Another Big company who thinks they can win!!!!

2017-04-02T18:10:00.001-07:00

Good Evening!!! It has been a while since my last post...only because I have been so busy with the thing called life :)

I felt it was time for some serious conversation....
How many of you (my followers) are hard working women, homemakers, moms, grandmas who are trying to make every penny stretch? I'm guessing 90% of you are in one way or another.

Today I went to the grocery store as usual to pick up a local newspaper or two (I try to buy a few in anticipation of finding some really good coupon inserts) . I purchased my newspapers and headed home. Upon opening up my papers i see there are 3 inserts included (the more the better right?) Well in a way this was nice but then i open up the P&G insert only to find that there are no coupons for my favorite laundry detergent!! Yes...believe it or not they have purposely left them out. Instead of an actual coupon they place a non-coupon in there with a link to their website asking you to go here and print one...yes i said only one.

For a company who has been around for many years to pull such a thing is just mind boggling.
For one...i am sure they pay for this (non-coupon) to be printed and published. And two...they do not take into consideration their loyal consumers. Some of us may not have access to a printer, some may not even understand the internet...such as elderly people and most of all those who buy enough for their family to get by on for a month or two. Who uses one coupon?

I have written several emails to P&G with my concerns about this only to receive an email back stating that they can not help me out but instead send me a coupon for my favorite product. It is very obvious that they are not concerned with our complaints...or....they are not getting enough complaints to begin with.

We as consumers can make or break a company really fast if we all ban together and voice our opinions.

I urge you to write or call them up and voice your opinion to this matter because if you sit back silently...big companies like this will win and we lose.

They need to know that people like me and i am sure you too use coupons to buy their products in hopes of stretching our hard earned dollar. Without coupons and access to them eventually their products will stop selling and this can mean stores and especially small stores will see less profit.

Let them know that what they are doing is hurting everyone in the long run because I for one will not pay full price if i don't have to. I will eventually buy another product all together.

Sometimes we just need a little help!!

2016-08-17T08:17:00.001-07:00

We have all been there!! There are those occasional nights when you feel so sleepy only to find that when you finally get into your bed and get all comfortable you just can not fall asleep!! you toss, you turn, you position your pillows over and over and yet still find yourself wide awake.

The makers of ZzzQuil understands your struggle. They have created a product that not only helps you get that much needed sleep, but also helps you wake up refreshed.

I am not one to take a pill unless i know it is going to work AND is safe to take.

ZzzQuil has proven to be both!! I tried it, i liked it and I will definitely be using again when the occasion arises. I took 2 of these amazing purple pills and surprisingly got a really good nights sleep. About 8 hours later I awoke feeling refreshed, energized and not a bit groggy . My only complaint was how long it took for it to work...but that could be just my experience...who knows? I do however like the fact that it is an over the counter product and not prescription.

I highly recommend this product to anyone who ever has troubles falling asleep as it really does work effectively and is safe to take regularly..no side effects as far as i can see :)

I received a sample of #ZzzQuil for testing purposes thanks to Influenster . All opinions are my own

Healthy Eating Week!!!!!!!!!!!

2015-04-21T11:49:00.000-07:00

Since I have started clean eating I have noticed many awesome changes!! The most important one being that I feel soooo much better. I noticed that I have more energy, less fatigue and fewer tummy problems. Yes, tummy problems!!

The way they process our foods today can really have a negative effect on your tummy. Ever notice that when you eat a certain food your tummy gets crampy, gassy or just straight out nauseated? Well you are not alone! I used to get gassy really bad...not knowing why I would just let it pass not giving it a second thought...until one dreaded day when i awoke to theee worst pain in my abdomen. I am talking PAIN!!!!!!! which eventually sent me to the ER.

Once there I learned that i had blockage in my small intestine. Scary right? Well after a whole lot of research I learned that this is common in many people and all caused by the foods we eat.

