In yesterday's session Medical Marijuana, Inc. (PINK:MJNA) shrugged off the vertigo it got into after running as high as $0.50 intra-day earlier this week and managed to close 16% up, inching above $.30 per share once again.

The stock opened the session down from its previous close and after struggling on large volume in the morning hours, it went to recoup its levels and climbed as high as $.35 around noon. The fluctuations over the day were not too large and the stock seems to be still stabilizing after the huge spikes and dips from the previous few sessions. Volume remained above the 30-day average, fading a little from the previous session but still at nearly 24 million shares.

The news concerning medical marijuana keep popping hourly in various outlets. Legislators in DC are reportedly looking into levying taxes on medical marijuana similar to those imposed on recreational marijuana products. In Oregon a bill is seeking approval, proposing the use of medical marijuana to treat post-traumatic stress disorder as the plant allegedly works better than anti-depressant treatments. New Jersey's only medical marijuana dispensary is reported to be badly understocked, creating growing unrest in patient card holders who cannot get the prescribed treatment.

Investor sentiment on discussion boards swung back to a general optimism after MJNA closed 16% in the green yesterday. The company has not published any press releases to hype things up but it hardly needs to as the general euphoria around cannabis stocks is still strong. How healthy this euphoria is for the performance of the companies on the charts is a different matter. It was probably an overly eager wave of investors that caused the huge surge and subsequent drop in MJNA price - movement that happened way too fast for its own good.

Traders are still looking toward next week when MJNA is expected to release audited Q4 information. A fully audited report that mirrors the figures announced by the company ahead of the filing of over $3 million in income on generated revenue of over $5 million will probably be a catalyst for more activity around MJNA.

Hemp, Inc. (PINK:HEMP) and Growlife, Inc. (OTC:PHOT), as well as other marijuana stocks once again mirrored MJNA's chart movement, matching it hourly, giving the impression that some trade the sector as a whole, regardless of the individual performance of separate companies.

Despite the relative containment of the swings in price, MJNA remains a penny stock and is still subject to inherent volatility. Traders are advised to exercise caution and do their own due diligence before investing in any stock.

Echo Automotive, Inc. f.k.a. Canterbury Res Inc (OTC:ECAU) took a 20.67% dive in yesterday's session. This drop erased the gains made over the previous three days and took the price down to $1.65 per share.

The plunge happened despite the announcement of the addition of a member to the Advisory Board and an in-house General Counsel. Alternatively, it could have been a case of selling on the news.

The addition to the Advisory Board is Dale Jensen. Mr. Jensen has an impressive entrepreneurial history, but his position on the Board is no guarantee of success for ECAU.

High volume selling during the session took the price to a low of $1.45 but the pressure was absorbed to reach the close 20 cents higher. This doesn't mean ECAU won't share the fate of Stevia First Corp (PINK:STVF) and Stevia Corp (PINK:STEV).

Positive press releases about the hypothetical potential of a company can sustain inflated price levels for a time. However, that time is limited, and if the company in question fails to deliver significant results, the market will correct the inadequate valuation.

The lack of filed documents after Dec. 18 may also be viewed as a troubling sign. ECAU is in a precarious position. Creating so much hype results in expectations, and the failure to live up to those expectations is what drove STEV and STVF to where they are today.

USA Graphite, Inc. (OTC:USGT) performed well on Thursday, adding 11% on significant buying volume. What trend this day in the black will start is hard to tell, but USGT may still do damage and sink investments.

We thought such a bounce could easily happen and break the usual steep downtrend that happens after the end of a paid promotion. While the current market cap of USGT has fallen to $21 million from a peak of $100 million, it is still a far cry from the virtually empty developing business that the company runs, relying on the promises of graphite production:

$12 cash

$182,383 current liabilities

Zero revenues

$245,171 accumulated loss for 7 years

Seeing this ridiculous amount of cash, it is easy to see why USGT could hardly have made it on its own.

Contrary to what graphite producers promise, the US market does not need nationally-sourced graphite, and the mining prospects are poor. So the only way out for USGT and similar companies are to tout their outlook through paid pumps, reach whatever gains they can on the stock market and disappear, like many industry bubbles in the small cap trading area.

In the past, investor experts promised once USGT reached above a dollar, it would "clear the psychological mark" and rise even further. None of this materialized, of course, since most of the interest in the stock came from the specific pumps for USGT and the gold rush for graphite companies.

USGT was touted in a mammoth promotion for $800,000, and among the most prominent pumpers were Wall Street Advisors. The same pumper has a tragic record that beats even the 50% fall for USGT and the general industry drop of more than 40%. Before the USGT selection on December 5th, other tickers made the grade, but quickly lost. Mustang Alliances, Inc. (OTC:MSTG) is an older pump that went up in volume in November, spiked to 8 cents and went on to trade choppily as a penny bet.

Graphite, much like stevia, turned out to be a tool to attract crowds of investors, since all the companies hardly turned out real business profits. So, if you want to return to those industries, do it with caution and a good estimate of acceptable time period and losses.

After a mad week-long run that brought share price 300% up, Medical Marijuana, Inc. (PINK:MJNA) dropped nearly 29% on Tuesday. Yesterday the stock closed another 3 cents down and stopped at $0.27 per share.

After Tuesday's more dramatic slump, MJNA's stock seemed to stabilize over the last session, with no drastic swings in price of the magnitude seen over the last days.

Obviously the further 11% dip in price is not a pleasant sight for all stockholders but the good news is that the fluctuations seem to be dying down on significantly decreasing volume.

Internet comment boards are currently full of contradicting personal views on the stock, ranging from people crying 'bull rush' to people panicking at the dips. It may be that MJNA simply ran a little too wild and the cooldown can turn out to be both natural and healthy. Even after the two-day drop, the stock is still sitting almost 100% up from its values before the run.

The legislative action concerning medical marijuana doesn't seem like it will be dying down soon, with a new bill introduced in the state of North Carolina this Tuesday. Next week should see the release of MJNA's Q4 report, audited for the first time. If this matches their pre-announced figures of $3.3 million net income (up from $1.1 million in Q3) on $5.1 million in revenue, there will probably be interesting times ahead.

The cohort of marijuana stocks trailing MJNA's movement mostly mirrored it again, closing down and mostly stabilizing, with Hemp, Inc. (PINK:HEMP) and GreenGro Technologies, Inc. (PINK:GRNH) ending worst off, down respectively 23% and 21%.

