or not. When my mother cause my father stress over money & lies it affected me. My father didn't tell me what was going on but I figured it out & was & still am full of resentment vthat I keep trying to get over but ever time I have to go in that court it all comes rushing back & my anxiety takes over.
I would never do this to my children or there parent or family members. Sometimes I wish the ones that do this would of had to live through what I did then they would know how & why I feel the way I do.

How the family court system are allowed to cause people to have mental health issues & get away with it. The family court is allowed to abuse people & children & it is legal for them to do so. Every time I have to deal with any thing family court related my anxiety starts. My body just vibrates & I feel terribly sick. This is what family court does. It makes me angry, I feel like I could actually spit fire from the rage that builds up inside of me when ever I have to deal with this court shit.

Legal aid calling my house posing to help my son & then it oh I have to watch what I say because I am representing the other side. My son asked to let her talk to me because he has a learning disabilities & doesn’t understand any of this legal shit that I have had to deal with since I was a teenager & then he put her on the speaker phone & I heard her threaten him that if he doesn’t bring in the papers that she was going to tell the court to make him pay for it.

Listen here you stupid father hating bitch.

Number 1: my son is not working for years now because of medical issues & he probably has PTSD as well because of all this court shit.

Number 2: any thing that has to be paid will be paid by me because I don’t abandon my children.

Number 3: you calling my house was a Conflict of interest & then you went on to threaten him.

The courts & social services continue to contribute to ruining childhoods. I told some one to talk to a counselor to see if they could help with the relationship issues that they were having. They were having issues that they could not get over like during a small breakup one of them had sexual relations with someone else & the other was having trouble getting over it. Hiding guys phone numbers under a girls name. I would of had issues with this as well as I do imagine any one would.

Also pushing some one is assault as is hitting him 3 times in the face in my basement because he didn't want to go to a party & his father had to tell you that it was enough & no charges were laid against you. I do not understand why you are doing what you are doing.

I believe the counselor basically scared you into doing this when they threatened to call social services on you if you were to get back together with that person. The child involved that was not there @ the time of there break up. After you doing this I was the one who made sure he would not want to get back together with you. I told him that you could never have love him to have done this. I told him to go have a one night stand just to get you out of his system. I pushed him to move on with some one else just so he would forget how you hurt him with what you did. I was vary persuasive. I know that I under no circumstances could ever do that to the father of my children no matter how hurt & mad I was. I vowed I will never do what my mother did & what you did is the same thing she did that's why it bothers me so much because you know what my mother put my father & me through & your not just hurting him, your hurting us all including the little one that we all love!

So they threaten you with social services so you went to the police & made him look as bad as you could. Every thing is all blown out of proportion. There was a video that I watched & to me it looked like you did not do it out of your own free will but out of fear of social services being called on you. But you should of known that no one would of ever allowed that to happen. Not your family or myself would ever allow you baby to be taken away!

I will never tell any one to try a counselor again. These counselors, Social Services & the Courts when it come to break up issues you are "ABUSING CHILDREN WITH YOUR ACTIONS"

I also just want to add please do not bring your child to the police station with you when you are talking bad about there other parent. Even if you think they will not remember. I am telling you they will remember pieces of it. I was vary young when I had some thing bad happen to me. I was 2 or 3 years old & I remember.

I am a firm believer that it takes two to make it & two to break it! Only telling pieces of a story is not the truth. Blowing things out of proportion & leaving things out is not the truth. Things will come out that you do not want to share. That is just the way it is with break ups & custody. Even when people do not want to go down this road because they are trying to prevent a child from going through the things that I went through. I do not want this because things are going so well. I have been trying my hardest to make every thing good & the counselor, courts & Social Workers do not care for the well being of children. They are making money off putting families through the wringer. What parents do to each other really hurts the child the most. What you do to the other parent you are also doing to the child! That child is a part of each of you! How can anyone move on & be happy if all they do is try to make each other & their family miserable! What will happen If I am to die & I will not be there to be the go between? Whats going to happen when that little child gets older & says mommy or daddy why do you not talk to mommy or daddy? What will your answer be? Whats going to happen when that child gets older & wants to get married & wants both her parents their to be a part of what is suppose to be the happiest day of their life? Whats happens when that child has children of their own & they have birthday party's that they want both nanny & grampy to be there what are you going to do? How are you going to react?