I am proud to say that since I have stopped eating so much of those foods I am now finding myself pain free..yes..........And I embrace it!!

Now you are probably thinking ugghhhh but I love pizza and cookies and even ice cream!! Well guess what? I do too :) I just have a healthier way of enjoying these foods. Pinterest is a site where you can discover all sorts of recipes, tips, ideas and help! There are a limitless amount of recipes here for clean eating and they DO include our favorite foods but with a healthier way of making them.

Today I am sharing one of my faves: Cauliflower Pizza Crust!! yummmm!! This cheesy cauliflower pizza crust is, dare I say it, is even better than bread!!

Understanding Walgreens!

2015-04-16T11:36:00.000-07:00

I am not a walgreens shopper but when i do go there i find this tutorial very helpful!!! Walgreens rewards program can be quite confusing!!

Are you wasting your hard earned money?

2015-04-16T11:25:00.000-07:00

When you go shopping do you really plan out your trip by creating a shopping list? counting inventory and clipping coupons? If you answered no to any of these you are wasting money!! Every penny counts in this day and time. Prices have gone up and incomes are dwindling in today's economy.

I learned many years ago how to make my paycheck go further and the first step is to be aware of how and what i buy. For example...I used to buy hand soap in those little dispensers...thinking they were so cheap that i could just buy several at a time. But in reality it is wiser to buy a bigger bottle of the refill and fill my own dispensers. Costs around $4.00 normally at walmart and it goes a long way.

Always write down what you really need for your pantry instead of blindly buying items just to realize you had some tucked in the back!! my daughter would do this all the time!! It really pays off to know how many cans of soup or boxes of cereal are actually in the pantry before buying more.

Coupons, coupons and more coupons!! I never ever buy anything without first checking to see if there is a coupon for it. And with so many outlets available to acquire them...there is no excuse not to have them!! There are sites such as coupons.com , redplum.com and also newspaper inserts that offer coupons. and let's not forget about rewards cards and apps!!

I plan on getting into the rewards and apps in another post as I am just now learning the ropes on how they actually work.

So how do you shop? Do you see any savings? What apps do you use?? Feel free to comment below so that others can benefit from your wisdom :)

I just love being an influenster!!

2014-11-18T10:13:00.001-08:00

Have you ever been in a store and noticed something new on the shelves such as a new beauty product or even a new food item and thought hmmm i wonder if these are good or not? Afraid to purchase it in fear of trying it out and not liking it? I used to do this a lot until I became a member of INFLUENSTER :)

First let me explain what Influenster is: This is a site where not only can you read REAL reviews written by REAL people on just about everything from cosmetics to appliances, etc. but also are given the opportunity to actually try out new products.

Members of this site get the chance of receiving a box (voxbox is what they call it) which is filled with many neat products in return they must write reviews and share their opinions of each product they receive. You might be thinking right now that this seems tedious but I assure you it is actually enjoyable to do. There are so many fun activities to do related to the products you receive that it really does not seem like work at all. For example they may ask you to post a picture of yourself using the product and simply post it on social media. Also for each task you complete you are given the chance at winning prizes from that certain brand as well. AND for each task you complete you will receive a badge as well. The more badges you earn the more chances you have at being chosen for the next box of goodies! Sounds exciting huh??

I have been a member of INFLUENSTER for 2 years now and have received quite a few sample boxes! It is always a thrill to see that I have been chosen for a certain campaign and I really do enjoy completing all of the tasks they ask of me.

Here is a sneak peek at what my dashboard looks like. On here you will find all of the currently running campaigns going on and what is required of you to complete each one. I find myself visiting this often as I am always looking for the next exciting campaign to come.

The very best part of all of this is voicing my opinion and also reading what others have to say about it. Reviews are a vital part of my research when deciding on a purchase and this site has been a big help in that area. Reviews written by real people who are NOT paid for their reviews is critical to me as i know they are honest and unbiased.

Have i peaked your curiosity yet?? Well there is so much more to share with you!!