As always, doing one's own research and exercising caution is advised when trading in penny stocks, especially when they have been swinging in double-digits both up and down the charts.

Yesterday Swingplane Ventures, Inc. (OTC:SWVI) regained some of the losses from Tuesday closing up 12.86% at $0.395 per share on 8.1 million shares.

Shortly after the close SWVI issued a press release saying all of the initial payments for the option on the Algarrobo property have been made. At first blush this may sound as good news. However, if one were to dig a bit things don't look rosy.

The press release reveals that, as suspected, the acquisition of Mid Americas Corp. hadn't been completed, and in fact, it still isn't. For those that don't remember, the deal was supposed to be closed on or before Jan. 31. This press release gives a new date - Feb. 15.

There are many conclusions one could draw from this announcement. For one, SWVI's "expectations" don't necessarily match up with reality. Secondly, and maybe more important, SWVI referring to the Algarrobo property as their property has been inaccurate if not downright misleading.

Meanwhile the pumpers at Awesome Penny Stocks (APS) are hard at work trying to further inflate the price of SWVI. Alongside the usual baseless claims to future glory for SWVI, APS quotes a $10 price target from a "research firm."

Traders shouldn't get duped by this. The firm in question is Research Capital Investment (RCI). It's nothing more than a paid advertiser for penny stocks. Mind you, they don't advertise the products of the companies, but their stock.

While the "featured companies" section conveniently only lists SWVI, a side panel shows that the sam "research firm" covered Grid Petroleum Corp. (PINK:GRPR) in August, 2010. As you can see on the chart, GRPR is down about 99% since that time.

Additionally, the "research report" on SWVI has an unsightly disclaimer which says "Do not base any investment decision on information in this report/release/advertisement." It also shows that RCI has been compensated $6 thousand to write the advertisement.

The red flags around SWVI just keep piling up, but there are plenty of traders willing to play pump jobs, and there is a distinct possibility SWVI may go higher before reality overwhelms the illusions and hype created by the pump job.

Have you seen those white squares with a number of smaller black squares jumbled inside them? They're literally everywhere from newspapers and magazines to beer bottles. The idea is, you aim the camera of your smartphone to it and, out of nowhere, an annoying flash animation appears on your screen. This is what NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (PINK:NEOM, NEOM message board) have been developing for the past decade or so.

When we saw that during yesterday's session more than 200 million NEOM shares changed hands, and that their price surged by about 23%, we were quite perplexed. NEOM have been the subject of newsletter pumpers in the past, but after checking the database we found that there was not a single email covering them this time. Volume like this doesn't appear for no reason, however, so we continued digging around. Sure enough, NEOM have published a press-release stating that after some heavy negotiations with their primary lender, they managed to postpone the pay-off date for one of their debts which, in turn, would mean that their next quarterly report would look much better. That's good news, as the latest 10-Q, for the period ending on September 30, 2012, looks mightily depressing.

In there you will find the following financials:

cash: $1.2 million

current assets: $2.2 million

current liabilities: $83 million

revenue (Jan - Sept): $1.8 million

net loss (Jan - Sept): $21 million

accumulated deficit: $267 million

As unlikely as it may seem, these figures are not the biggest problem. NEOM are so deep in debts that the dilution for shareholders is absolutely devastating. They have millions upon millions of convertible debentures and just as many options, warrants and convertible preferred stock. The result of this is that between January and September 2012 alone they were forced to issue a total of 1.1 billion shares of common stock. They also mention that since they don't have enough money to fund the future operations (who would have thought?), they will probably need to issue additional shares that will further crush shareholders' investments.

The fact that they currently have no money is due to NEOM's inability to fund their operations through anything other than debt financing. Who lent them the money? The same people who postponed the pay-off date - their primary lender, YA Global Investments, LP. After digging around to see who they were and why they had so much trust in NEOM, we found that the Securities and Exchange Commission have filed some incredibly serious fraud allegations against YA's owners. We have yet to see what the outcome of the case will be, but in this document, which is quite long, we see that YA have invested in small cap companies just like NEOM, and after that, they have made over $1 billion in profit by overpricing the stock and defrauding investors. NEOM is not mentioned in the charge, but you should keep in mind that the matter is far from over and some additional facts might turn up in the course of investigation.

We often say that if a company is to be a viable investment alternative, it needs to show some revenue. Well, NEOM have plenty of it, but is that enough? As we have seen so far in this article, no. And NEOM are not the only company with seven digits under the revenue section that we have covered. IceWEB, Inc. (OTC:IWEB) have been part of numerous promotional campaigns in the past and, as we know, once the hype is over, most of the pumped companies simply crash.

Yesterday marijuana stocks took a midday tumble across the board. Sector big boy Medical Marijuana, Inc. (PINK:MJNA, MJNA message board) also slipped around noon and, after recovering from the plunge to $0.26 per share, closed the day at $0.30.

Yesterday's close equaled a dip of 12 cents for MJNA - not really a disaster as the stock is still 100% up from the prices before its last run. The midday slump that affected pretty much every marijuana stock may have been partially induced by the news of a teenage girl suffering strokes and severe brain damage after smoking synthetic marijuana. The accident is related to a synthetic substance and not to the natural plants and extracts used by medical marijuana companies but it may have caused a knee-jerk reaction in investors as it adds to the overall stigma attached to cannabis.

The dip could have also been a natural reaction to the rapid surge in price of all sector companies that ran a little too fast and a little too high to keep it up indefinitely. The only hint that the drop around noon was aided by an external factor is the fact that all OTC marijuana stocks dropped like clockwork after 12 pm. Hemp, Inc. (PINK:HEMP) and GreenGro Technologies, Inc. (PINK:GRNH) were the only ones that managed to close up despite the mid-session hiccup.

The pullback should not come as a surprise to the more careful among investors. Still, the company looks like it has got the best bet among its peers to forge on to success. MJNA's announced Q4 results ahead of the official filing contain $3.3 million in income and over $5 million in revenue, raked in from various subsidiaries producing both hemp oils and foodstuffs infused with marijuana.

The next big thing to watch with MJNA is their first audited report for Q4. Its scheduled February release will be a positive step along the path to severing ties with the company's pink sheet status and giving investors greater confidence, especially if the pre-announced figures are matched in the audited report.

