I been on eBay for quite a few years long enough to know how to bid to win. If you've never been to eBay you should check it out. Their new page layout is awesome when it comes to locating all that's going on. The best way I found out to bid is to put the things you bidding on in your watch list. Wait for the count down of the last few minutes. I even wait to the last minute using a timer set at sixty seconds. I wait for the timer to read twenty two seconds slam the bid in right at that time nine out of ten times you'll win the product that you're bidding on. Its not a guarantee that you will but I always keep in mind the highest price I am willing to pay. By waiting 'till the last second it gives no one a chance to put in a higher bid.

Creating a web site

We been trying to develop a site for quite a long time without a lot of luck. Searching the other day like I always am. You can find a lot of sites that you can purchase to build your own but it never seems to work out right. I ran into one site because the site we are building is basically a dating site. The template that they have is extremely more than the template. It's already done for you and its great. Everything is already in place no figuring out his or figuring out that. It's incredible. The site is http://www.datingscripts.org Check it out. They have more than dating templates. It will cost you about 160 dollars but there is no recurring fees.

Flooding in Manila Philippines

It's incredible the typhoon in Manila Philippines. We went fishing to a golf course the other day and we were just amazed about their grass. After rolling around with their grass instead of fishing one of the owners in the golf course drove up he asked with a smile on his face what we were doing. And we told them our story about our bad grass. He told us to actually scatter oat seeds wait 'till it gets about a foot tall, cut it down under turn it into the ground, then plant Kentucky blue grass on top. Can't believe it we have the best grass in the neighborhood.

Insulating your attic

The simplicity of blown-in-insulation. Being I was a contractor for many years sub-contracting through New York State Department of Energy, we did a lot of blown-in-insulation basically its yesterdays newspaper shredded up, washed and a fire retardant added to it and voila! You have blown-in-cellulose insulation. Don't let it seem hard if you want to add insulation to a normal crawl in hatch style attic in your ceiling. Most of your home improvement stores like home depot and Lowe's if you buy ten bags they let you have the insulation machine for the day to blow it in. Your average attic in New York State should have at least and R-40 value of insulation. This is approximately 12 inches thick of blown-n-insulation. The chart is on the side of the bag to determine how many bags you want for what size area. To determine your area just measure length times width of your attic. This will give you the square footage that you need to figure out how many bags you need to buy. So to re-cap you need a couple of dust mask, a flood light to see in your attic, step ladder to get in your attic if needed, your bags, and the machine. At least two people required. COMING SOON! I'll teach you how to insulate your walls if empty with insulation.

Miracle cure...check it out!

Did you hear the latest? Cottage cheese is gonna cure your cancer. Quite frankly it sounds promising. I watched the little clip on you tube then went to a site and it explained the whole thing. It can't hurt to try. Even if you don't have cancer its a promising way to energize your whole system in a healthy way. Flax seed oil, whole uncooked flax seeds and the cottage cheese. The way I understand it the enzymes in the cottage cheese mixed properly with the flax seeds and the oil. It has to be mixed. The clue here is the proper mixture because one is oil based and one is water based. The enzymes together travel trough your system and oxygenate the cancer cells. The cancer cells can't stand oxygen so they shrivel up and die over a period of time. This makes a lot of sense because I have looked into it for friends.

The consequences of your actions

What's the world coming to? That's a big question, isn't it? Should we or can we blame it on the parents? It seems to be a lot of ignorant kids out there these days. Should we blame it on tv? Because I don't want to say its just the way of the world. To give children a license to drive is ridiculous. Why not give them a test first on the consequences of their ignorance? Tail gating at 75 miles an hour flashing their lights at the back end of you to move over is ridiculous. Turning left and cutting you off from the right lane and then flipping you off like it's something you've done also inexcusable. You would just like to reach out and show them some consequences but they think its a game, a game that I've seen in my life time turn deadly in a minute. I worked part time as a volunteer driver on an ambulance for one year. After witnessing a three car accident with fatalities I couldn't do it any longer.

Studded tires

Blogging outside in the fall sitting at the picnic table is always the best. Put the umbrella up catch a little shade and at the same time our little one can have his last fun of the season with his summer toys. It's beautiful 75 degrees with the light wind, so nice. As I was sitting there my son was cruising around with his little 12 volt four wheeler and he would go to go up the small hill and he would just spin, spin, and spin. We were on the sand lot and his little tires don't get any traction so Daddy figured it out. I went to the shed, pulled out a hundred quarter inch screws that just have hex heads on them with rubber washers. I screwed all of them into the back tires and they're working just like studded snow tires in the snow. Now my son has no problem getting up that little.

Our toy jungle

Time to get a fence. Our toys are scaping. We used to have the kids playground in the backyard you have to have all the standard stuff of course for your kids. But this year the wife and I decided that it would be exciting to go garage sale hunting. The most thing you find at garage sales are out grown kids clothing and lots of toys. Rule number one, if you don't want to bring lots of toys don't bring the kids with you. We ended up with two kids forts, a trampoline, a battery john deer tractor, and assorted heavy duty mini trucks, dozers, and dun buggy. Anyhow, our nice little play area out back has exploded to the side yard and now to the front. Next year will be definitely putting up a fence.

Family train ride in the Adirondacks

Having fun on the train at enchanted forest

Magic jack

We bought one of those PC plug in phone adapters. We decided to buy a wood stove. What a pain to install, it took two days. We broke two stair steps bring the stove in. All through our lives different people we come in contact with take bites out of us. By hurting us in one way or another or they come and make promises then disappear. It's all part of living or dieing. Friends that have died I didn't get to say good bye miss the most. But ones that walk away for no good reason you kinda hate. Why? I guess they're like finding a new flavor of ice cream that you like better but after you have had it for a while you like the old one better. Of course it's more complicated. Anyway enjoy the song at the bottom of the page. When you invite a new friends over for a small party and then friends invite, friends invite friends. You don't plan on feeding thirty people when you invite eight and what are you suppose to say? The worst part about it, a few of them people that were not invited brought cocaine and this is a drug free house. So eventually they were forming their own little party in my laundry room and then I got ripped. I opened the door and screamed at them to get out of my house. They were not invited. On their way out on my driveway they sliced my 1200 dollar tires on my truck in retaliation. So the party ended. Every body went home and just as bad as the tires, we woke up to flea bites from some of the party goers.