Do you like apps? Influenster also has that!! yes... it is the #Influensterapp . take a look

By having the #Influenster App you can have access to it 24/7 on your smartphone (unfortunately only apple itunes has this available right now) patiently waiting for android version...but anyhow I absolutely love love love this site!!

Are you on social media?? such as twitter, facebook, instagram?? This also helps! The more you share the higher your influence is :) Here is what my score looks like:

My impact score is fairly high because i have accounts on almost all of social media and i share often on them all. The more you share the higher it gets.

I am very pleased with all of the voxboxes i have received and look forward to many more :) I highly recommend this if you are looking for a fun and easy way to try out new products and are interested in giving feedback on them as well. I guarantee you will love being a part of the influenster nation!! Go ahead...go check it out and while you are there you might as well join :) No better time than right now! Let me know what you think by leaving me a comment...

This video never gets old!! This here is my baby sister. This was her lovely wedding in which she married her best friend, true love, first love Danny giotto .

They have been married now for 4 years and right now she is battling colon cancer :( It really makes me sad to know that she is going through such hard times and all I wish is for her to be free of it all. I love this girl with all my heart!

If you are reading this post please, please say a little prayer for her. I strongly believe that she will win this ugly war with the help of family and friends and awesome fans like you :)

JERF (Just Eat Real Food)

2014-10-16T14:13:00.000-07:00

I believe in eating real foods and less of the processed stuff and that is why I have decided to try out the clean eating diet. It's not really a diet though because I am eating a whole lot of food...just better for me foods :) I ran across this scrumptious dish as i was surfing through a few of my favorite blog sites. (steamykitchen.com) This woman has so so many delicious recipes and this one was delicious!!

PAD THAI ZOODLES
Servings: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

The prepared Pad Thai sauce is sweet. Start with 3 tablespoons of the sauce and if you feel like you need more salty (but not sweet), add a teaspoon of fish sauce or soy sauce. If you enjoy more sweet, add another tablespoon of the Pad Thai sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces extra firm tofu, cubed
2 tablespoons cooking oil, divided
2 eggs, beaten
1 stalk green onion, cut into 2" lengths
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 cup matchstick cut carrots
3 large zucchini, cut into noodle spirals
3 tablespoons prepared Pad Thai sauce (or more, depending on taste)
1 lime, halved (use 1 half for step 5, cut other half into wedges for serving)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
sprigs of cilantro, minced
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pat the tofu very dry with paper towels. Toss just 1 tablespoon of the cooking oil with the tofu. Heat a wok over high heat. When hot, carefully slide the tofu (be careful of any splatters). Brown all sides of tofu, about 1-2 minutes each side. Remove tofu to plate and set aside.

2. With a paper towel, wipe the wok clean. Swirl in just half of the remaining cooking oil and turn the heat to medium-high. When hot, add in the eggs and scramble. Remove the eggs to to the tofu plate and set aside.

3. Return wok to medium-high heat. Swirl in the last of the cooking oil and turn heat to medium-high. When hot, add in the green onion, garlic and ginger. Cook for 15 seconds, until fragrant.

4. Turn heat to high and add in the carrots. Toss and stir fry for 1 minute. Then add in the zucchini noodles. Toss well and when zucchini begins to soften (about 1 minute), then stir in the Pad Thai sauce. Add in the eggs and the tofu. Toss, cook for 2 minutes. Taste and add additional sauce if desired.

5. Squeeze a little lime on top, top with chopped peanuts and cilantro. Serve with additional lime wedges.

Perfect Portions Digital Scale + Nutrition Facts Display, Silver Review

2014-09-01T14:08:00.000-07:00

I have always wanted a scale like this but had no idea they even existed until now. Since I am trying to change my eating habits and maintain a healthy weight I have literally been keeping track of what i put into my body such as calories, sugars, carbs, etc.

