Buffett once remarked, "I want to offer my children enough, in order that they think they will do anything they need, but don't need to offer such a lot that they become lethargic"

His 1988 statements, respectively, demonstrate his views on his own assets and why he had planned for a long time that:

"I do not have a problem with money in the guilt issue" is that my money represents a vast number of claims scrutiny on society. It is as if I have small pieces of paper. Which I can convert to consumption. If I want to hire 10,000 people who don't do anything else for life, just make my picture. And GNP will go up again but its utility will be nothing but I will give those 10,000 people Would be prohibited from doing other necessary tasks such as AIDS research, or teaching, or nursing, etc. However I do not do so. Many of the claims that I do not use the investigation. There is nothing that I like too much Want to get it. And I will leave almost all those claim checks for charity after the death of myself and my wife. (Lowe 1997: 165-166)

Blind Horse (Motivational story)

Blind Horse (Motivational story)

Two horses lived in a farm house built near the city. Looking at them both of them looked exactly alike, but upon passing, it was found that one of them is blind. But despite being blind, the owner of the farm did not expel him from there but kept him with more security and comfort. If someone had paid a little more attention, he would have also known that the owner had tied a bell around the neck of another horse, on hearing whose voice the blind horse would reach him and roam around in the enclosure. Even the bell horse understood the trouble of his blind friend, he would look back in between and make sure that he does not go out of the way. He would also ensure that his friend was safe; Get back to his place, and only then will he move towards his place.

Friends, just like the owner of the farm, God does not leave us just because we have any faults or shortcomings. They take care of us and whenever we need it, we send someone to help us. Sometimes we are those blind horses who overcome their problems with the help of a bell tied by God, sometimes we are used to show others the way by the bell tied around our neck.

He cannot take a quick decision and even if he takes it, he cannot implement it. Even one is not aware of his environment and neither is he proficient in the art of taking advantage of the opportunities provided by luck. He formulated a plan for the welfare of his disciple in his mind. One day, giving a piece of black stone in his hand, Guru Ji said - "I will give you this piece of magical stone, for two days, somewhere." I am going to another village. Any iron item you touch with it will be converted into gold. But remember that after sunset the next day I will take it back from you. "

The disciple was very happy to get this opportunity but being lazy, he spent his first day imagining how happy, happy, prosperous and satisfied he would be when he had lots of gold, so many servants that He will not even have to take water to drink. Then the next day when he woke up in the morning, he remembered very well that today is the second and last day to get the gold. He thought strongly in his mind that today he will definitely take advantage of the black stone given by Guruji. He decided that he would buy big items of iron from the market and bring them into gold. The day passed, but he sat in the same thinking that there is still a lot of time, he will go to the market anytime and get the goods. He thought that now he would go out to take the goods after having lunch. But after eating he had the habit of resting, and he thought it appropriate to rest for a while instead of working hard. But his body, full of laziness, was lost in the depths of sleep, and when he woke up it was near sunset. Now he quickly started running towards the market, but on the way he found Guruji, after seeing him, he fell at his feet, pleading to keep that magical stone one more day but Guruji did not agree and that disciple Dream of being rich was crushed. But this incident led to a huge lesson for the disciple: he regrets his laziness, he realizes that laziness is a curse for his life and vows that he will never steal from work and Will show you as a hard working, alert and active person.

Friends, everyone gets more than one opportunity in life, but many people lose them simply because of their laziness. That's why I want to say that if you want to be successful, happy, lucky, rich or great, then by abandoning laziness and longevity, develop qualities like prudence, painstaking labor, and continuous awareness and whenever someone in your mind If you think of avoiding important work, then ask yourself a question - "Why not today?"

Secret of Success (Motivational story)

Once a young boy asked Socrates what is the secret of success?

Socrates told the boy that you should meet me by the river tomorrow. They met Socrates then asked the young man to move with him towards the river. And as the moving water reached the throat, Socrates suddenly dipped the boy's head in the water.

The boy struggled to get out, but Socrates was strong and kept him immersed until he started turning blue. Socrates then threw his head out of the water, and the first thing that the boy did when he came out was to gasp and breathe fast.

Socrates asked, "What did you would like most once you were there?"

The boy replied, "Breathe"

Socrates said, "This is the secret of success. When you want success as badly as you wanted to breathe, you will get it. "Apart from that there is no secret.

Friends, when you want only one and only thing then you get that thing more often than not. Like look at young children, they live in the past or in the future, they always live in the present… and when they need a toy to play or a toffee to eat… then their full attention, their All the power is used to get only that one thing and as a result they get that thing.

So FOCUS is very important to get success, intensity is very important in what you want to achieve. And when you get that focus and that intensity, then you get success.

