If you like Mexican-style fast food but support a secure and safe America, don’t eat at Chipotle. I already told you, months ago, about Chipotle’s knowing employment of thousands of illegal aliens, which it was forced to fire, after Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) investigations showed that in many cases, more than half of its employees were illegal aliens. There is no way that, when more than half your employees are illegal aliens, you don’t know about it. Now, Chipotle’s “co-leader” (that’s testicle-less liberal psycho-babble for “CEO”) Monty Moran wants immigration amnesty, and he’s allied with the reconquistador illegal alien lobby to do it. Is that really the definition of “food with integrity,” as Chipotle proclaims its product to be? That’s despite the fact that for every single opening he has at his restaurants, there are 30-40 applicants. The problem is that many of those are U.S. citizen applicants. And–ya know–we can’t have that in America . . . Americans being hired for the jobs that Americans supposedly “just won’t do.”

All pretense of trying to win a majority of the white working class has been effectively jettisoned in favor of cementing a center-left coalition made up, on the one hand, of voters who have gotten ahead on the basis of educational attainment — professors, artists, designers, editors, human resources managers, lawyers, Librarians, social workers, teachers and therapists — and a second, substantial constituency of lower-income voters who are disproportionately African-American and Hispanic.

It is instructive to trace the evolution of a political strategy based on securing this coalition in the writings and comments, over time, of such Democratic analysts as Stanley Greenberg and Ruy Teixeira. Both men were initially determined to win back the white working-class majority, but both currently advocate a revised Democratic alliance in which whites without college degrees are effectively replaced by well-educated socially liberal whites in alliance with the growing ranks of less affluent minority voters, especially Hispanics.

Woman in Labor Survives PA Lynch Attempt

Palestinian Authority terrorists continued their attacks on innocent Jewish motorists over Yom Kippur, this time attacking a woman in labor and her husband as they rushed to the hospital. The husband, Ariel Goldman of Pnei Kedem, told Arutz Sheva that the two were lucky to escape with their lives.

Their ordeal began near Har Homa at 2:30 a.m., as they drove to Hadassah Ein Karem hospital in Jerusalem. Suddenly, they encountered a point in the road that had been blocked by large stones.

As Goldman slowed the car, looking for a way around the trap, several Palestinian Authority terrorists jumped out and began to hurl rocks at the car.

The attack turned into a game of cat and mouse, as Goldman looked for ways around the rocks and tried to keep moving, while the terrorists followed the car and continued to pelt it with heavy stones, using a tactic that recently resulted in two deaths near Hevron.

The terrorists “had murder in their eyes,” Goldman said.He finally managed to pass the stone barrier and speed away from the group of attackers, only to encounter a second group that attempted to stone the car near the Jerusalem neighborhood of Talpiot. Goldman managed to speed away a second time.

A policewoman he later encountered appeared uninterested by his story, but promised to notify her superiors, he said.Ariel Goldman and his wife managed to reach the hospital, where she gave birth to a baby boy. Both the baby and mother are in good condition.

Herman Cain did well in last week’s GOP debate and won a decisive straw poll victory in Florida, but his numbers in a general election match-up against
President Obama are little changed.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds that Obama earns 39% support while Cain attracts 34%. In that match-up, 14% prefer some other candidate, and 14% are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.) A month ago, the president led Cain by seven percentage points. In March Obama held an 18 point advantage over the businessman and talk show host.

The plaintiffs, who refer to the defendants as “Father of Racism,” allege that as an organization, the Democratic Party has consistently refused to apologize for the role they played in slavery and Jim Crow laws and for other subsequent racist practices from 1792 to 2011. Rev. Wayne Perryman, a former Democrat himself and the lead plaintiff in this class action lawsuit, said he was inspired to file this action after seeing the recent movie The Help. The movie takes place in the region that was exclusively controlled by Democrats for more than 150 years (the South). Mrs. Frances P. Rice, the Chair of the National Black Republican Association is also a plaintiff in the lawsuit. Mrs. Rice is a resident of Sarasota, Florida and has lived in the the South most of her life.

With the tenth anniversary of 9/11 coming up I wanted to re-post the bio of Joseph that I did for the fifth anniversary.

