亚军潘淑瑜对于自己无法成为冠军，她直言有点失望，“但我从来没有参加过任何比赛，没有舞台经验，只当了20年的家庭主妇，能拿到亚军，也是很大的鼓励，这一路走来真的不容易。”周姝妗则提到比赛前一晚，她梦见自己夺下亚军和人气奖，结果她真的获得亚军时，她忍不住落泪，“虽然比赛时麦克风出现了一些小状况，但这不影响我的表现，我还会有发挥到平时的水准。”

The glasses have a small LED light that signals when they’re recording, but in my experience, most people don’t realize it’s on unless they’ve watched a video about these glasses. My nightmare started when I received an email from Facebook yesterday....

"Tian Chad, you have 180 days to take action.

Hi Tian Chad,
Your Facebook account has been suspended. This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn't follow our Community Standards on human exploitation.

If you think that we've suspended your account by mistake, you'll have 180 days to appeal our decision. If you miss this deadline, your account will be permanently disabled."

Of course I immediately click Appeal button available in the email and proceed with ID verification to retrieve back my account.

Instagram account permanently disabled due to 'Human Exploitation' AI incorrect flag

I felt relieved at first when I got my Facebook account back. BUT my nightmare continues because ALL linked Instagram accounts to this Facebook email are still disabled and I was auto kicked out from my Instagram app.

I tried re-login to my Instagram account and found below info with only Log out button available. There was no other button or link to click to appeal for second review at all.

Therefore guys, think twice before linking all your Instagram accounts to one same email because anything happen to your Facebook, all your linked account will be affected too.

So now the mystery is, my 2014's Facebook status post was mistakenly flagged as ' human exploitation' post and it was disabled. I did Appeal and after verify with a selfie video and selfie photo, I regain access of my Facebook account. BUT all my linked Instagram account are still disabled or deactivated.

I found on the internet on how to regain access to my disabled instagram account. But in the end it all lead back to this cold Help Support Centre Page... I couldn't find any way to talk to a real Facebook or Instagram Support Person yet...

I totally support the efforts of Facebook trying to reduce and eradicate misuse of social media for Human Exploitation, but the current AI filter has obviously mistreated many Facebook and Instagram user at this current moment... please kindly fix the bug in your AI and give us back the access to our account.

So guys, if you happen to have similar Facebook/Instagram account mistakenly banned, and found a way to retrieve it back, feel free to email me or PM me on my temporary opened Instagram account @tianchad.temp

八度空间『本地最霸』将从2022年4月23日起，每逢星期六，晚上9时，播出由Jack陈泽耀（阿哲）主持的人文美食纪录片《新村之后》。

配合节目即将开播，八度空间今日（4月16日）于雪兰莪州双溪威新村历史文物馆举办《新村之后》发布会与照片展，提前为节目造势。主持人陈泽耀亮相活动现场接受媒体访问，并在馆内与前来参观照片展的民众互动交流。活动现场共展出上百张照片，当中包括节目拍摄的幕后花絮照以及由民众提供的新村相关珍贵照片。

另一方面，发布会现场也率先首播《新村之后》第一集完整版，让媒体与来宾先睹为快。陈泽耀看完成品后即表示满意并直呼感动，同时还分享了拍摄背后的挑战与困难，“本来预定一个月的拍摄时间，后因疫情影响而拖长至3个月才完成，部分拍摄行程甚至被迫更改。” 首次当上主持人的他也直言，拍摄最挑战的部分是访问环节，“基本上一趟访问或聊天过程就用上40几分钟，超过了一集节目的时间。” 此外，询及会否带太太云镁鑫出国旅游度蜜月，陈泽耀回应视工作安排以及疫情情况再作决定，随口又补上一句：“一辈子这么长，慢慢来吧！” 瞬间闪瞎全场。

长13集的《新村之后》将带领观众走过各个新村，看见不同的风景面貌。陈泽耀踏上这趟新村之旅，从繁忙的城市走进新村人的生活，由南马至北马，细尝传统时光，慢品人生百味，也在缓慢的生活中，重新找回人与人相连的质朴情感，发现新村之美。此外，节目也透过镜头介绍各新村的历史变迁与现况，以人物访问的形式采集更多在地故事，深入了解新村的最新发展，再以新村美食作为桥梁，利用茶余饭后的时光，将一道料理和一代人的故事娓娓道来。

怡保文冬巴刹在国家独立前就已经存在, 如今已走过七十多个年头。在怡保文冬巴刹经营了68年的广州家乡包,黄广荣是第二代经营者。他们每天清晨五时便要开始准备馅料,亲手调味、拌炒和烘烤肉馅。广州家乡包有卖多达八种包,甜包咸包皆有,从皮至内馅皆手工制作。文冬新村的夜晚,少不了祥记云吞面作为村民们的宵夜选择。祥记第三代负责人陈丽君接手了父亲的生意,负责制作云吞皮及猪肉丝酱。祥记云吞面所用的芽菜便是出自文冬新村,一个叫石头岗的地方。“夜市的生意也是靠天吃饭”,陈喜全这样说。陈喜全少年时期和兄弟们到吉隆坡学习一技之长,11岁开始就学习烤肉干,而17岁时便已经创办了自家肉干品牌——万里香,亦是文冬新村唯一一家肉干制作厂家。近年来,有不少青年都选择回到自己的家乡发展,开启小镇回流青年的生活。正如李慧敏与先生,便是因工作调职关系回到先生的家乡怡保,重新搭上影视工作的班车。