I will not stand for the courts or any one else like the snarly lady that was sitting in front of me to try to degrade belittle or judge the other party when they do not know the real story. I will have to tell all even though I do not want to. I will stand up to them because the courts, social services & so called councilors are the real child abuses & I say this over & over to get my point across! I do not want any confrontation or any hurt feelings for either family but I will not be able to sit back & bite my tongue. I have to defend what is mine & stand up for what I believe in . I will be the one that will have to represent him & If they railroad him I will have to choice but to take it public & tell all. I have had enough playing with the courts through my life & I will not allow them to ruin any more of my family members lives. They have abused me & my family enough! Not to mention the cost of the legal fees they cost my family member! They will not cost me a penny because I will go to the news & media talk show & more. To any one who had counselor, courts & Social Services ruin you childhood because your parents broke up & they interfered & made wrong assumptions & decisions about your well being we need to stand together & bring a civil suit against them. They need to pay for there wrong doings. It is time for us to take a stand so that other children do not go through when we went through. I am going to make a petition & do the research it is time to make the courts pay for there mistakes!

My son started working @ the Canadian Tire Gas Bar. I know the manager. She had fired her sister & then my son started working there as well as her daughter. The Manager took my sons name tag off & put it on the other side & said oh hairy chest witch made my son feel uncomfortable. Wouldn't this be considered sexual harassment?

He wasn't working there not even 9 full days. They wanted him to do opening & closing too...you don't learn all that in less that 9 days & they were not full days... & then he went into work yesterday & the was a extra girl there which i believe was either a friend of the so called manager or her daughter. They waited a couple hours & then the girl that was working there called the manager & she told her to tell my son that he wasn't picking it up but when ever I asked how he was doing the answer was always good. She new my son was a slow learner & I told her several times that he never worked cash register before. I believe she used this excuse so that she could hire another friend of hers or her daughter friend. Wouldn't this be discrimination against people with learning disabilities?

You didn't even let him go properly...You have no class & no nothing about professionalism...Your a JOKE of a manager. Also do you curse & swear in front of all your customers or just some of them? I think Canadian Tire should be ashamed that your gas bar is wearing there name!

Why do parents & grandparents feel the need to make things concerning the child a competition? My son wanted to buy his daughter a jeep. He got me to ask the mother if she wanted to go half for it for Christmas. She said there was no point bc it is winter & that her parents (the grandparents) were planning on getting her one for her birthday in July. So my son wanted to get it for her any way so he ordered the Frozen jeep from walmart & it will be here on the 17th of Dec. So I msg her & told her that he got it & she said her parents already bought one after telling me that they were planning on getting her one for her birthday. Who are the parents anyway? Why does this have to be a competition between father & grandparents? If a parent buying something for his child makes him feel good why would the grandparent have to try to undermine him. I don't understand the point of this. Not even my idiot mother did this. When ever I wanted something like a Farwest jacket, Walkman, etc my mother would always tell me to call my father & that is what I did. I do not understand their way of thinking & yes this pisses me off but I am not going to say any thing bc I do not want to add more fuel to the fire but yes this pisses me off! As a daughter that had to go through bull shit when I was younger as a grandparent that see's the other grandparent trying to buy the stuff that my son wants to buy her taking away his happiness. BC that is what this does. It makes him happy to buy his little girl things bc he only gets to see her once a week. Do not do this to your children or grandchildren the other parent etc. It is not right & not fair. I have been trying to make thing go as smoothly as I can so that my grandchild does not have to deal with what I had to deal with but this does not help & only add animosity & disappointment to the situation. Man declines to make plea on driving while suspended

HAMPTON - Thomas Frederick Crowe is accused of driving while prohibited four times in less than one month.
The 32-year-old Saint John man appeared in Hampton Provincial Court Tuesday but refused to make pleas. "I wanted everything stated here to be on public record;' he said before telling the court an officer threatened him into coming to court.
Tonning explained the court is a place of public record and also told the accused that if he was ordered to come to court, he is required to appear.
In all there are four charges against Crowe between District 3 RCMP and Rothesay Regional Police: driving while suspended in Kings County on July 13 and July 26, twice on Aug. 1, and an indictable charge of driving while prohibited on Aug. 5 in Kingston.
But as Tonning asked him for pleas, he balked at the question."There is no plea, because there is no case;' Crowe said. judge Henrik Tonning said if he refused to make a plea, he would have to enter a not guilty plea for him.
"I object to that;' Crowe said.
"You can object all you like;' Tonning responded, but told him if he claims the Crown has no case, that is the equivalent of a not guilty plea.
He then warned Crowe that if he was stopped for driving while suspended again, the police would most likely take him into custody. Crowe responded by telling them he doesn't drive a commercial vehicle, and Tonning said he was unclear on what that had to do with the charges before the court.
"I don't care what vehicle you have. You can ride a horse, but you won't get behind the wheel until you get your licence back;'the judge said.
Duty counsel Carley Parish indicated Crowe did not wish to speak to her before his appearance. He set the trial dates down for Feb. 14 in Saint John, and Crowe indicated he will most likely represent himself.

