A guy I met during his three month holiday from Austrailia, staying in San Francisco a couple months back. He really enjoyed talking shop with me and gave me several rolls of film to shoot with when my rolls ran out. He has this exact same photo of me, shot with a Hasselblad and I'm looking forward to seeing it soon. This shot was taken in a marble factory, the sanding of the marble dust in the air created the nice lighting situation. So, anyways, as I was walking away from an assignment this little guy took the trip with me when he landed on my shoulder. It was like I suddenly turned into a rookie pirate, not quite ready for a parrot yet. I transfered him to my finger, we shot the sh*t about the beautiful day ahead of us, I took a couple pictures and then flew away.