If all goes as planned, February will be an interesting month for both MJNA shareholders and people who are still on the fence.

Long and strong, through good times and bad, we have been major believers in both MusclePharm Corp. (OTC: MSLP) the Company and the path which they are on. In our last update after the makers of products only persons who attack life to squeeze every single opportunity out of it know of and use reverse split their stock, 890-for-1, shares of MSLP have finally exploded. Setting and meeting all-time records in volume since billionaire investor, Dr. Phillip Frost, stepped in to take a huge stake in the Company, traders have seen the light, even those who had issues with corporate spending philosophies, failing to understand that it takes money to make money.

MSLP Stock Chart

14-Day Stochastic: 97.49%

Before going into the rest of this, if anyone else saw the message board post on iHub that had someone stating “I only have 5 shares now after the reverse split,” you can see what type of “serious investor” was involved in MSLP prior to December, 2012.

All throughout 2012, we were extremely confident in the long term status of MusclePharm the Company as well as MSLP the stock. In March of last year, our bullishness paid off as share prices skyrocketed 525% over the course of two weeks. Sales were exploding and dilution had not yet begun.

Soon after, share prices dipped and slid for the remainder of 2012 as restatements of previous financial statements and the returning of share-based compensation from corporate insiders, including CEO and founder, Brad Pyatt, created a panic. Financing deals and convertible note payments began to mask the fact that sales of MusclePharm products were exploding and new athletes were signing deals with the Company for products they already used and preached about.

After starting to formulating their nutritional supplements for consumption by active individuals, high performance athletes and fitness enthusiasts just 4 years ago, MuscleParm’s Assault™, Combat Powder™, MusclePharm Musclegel®, MusclePharm Shred Matrix®, and Re-Con® are available in over 10,500 U.S. retail outlets, over 100 online channels, and sold in over 110 countries. What do you expect this Company to do, remain a sub penny stock on the OTC?

Just look at this here alone: Net Sales for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 came in at $50,563,746 compared to $10,875,249 for the same period in 2011. Net sales for the entire 2010 were only $3,202,687. If you don’t see some extreme growth and pressure for MSLP to get off the OTC and on to an exchange where real value traders can go long, you need to see an optometrist.

The reverse stock split showed it was a clear indication as to where the future of MSLP stock is headed towards — uplisting. With last week’s announcement of Dr. Philip Frost stepping in to take a large chunk of Preferred stock, the ones that have voting control of the Company, trading of MSLP stock has not only been bullish, but has set an all-time record for volume, pre-split or post-split.

Naysayers, whether they be plumbers or chiropractors, are always going to circle the wagons when it comes to how a Company is being run and the methodology behind financing, corporate spending, and voting rights of every stock. Actually, I learned a long time ago there are only two people in the world who know exactly where any stock, including MSLP, is headed. They both live in Switzerland (across the street form each other actually) and they have opposite opinions on every thing.

MusclePharm Corp. is not your every day Company that tried to create something and be a part of a marketplace for a fraction of it. This Company went into this like you do the gym:

“Leave it all on the floor!”

By thinking big or going home, the guys at MusclePharm, Brad Pyatt, Cory Gregory, and Jeremy Deluca have incubated a new standard in the fitness world which any drive-thru VIP or lazy-boy owner will have issues with understanding and getting their heads around.

MSLP stock is, was, and will be a great value stock to invest in for those who have the risk appetite for retail companies. What is their ceiling? Look around at all the fat people you see and get them in the gym — that’s their ceiling.

What to do with a penny stock that had total assets of $134 as per their last Q filing from two weeks ago? Day trade it? That’s about the best you can hope to do Tuesday on the waste-to-energy management Company, Pioneer Exploration Inc. (OTC: PIEX). After issuing 38.5 million shares to acuire IBA Green Inc. more than one year ago, PIEX stock has begun to see some activity, none of which could have possibly been front loaded in advance of today’s trading session. Is it headed for a mountain peak again or further into the coal ashes?

Coal, an energy product as popular today as the dewey decimal system is for search queries. This is where IBA Green, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pioneer Exploration, is going to make their money to add to the $134 cash they had as of November 30, 2012 after they announced being asked to further test Incinerator bottom ash from previous processed samples. Is that like cleaning out the stem so you have something to smoke?

The Company business model is focused around Coal ash, the by-product of burning coal, which is weighed down with toxic heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, lead and mercury – all things kids used to have as their sand box fill in the 60′s. Even though reports claim that billions of tons of this toxic waste are stored in unlined ponds, landfills and mines in almost every state, does it mean squat for those looking to buy PIEX stock for anything other than a 10 minute flip?

One main benefit anyone looking into Pioneer Exploration for a trade is the share structure. 38.5 million of the 49.76 million shares outstanding were issued to IBA Green Inc. shareholders when they acquired the Company in October, 2011. Up until mid-January, shares of PIEX stock neither saw volume orr prices less than 0.11 at any time in the last 6 months plus.

Dollar for dollar, pound for pound, the price it cost to file the most recent 10-Q for the Company far outweighs the total assets of the Company by approximately 10,000 times. Based on the fact that the tribe is heading out on PIEX stock today, use the opportunity to grab enough gains to be able to buy a couple of drive-thru lunches for the remainder of the week if you are willing to dive into the toxic ashes for a buck.

Traders who lost their shirts and shorts by holding shares in the penny stock of Nutra Pharma Corporation (OTC: NPHC) at any time other than August to October 2012 rally will get another chance to do it again very soon. Rik J. Because shares of DMHI stock made their second public appearance of the year, the “red” light indicator that the pump may be soon turned on is now engaged.

Changes in ticker symbol are still subject to change (as hopefully are some seed capital to bring the new entities website into the 21st century) since the abbreviation for Touch Medical Solutions, Inc., “TMSI,” is not a ticker symbol being used currently. Beyond that change, the structure of DMH International Inc. was already set up and readied when the Company effectuated a 40-for-1 forward split back in November and changed, for the third time, sole directors from Jon-Marc Garcia to Jorge R.

The subliminal in the name alone would have been able to bring in a few extra coins on top if you believe in psychological sales tactics.