To understand the importance of focus, read this post: Focus is essential for success

The surprising reason to gain weight just by drinking water

Diet is of interest to the whole people. When sensitive people feel that their body is a little heavier, they quickly adjust their diet and exercise harder. I really eat a little bit and exercise hard. There are people who are in vain because they have no weight loss effect. If you eat only water, you may be discouraged that you gain weight, or a person who gains weight even though you only ate a little may be unfair. So, the theme of the day we prepared is "The surprising reason to gain weight just by eating water."

01. Insulin oversecretion

Even though I ate less rice, I gain weight. You might think that if you eat less rice, your blood sugar level will be low. Japanese nutritional therapist Toru Mizoguchi says excessive insulin secretion can have unexpected results. This is because insulin is involved in fat synthesis. Even if you eat a little, fat accumulates easily due to oversecreted insulin and you lose weight easily.

02. Incorrect eating habits

Modern dietary life is overflowing with refined sugars, so you shouldn't be alert to rising blood sugar. In order to prevent obesity, you need to pay attention to how to replace sugar.

03. Lack of exercise and lack of basic metabolism

Another reason for people who gain weight easily with only water is that they are cold and have less exercise. In the case of such a person, the basic metabolism is low. If your basal metabolism is low, eating cannot be converted into energy and can easily lead to obesity.

04. Blood circulation disorder and fatigue symptoms

One of the characteristics of a person who gains weight even by eating only water is a person who does not circulate blood, feels fatigue easily, breathes, and rats easily.

05. Easy steaming constitution

Another reason why you gain weight even if you only eat water is'constitution'. This is a person who does not excrete well even if he ingests the same amount of water, so he has swelling and low menstruation. This is the case with a constitution that is sensitive to stress, has severe emotional ups and downs, is introspective, and has a weak digestive function, which often causes gastrointestinal diseases.

Steve Jobs did the same. Recalling the days of struggle, he said that there was a time when I was forced to sleep on the ground. Every Sunday there was an anchor in the Hare Krishna temple. I used to walk seven kilometers to eat that. So there is no need to be bothered by failure and poor condition. Steve once admitted that he used SCD drugs.

idea :

• Let's do something new in the coming tomorrow instead of worrying about what happened yesterday.

• some time is restricted , so don't waste it by living someone else's life. Don't be fooled into thinking, don't run your life according to others. Do not let your inner voice drown out your intuition in the noise of others' thoughts. They already know what you really want to be. The rest is secondary.

• Design isn't almost how things look or feel. Design is how the thing works.

• Deciding what to not do is as important as deciding what to try to to .

• Remembering that I will die very soon is most helpful in making big decisions in my life, because once I think about death, all hope, all pride, fear of failure, everything disappears. And gets only what is really necessary. Remembering that one day is to die… is the best way to overcome the fear of losing something. You are already bare. There is no reason why you should not listen to your heart.

• Many companies have decided to lay off, perhaps it would be right for them. We have chosen a different path. We believe that if we keep good products in front of the customer, then he will keep opening his purse.

• Converting interesting ideas and new technology into a company that keeps innovating for years, requires a lot of discipline to do all this.

Health tips for office workers

2020-08-13T05:25:00.002+05:00

Health tips for office workers:

Office workers often spend almost eight hours a day in the office. These workers need to make the office environment healthy. And extra effort is needed to take care of health. Here are four ways to stay healthy in your office.

1. How to prevent turtle neck syndrome

Looking down at the monitor for long periods of time can cause the neck to bend forward like a turtle. Turtle Neck Syndrome is a symptom in which the neck alignment changes into a straight shape as the muscles around the neck become hard.

The normal neck is concave C-shaped, whereas the turtle neck straightens and does not distribute the weight of the head. Symptoms such as stiff neck, neck and shoulder pain, and severe migraine or dizziness may occur.

Professor Jinman Jeon of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Kyunghee University Hospital said, "It is sweet to position the monitor high in order that it can match the peak of the eyes." You've got to straighten your chest,” he said.

2. To prevent dry eye syndrome

Dry eye syndrome is a disease in which tears cannot be properly produced due to a decrease in the function of the lacrimal glands. Office workers spend a lot of time indoors, and due to the evaporation of moisture in the air due to heating, dry eye syndrome is likely to occur.

Clean indoor air is essential for eye health. The indoor temperature is 18 to 22 degrees, the humidity is kept above 60%, and it is good to drink water frequently. Artificial tears can also help.

Professor Eung-Seok Kim of the Department of Ophthalmology at Kyunghee University Hospital said, "Temporary dry eye syndrome can be improved by improving lifestyle habits and artificial tears. However, artificial tears are not a fundamental solution.

3. To protect wrist health

Jobs with a lot of computer work should pay attention to the wrist. If you use the mouse for a long time, your wrist will become numb and painful. Once the pain has occurred, it is not easy to recover.

Adequate rest helps your wrist health and concentration. Professor Paik Jong-hoon of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Kyunghee University Hospital said, "When using a mouse, you must keep your hands and wrists in a straight line and reduce the burden by using a cushion or a wrist protector," he said.

