&lt;b&gt;Bahan-Bahan&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Ekor Ikan Mas yang telah dibersihkan dan berukuran besar&lt;br /&gt;1 Lembar Daun Pisang untuk bungkus secukupnya, dipanggang sebentar di api untuk melemaskan, atau dijemur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Bumbu-Bumbu&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu Halus&lt;br /&gt;5   siung Bawang Putih&lt;br /&gt;10 siung Bawang Merah&lt;br /&gt;2 potong kuyit ukuran sedang (5cm)&lt;br /&gt;5 batang serai ambil bagian dalamnya, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Semua bahan ini dapat ditumbuk atau diparut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu Iris&lt;br /&gt;1 ikat Bawang Daun (iris memanjang)&lt;br /&gt;1 ikat daun kemangi (bersihkan, buang batang yang keras)&lt;br /&gt;2 buah tomat ukuran sedang (potong-potong)&lt;br /&gt;4 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;2 potong Jahe ukuran sedang (iris memanjang)&lt;br /&gt;2 potong Lengkuas ukuran sedang (iris memanjang)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan cabe rawit utuh atau irisan cabai merah bila suka.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lumuri ikan mas dengan garam, biarkan meresap. Bila ingin mengurangi anyir tambahkan perasan jeruk nipis.&lt;br /&gt;Bawang
 daun dan kemangi, diberi minyak goreng, tambahkan garam dan bumbu masak
 (misal Royco atau Maggi block) remas-remas sampai lemas.  Bumbu lainnya
 dilumurkan kepada ikan masukan pula sebagian bumbu halus kedalam tubuh 
ikan, tambahkan bumbu iris dan bawang dan kemangi yang telah lemas 
tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bungkus Ikan Mas dengan daun pisang, bisa direbus 
dengan air atau dikukus. Perlu diingat untuk mendapatkan pepes ikan mas 
tulang lunak ini lama memasaknya kurang lebih sekitar 8 jam.  Setelah 
selesai, tiriskan.  Agar harum dan wangi daun pisangnya menjadi unik, 
pangganglah pepes ikan ini sampai daun pisangnya agak-agak hangus dan 
berbau harum.

5 sendok makan susu kental manis cokelat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;CARA MEMBUAT ES KACANG MERAH :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Presto kacang merah dan air 20 menit sampai empuk.&lt;br /&gt;
Angkat dan blender kasar beserta air rebusannya.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Masukkan daun pandan, gula pasir, dan garam sambil diaduk sampai kental.&lt;br /&gt;
Angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Saus: rebus santan, daun pandan, dan garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Penyajian: tuang kacang merah di mangkuk. Beri saus. Sendokkan es serut.&lt;br /&gt;
Tuang susu kental manis cokelat.&lt;br /&gt;