Now, DMHI stock, another Carrillo Huettel set up, is set to be pumped solely around Touch Medical Solutions, Inc. The Company plans to offer a suite of medical software products which consists of three products:

• PACS – a Picture Archive and Control System application, which is the current standard for displaying diagnostic quality medical images electronically;
• EMR – an Electronic Medical Records application, which is part of a new and evolving standard for the capture, storage and dissemination of patient medical information, and the integration of the healthcare environment; and
• Practice Management – a TMSI product containing all of the functionality needed to run a radiology practice, or indeed, any small to medium medical practice, regardless of specialty. Basically, a Quicken type software for a medical practice.

Within the reverse merger details in the 8-K filing, it states that Touch Medical Solutions hopes to bring a fully integrated PACS/RIS/EMR package to market within a realistic time frame in order to meet FDA and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 standards, starting with an innovative EMR framework as a basis for future product expansions.

The target date for a combined PACS/RIS/EMR solution marketing plan is by October 2013 under the Company’s brand, July, 2013 during qualification and certification, aka “pre-market.”

Essentially, DMH International Inc. is now Touch Medical Solutions, Inc. after 25 million shares of DMHI stock were issued to TMSI shareholders while 136 million shares of DMHI stock remain with the existing shareholders, 100 million with Jorge R. Urrea and 36 million with “fill in the blank.”

The sexiness of a story line is there for tons of “Obamacare” incentive laden, reimbursement, new requirements type headlines to be thrown out for a good 8 days while DMHI stock is pushed into inboxes around the planet as the next best penny stock ever. As long as history does not repeat itself from Rik J. Deitsch current venture, except for the August to October 2012 run, traders may want to have DMHI stock on their radar screens prior to any awareness campaigns.

The week before Christmas, 2012, we highlighted a penny stock which looked very much like Vringo Inc. (VRNG): Blue Calypso, Inc., (OTC: BCYP). News had already been flowing of the Company’s multiple patent infringement cases filed against some of the biggest names in business, but shares of BCYP stock had only become active for three consecutive trading sessions at the time of the alert. The result was some followers used the alert for a quick 82% gain the following day from the open. Now that news has been steadily flowing from the award winning social media marketing company, is it poised for another break out?

Since the initial coverage of Blue Calypso back on December 18, news was released just prior to the open announcing how the Company was chosen as a marketing partner by a Fortune 500 national retailer to expand and enhance communication programming for their Hurricane Sandy Relief efforts. Shares of BCYP stock opened at 0.44 and quickly skyrocketed to 0.82 before settling down for a 0.02 increase for the day on volume of 881,906.

The rally continued for two more days topping out at 0.57 on December 20.

Share prices have decreased about -50% since then. Most recently, the Company filed a prospectus to convert some debt and restricted stock for the purpose of resale, 9,790,190 shares of BCYP stock. However, when you really look at the numbers, the share structure of Blue Calypso is a bit deeper than many think.

The number of shares of BCYP stock outstanding after this offering excludes:

· 9,938,210 shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of currently outstanding options;
· 30,670,008 shares of common stock available for future issuance under the Blue Calypso, Inc. 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan;
· 25,036,819 shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock;
· 3,333,333 shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of outstanding 8% senior secured convertible debentures; and
· 31,536,820 shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of currently outstanding warrants.

To counter the deep blue of the OS structure, Blue Calypso has been making waves in the industry by partnering up with Inward Strategic Consulting to launch an employee engagement survey tool, EMGage solution. The fully customized, branded platform assists companies by allowing them to leverage the power of their employees to communicate company messages across social media.

Blue Calypso is putting itself out there into the business marketplace and in much need for a quick fix. For the nine months ended September 30, 2012, the company lost $4,610,585, an amount the requires immediate attention for a start up with limited history.

Two weeks ago, the Company brought in the current MD of Monument Capital Group LLC, a Washington D.C. based private investment firm, and head of the Denver, Colorado office, Andrew Malloy, to its Board of Directors. The former Senior VP at Oppenheimer & Co. was granted options to purchase 450,000 shares of BCYP stock at an exercise price equal to $0.22 per share for a term of 10 years, vesting pro-rata quarterly over a period of two years.

Looking for the next best thing on the OTC is not an easy task, especially since penny stocks sometimes have a shelf life very similar to a loaf of bread. One penny stock we came across this week looks better than attractive, it’s straight up sexy: Wizard World, Inc. (OTC: WIZD). Seeing it break its silence and come out on to the stage earlier this week was a blessing in disguise for WIZD stock watchers.

WIZD Stock Chart

There is no costuming up and masking the face of anything about this Company – Wizard World makes money dude! They are segmented into two revenue models: (i) live multimedia events, which involve ticket sales and exhibitor booth space, and (ii) sponsorships and advertising. These “Comic Cons” are happening in every major city across the U.S. with attendees, similar to the sports memorabilia industry, tried and true for their passion towards this “escape from the 9-to-5″ world.

The Company reports on a calendar year which means the 10-K should be due out in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to that, as of September 30, 2012, Wizard World had $2,049,848 in cash and sales for the nine months ended of $5,173,315 producing a gross profit of $1,955,914. Although the net income isn’t quite there yet (net loss for the nine months of $2,756,719), the moves they made to put them into the industry is very promising, especially since its an industry affected very much by disposable income.

Wizard World has three wholly owned subsidiaries it operates through: (i) KTC Corp., (ii) Kicking the Can L.L.C., and (iii) Wizard Conventions, Inc. The Conventions are where they make their money which, thanks in part to some restructuring from quantity to quality, decreasing the number of live events (from 7 in 2011 to 5 for the nine months ended September 30, 2012). The result was average per show revenue increasing significantly compared to the same nine month period in 2011.

Who attends these Comic Con conventions?

From once just considered “Comic Book Conventions” to now being the showcase platform for the fantasy-entertainment industry, celebrity bookings for conventions that Wizard World hosts includes so many top-shelf names that you just have to go and see for yourself at www.wizardworld.com. We see stars from World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE), Star Trek, The Walt Disney Company (DIS), and every other major entertainment company out there, including POW! Entertainment, Inc. (POWN).

With an industry that they have carved their niche into and an economy turning around, buying shares in WIZD stock at its current level is cheaper than that of which long term investors can even get shares at. The notes payable that the company has been converting into Series A Preferred shares and their attached warrants, a total of 20,530,372 as of September 30, 2012, makes the current PPS a 25% plus discount from the $0.40 – $0.44 conversion rates.

WIZD could go all “Incredible Hulk” which makes having it on your watchlist now a preventive measure from becoming one of the “Walking Dead” who watch this one take off like “a Bird, a Plane, nope – A Super Stock!”