In August 2001, eight years after joining the New York City Fire Department, Joseph P. Spor Jr. transferred into Rescue 3 in the Bronx.It was where he belonged all along.Spor, the youngest of six children and the only boy, had finally caught up to his namesake father, who was also a firefighter and also a member of Rescue 3, also known as Big Blue.It had taken the younger Spor a while to get there. After graduating from Iona College, Spor became a Manhattan financial analyst. But office work never really suited him, and in 1994 he switched careers, joining Ladder Company 38, also in the Bronx.Away from the firehouse, Spor worked with his hands as a contractor, building decks and cabinets. He put his talent for carpentry to work at his own home in Somers, N.Y., where he and and Colleen, his wife of nine years, were raising four children, ages 6 years to 9 months. One of his final projects was a playroom for the kids.An avid weightlifter, Spor was in such terrific shape that his fellow firefighters believed he was darn near indestructible.The 35-year-old firefighter was in the south tower of the World Trade Center when it collapsed.

The NY Post is reporting that Hisham Elzanaty, the money man behind the Ground Zero mosque grifter, Sharif El-Gamal, was involved in a $5.1 million insurance scam.

Atlas readers are very familiar with the Elzanaty thief. Elzanaty, who was the man who provided most of the funding for the Cordoba Mosque (newly named "Prayer Space") building, was a large contributor to Hamas.

Hisham Elzanaty donated thousands to the Holy Land Foundation, later shuttered by the feds because of its Hamas ties. Muslim Brotherhood fronts CAIR, ISNA, ICNA, MAS, et al, were named un-indicted co-conspirators and Muslim Brotherhood fronts in the Holy Land trial (the largest terror funding trial in history).

Buffeted by high taxes, strict regulations and uncertain state budgets, a growing number of California companies are seeking friendlier business environments outside of the Golden State.

And governors around the country, smelling blood in the water, have stepped up their courtship of California companies. Officials in states like Florida, Texas, Arizona and Utah are telling California firms how business-friendly they are in comparison.

Companies are "disinvesting" in California at a rate five times greater than just two years ago, said Joseph Vranich, a business relocation expert based
in Irvine. This includes leaving altogether, establishing divisions elsewhere or opting not to set up shop in California.

"There is a feeling that the state is not stable," Vranich said. "Sacramento can't get its act together...and that includes the governor, legislators and regulatory agencies that are running wild."

The state has been ranked by Chief Executive magazine as the worst place to do business for seven years.

"California, once a business friendly state, continues to conduct a war on its own economy," the magazine wrote.

It's so hard watching my state being run into the ground by the Dems & Unions all just to enrich themselves!

Sen. Charles Grassley, (R-Iowa) ranking member on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said on a radio interview today, while he’s not calling for a special prosecutor to investigate Operation Fast and Furious, the failed operation to track guns across the Mexican border, he would be supportive if Chairman Darrell Issa, (R-Calif.) of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform called for one.

In the interview on the Steve Gill Show, he had a couple of other interesting things to say.

Subjects: Operation Fast and Furious, border violence, U.S.-Mexico border, ATF, Project Gunrunner, President Obama

He said three things came out of the interviews with Ken Melson, the Acting Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

1. It wasn’t just an ATF operation. FBI and DEA were involved and knew about the operation.

2. This wasn’t controlled by ATF, the U.S. Attorney in Phoenix was in charge.

3. Contrary to the information the investigators had been given by letter, everyone inolved knew guns were going across the border.

Congress cut off ACORN's federal funding last year in response to allegations the group engaged in voter registration fraud and embezzlement and violated the tax-exempt status of some of its affiliates by engaging in partisan political activities.

ACORN sued, but the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City upheld the action. The high court refused to hear its appeal.

Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced that it has awarded $17.4 million for pilot projects that will begin exploring how to establish a market for greenhouse gas (GHG) credits, a key component of a cap and trade system, to help reduce carbon and other emissions that apparently contribute to global warming.

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said the projects were the “foundational work” for establishing an American carbon market. “This is really sort of foundational work that’s being done,” Vilsack told reporters on a conference call on Wednesday.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) says the real cost of the federal government guaranteeing the business of failed mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is $317 billion -- not the $130 billion normally claimed by the Obama administration.

In a report delivered to the House Budget Committee on June 2, the CBO said a “fair value” accounting of guaranteeing the two defunct mortgage companies – known as Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs) – was more than twice as high as the Office of Management and Budget had accounted for.