第2集

丹绒士拔这个名字源自于一种生活在稻田的淡水小鱼 Sepat。早期村民多以养猪和捕鱼为主,之后逐渐发展成乡村旅游胜地。万津老鼠刹肉的老板朱国华18年来一直坚持正宗万津独有菜肴的煮法,让“刹肉”变成万津人首选的早餐之一。刹肉汤的做法,是将生猪肉切成薄片,之后和猪骨汤、番茄、苦瓜等一同放入瓦煲大火汆熟。苦瓜属于寒性食物,而肉羹汤属热性,所以也可称这道招牌为“阴阳组合”。距离摩立海滩约5分钟车程的“椰林之家”是由一间60多年的老厝改造而成的民宿,归拿督陈华林所有。民宿以60年代的餐桌、日用品及古玩摆件作为设计,让人彷佛身处爷爷奶奶的时代,感受旧时的温馨。黄金海岸海鲜村在万津摩立海岸线旁已营业了14年。餐馆员工会赶在退潮之际在海滩抓竹蛏,趁其新鲜时烹饪以将竹蛏的“鲜”融入米粉,“竹蛏炒米粉”便是这里的招牌菜。回乡的王钰茜延续了祖父的老杂货店,并将它转型为土产店,取名兴隆坊。身为煎蕊吃货的她经过不断尝试,于2019开始在兴隆坊自制Q弹的软糯煎蕊。她们家的煎蕊,是装在清洗干净的椰壳碗之上的。荻皓和一群青中年友人建立了海脚食堂,他们一起翻新了村里历史悠久的五金店,也把村里被丢弃的旧招牌、旧饼干桶、从老房子拆除的旧横梁、数不完的旧门板收集起来,变成了食堂的一部分。

第3集

双溪比力（Sungai Pelek）是位于雪邦县最南端的一座新村,俗称雪邦五支。雪邦是火龙果之乡,其土壤适合种植火龙果。拥有多年水果种植经验的李振兴,花了两年学习到了“农业废料酵素”的方法,解决了火龙果的菌病问题,提升了农产品的收成量。雪邦海鲜酒家主打福州菜,里头最不可少的佐料——红酒糟都是自家酿造的。而酒家用的鱼、虾、蟹、贝类多数为自家捕获,以保证食材的新鲜度。在咖啡厂已没落的双溪比力新村,源记号咖啡除了是当地地标之一,更是养活了三代人的咖啡品牌。第3代传人,张璘婷及张晓慧两姐妹选择接手了源记号咖啡,不仅守护了爷爷的精神,也借此表达了对父亲养育她们的感激之情。威发油面是双溪比力的家乡面,由第三代人——北健、琣洝和北添三兄弟经营。和其他黄面不同的是,油面使用极少的碱水,只能维持两三天的鲜度。全马只有在双溪比力新村找到的“罗惹面”,所使用的便是威发油面。亚清罗惹面掌舵人林万发每天早起熬煮罗惹面汤底,以文火慢慢熬煮的鱼骨汤,加入新鲜椰浆与自制叁巴,就是一道充满“南洋味”的美食。70后的蔡薇欣在外闯荡多年后,毅然回乡和伙伴们租下门牌 42 号的战前建筑物,开设肆拾贰号42 Café。她保留了老建筑物的原貌,用简亮的概念,呈现这老建筑物原本的美。

第4集

坐落于务边的拉湾古打新村名字由来很是新奇,当年英殖民地政为了帮助殖民地官员解乡愁,便在山坡上兴建了马会让他们打球。但马来先贤以为是赛马场,于是称其为LawanKuda。83岁的彭西康是务边文物馆的创办人之一,他在务边长大,对这个地方有着深深的家乡情怀。退休后的他花上数年时间,将这些历史编写进书内,于彭西康而言,务边文物馆早已是他第二个家。务边文化推广者卢思敏策划了《怀古行》,但在此之前他并无任何导游经验。因此他买下多本关于务边的书籍钻研,尽所能将重要历史记下并把它们转化成有趣的故事,不厌其烦地向一个又一个家庭讲解务边历史。说到务边美食,濑粉一定是榜上有名的,而菊姐8号粉档的人气美食就莫过于清汤及咖喱濑粉了。濑粉本身并无味道,根据道地务边人的古早吃法,会在濑粉里边加入咖喱油、芝麻和葱搅匀,这才带出濑粉的独特香味。猪肠粉也是拉湾古打居民必吃的早餐之一,老板李传伟每天早上7时开店,但当地人很早起床,猪肠粉常常不到9时就已售罄。吴仁添师傅自12岁起便在人和茶室工作,每天凌晨1时都会和员工一起制作叉烧包。他们使用海南包法,包好后的包子需置放大约15分钟发酵,这样包子外形更美观。