I will not be posting anything new until December after my friends court date. There will be lots I will have to post but all I have to say right now is that I am really tired of people that "lie" or "the ones that do not tell the whole truth" or "the ones that deny the truth" or "the ones that do not take responsibility for their actions...There is nothing I hate more than a liar. That says a lot about the persons character...This is not something that I wanted to get involved in but something that I felt I could not close my eyes & ignore...How many more kids have to deal with this crap...Those people that do wrong just keep getting away with it...I honestly feel like we are fighting a loosing battle:(

If a parent is with holding your children from you & the judge has awarded you visitation rights then first off the parent is breaching the court order!

In most cases the judge will frown upon this. The Judge is the only one with the right to change the court order for visitation.

First you need to do a lot of reading & go to the family court building bring a motion & file a affidavit.

Children & Housework Is A Full Time Job In Itself

So I have been going with my friend to drop off her kids where their dad & her meet to prevent him from making more false accusations. Her son is @ camp & it was her week for the kids & the kids go to the dads house on Thursday. But it was just the little girl going where her son is @ camp. She is only 5 & vary attached to her mom witch is normal for her age & where the mom was the main care giver.

So her little girl was fine until the dad got there & then she started taking a fit saying she was not going & @ my house the mom told her that we had to leave soon so that she could drop her off for her dad & that she would be having supper there & she would see her in the morning. The little girl made a comment about not wanting to eat supper there because all her father makes is bacon. I only bring this up because in the court room his letter stated that he made nutritious meals trying to make himself look like a good parent & trying to make my friend look like a bad parent.

This good parent bad parent game is really old & needs to stop.

I can vouch for my friend & say that when I was @ her house when they were still together she made nutritious meals. When she was working she had the roast in the croc cooking & everything all prepared all he had to do was dish it. She also asks the kids what they would like to have. I have found in my experience there is no sense making a meal that the kids do not like & trying to force them to eat it. One of my kids will not eat onions so even thought the rest of us like onions I have to leave them out unless I make him something else. I would never do to my kids what my mothers boyfriend did to me. He forced me to swallow my squash & I keep gagging on it. The squash would come back up & I had to try to force it down with milk. Do not do this to your kids:(

When I use to go to my dads house when I was little he would ask me what I wanted to eat I would say Kraft Dinner. When I was 15 years old I moved in with my dad & when he use to ask me what I wanted to eat I would say Kraft Dinner. He asked me in a annoyed tone aren’t you tired of Kraft Dinner. I of course said “No”. So he maid me Kraft Dinner...lol Till this day I still love & eat Kraft Dinner.

Also @ dads house I use to sneak & eat all the marsh mellows out of the “Lucky Charms” cereal. Sorry dad but I didn't get to have that cereal @ moms house...lol

I am also not saying that I didn't get food I liked @ my moms house because I did. I got different things @ my moms house that I liked like apple crumble, truffle & crepes etc...When I was @ my dads I got other things I liked like Lucky Charms, Kraft Dinner, Donairs, Egg Roles etc...

Well I just can't leave out Grams Baked Beans, Awesome homemade strawberry jam, & grams homemade brown sugar fudge & The best Christmas suppers you could imaging...

Me on the other hand I love bacon. I don't think its too healthy but I love a toasted bacon sandwich with ketup or a BLT. Now maybe my friends little gild doesn't like or is tired of bacon.

So what I am trying to get @ is find out what your kids like don't just stick what ever you want to make in front of there face & expect them to enjoy eating it...Mix it up:) Variety equals happiness. Give them something to look forward to.

My friends kids father also made comments about my letter to the judge where I stating that my friend was the main care giver. In his letter to the judge he was trying to say he was the main caregiver & that how would I know this if my friend was the main care giver.

So I just want to say I think he may have been a bit confused. There is a difference between a caregiver & a provider. A care giver is the one who looks after the kids on a full time basis & looks after the house. That is a full time job in itself. So his comment about my friend never keeping a job since he's known her. I say BULLSHIT. That comment was a insult to any full time caregiver(the parent that stays home & looks after the kids & house). I have had to do this for basically 21 years stay at home & raise the kids & keep house.

If I wanted to take pot shots @ my friends ex like he has done to her with his false accusations I could say that my kids father never had to claim bankruptcy. I could say a good provider would not have to claim bankruptcy he would of worked more. My friends ex is not as perfect as he thinks he is. Even though I have had a family member of my own that had to claim bankruptcy. I am just using this to prove a point because in reality people make mistakes or bad decisions. There is no such thing as a perfect parent. It is all a learning process. Parents should not make up false accusations & take pot shots @ the other parent. This is not helping the kids.