On March 30, the 30th anniversary of the assassination attempt on President Ronald Reagan, Jim Brady, who sustained a debilitating head wound in the attack, and his wife, Sarah, came to Capitol Hill to push for a ban on the controversial “large magazines.” Brady, for whom the law requiring background checks on handgun purchasers is named, then met with White House press secretary Jay Carney. During the meeting, President Obama dropped in and, according to Sarah Brady, brought up the issue of gun control, “to fill us in that it was very much on his agenda,” she said.

“I just want you to know that we are working on it,” Brady recalled the president telling them. “We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.”

"Today's endorsement by President Barack Obama of the creation of a Hamas-led Palestinian state based on the pre-1967 borders, signals the most egregious foreign policy decision his administration has made to date, and could be the beginning of the end as we know it for the Jewish state.

From the moment the modern day state of Israel declared statehood in 1948, to the end of the 1967 Six Day War, Jews were forbidden access to their holiest site, the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City, controlled by Jordan's Arab army.

The pre-1967 borders endorsed by President Obama would deny millions of the world's Jews access to their holiest site and force Israel to return the strategically important Golan Heights to Syria, a known state-sponsor of terrorism.

Resorting to the pre-1967 borders would mean a full withdrawal by the Israelis from the West Bank and the Jewish neighborhoods of East Jerusalem. Make no mistake, there has always been a Nation of Israel and Jerusalem has been and must always be recognized as its rightful capital.

In short, the Hamas-run Palestinian state envisioned by President Obama would be devastating to Israel and the world's 13.3 million Jews. It would be a Pavlovian style reward to a declared Islamic terrorist organization, and an unacceptable policy initiative.

It's time for the American people to stand by our strongest ally, the Jewish State of Israel, and reject this foreign policy blunder of epic proportions.

While the winds of democracy may blow strong in the Middle East, history has demonstrated that gaps in leadership can lead to despotic regimes. I have questions for President Obama: 'Who will now lead in Egypt?' and 'Why should American taxpayers provide foreign aid to a nation where the next chapter in their history may be the emergence of another radical Islamic state?'

President Obama has not stood for Israel or the Jewish people and has made it clear where the United States will stand when Palestine attempts to gain recognition of statehood by the United Nations. The President should focus on the real obstacle to security- the Palestinian leadership and its ultimate goal to eliminate Israel and the Jewish people."

A three-judge federal appeals panel comprised of two Obama nominees and a Clinton nominee will hear arguments later this morning in two lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of the national health care law.

The makeup of the U.S. Fourth Circuit of Appeals panel is crucial, because in lower court rulings so far, Democratic judges have upheld the law while Republican judges have declared it unconstitutional.

The judges on the panel will be Obama nominees James A. Wynn, Jr and Andre M. Davis, who will sit on the panel along with Clinton nominee Diana Gribbon Motz.

Three Convicted in Terror-Related Cases Later Granted U.S. Citizenship by Obama Administration CNSnews.com

Three people convicted of crimes as a result of a terrorism-related investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) were later naturalized as U.S. citizens by the Obama administration, according to federal auditors.

The March 2011 audit (released on April 21, 2011) by the Government Accountability Office (GAO), entitled Criminal Alien Statistics: Information on Incarcerations, Arrests and Costs, shows that three individuals were among “defendants where the investigation involved an identified link to international terrorism but they were charged with violating other statutes [not directly related to terrorism], including fraud, immigration, drugs, false statements, and general conspiracy charges,” referred by DOJ as Category II terrorism-related cases.

The three individuals in question can be found in a DOJ list of unsealed terrorism-related investigations conducted from Sept. 11, 2001 through Mar. 18, 2010. There are 403 defendants on that list of which, according to the GAO, at least 43 percent were aliens--both legal (26 percent) and illegal (17 percent)--at the time they were charged with crimes.

Brownsville police are trying to determine who left an IED or Improvised Explosive Device on the southbound lane of U.S. Expressway 77/83 Sunday afternoon.

A concerned citizen found the device around 4:54 p.m., police spokesman Eddie Garcia said.

Authorities shut down the expressway’s southbound lane from FM 1732 to Alton Gloor Boulevard for about three hours, while the police department’s bomb squad checked out the device, Garcia said.

At about 6:45 p.m. the bomb squad “rendered the device safe,” Garcia said. The southbound lane of the expressway reopened at 8 p.m.

How's that hope and change working out? Now we have muslims trying toblow up US citizens!
