&lt;br /&gt;
1 tablete de fermento biológico fresco (15g)&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 de xícara de chá de água morna&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de chá de leite morno&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de chá de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 gema&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 xícara de chá de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;
5 xícaras de chá de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes para o recheio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
10 xícaras de folhas de espinafre lavadas e apertadas (2 maços)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola grande picada&lt;br /&gt;
4 dentes de alho picados&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 de xícara de chá de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de chá de nozes picadas&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo ligeiramente batido&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt; Numa tigela, dissolva o fermento em água em água morna. Em outra misture o leite, a manteiga, os ovos, a gema, o açúcar e o sal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; Junte ao fermento, acrescente a farinha e misture bem até ficar firme.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; Amasse com a palma da mão até obter uma massa elástica e grudenta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt; Coloque a massa em uma tigela untada com manteiga e gire-a para que unte por inteiro. Cubra e deixe crescer em lugar protegido e morno até dobrar de volume.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Modo de preparar o recheio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt; Cozinhe o espinafre, escorra e pique. Frite a cebola e o alho no azeite. Junte o espinafre e as nozes. Misture tudo, tempere com sal e cozinhe, mexendo por um minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; Retire do forno e reserve. Sove a massa crescida novamente sobre uma superfície com farinha de trigo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; Retire um pedaço da massa do tamanho de uma maçã e reserve. Com o restante, faça uma bola e coloque numa forma alta (22 cm de diâmetro), untada com manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt; Pincele com o ovo batido. Com três dedos, faça uma depressão no centro da massa. Molde a massa reservada em forma de pêra.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt; Coloque-a no buraco no centro da massa com a parte mais estreita para baixo. Pincele com ovo e deixe crescer até dobrar de volume.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt; Pincele novamente com o ovo e leve ao forno preaquecido até ficar bem dourado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt; Desenforme ainda quente e deixe esfriar. Com uma faca serrilhada longa, corte a parte superior do brioche, e retire com cuidado a tampa. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt; Retire o miolo do brioche, deixando 1 cm de espessura nas paredes. Esmigalhe o miolo retirado, no processador ou liquidificador, e junte à mistura de espinafre até formar uma pasta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;9&lt;/span&gt; Coloque dentro do brioche, regue com azeite e coloque a tampa. Sirva morno ou na temperatura ambiente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de achocolatado diet&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt; Destaque as bananas e corte-as ao meio no sentido do comprimento. Arrume-as uma ao lado da outra em uma travessa retangular. Por cima, regue com o conhaque&lt;br /&gt;
e coloque o adoçante. Cubra com papel alumínio e conserve na geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; Prepare o creme: bata a gema com o adoçante até que fique espumoso. Reserve. Misture a farinha de trigo a 4 colheres de sopa de leite frio. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; Em uma panela coloque o leite restante. Leve ao fogo e deixe ferver. Junte a mistura de farinha e a gemada reservadas. Adicione a essência de baunilha e o achocolatado dissolvido em 2 colheres de sopa de água. Bata com o batedor de arame. Deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo durante 10 minutos, mexendo sem parar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt; Coloque em uma tigela a farinha de trigo, o fermento esfarelado e 1 colher de sopa de açúcar. Junte o leite e mexa bem. Tampe e deixe descansar durante 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; Depois, acrescente a manteiga derretida, os ovos, sal, 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar e metade da casca de limão. Misture bem e deixe descansar por mais 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; Enquantro isso unte com a manteiga e polvilhe com farinha de rosca uma forma para bolo com buraco no meio. Despeje a massa na forma. Tampe e deixe fermentar até a massa atingir as bordas da forma.&lt;br /&gt;