Also have been doing a whole lot of label reading before i buy foods and am shocked to see just what we are consuming!! some ingredients in our daily foods are things i can not even pronounce. I do believe there are too many additives and preservatives being put into our foods and that these are the cause of many illnesses among people these days.

Since i was given the opportunity to review this food scale and share with you...my followers, I am finding that this scale is very useful to have.

I simply place my food on the scale, look up the code for that specific food and the scale tells me everything i need to know...such as total calories, fat calories, sodium and so on. This is very helpful if you are trying to cut back on certain things such as sodium and sugars.

It is really simple to use once you get used to it. The booklet pretty much guides you through the process and the codes cover just about every type of food out there.

The Perfect Portions Scale is a scale and nutritional calculator in one and can be found at Amazon
Using the familiar "Nutrition Facts" label, it clearly displays the nutritional content (calories, fats, carbs, sugars and more) of nearly 2000 foods adjusted to your portion size.

It allows you to see how many calories are in that handful of candy or track the sugar content of foods without labels.

Unlike other nutritional scales, it breaks down the information into % daily value, tracks your daily total, and even lets you customize the scale by entering 99 of your own foods.

It has an easy-to-clean, stylish glass-top surface and touchpad keys. The Perfect Portions Scale works with any diet to give you the information you need to help you control your portions and make healthy choices.

Display weight in grams or lb oz with high resolution gradation (0.1oz/1g). Max weight capacity 10 pounds/5 kg). Additional features include automatic power off; tare function; 5 year warranty. Batteries included.

2 oz. 100% organic pure moroccan argan oil (review)

2014-08-22T18:09:00.002-07:00

UNi Argan Oil is 100% pure organic made from Moroccan Argan Trees. This naturally light scented oil helps protect, hydrate, and restore elasticity to all hair types. Large concentration of fatty acids and antioxidants help restore the appearance of dull skin, hair, body, scalp and hands. Reduces and removes frizzy and damaged hair. Excellent for cuticles - helps prevent cracking and peeling of nails. Can treat all skin types as well.

I had never heard of this oil before but am so glad I got the opportunity to try it and share with you!! I have always had the annoying problems with hangnails. Every time i clip my fingernails i end up getting hang nails and they are hard to remove without causing more pain.

This oil really helps...it makes the skin smooth and is non-oily too! I simply rubbed it around my cuticle area and let it soften.

Also tried this oil for my hair. I rubbed some in my hands and applied it to my hair ends. So far I have no complaints about this product. It is fast absorbing, non greasy, has no strong odor, helps protect, hydrate, and restore elasticity to all hair types.helps restore the appearance of dull skin, hair, body, scalp and hands. Reduces and removes frizzy and damaged hair. Excellent for cuticles - helps prevent cracking and peeling of nails. Can treat all skin types as well.

Head on over to Amazon and read a bit more about this awesome oil...you'll definitely want a bottle especially if you want to treat yourdelf to softer skin and healthier hair :)

Weight Gurus smartphone Tracking Digital body Fat Scale (Review)

2014-08-19T08:34:00.001-07:00

Weight gurus have some pretty cool bathroom scales and this particular one is their newest! It is very sleek and stylish..made of glass and does everything I have ever needed a scale to do.

I love that it not only records your weight but also shows your BMI, Muscle mass, water weight and Bone mass!!

Scale can be set to show your weight in pounds or kilograms as well.

I do exercising on a daily basis and find this scale perfect for keeping me on track. It lets me know if i have gained or lost and that is something i have always wanted in a bathroom scale.

If these features seem cool wait until you see what else it does!! after you sync the scale by telling it your height, your age and your gender and your user # (it records up to 8 users) also let it know your activity level such as very low to very high. After you have entered all of this info you simply step onto the scale with bare feet and it will tell you everything you need to know.

Now once you see your results the screen will display your info in a barcode format. You will need to have downloaded the app onto your smartphone in order to use this feature. Simply scan the code with your phone and it will store your results within the app.