According to the filings of Swingplane Ventures, Inc. (OTC:SWVI) the transaction for the acquisition of Mid Americas Corp. was supposed to be closed yesterday. There was no filing, nor was there an announcement.

For a while it seemed this would be enough to take down this pump, and SWVI traded as low as $0.29 per share, but then it rebounded and managed to close up 4.99% at $0.379 per share after 20.3 million shares had changed hands.

There are a number of details traders should keep in mind when looking at SWVI. Firstly, it's an Awesome Penny Stocks (APS) pump. This alone should speak volumes to traders who aren't new to the OTC and Pink stocks.

Secondly, until the transaction for the acquisition is closed, all SWVI has is about $160 thousand in cash which isn't even enough to cover their current liabilities.

Thirdly, there is very little information about Mid Americas Crop. The information that is available shows that the company hasn't yet earned the option, operations on the property haven't started, and the company will have to pay millions before it gets to that point.

Despite all the unknowns, traders seemed willing to pay the inflated price for SWVI shares. For the most part, this was probably due to the pump emails which claim SWVI can go to $1 or $2 per share.

Although unlikely, if there are some traders looking at SWVI who aren't familiar with APS and its history, they should really consider the fact that none of the previous pumps have ever reached the high price levels from the time when they were pumped.

As a matter of fact, most of them are down more than 90% from the pump highs. TagLikeMe Corp (PINK:TAGG) is one relatively recent example.

That being said, most APS pumps get runs that last several days before they crash hard. SWVI may have some fight left in it yet. Press Releases, filings and pumps can all contribute to a short-term spike.

Yesterday USA Graphite Inc (OTC:USGT) tied its lowest close just about a week after the pumpers of the Stock Castle group stopped mailing.

USGT closed down another 9.09% at 40 cents per share. The volume was just shy of 1.6 million shares.

This brings the loss from the high to a little under 60%. At $0.40 the market valuation of USGT is above $60 million, and that is for a company which has $2,212 in total assets.

There may be a brief reprieve from this fall, or even a slight bounce along the way, but eventually USGT's valuation will have to get much closer to what the company actually has. This thing happens to all pump jobs sooner or later.

The previous stock touted by the same group of promoters was Premier Brands, Inc. (OTC:BRNDE). As you can see on the chart, it was pumped back in October 2012, and it's now down more than 90%.

The same goes for IDO Security, Inc. (OTC:IDOI). IDOI was pumped in July, then crashed horribly, then it bounced in October, but ultimately it's down about 86%.

The beginning of a new month is making investors load up on the hottest offers in small cap companies, and this lifted the daily volume for Global Clean Energy, Corp. (PINK:GCEI, GCEI message board) to an all-time record. The ticker, lifted on a tide of promotional mailings and PR messages on well-read news sites, has been significantly more active since the fall. The ticker added 40% on Thursday's trading.

Eco-technologies and clean energy are common among promoted stocks, but GCEI has not been on our radar for several months. Since the daily volume breached the 10 million stocks in buying, it's necessary to see what the company has to offer to the thousands of investors that took positions.

Valued at 3 cents or a total current market cap of 3.3 million dollars, the company reported the following attorney-reviewed financial data:

$3,260 cash

$1.4 million in patents and rights

$2.69 million current liabilities, mostly incurred by expenses

CGEI works on projects to convert waste to energy, and so far has not disclosed earnings past 2009, when it ended with a loss of $145,000 on earnings of $40,000. The low cash reserves put doubt on the company's abilities to turn out amazing profits, and its 4-cent stock seems to be a short-term accessible bet. Added to this is probable valley-buying as the stock is still far from its peak in September, when it reached its 52-week high.

The GCEI promoters were silent between December 4th and January 30th when the new mailings arrived, courtesy of Penny Dreamers (compensated by $1,500) and 007 Stock Chat (with a budget of $7,500). The first email came even before the trading on January 30th, so this may explain why a lot of investors were prepared to take positions on the next day. We are looking forward to the end of the week and the potential correction.

The two pumpers are mentioning the potential of GCEI for future deals and partnerships, but the main power of this ticker comes from a mass hysteria of buying. To this is added the past history of pumps by Penny Dreamers, ending up with significant downside. Gold Dynamics Corp. (OTC:GLDN) was a similar double-zero fast bet which spiked on unseen volume on the December 10th mailing and later retreated to half its price on a period of low liquidity.

When it comes to hot OTC stocks, not too many can remain “in play” like marijuana stocks. While Cannabis Science Inc. (CBIS) had a tremendous start to 2012, running from 0.0196 to a high of 0.245, a gain of 1,150%, Medical Marijuana Inc. (MJNA) is just as smoking hot. Although the percentage gains are slightly less at present had you got into MJNA stock, 858% since its July lows, the revenues and projected net income the company brings to the table with its patented and proprietary based cannabinoid products has been significant enough that bigger money has, and is, still flowing into this top 10 penny stock. Is 0.30 on the horizon?

MJNA Stock Chart Since July

One of the biggest reasons why Medical Marijuana Inc. has performed so well since July is due to the scientifically proven, well-documented beneficial effects of marijuana including the amelioration of nausea and vomiting, stimulation of hunger in chemotherapy and AIDS patients, lowered intraocular eye pressure (shown to be effective for treating glaucoma), as well as general analgesic effects (pain reliever). POT: It’s not just for teenagers anymore.

The acceptance of medicinal marijuna products could also be due to the fact that most of the baby-boomer generation, those who are most likely to be purchasers of cannaboid based products, is thanks in part to their exposure to the “happy leaves” when they were younger. “Don’t smoke pot – you’ll go insane” they said, yet now, those same preachers are helping MJNA stock reach new 52 week highs daily for the last two months, levels not seen since April, 2011.

Although there are far and few traders who had the munchies to be buying shares of MJNA 13-14 months ago when the PPS was as low 0.011. Thursday was a huge day for shareholders as it not only had its 2nd largest volume trading session ever, but it also led the top 10 penny stocks traded on the OTC in EOD gains, 3rd in most trades, and it’s industry partner, CBIS, coming in 10th

About The Company

Medical Marijuana Inc. operates in the medical marijuana and industrial hemp markets. Its products range from patented and proprietary based cannabinoid products, to whole plant or isolated high value extracts specifically manufactured and formulated for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical industries.

