How to Send a Fax via Control Panel
1. Login to your control panel using your username and password
2. You will be directed to the Overview tab. Click send fax
3. Select whether you will upload a file or you will use a stored file from your control panel
4. Type in the subject
5. Select whether you are sending it to a single or to multiple fax numbers
6. If you are sending to multiple recipients, you need to create a CSV file. We have a link displayed on the control panel that will guide you on how to create a CSV file
7. If you are sending to a single recipient, just type in the fax number destination (1 + 10 digits fax number). Example, 18773297842. Type in also the recipient’s name and your comments.
8. Lastly, click send fax to transmit the fax.
9. Correct way of sending fax will receive a prompt notice saying “Your fax has been queued for sending”

How to send fax via personal email address
1. Like sending an email, attach the file that you would like to send
2. Put the recipient’s fax number as the subject
3. Send it to (your_username@sf.faxmicro.com)
4. In a few minutes, you will be receiving a fax sending email authentication message. Click on the given link.
5. Type in your password and click submit

How to send fax via printer driver
1. Download the Faxmicro print to fax driver from our website
2. Open the file using your preferred software. Example is a file opened on a Word Document Program
3. Go to printer options or if you are using Windows, just hit Ctrl + p shortcut
4. A window will appear. Type in the fax number of the recipient, the header of the fax and the email address on which you would like to receive the fax confirmation
5. Lastly, click send

One of the most common issues that you might experience is the problem of logging in to your personal Control Panel. Below are some of the causes of this error:

You have typed in an invalid username or password. The username must be all in small cases, no spaces or extra characters.

This is the default status before the processed of the initial month. An account will not be activated for new users as long as the payment for the first month had not been processed. This status usually lasts in just a few minutes after the successful sign up online.

However, if your new account has not been activated for more than an hour and assured for a successful sign up, please check your credit card on file, make sure first that you have authorized our system to charged your credit card with your monthly bill.

This usually happens to new sign ups. Manual Verification Status occurs if our system detected that the user’s computer IP address is not a US IP address. We will give you a call back on your phone number on file to verify your account ownership. If the verification is valid, the account will be activated.

There are only two common reasons for an account to be terminated. First, either you wished to cancel your subscription for whatever reasons you may have. Second, the account has been closed due to non payment.

If in any case, you have detected any problem on your credit card on file, you must immediately inform us to stop the auto-debit operation of our system or to extend your invoice if possible to prevent any inconvenience.

Note: If you have an inactive account status (either pending, manual verification or closed), please immediately give us a call, send us an email or chat us via our website.

Account Reactivation

(FaxMicro.com, July 23, 2008) - We value second chances. We care about relationships. We want our old clients to know that they always have a family with us. Our door is always open to those who want to reactivate their accounts with us.

Inactive account does not mean that it is formally closed. There are two possible statuses before an account will be totally terminated.

1. Suspended until Paid - no payment made 2 days after the billing date or the client have reached the account’s default credit limit
2. Closed until Paid - no payment made 1 week after the billing date

If the account falls under one of these statuses, the client may still login to his/her control panel. However, he/she can only have limited access. The control panel will only allow him/her to explore the account information and make payment online. When our system detected a complete payment of the remaining balance, the account will automatically be activated in a few minutes.

However, no payment made 2 weeks after the billing date will totally terminate the account. Closed account will not allow the client to login to his/her control panel anymore. If the client wished to reactivate his/her service again, he/she needs to give us a call, send us an email or login to the live chat support through our website. In this case, we charge a $10 Reactivation Fee.

Upon reactivation, the client may already enjoy again our services within a few minutes. Once more, he/she can receive unlimited inbound faxes for free; can send faxes via our website, via email and via our printer driver. He/she can again benefit from all our offered privileges, the subscriber’s promo and the partner’s program.