This is a really cool scale with many useful functions and I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to keep track of their progress. For me it's all about staying within a healthy range.

A WEIGHT LOSS SCALE: The Weightless scale is the only scale specifically designed to encourage weight loss. The FREE Weight Gurus App tracks progress which encourages you to reach your goal. Our Weightless feature lets you manage your weight by how much you've lost instead of how much you weigh. With Weightless you decide how to view your weight - by the number (e.g. 173.4lbs) or weightlessly by weight change (e.g. -12lbs).

ALL THE FEATURES YOU'LL WANT: Auto Step-on (turns on automatically when weighing). Auto Off. Auto calibration. Auto user detect (important for multi-user homes - e.g. husband/wife). Supports up to 8 users. Non-slip, scratch resistant feet. 4 ultra-precision weighing sensors. 400lb capacity. BIA Analysis for Body Fat, Lean Mass, Water Weight and Bone Mass. +/- .1 lb resolution. Durable tempered glass construction. Large weighing platform (150 sq inches). Extra Large, Backlit LCD (4.3"). Kg / Lbs. 4 AAA batteries included.

You can purchase yours right HERE

Ageless by Thera Vita (Review)

2014-08-19T07:59:00.002-07:00

I have been using this wonderful product for a week and i absolutely love it! Not only does it have a lovely scent to it but it has really made a change in the way my face looks and feels!

I have always had really oily facial skin especially around my nose and forehead so many times a product designed for the face was such a hassle trying to find one that did not make my face even more oily

This particular one is organically infused hyaluronic acid smooths away the appearance of fine lines in seconds and helps keep moisture in and external irritants out to preserve the integrity of the skin and mantain a natural beauty and glow. It also increases the strength and elasticity of the skin for a firmer look. It has ntioxidant properties eliminates sun spots caused by sun, pollution or smoking

I love the fact that it has no useless additives in it and feels light on my face. I usually apply this at night before going to bed. My face feels so soft and not oily upon waking. Have not had any irritation and am noticing a brighter tone to my skin. I highly recommend this product!!

It contains extremely powerful organic herbs such as aloe, witch hazel, MSM, green tea, vitamin A, C, E, jojoba oil, and geranium oil.

Great for all skin types. And can be purchased HERE

Garcinia Cambogia (Review)

2014-08-19T07:38:00.002-07:00

You have most likely heard about this product on programs such as Dr. Oz and The doctors. It has become very popular and for a very good reason...it works!!

I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I am happy to say that I love the results. I take 2 capsules first thing in the morning with a full glass of water. Best when taken on an empty tummy :) With these you take 3 times daily.

I immediately noticed that they DO control my appetite so I am eating far less. No jitters, no hunger and absolutely no side effects!

Since starting this supplement i have dropped around 8 pounds...yay!! Also have better sleep and have a bit more energy throughout the day.

Experts agree, the higher the percentage of HCA, the better the results. Our 80% HCA Garcinia Cambogia Extreme Weight Loss Formula is the strongest and highest quality formula available anywhere today.

Clinically Proven To Work

Revolutionary research has shown that Garcinia Cambogia provides the following benefits:

- Increases weight loss by 2 to 3 times what a person would lose with just diet and exercise alone
- Blocks fat production and turns fat into glycogen, which helps burn fat
- Suppresses appetite and curbs cravings
- Increase lean muscle mass
- Increases serotonin, leading to less emotional eating, improved mood, and better sleep
- Reduces cortisol, the stress hormone, leading to decreased belly fat
- Decreases bad cholesterol and promotes healthy cholesterol
- No side effects

Formulated For Maximum Weight Loss

Doctor recommended guidelines specify that HCA is absorbed better with mineral salts such as Potassium, Calcium, and Chromium.

Some manufacturers are saying that Calcium and Chromium prevent the absorption of Garcinia Cambogia, but it is actually the opposite that is true. Our formula is specifically designed to increase the bioavailability and efficacy of HCA.