With the heat beginning to build up in Asia, so have been the shares of the once great penny stock of Stevia Corp. (OTC: STEV). Gaining over 180% at the intraday HOD, STEV stock has been rocking and rolling currently trading at more than 0.20 over the 50 day moving average. Since announcing details of the farm management Company’s aquaculture project in China being the first Aquaculture Insurance Policy issued in the country, are the sweet green stevia leaves any closer to returning to their 52 week high?

Those who traded the once hot penny stock, STEV, back in November, 2011 remember the enormous gains they were able to get when Stevia Corp. was putting up million dollar volume when it first came out. Since then, the Company has become the real deal, even booking revenues of $112,517 for the three months ended September 30, 2012.

So what’s so sweet this year about STEV?

At the end of 2012, Stevia Corp. announced the expansion of its commercialization phase and plans for the Company’s first major crop harvest, over 1,000 tons, to come from their farm management in Vietnam during Q1 of 2013. According to rough estimates of sales price and costs, the Company expects the crop will be able to produce over $2 million in revenue and its first quarterly profit.

Breaking that down for a minute, for one quarter alone, $2 million would be $8 million for the 12 months. With their new insurance coverage which protects against loss of fish by disease or natural disaster (yes, fish ponds are used extensively for producing stevia), the safe estimate could be half that, $4 million if the Company’s projections are accurate ($2 million for Q1). That would mean revenues worth .04 for each authorized share, .06 for each share currently outstanding – not so bad for the first 24 months of doing business.

With the hype fizzled from when STEV stock ran up to as high as $2.75 one year ago, this new mini rally is well formed and with reason since, as proven from last quarter, the Company has a green thumb.

STEV stock was an amazing position heading into 2012 and it appears that the beginning of the year is a good “spring” time for the stevia focused Company. With the temperatures in Vietnam already into the 90 degree range, crop growth could spell profit growth for STEV investors, even at the current level its at.

Dolat Ventures, Inc. (DOLV) is an exploration-stage company. DOLV is currently engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mining properties and the wholesale distribution and sale of diamonds and precious gemstones.

The Company is focused on the early stages of acquiring diamonds, gems and precious stones from a range of locations throughout the African continent through its subsidiaries Dove Diamonds and Mining, Inc. and Millennium Mining LLC (Millennium).

Dove Diamonds & Mining was formed to prospect for, mine, extract, cut, polish, buy, sell, export, handle and otherwise deal in diamonds and other precious stones, and metals in Sierra Leone.

Dove Diamonds & Mining has chosen to explore and mine the Baimbawai Pool in the Sewa River in Sierra Leone based on its past output as its produced high quality diamonds and gems for the long term. Sierra Leone has been a major diamond producer for 70 years and Dove Diamonds & Mining intends to be one of the leading full scale industrial Diamond Mining firms in Sierra Leone. With excellent government relations, local partners and a long history of working within Sierra Leone, the principals of Dove Diamonds & Mining have an established track record and the right relationships in Sierra Leone..

What most excites us about this company is its appropriate industry. Diamonds are one of the world's, and specifically Africa's, major natural resources. An estimated US$13 billion worth of rough diamonds are produced per year, of which approximately US$8.5 billion are from Africa (approximately 65%). The diamond industry employs approximately ten million people around the world, both directly and indirectly, across a wide spectrum of roles from mining to retail. Global diamond jewellery sales continue to grow, increasing three-fold in the past 25 years, and are currently worth in excess of US$72 billion every year.

Swingplane Ventures, Inc. (OTC:SWVI, SWVI message board), the ongoing pump job by Awesome Penny Stocks (APS), should be closing the deal for the acquisition of Mid Americas Corp. today.

As the deadline draws near, tension is running high. Yesterday SWVI closed up 1.98% at $0.361 per share, on 9.4 million shares traded.

APS is still trying to compare SWVI to another OTC stock which made a huge run the past 5 sessions. It's Echo Automotive, Inc. (OTC:ECAU) f.k.a. Canterbury Res Inc. There are a couple of problems with that comparison.

For one, ECAU was pumped by a different outfit, not APS. The campaign was much bigger, supposedly running a $3 million budget, and it included paper mailers sent to the public.

The other issue is that ECAU is nothing more than a pump, and it dropped 40% yesterday. To the extent that botch SWVI and ECAU are pump jobs, they are similar, but it's hardly a positive point for SWVI.

In theory when SWVI completes the deal with Mid Americas, the public should get a Super 8-K with some information about the financial history and current situation. At this time, however, the Super 8-K hasn't been filed. When, and if, it is filed, there's still a chance the information would be insufficient for an objective valuation.

Do you know the gut-wrenching feeling when you have messed things up and you know that there is no way you can fix them? In case StockEdge are not familiar with it, they should just have a look at the email they sent out promoting FOY JOHNSTON INC (PINK:FOYJ, FOYJ message board).

What's wrong with it? Well, the email states that FOYJ produces paints, cosmetics, cleaning products, wood stains, lacquers and a host of other products they have never been even remotely interested in. In fact, they are a mining company and they want to dig out gold, silver, gems, rare-earth minerals, and whatever they could get their hands on from mines that are supposed to be located in Africa. You would agree that this is a far cry from the wood stains and cleaning products StockEdge speak about.

But let's leave the pumpers for a moment and see what FOYJ is actually worth. If the market cap is anything to go by, the company costs around $172 million, but that may be a bit of a stretch. In fact, FOYJ have yet to commence the actual mining of anything, so in all fairness, they are quite overvalued even now. Their financial statement is also anything but confidence-inspiring. Here are the figures as of the end of Q3, 2012:

cash: $0

current liabilities: $501 thousand

revenue: $0

net loss: $1,250

The pumpers are not the only ones making fumbling attempts to draw some attention to FOYJ. A press-release came out of the company headquarters a couple of hours ago stating that they are going to acquire more mines which are supposed to add even more value. We've read our fair share of news coming out of mineral exploration penny stock companies, and we sometimes feel that they all came out of the same mold: the price of gold is rocketing, there are tonnes of the stuff in our properties, etc, etc. If we had to point out the most interesting moments in this particular one, these would be when they have misspelled "hectare" for "hector" ( which we found very funny), and the statement that FOYJ are going to invest between $1.5 and $5 million in the development of the new mines. Having in mind their current financials, we fear that they might have made another typo with the "million" bit.