4.To stop varicose veins

Most office workers spend more than 8 hours a day sitting on a chair. If you stay in one position without moving for a long time, you will have problems with blood circulation.

When blood circulation is not smooth, visible symptoms begin to appear, and one of the most problematic areas is varicose veins in the legs. In varicose veins, the veins of the calf are abnormally wavy and protrude.

Even if I walk a little, my legs hurt and get tired. If left as it is, the skin turns black because blood clots form in the varicose veins and red blood cells that have escaped from the capillary walls make the skin black.

Professor Ahn Hyung-joon of the Department of Transplantation and Vascular Surgery at Kyunghee University Hospital said, “Simple stretching and exercises that can stimulate the calf muscles such as turning ankles and sitting and standing up are helpful for the workers. I have.”

Tips How To Become Rich

5 smart ways to get rich, meet money

5 Smart Ways to urge Rich, Avoid Wasting Money

if you cannot stop spending, then tries to save as much as you will spend. It can also help
.
Have you ever asked yourself before buying luxury cars or expensive mobiles which have come in the new market, do you really need it or is your nearest neighbor or friend bought it? The fact is, even the smartest people do stupid things with their money - whether it is careless spending or small expenses that add up over time. And when they keep worrying about where their money actually goes, their hard earned money is spent due to these expenses.

Here let's look at some common methods, people who waste money and how they are not able to handle their expenses.

Stop instant gratification

You should be aware that money is earned from the money saved. So, stop giving instant gratification like eating out tonight, buying that new expensive phone and going on unwanted journey etc. on long weekends. It can be fashionable to say that 'I travel to live life' or 'if I don't do it, then what does life mean', to justify unnecessary expenditure. Before spending a single penny asks you a question - is it really necessary? If the answer is yes then no, then you should avoid them. Do not panic by looking at your colleague. Just because your close friends, family or acquaintances are doing something, it doesn't mean that you too have to spend on it, says Anil ego, founder and CEO of Right Horizon.

Budget and spend carefully

another way to avoid wasting money is to create a simple budget (before salary or monthly income) at the beginning of every month. List all the necessary expenses you will incur. As the month progresses, clear the expenses one by one. If you remain on the list, you will save some money. This money, when invested properly, can lead to the creation of wealth. When you save a little money, avoid spending it. Instead, spend a little part (5-10 per cent) of it to reward your discipline. Stop associating your happiness with spending; instead, combine happiness with savings. If you cannot stop spending, then try to save as much as you will spend. It can also help.

Save money carefully and invest

Rich people save 50 percent money. The remaining 50 percent are investing where you get good returns. “Do you know if you save a monthly Netflix charge of Rs 800 per month for thirty years in an investment instrument and invest which gives 15 percent annually, you can deposit Rs 55 lakh? This is the way to invest wisely. If you are under 30, invest a major portion of your savings in equity / stock-linked products. The loan should only be a small part of your savings. Through mutual funds, you can spread your savings to different types of funds. Take 5 percent exposure to sleep. Do not invest in real estate with a duration of 5 to 10 years, and there are better options, says Rego.

Avoid expense

Being rich means you’re free from any debt. Most rich people do not take any personal loan on their forehead. Any of the industrialists, who otherwise run debt-ridden companies, are declared personally insolvent. But a common man takes a loan because he no longer has money to spend. When you want to spend money and you do not have money, then you need a loan. Therefore, you borrow your future income and repay that income with huge interest. If you pay more than you earn, how will you ever get rich? Loans or expenses remove our income power because in the end they get deposited in the bank or financial institution account. If you pay 20,000 EMI every month for 15 years, then you are unable to pay Rs 36 lakh. If you take a loan, you will never be rich

Pay bills on time

If you are one of those people who do not willingly or unwillingly pay their credit card and utility bills on time, then you are wasting a lot of money without knowing it. For example, if you have 2 credit cards and you forget to deposit the minimum amount due on time, you alone will pay a lot of money in late fees. Suppose you are paying Rs 1,000 every month as a late fee. However, if an investment is made every month in a single scheme, which gives 8% per an num, it can actually bring you about Rs 15 lakh in 30 years. Thus, it is known without mentioning that not paying our bills on time is one of the biggest mistakes that we usually make and which should be avoided in advance!

This life is just too short to spend time with people that aren’t responsful *

A person who can easily solve difficult problems.

A brand for a company is like its credibility for a person. You gain credibility by trying to do difficult things.

One of the ways to get out of a tight box is to find your way.

At Amazon, we had three big ideas that we have been sticking with for the past 18 years, and they are the reason for our success: Put the customer first. Invent And be patient.

We do not want to do things just because we can do them… We do not want to do anything in vain.

There are two types of companies, those who work for charging more, and those who work for less charging. We will be the other one.

If we have done better than our peers in the internet space in the last 6 years, it is our laser focus on customer experience, and it really matters, I believe, in any business. It definitely matters in online business, where the word of mouth is very powerful.