This new Garcinia Cambogia is being sold exclusively at Amazon.com. Check it out HERE

Ozeri WeightMaster 400 lbs Digital Bath Scale with BMI and Weight Differential Detection (Black) REVIEW

2014-08-09T12:49:00.002-07:00

I have finally found a scale that i love!! This bathroom scale not only tells me my current weight but also lets me know my BMI AND if i gained or lost!! Love that.

A lot of people dislike seeing their actual weight in numbers and I totally understand that. With this scale you can set it to show your weight in numbers or...just set it to let you know if you gained or lost. Pretty cool huh?

Smart LCD with Color Alert Technology -- For users who want to focus on their weight trend instead of the actual numbers, this scale displays your weight change in color, with a GREEN illumination for weight loss and RED for weight gain, providing a visual form of intuitive feedback so you can see if your weight is trending up or down day to day, over the last 3 and 7 days.

Immediate and Flawless Results -- Performs and displays all calculations on the scale's LCD without complicated synching or data connection failures common to more expensive wireless and Bluetooth alternatives.

I really like this scale as it keeps me on track by what i call lecturing me LOL...whenever i see red that means i messed up and need to get back on the right track. If i see green it means i did good by losing.

If you are trying to lose, gain or even maintain your weight then i highly suggest this awesome bathroom scale by ozeri. You can purchase this scale in black or white by clicking here

SWEET DREAMS with BEDTIME BLISS Sleep Mask, Ear Plugs & Carry Case! Round 2! Review

2014-07-22T11:09:00.001-07:00

Ever wondered what it is like to be able to sleep in complete darkness? I have tried room darkening curtains only to find that they really did not help much. I live in an upstairs apartment and directly above my bedroom window sits one of those really big flood lights that is supposed to keep the property lit up. Well it is so bright that even the curtains do not block the light from entering my room.

I have tried some of those so called beauty sleep masks but they were not very comfortable as they sat directly on my eyes! I at least want to be able to move my eyelids.

This amazing sleep mask is perfect for me. The patented contour design allows for complete freedom of eye movement, total blackout for a restful sleep, will not smudge makeup, and does not interfere with REM sleep.

It is very soft and luxurious and it rests on the face around the eye area. It does not touch the eye directly. also comes with ear plugs and fits nicely in any purse or travel case.

Very light weight and washable too! I had my husband try it out since he has to go to bed early in the evening when there is still noise outside and it's not completely dark out. He seemed to have slept very well as seen in the photo :) slept like a baby!

This wonderful product can be found at amazon.com and I highly recommend it for anyone who has trouble sleeping!

My journey to Fitness continues

2014-07-04T19:53:00.000-07:00

BEFORE: 180

AFTER: 138

As most of you who follow my blog know: Two years ago I was a mess!! I was extremely overweight (according to my doctor) , had little or no energy, had very low self esteem and most importantly my blood pressure was very high!

I had tried every diet fix out there from pills, to foods, etc. Nothing took the weight off :( I walked every day for hours (speed walking) only to discover that I would lose about 1 pound AND gain blisters on my feet (ouch)

A friend of mine had mentioned the hcg drops and how she was losing weight overnight. This sparked my curiosity and i researched it a bit to see just what it was all about. to make a long story short...I bought it, tried it and wow!! I was able to drop 48 pounds withing 12 weeks!! No lie...I took the drops as directed, stuck to the diet (protocol) which is very hard to follow as it only allows you to consume 500 calories a day and is very limited in food choices.
But i was determined to make it work and it did :) I went from 180 to 139 in no time!!

My goal is to be 125 which is what is recommended for my height. I am still around where i left off 139-140 pounds and I am just pleased that i have been able to maintain this weight even after 2 years and no more drops.

Now we all know how good we feel after losing weight, but there is also a down side to it as well and that is seeing all of that skin that was so badly stretched out and left hanging!! ugghhh that just makes me so frustrated!