It's time now to go back to the promoters, and their rather entertaining email. Apart from the, let's say, error with the company description, StockEdge also say that there are some technical elements according to which, FOYJ is about to explode (the appropriate amount of complicated words and technical jargon is applied, of course). The thing is, we have read these things before and, ironically, they were once again related at FOYJ. Pumpers hyped the stock back in April 2011 and although it scored a negligible increase, it soon sank down to $0.0001 where it remained for a full year.

We wanted to touch base with you today to give you a heads up on a potentially lucrative stock. The company is CWNM and this is a company we have featured in the past. We have been hearing rumors that CWNM has some exciting news in play and we strongly believe this is a stock you should keep in your radar for tomorrow and possibly the following days!

If you missed our first alert on this stock here is some brief information on the company:

THE PRODUCT

Crown Marketing has developed and patented a novel drug delivery device that had broad applications and benefits to the oral Rx medication and supplement market. The spectrum and reliability of pharmacokinetic profiles achievable with this technology appears to be superior to currently marketed formulations.

THE INDUSTRY AND LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT

In addition to the benefit of a more effective drug delivery system, and by extension allowing for decreased dosages and the reduction of possible elimination of side effects, the cash cow for this company lies in its ability to potentially extend patent protection for the horde of multi-billion dollar blockbuster drugs facing the dreaded patent cliff.

2012 may be the year that the patent cliff reaches its height, with $33 billion of sales at risk, but the impact of loss of exclusivity will continue to reverberate across the decade, with more then $290 billion of prescription drugs sales due to be exposed to generic competition between now and 2018.

“This is the worst year, but it will also be bad in succeeding years,” said Jonathan de Pass, founder and CEO of EvaluatePharma, the consulting firm that compiled the data. The somewhat depressing conclusions of the report, World Preview 2018, were discussed at BIO 2012 on Tuesday, as the largest partnering-fest of the year got into its swing.

In the past 10 years, a huge amount of money has been thrown at acquisitions and the restructuring of research and development (R&D), in an attempt to replace the revenues that are under threat from patent expiries. Over the same time, EvaluatePharma estimated that $1.1 trillion has been invested in R&D in a bid to revitalize pipelines.

In 2010, the pharmaceutical industry had sales of $860 billion worldwide, up 3% from 2009. Just 133 blockbuster drugs accounted for $295 billion of those sales—about 34% of the market. Of those blockbusters, 13 are set to lose patent protection through 2017

EXAMPLES OF CROWNS TECHNOLOGY POTENTIAL

Crown’s technology will allow drug companies to modify the delivery, pharmacokinetics and dosage that, in addition to significantly reducing or eliminating side effects, it would be patentable. New patents can run for 20 years.

Example: Lipitor

Cholesterol fighter Lipitor held the title “best selling drug” for a few years, and had been a major source of income for the world’s biggest drug company, Pfizer.

Lipitor (atorvastatin) was released in 1998, and by 2006 it had reached worldwide peak sales of $12.9 billion, accounting for 27% of the company’s revenue.

In 2010, with $10.8 billion in sales, Lipitor still accounted for 15.8% of Pfizer’s total revenue. Unfortunately, Lipitor lost its patent protection and cut Pfizer’s total net income by 50%. Pfizer’s CEO Ian Read stated on January 31, 2012, in USA TODAY: “Patent losses cost the company $5 billion dollars.”

CONCLUSSION

If Crown can rejuvenate ageing pharmaceutical assets to counteract generic threats and preserve market share and income streams, it could become one of the more successful specialty pharmaceutical companies in memory.

Pharmaceutical companies desperately need to protect their revenue streams especially towards the end of their patent life, as this is when their products are most profitable. For that reason, upfront and milestone payments should be significant and commensurate to the perceived value brought to the project by adopting CDDT technology.

In addition to milestone payments, royalties would continue for the life of the newly patented product. For drug delivery companies, royalty rates are generally accepted to be in the 7% to 12% range depending on the time and expense of adopting the extended release mechanism. Crown’s strong patent estate and low development costs for new formulations appears to provide for the least expensive and expedient method for preserving patents and revenue streams.

AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE BRIEF INFORMATION WE PROVIDED ABOVE, CROWNS TECHNOLOGY COULD HAVE SIGNIFICANT GAME-CHANGING EFFECTS ON THE INDUSTRY. FOR THIS REASON ALONE WE BELIEVE OUR MEMBERS SHOULD KEEP A CLOSE EYE IN THE NEAR FUTURE FOR ANY EXCITING NEWS ANNOUNCED BY THE COMPANY!

SINCERELY,

YOUR OTPICKS.COM EDITOR

Crown Marketing (QB) (USOTC:CWNM)
Intraday Stock Chart

Today : Thursday 31 January 2013

Crown Marketing (OTCQB: CWNM) is pleased to announce that it has achieved positive in-vitro testing results of the most widely prescribed Diabetes drug commonly known as Metformin. As the accompanying image indicates, Crown's Controlled Drug Delivery Device (CDDT) is less than half the size of the 500mg dosage tablet, and may reduce and ameliorate many of the gastrointestinal side effects of Metformin. The most common adverse effects of Metformin are gastrointestinal upset including diarrhea, cramps, nausea and vomiting. Crown believes it can significantly reduce or eliminate these effects with its patented technology.

Patients also have issues about the taste and odor associated with the medication. Common complaints are that it "smells fishy" and can leave a metallic taste in the mouth. This is critical because it impacts patient compliance -- if it tastes or smells bad, patients oftentimes will not take the medication as directed. Crown's CDDT can overcome these issues due to its novel, diffusion based design and its impermable coating. According to IMS figures, the total market sales for all forms of Metformin were $1.6 billion, with sales of Metformin extended-release formulation alone accounting for over $460 million last year.

About The Company:

Crown's Controlled Drug Delivery Technology (CDDT) is a novel controlled-release technology, harnessing the principles of diffusion through precise mathematical formulas.

The spectrum and reliability of pharmacokinetic profiles achievable with this technology is superior to currently marketed formulations. Its simple design allows for a high level of flexibility in matching chronotherapeutic requirements. Cost-efficiencies in the commercial manufacturing process, when compared to other drug delivery technologies, may constitute its most important competitive advantage.

The objective of intelligent drug delivery design amounts to maximizing the percent of the time drug plasma levels are within the therapeutic range and avoiding patient exposure to potentially toxic (High) or sub-therapeutic (Low) levels.