I have had several jobs as well & some I really loved & had to leave because my hours were interfering with my kids & their fathers job & baby sitters are way too expensive. They usually charge too much & it is a waste of your time & gas to even work when you have to pay a baby sitter most of what you make. Then I know with me when I was working when I got home it was also me that had to do the housework, laundry, dishes, look after my kids etc. So that was two jobs or more that I had to do all @ once. Us parents that raise the kids & do all the housework do not get paid for this but that does not make it any less than a job that you would get paid for. It is only now that all my kids are in school I was lucky to find a job that I can work days so that it does not interfere with my kids or their fathers schedule.

This was the same for my friend only her son was in school, her daughter was not. So she had to pay for a full time baby sitter for her daughter & after school care for her son. He did not help her with baby sitting or after school care.

I think it was disgusting how he tried to degrade her. He said other things as well to try to degrade her & make himself look like the good parent. (Good parent bad parent game again.) He is trying to isolate the kids out of their moms life. That to me is not a good parent.

Now back to today. We took her little girl to get picked up by her dad & as soon as she seen him she starts making a fuss saying she is not going just like the last time. The last time I told my friend not to force her out of the car to let him force her out of the car because if by accident she get any scrapes or bruises he would use that as a excuse to phone CPS & make false accusation again.

This time she carried her over to him but her little girl would not let her go & he had to pry her away & the little girl was not having it & she ripped her moms hair out in the process. She was screaming & crying taking a fit & the dad put her in the car seat & went to get in his car. So the little girl got out of her seat & unlocked the door & jumped out so my friend picked her up & the father yells “what the fuck are you doing idiot” & saying that he was going to call the cops that she was near her car...

Well I will tell you him calling the cops with bs is really getting old & him acting that way in front of his daughter isn't helping. My friend told me he said he doesn't know why his little girl is acting this way.

Well first of all she is 5, she is attached to her mom as most kids are attached to their main care giver when they are that young. He with held the kids & they didn't see there mother so that fear is probably in the back of her mind of not seeing mommy again. Maybe she isn't looking forward to the meal routine @ her dads. It could be a number of things. It would not have hurt him to let the his daughter stay with her mom but he is more concerned with himself having control than his daughters feelings.

When I was little I loved going with my dad & if I had wanted to stay @ moms my dad would of not made a fuss. There were lots of time that I didn't go with my dad because I wanted to stay with my friends that lived around my moms house & that was ok because it was what I wanted to do. It was never because I didn't love my dad. I love my dad more than any thing & it helps that he is a good dad & put my feelings first over his pride & he didn't try to control the situation & let me make my own decisions:)

Care about your children's feelings more than your pride. Your job as a parent is not to control or make all your children's decisions. Your job as a parent is to put them first, love them, spend time with them, care & provide for them, keep them safe, guide them, teach them right from wrong. Let your heart guide you to what a parent should be & kick you anger, pride & need to control out the door.

Alienation a form of abuse

Monday was Parental Alienation Awareness Day. It is the day to recognize that Parental Alienation exists and hurts children worldwide.

PA usually occurs in divorced families but can also occur in intact families. It is when one parent alienates their children from the other parent. It is a process that occurs over time through bad-mouthing, bashing and can eventually be brainwashing in extreme cases.

The children witness role-modelling of disrespect for the alienated parent and learn to mimic these same behaviours. Children that once had healthy, close relationships with the alienated parent may choose to no longer see them. The more time spent with the alienating parent, the more role-modelling that exists to the point of brainwashing.

Parental alienation is a form of emotional, mental and psychological abuse - child abuse. The alienating parent "uses" the children to hurt the alienated parent.

Professionals in this community need to recognize that this form of abuse exists. From judges who turn their backs on the evidence, to social workers, teachers, principals and senior administrators, psychologists, lawyers, doctors, nurses, police and sports organizations, many become involved in alienating one parent from the other parent by listening to the stories of the alienator.

Any adult dealing with children and youth should be aware of this type of child abuse. As professionals and community members you have a responsibility to protect these children. If you would like to educate yourself to this form of child abuse you can visit www.paawareness.org.

Family Court Today & Guess who I Saw

Well I was @ family court today to give my friend support for the "BS" that her ex is putting her through. Guess who I seen in the parking lot going into the building:( My mother of course! God knows what she is scheming this time. Probably going to try to get more money from my dad. Guess what "Mom" the bank of Dad is "closed". So give it up. When are these parents going to get it together & do what is right for the kids. Are they ever going to see the light of day or are they going to continue to make false accusations putting them selves ahead of the kids. My friend's ex & my mother have something in common, they make false accusation & put them selves first before the kids, & they like to make threats & breach court orders withholding the kids from the loving other parent!
