- Faire cuire à feu doux (85° C), sans cesser de remuer jusqu’à ce que la crème nappe la spatule.&lt;br /&gt;
- Laisser refroidir en remuant de temps à l’autre.&lt;br /&gt;
- Verser cette crème dans une sorbetière. Mouler, lisser.&lt;br /&gt;
- Réserver au congélateur a -18° C pendant 4 heures.&lt;br /&gt;
- Démouler et décorer au sirop de chocolat.&lt;br /&gt;

Les laisser frire un peu durant 5 a 10 minutes feu moyen.Des que l'oignon est plus tendre et change un peu de couleur, ajouter l'eau deux litres et les légumes coupés en petits dés (sauf les tomates). Porter à ébullition durant 45 min ou jusque ce que les légumes et la viande soient prêts.Ajouter la tomate concentrée et un peu de safran/curcuma pour donner une jolie couleur a la soupe.Dix minutes avant de servir, ajoute la pâte de votre choix en pluie .Couvrir aux 3/4 et laisser cuire. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: #d6d0c0; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;- Diviser le chocolat en petits morceaux. Mélanger le sucre de canne avec les jaunes d'œufs.&lt;br /&gt;
- Supporter le lait à ébullition, puis verser sur les jaunes en remuant vigoureusement. Ajouter le chocolat et mélanger bien.&lt;br /&gt;
- Disperser dans une casserole et faites cuire en remuant avec une spatule en bois jusqu'à ce que la préparation commence à épaissir. Laisser refroidir.&lt;br /&gt;
- Passer la préparation dans une turbine à glace. Emporter votre glace de la turbine et ajouter la confiture d'abricots.