Crown's cost-effective application of controlled delivery technologies will play a major role in the expansion of the pharmaceutical, OTC and nutraceuticals industry through our ability to improve on the performance of immediate release products in a manner tangible to manufacturers and consumers.

We all love the Earth's rainforests. Well, we should, anyway. We're not going to bore you with clichéd metaphors such as "the lungs of the planet" etc. but the fact remains that we can't go on without them. For all the technology that surrounds us right now, we also need paper. As you know, paper is made of wood, which, in turn, presents a huge problem to our beloved rainforests.

First, though, some history. SGDH started off back in 1996 under the name Transun International Airways, Inc. As you'd have probably guessed, they were dealing with air transportation, however, it all ended in tears when in 2005 they were forced to file a bankruptcy proceeding. They somehow managed to remain on their feet although between 2005 and 2010 they were a shell company.

Determination and maybe a bit of luck managed to get them out of the mess and in 2010, they started from scratch acquiring a company called EcoPaper.

What EcoPaper does is very interesting indeed. They say that they have developed a revolutionary way of producing paper without needing to cut down trees. The process itself, they claim, is also optimized to use a fraction of the energy of normal paper-making plants which, of course, makes them all green and trendy. Things are not all good though.

For a start, EcoPaper's (respectively SGDH's) products are a bit on the expensive side. A normal school-grade notebook, for example, costs as much as $8. Nevertheless, SGDH do receive some orders for the eco-friendly writing paraphernalia, and we even managed to dig out a press-release from way back in 2010 stating that they have received an order for a total of $1.3 million. The thing is, SGDH just can't manage to produce the paper at a reasonable enough cost. The quarter the enormous order took place, for example, ended with a net loss of $58 thousand.

As for right now, the enormous sales seem to be gone and they are still working at a loss. The latest report that they have published covers the third quarter of 2012 and in order to get an understanding of what their state is right now, here are the most crucial financials:

cash: $11 thousand

current assets: $137 thousand

current liabilities: $796 thousand

revenue: $30 thousand

net loss: $85 thousand

Having these figures in mind, it's safe to assume that they have some trouble funding their operations, and the financial report confirms these fears. According to it, their financing comes mainly from debts, the most recent one dating September 2012. The thing is, they are unable to pay them off on time, which means that they are forced to negotiate extensions of their maturity dates. We fear that this won't go on forever. They have problems with other expenses as well: SGDH's CEO, for example, has received a total of 38.5 million shares of common stock as a compensation for his services since the company has no other means of paying his salary. He is absolutely free to sell them whenever he deems it necessary.

The thing that puts us off the most, however (we're sure that some experienced investors agree), is the fact that SGDH are constantly promoted by all sorts of pumpers with shady history. We all know the risks of trading in Pennyland, and when the stock in question is being pumped, they are even higher. Especially when one of the newsletter trying to create the hype is Jet-Life Penny Stocks. One of their most recent flops was Wiki Group Inc (PINK:TWGI). The promotion started on January 15, and as a result, TWGI have since wiped out a total of 55% of their price.

Judging from the facts we managed to find about SGDH, they do indeed have some idea of what they are doing, which in itself is a feat when speaking about penny stocks. It's absolutely crucial for them, however, to stick to that idea and let performance and sales raise the price of their shares, rather than artificially excited newsletters.

For those of you who played GCEI back in November you may have taken advantage of a few chances to make some decent gains. Pumpers are touting a beautiful chart pattern to convince investors that the time has come for GCEI again, but will it? Early indications show not much excitement on the bid side, but stayed tuned to see how this one plays out!

Company Info:

Global Clean Energy, Inc. is a waste-to-energy conversion solutions company, focused on using available and developing technologies to recover and/or extract from unconventional industrially abandoned or formerly uneconomic sources to commercially viable Energy Resource Materials (ERM). This process results in two distinct benefits: 1.converting formerly unusable waste into a viable ERM, and 2. restoring formerly environmentally blighted land to a usable form, a process the Companya refers to as Reforming Environmental Salvage into Clean Usable Energy (R.E.S.C.U.E.).

The Company's strategy is to utilize newly developed and proven conversion and reprocessing technologies to produce clean burning viable energy sources from the ERM. The Company has developed proprietary technologies to focus on two specific niches of the Green Alternative Energy Sector (GAES).First the conversion of slurry pond residues to dry slurry through its' proprietary "Cyclonic Dredging" technology adn secondly, the construction of specialized gasification plants using the Company's gasification/pyrolytic steam reforming technology to convert carbon based feedstock into clean usable energy.

At the end of 2012, we updated our coverage on the penny stock of Generex Biotechnology Corp. (GNBT) and the devastating slide the shares had been on all year. With hopes and expectations that someone would come along and drop some much needed cash into the biotech focused on treating and curing breast cancer, the news of an investor conference call scheduled for 10am today was enough to send GNBT into a mini rally on Wednesday. Since there clinical and regulatory status of the AE37 breast cancer vaccine has seen some recent news, today’s live call could answer the big question investors have: Money?

Generex Biotech recently filed a Preliminary Proxy informing the public of their upcoming annual shareholders meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 28, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. (local time), at 201 Bridgeland Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M6A 1Y7. On the agenda to be voted upon are (i) an increase in authorized shares from 750 milion to 1.5 billion as well as (ii) an amendment to the Company’s Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect, at any time prior to September 27, 2014, a reverse stock split of GNBT stock at an exchange ratio to be determined.

While those items are on the agenda for March, today’s conference call is likely to be focused more on money and Generex Oral-lyn™ , a buccal insulin spray product as well as the status of the proposed spinout of the Company’s Antigen Express. Generex has been hitting the newswires of late with updates of its Indian licensee, Shreya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., having submitted a dossier of the results of the recently completed Phase III trial of Generex Oral-lyn™.

There was also news released two weeks ago of an interview focused on the Company’s AE37 breast cancer vaccine under development by their wholly-owned subsidiary, Antigen Express, Inc. The interview, featured in a Micro-Cap Review, was conducted while Antigen Express President, Dr. Eric von Hofe, PhD, was attending the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco earlier this month.

It’s been a long and hard road for investors in Generex Biotechnology over the last 11 months and Wednesday’s session which landed them on the top 10 penny stocks traded list in the 4th position should help to keep them on the map for the next few weeks.