Well i decided that this year was going to be all about tightening and toning that stubborn skin and so i joined a really cool, fun and energetic class called TABATA .This class is held at our local gym My very first day was excruciating!! I got dizzy, overheated and nauseous...seriously!! i thought i had been beat!! I walked out and sat on the curb and just gave up!! But not really, because two days later i showed up again and was ready to take this on head first!! Jumped right back in and did it!! all the way through and let me tell you it felt good. My whole body was sore...could barely walk up my stairs, felt like i had been hit by a train!! But hey...it was all good :)

Now about the class...it is a very high intensity workout and by that i mean no breaks, no stopping and full on heart throbbing sweat pouring exercise!! I know...you are thinking ummm no thanks!! but really, once you get the hang of it ..well...it is so much fun!!! Especially if you have a good trainer!!

Luckily the woman who does this class is thee best I have ever had. She is very compassionate about it, caring and just a straight up awesome person!! I feel like she is not only there to push us to do our best, but also to help us in achieving the highest!! She is like the sister i never had!! I feel very comfortable with her as a trainer...unlike the others i have encountered. she always greets us with a smile and she is always ready to compliment us.

Her name is Juli and i personally find her to be a breath of fresh air. She is a genuinely good person as well as an excellent trainer. I look forward to many more classes and will keep you updated on my achievements :)

Yes!! this woman is an awesome trainer as well as a wonderful person!! If you're reading this Juli...thanks for welcoming me into your class and making me feel like i belong :) (((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))

I also really like the people who attend the class with me..everyone is so friendly and we all support each other with compliments and random high fives :) Could not ask for a better class!!!

2014-07-04T18:53:00.003-07:00

Up until now I had never even heard of these bandz! My granddaughter was so excited to see that I was reviewing these. She just loves making bracelets and stuff.

When we first opened the box we were both wondering how in the heck does this thing work? I actually had to youtube search on how to make something with it.

The rainbow bandz are very pretty and colorful...not to mention that they are latex free!!

This kit comes with
1 Super durable loom
- 1 Hook with base opener
- 600 silicone latex free rubber bands **Non toxic, Lead and Latex Free**
- 24 S-clips

It is used to create bracelets, charms, and other interesting stuff.

The instruction manual has some pointers, tips and instructions to follow in order to come up with different desired creations – from beginner to expert level.

Once we began making them we were hooked!! You can get really creative and make all sorts of different patterns. This is something I really enjoyed doing with her.

Below is the video we used to get started:

This particular kit is sold onAmazon for $9.99 and is a really good value not to mention a high quality crafting kit that you and your kids will spend hours having fun with!!

Blacklight Flashlight Round 2! Discover the Wonders that your Pets Have Left Behind Review

2014-07-02T13:50:00.000-07:00

This little flashlight is totally amazing! I find myself grabbing for it almost every day. Not only is it useful for tracking down pet stains, but also i have found it useful for checking my dish sponges to see how germy they become...yuck!!

I was amazed at how effective this little light is. It detects spots that you never even knew existed..in carpets, furniture, bedding etc. Do you have pets? Ever notice a smell in your home but can not quite figure out where it is coming from?

Can you smell urine EVERY room that you go into, but you have no idea where? Do you crawl around on your hands and knees sniffing the floor in the hopes to discover the location of the urine?

If you answered yes then I would highly recommend this flashlight as it will be your guide into finding those mysterious odors. As illustrated below, this little light is very strong and shows the stains very clearly for you.

It also comes in very handy to detect if certain people in your household are 'missing' the bowl, or if you the cleaner is cutting corners when they wipe down the bench top and oven.

Whatever you choose to use it for, you'll be soo glad that you did...after the initial shock of your discoveries are over.

I am definitely purchasing a few of these for friends and family as they are a lifesaver (or quite possibly a nose saver) haha when it comes to ridding your home of unwanted smells!!
