i just wanted to say that i think your photos aren't just beautiful and breath taking. also they have a way to move you, almost as if they can take you there. you really have a great way of capturing nature in its fullest. your insight and how you describe life is eye opening. im glad i have the chance to read this and look at your blog.

Finding Success and Abundance in Your Life
My first workshop for 2008 is about finding success and abundance in your life. All too often, we are off in one direction or another and find that our lives are scattered and the results from that is that our success and abundance is hit and miss. We are all hoping to be successful and happy. We plan to follow our success with abundance so that we can enjoy a fulfilling life here on earth. Unfortunately that plan does not always go the way we would like it to. We find that there are many bumps along the way on our path to success and abundance.

The first step is to attend my workshop this Saturday, February 23rd and start heading in the right direction. Learn how to set simple goals that will help inspire you to accomplish what you always wanted and more.

I will see you Saturday at Airlie Gardens Services Center, 10:00am-11:30am.
The cost for this workshop is $25.

I Am Taking My Show On The Road

I have decided to, Take my show on the road, as I like to call it and start selling my photos and note cards at local events. I will be setting up a booth at the Annual Plant, Garden, and Herb Fair at Popular Grove Plantation, Saturday and Sunday, March 29th and 30th. Popular Grove Plantation www.poplargrove.com/herb_fair.htm is located on Route 17, 9 miles north of Wilmington. The list of workshops that will be offered look so interesting. You definitely will not want to miss this.

The other event I am excited about is The Master Gardeners Annual Plant sale www.ces.ncsu.edu/newhanover/. at the Arborumn on Oleander Dr., Tuesday, March 25th through Sunday, March the 30th. The Arborumn will be covered with hundreds of plants for shoppers to choose from including perennials, annuals, herbs, Japanese maples, shrubs and trees! Most importantly, plants available at the plant sale have been selected to thrive in New Hanover County. In other words these plants have the best chance of living through the Dog Days of August.

Gain or Loss

I wanted to share something I found interesting while I was reading this morning. At first, I passed over it and continued reading but something asked me to go back and reread it. At first, I was not sure how to think about this or if I should even spend any time with it. However, I found that the more time I spent deciding weather or not to think about it I started to realize what it actually meant to me. I was glad I did spend the time.

Off to the Wilmington Garden Show!

I am off to the Wilmington Garden Show to volunteer some of my time at the Ability Garden's booth. This is the first event I went to when I moved to Wilmington, NC three years ago exactly to this date.

My husband and I had just arrive from upstate NY where we had lived for 32 years. I remember thinking that here it is heaven on earth - I have arrived. I am now living in the south and only minutes from the ocean and it gets even better . . . I am off to spend the afternoon at a Garden Show that will be filled with flowers and plants everywhere I look.

I had left the sever cold and snow and entered a new world that would evolve me into the person and life that I have today as I am sitting here writing this blog to all of you. As the energy of these words are sent into the universe I am feeling warm and beautiful as I am feeling them reach out and attaching to other positive energy that has been created as my words have been created and will reach this space as it is already there.