第5集

沿途两旁都是油棕园等园地的彼咯新村,因年轻人外流而被称作老人村。今年 58 岁的陈少升,从小跟着母亲推着档口卖面,与面结下一生的缘分。面档以云吞面,即”跳面”闻名,无论是麵条、叉烧、酱料或是老鼠粉都是自制的。在彼咯新村,处处皆可见老店,其中车站路便有一家百年老店——中兴茶餐室。10 多年前,第三代程范贵回来接手后把咖啡店转型为煮炒店,里头炸至脆口的金黄色特式炸粿条几乎是每一桌顾客都会点的菜色,特别受外地顾客的青睐。与彼咯新村有约 20 分钟车程距离的拉美士新村与许多小城镇一样,近几年来逐渐看到在地旅游热,数个旅游景点开始吸引更多游客的到来。阿弟粿条仔是拉美士闻名的美食,店裡每逢假日或週末都是满满的顾客。因父亲喜欢吃浓汁食物,所以用 10 多种药材自行研发滷汁,成品也深得顾客喜欢。拉美士日出农庄是当地其中一个旅游景点,游客能在那里体验生态环境,以及感受悠闲的生活方式。拉美士新村有家约 70 年之久,售卖手工包的咖啡店,福源咖啡店。如今已是第三代的许大伟仍旧使用柴火蒸包子,包子的制作沿用外公时代的方式,讲究面粉、馅料要新鲜,时间要掌握得好。

也许是最上镜的巷道，鬼仔巷现已配上红白相间的装置，充满怀旧情怀。这名为“Stretch Out”的装置，艺术家DJ Odd 展示了他对前卫弹力面料和中国传统剪纸的演绎，融合了新旧技术，并浓缩了现代华人社区的精髓。在传统剪纸中做出如镜面效果的对称图案，需要耐心和学习的意愿，就如马来亚虎的保育工作亦是一样，需要积极的改变。弹力面料代表着韧性，而每个锚点都代表着连接，传达鬼仔巷在包容性的信息：欢迎各界人士前来学习、分享、庆祝中华文化，这次更是共襄盛举。

To usher in the auspicious Year of the Tiger this Chinese New Year, Kwai Chai Hong unveils its latest art installation inspired by the majestic Malayan tiger. The iconic national pride holds important symbolism for many Malaysians, but its very existence is under serious threat. Themed ‘Live Wild & Prosper 虎星高照迎新年’, the art installation spotlights the importance of saving the Malayan tiger and encourages supporters of Kwai Chai Hong to help raise awareness in conjunction with this festive period.

In drawing a meaningful connection to this art installation, Kwai Chai Hong collaborates with two passionate local artists to craft an artwork that represents the relationship between the Malayan tiger and humankind. Seasoned artist Alice Chang of Lai Lai Art Studio returns with the ‘Malayan Tiger Family’ sculpture where a pair of parent tigers are looking after their cub, portraying love, hope, nurture, protection and support. Where strength and power is synonymous with the feline creature, without care and respect, even the most powerful are at risk and this is comparable to human life. In support of WWF-Malaysia’s conservation efforts, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the sculpture will be donated to help save the Malayan tiger.

The photogenic laneway at Kwai Chai Hong now decked in red and white clothes transforms into a place of nostalgia. Titled ‘Stretch Out’, artist and music DJ. Odd presents his rendition of avant-garde Stretch Fabric and traditional Chinese papercut, fusing new and old techniques that encapsulates the essence of the modern Chinese community. With patience and willingness to learn, the symmetrical pattern formed in traditional paper cutting sees a mirror effect, similar to conservation efforts of the Malayan tiger which translates to positive change. The stretched fabric represents resilience and each anchor point represents the connections that sends a message of inclusivity at Kwai Chai Hong where people from all walks of life are welcome to share, learn, celebrate Chinese culture, and in this case, for a noble cause.

Zeen Chang, Managing Partner of Bai Chuan Management, said: “Chinese New Year is a big deal in Chinese culture as it symbolises the closing of the old year and welcomes in luck and prosperity to the new one. For the Year of the Tiger, my team and I wanted to do something special and meaningful, not just for the community around us but also the larger ecosystem which we live in. It’s devastating for the Malayan tiger to be on the brink of extinction, and we want to do our part, to influence and educate the public through art. Known worldwide for its extensive work in saving endangered wildlife, WWF-Malaysia continues to advocate for its cause. Winter Wonderland at Genting SkyWorlds is happening on 10.12.2021 ‒ 02.01.2022, daily from 4pm ‒ 12mn. On Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the park will be open from 4pm ‒ 11:30pm. The entrance to the park is located at Arena of Stars, while the exit is located at SkyAvenue Gateway.
